Abstract

Tujuan Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Komunikasi Guru Terhadap Perilaku Belajar Siswa SMP Negeri 6 Satap Tibawa Kabupaten Gorontalo. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, dengan metode penelitian Survei. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer yang diperoleh dari penyebaran kuisioner pada Siswa SMP Negeri 6 Satap Tibawa Kabupaten Gorontalo. Jumlah Penarikan Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebesar 51 responden. Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi linier sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai regresi dan hasil uji hipotesis terdapat pengaruh positif komunikasi guru terhadap perilaku belajar siswa SMP Negeri 6 Satap Tibawa Kabupaten Gorontalo. Besaran pengaruh Komunikasi Guru Terhadap Perilaku Belajar Siswa 24,9% sedangkan sisanya sebesar 75,1% dipengaruhi oleh variabel yang tidak diteliti.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompetensi pedagogik guru terhadap prestasi belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran IPS Terpadu kelas VII di SMP negeri 4 Telaga Kabupaten Gorontalo. Penelitian ini menggunakan Pendekatan dan Metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan besarnya sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 48 orang siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah observasi,wawancara,kuesioner dan dokumentasi, serta di analisis menggunakan teknik analisis regresi linier sederhana.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Kompetensi pedagogik guru memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap prestasi belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran IPS Terpadu di kelas VII SMP Negeri 4 Telaga Kabupaten Gorontalo. Persamaan regresi linier sederhana diproleh bahwa Ŷ = 1.612 + 0,976x, menunjukkan bahwa Konstanta sebesar 1.612 menyatakan bahwa nilai konstanta 1.612 akan menunjukkan nilai kompetensi pedagogik guru (X) sebesar 1.612 dengan nilai prestasi belajar siswa (Y). Selanjutnya, koefisien regresi variabel kompetensi pedagogik guru (X) sebesar 0,976, yang nilainya postitif artinya jika kompetensi pedagogik guru mengalami kenaikan atau penambahan 1 (satu) nilai yang berasal dari kompetensi pedagogik guru, maka prestasi belajar siswa (Y) akan mengalami kenaikan sebesar 0,976, dengan asumsi variabel lainnya kosntan. Kompetensi pedagogik guru mampu memberikan kontribusi atau pengaruh sebesar 45,7% terhadap prestasi belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran IPS Terpadu kelas VII SMP Negeri 4 Telaga Kabupaten Gorontalo. Artinya, variabel kompetensi pedagogik guru memiliki proporsi pengaruh terhadap prestasi belajar siswa sebesar 45,7% sedangkan sisanya sebesar 54,3 dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak dibahas dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

The research objective was to find out the influence of competence and independence on the work effectiveness of auditor at Regional Inspectorate of Gorontalo Province either partially or simultaneously. The approach used in this research was quantitative. The research method used expost facto. The research design applied causality. The technique of data analysis used multiple regression.The research finding showed that (1) competence of auditor had a positive and significant influence on the work effectiveness of auditor at Regional Inspectorate of Gorontalo Province by the determinant value of 23,50%. The meaning of the positive coefficient indicated that the higher the competence of auditor, the more effective work result of auditor at Regional Inspectorate of Gorontalo Province. (2) Independence of auditor had a positive and significant influence on the work effectiveness of auditor at Regional Inspectorate of Gorontalo Province by determinant value of 56,60%. The meaning of positive coefficient indicated that the more independent of auditor in doing inspection and functional supervision function, the more optimum work effectiveness of auditor at Regional Inspectorate of Gorontalo Province. (3) The competence and independence of auditor, simultaneously, had a significant influence on the work effectiveness of auditor at Regional Inspectorate of Gorontalo Province by determinant value of 61,70%. Meanwhile, the rest 38,30% could be explained by other variables such as auditor education, auditor integrity, auditor work motivation, work discipline, and auditor professionalism attitude.Keywords: Work Effectiveness, Auditor Competence, Auditor Independence

