Abstract

Diabetes melitus (DM) tipe 2 merupakan salah satu faktor risiko komorditas yang paling signifikan terkait dengan tuberkulosis paru (TB) di seluruh dunia. Kadar glukosa darah yang tinggi secara terus menerus pada DM dapat merusak sistem imun seluler, yang memicu peningkatan dalam replikasi   Kondisi hiperglikemia kronis pada DM mengganggu imun seluler, yang memicu peningkatan dalam replikasi Mycobacterium tuberculosis dan emingkatkan jumlah bakteri. Desain yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah observasional analitik dengan pendekatan potong lintang, melibatkan 50 pasien sebagai sampelnya. Terdapat tiga jenis analisis data yang dilakukan  : analisis deskriptif, Chi Square dengan nilai Odds Ratio sebesar  26 dengan nilai p < 0,001, serta regresi logistik dengan Adjusted Odds Ratio  sebesar 6,25. Temuan dari analisis Chi Square menunjukkan adanya hubungan yang sangat signifikan antara status glikemik yang tidak terkontrol dan hasil BTA positif.     Pasien TB yang juga mengidap DM menunjukkan risiko 6,25 kali lebih tinggi untuk memiliki beban bakteri yang lebih besar dibandingkan dengan pasien TB yang tidak memiliki DM.

Abstract

The digital transformation of Indonesia's financial sector has amplified the strategic role of Information Technology (IT) in supporting efficiency, innovation, and regulatory compliance. However, academic studies thematically exploring IT leaders' strategies and challenges in local contexts remain limited. This study aims to identify similarities and differences in the IT strategies implemented by six technology leaders from the Indonesian banking, financing, and life insurance industries. The method employs a qualitative thematic analysis using narrative quotes from informants published in the August 2025 edition of Marketing Magazine. The findings reveal that system integration, operational efficiency, and regulation are common areas of focus. Conversely, approaches to innovation, user experience, and infrastructure modernization show significant variation across informants, indicating that IT strategies in the Indonesian financial sector are contextual and heterogeneous. The novelty of this research lies in the thematic mapping based on quotations, which reveals the dynamics of local technology leadership and opens space for developing more adaptive IT leadership theories

Abstract

This study examines the Siraman Kepemimpinan procession and Buddhist teachings, focusing on the concepts of Prajnaparamita and Panca Skandha as the primary inspiration for the Dewanggono dance. The objective is to create a new choreography that embodies the values of wisdom and inner purity, grounded in the understanding that the human self consists of five impermanent aggregates. Five dancers participated in the exploration of the inner journey from emptiness to perfection across four acts, each expressing different mental states through movement and body language. The research method employed was Practice Led Research, which integrates field research with dance creation theory, encompassing the stages of design, development, composition, and performance. Data analysis involved evaluations and guidance from a supervising lecturer, with a focus on enhancing the message and harmony between the movement and the accompanying Javanese gamelan music. The findings indicate that this dance not only emphasizes aesthetic and technical elements but also conveys a profound spiritual message regarding purity and wisdom in life. In conclusion, Dewanggana has successfully emerged as a dance work that balances visual beauty with the philosophical richness of Buddhist teachings and the local traditions of Pakel village.