Abstract

Knowledge management merupakan suatu pendekatan yang sistematis untuk mengumpulkan, mengorganisir, mengelola, dan mendistribusikan pengetahuan yang dimiliki oleh individu dan organisasi.. Knowledge management juga mencakup kegiatan pembelajaran organisasi, penyebaran informasi, serta pengembangan dan pemanfaatan pengetahuan dalam meningkatkan kinerja organisasi. Dalam konteks Badan Perencanaan Pembangunan Daerah Kota Gorontalo, penerapan knowledge management dapat membantu meningkatkan efisiensi operasional, kemampuan adaptasi, dan inovasi dalam menghadapi perubahan yang terjadi di sektor perencanaan dan pembangunan daerah. Capaian kinerja organisasi dihasilkan oleh peran pegawai yang memainkan peranan penting dalam roda organisasi. Maka secara kasar, capaian kinerja organisasi yang rendah dapat pula menggambarkan capaian kinerja pegawai. Hal ini berarti adanya capaian kinerja yang dibawah target oleh BAPPEDA Kota Gorontalo merepresentasikan adanya kinerja pegawai yang relative dibawah dari target capaian secara individu. Penelitian ini dilakukan menggunakan Struktural Equation Modelling dengan pendekatan Partial Least Square dengan tujuan mengetahui pengaruh Knowledge Management terhadap Kinerja Pegawai yang dimediasi oleh Variabel Inovasi. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampling jenuh dengan ukuran sampel sebanyak 58 responden yang merupakan pegawai di lingkungan BAPEDA Kota Gorontalo. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuisioner, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Knowledge management yang ada di Badan Perencanaan Badan Perencanaan Pembangunan Daerah Kota Gorontalo berpengaruh positif sebesar 0.525 terhadap kinerja pegawai. (2) Variabel inovasi berpengaruh positif sebesar 0.149 terhadap kinerja pegawai di Badan Perencanaan Pembangunan Daerah (Bappeda) Kota Gorontalo dan (3) Variabel inovasi tidak dapat memediasi hubungan antara knowledge management dan kinerja pegawai dengan efek langsung sebesar 0.525 yang lebih besar dari efek tidak langsung 0.079. Knowledge management is a systematic approach to collecting, organizing, managing and distributing knowledge owned by individuals and organizations. Knowledge management also includes organizational learning activities, dissemination of information, as well as the development and utilization of knowledge in improving organizational performance. In the context of the Gorontalo City Regional Development Planning Agency, the application of knowledge management can help increase operational efficiency, adaptability and innovation in facing changes that occur in the regional planning and development sector. Organizational performance is produced by the role of employees who play an important role in the organization. So roughly speaking, low organizational performance achievements can also describe employee performance achievements. This means that there is a performance achievement that is below the target by the Gorontalo City BAPPEDA, representing the existence of employee performance that is relatively below the individual achievement target. This research was conducted using Structural Equation Modeling with a Partial Least Square approach with the aim of determining the influence of Knowledge Management on Employee Performance which is mediated by the Innovation Variable. The sampling technique used saturated sampling with a sample size of 58 respondents who were employees within BAPEDA Gorontalo City. Data collection techniques use questionnaires, interviews and documentation. The research results show that (1) Management knowledge in the Gorontalo City Regional Development Planning Agency has a positive effect of 0.525 on employee performance. (2) The innovation variable has a positive effect of 0.149 on employee performance at the Gorontalo City Regional Development Planning Agency (Bappeda) and (3) The innovation variable cannot mediate the relationship between knowledge management and employee performance with a direct effect of 0.525 which is greater than the indirect effect. 0.079.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine and describe the Village Head's Leadership in Improving Employee Performance at the Bolihuangga Subdistrict Office, Limboto District, Gorontalo Regency. The data collection techniques used are observation, interviews and documentation. Based on the results of field research, the Village Head's Leadership in Improving Employee Performance at the Bolihuangga Village Office, Limboto District, Gorontalo Regency. Viewed from the aspects of Leadership as an Innovator, Leadership as a Communicator, Leadership as a Motivator, and Leadership as a Controller. There are still problems found, including, firstly, Leadership as an Innovator, where the Bolihuangga Village Head has not been able to create and provide innovation to employees at work, and the Bolihuangga Village Head is still lacking in encouraging his employees to create new things to improve performance, this causes The lack of creativity in work and innovation development in the Bolihuangga sub-district office, such as the condition of the rooms in the Bolihuangga sub-district office which are unstable and not neatly arranged. Secondly, Leadership as a Controller still lacks supervision from a village head as a leader which results in decreased employee performance which can be seen from the inaccuracy of entry times and work which is often postponed by employees.

Abstract

The Implementation of the Family Hope Program (PKH) Policy in Yosonegoro Village, Gorontalo Regency. Bachelor’s Degree Program in Public Adminisration,, Department of Public Administration, Faculty of Social Sciences, Universitas Negeri Gorontalo. The Prancipal Supervisor is I Dr. H. Rosman Ilato, M.Pd and supervisor II Dr. SriYulianty Mozin, ST, MPA. This research aims to understand how the implementation of the Family Hope Program (PKH) policy is carried out in Yosonegoro Village, Gorontalo Regency, in terms of objectives and targets/standards, resources, characteristics of the implementing organisation, inter-organizational communication, and the attitude of the implementers. This research method uses a descriptive approach with qualitative data analysis. The data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, documentation. Based on the research results in the field, the implementation of the Family Hope Program (PKH) policy in Yosonegoro Village, Gorontalo Regency, has been implemented in accordance with Minister of Social Affairs Regulation No. 1 of 2018 concerning the Family Hope Program (PKH). In detail, the implementation is observed from the aspects of objectives and targets/standards, resources, characteristics of the implementing organisation, inter- organizational communication, and the attitude of the implementers. However, there are still some problems found during the implementation, such as uneven assistance distribution, lack of communication and coordination between policy implementers at the sub-district level, and various issues related to human resources, budget resources, facilities and infrastructure, and the attitude of implementers. To conclude, the implementation of the Family Hope Program (PKH) policy in Yosonegoro Village, Gorontalo Regency, has not been carried out optimally according to the existing regulations. Several aspects still need to be improved and enhanced, including objectives and targets/standards, resources, characteristics of implementing organisation, inter- organizational communication, and the attitude of the implementers.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the role of the Village Government in Infrastructure Development in Bubode Village, Tomilito District, North Gorontalo Regency as seen from the dimensions of (1) Regulator, (2) Dynamisator, (3) Facilitator. The research method used is qualitative with descriptive research type. Data collection was carried out by observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this research show that the Government's role in infrastructure development is good. In terms of (1) Regulators, the village government and the community jointly determine policies to ensure that development will be implemented in accordance with community expectations. (2) Dynamisator, the village government can encourage the community to actively participate in development so that it can run the wheels of government. (3) Facilitator, it cannot be said that it has not been implemented well because infrastructure development still experiences several obstacles in maintaining development such as village roads, bridges and livable houses.

Abstract

Quality of Public Service in Issuing Birth Certificates at the Population and Civil Registration Office of Gorontalo City. Undergraduate Thesis. Bachelor's Degree Program in Public Administration, Universitas Negeri Gorontalo. The Principal Supervisor: Dr. H. Rosman Ilato, M.Pd. The Co-supervisor. Dr. Irawaty Igirisa, M.Si. This study aims to evaluate and analyze public service quality in issuing birth certificates at the Population and Civil Registration Office of Gorontalo City. The study was conducted by assessing the service through the dimensions of tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy. Furthermore, it was conducted using a qualitative research method, utilizing observation, interview, and documentation data collection techniques. The findings reveal that the overall quality of public service, specifically within the Population and Civil Registration Office of Gorontalo City, assessed across five dimensions, are as follows: Tangibles are found to be lacking in facilities and infrastructure, such as seating, parking space, additional computers, and other informational media beneficial to the public. Reliability is noted as a concern, as staff are unable to provide accurate timelines for document processing. Responsiveness is adequate, with staff demonstrating a responsive attitude toward serving the public. Assurance remains suboptimal due to issues with service timeliness, and empathy is adequately demonstrated, with staff maintaining courteous interactions. Based on this analysis, it can be concluded that the quality of public service in the issuence of birth certificate at the Population and Civil Registration Office of Gorontalo City is not yet optimal. The researcher suggests that future improvements in facilities and infrastructure, along with enhanced staff performance, will lead to more efficient and reliable document issuance, reducing the need for repeated follow-ups by the public.

Abstract

Tujuan Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Gaya Hidup Terhadap Minat Menabung Mahasiswa Jurusan Pendidikan Ekonomi Angkatan 2019 Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Negeri Gorontalo. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian Ex-post Fakto, yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat Pengaruh Gaya Hidup terhadap Minat Menabung Mahasiswa Jurusan Pendidikan Ekonomi Angkatan 2019 Universitas Negeri Gorontalo. Hasil Penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa terdapat Pengaruh Gaya Hidup Terhadap Minat Menabung Mahasiswa Jurusan Pendidikan Ekonomi Angkatan 2019 Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Negeri Gorontalo. Besar Pengaruh Gaya Hidup Terhadap Minat Menabung Mahasiswa 83,7% sedangkan sisanya sebesar 16,3% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

Tujuan Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Pemberian Umpan Balik (Feedback) Guru Terhadap Aktivitas Belajar Siswa Pada Mata Pelajaran Ekonomi Kelas XI Di SMA Negeri 1 Paguat Kabupaten Pohuwato. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, dengan metode penelitian kuantitatif korelasional. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer yang diperoleh dari penyebaran kuesioner pada Siswa Kelas XI Di SMA Negeri 1 Paguat Kabupaten Pohuwato. Jumlah Penarikan Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebesar 65 responden. Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi linear sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat Pengaruh Pemberian Umpan Balik (Feedback) Guru Terhadap Aktivitas Belajar Siswa Pada Mata Pelajaran Ekonomi Kelas XI Di SMA Negeri 1 Paguat Kabupaten Pohuwato. Besaran pengaruh Pemberian Umpan Balik (Feedback) terhadap Aktivitas Belajar Siswa 32,7% sedangkan sisanya sebesar 67,3% dipengaruhi oleh variabel yang tidak diteliti.
