Abstract

Pesantren become motivator and innovator in health development, and become role model in cleanand healthy living behavior for the surrounding community. The problems of existing pesantrenincluding the partners (Yayasan Wakaf UMI Pesantren Wihdatul Ulum) in the service to thecommunity are: (1) Not knowing the condition and health condition of the surroundingcommunity, (2) Partners also do not have container of community empowerment in health sectorand, (3) Human resources that manage it. Self Awareness Survey showed that there are healthproblems of skin disease (itching and scabies), the issue of personal hygiene, sanitation or ,. Thenthe deliberation of poskestren formation and the election of board and cadre of poskestren (santrihusada) to run and run poskestren. In order for poskestren cadres to perform postcestrene activitiesthen conducted poskestren training that followed 30 people. In order poskestren activities can workwell it needs guidance specifically motivated cadre poskestren based health problems are advancedstudents and the community. Abstract

The revitalization of Posyandu is aimed to improve the function and performance of Posyandu,with the main activities of training, service and community movement. Facilities andinfrastructure in Posyandu Melati I are not adequate, active cadres are 4 people, communityparticipation in utilizing posyandu about 45%, about 2% of children with less nutrition. Theactivities carried out in the form of procurement of facilities and infrastructure improvements,facilitate training of posyandu cadres, supplementary feeding and nutritious food and wormcounseling for mother with toddlers. Procurement of facilities and infrastructure in the form of 9types of equipment required Posyandu Melati I. Coordination to Puskesmas Parangloe producestraining activities posyandu cadres planed in October 2017. Supplementary feeding og green beanporridge, on approximately 30 children under five. Nutrition food and worm counseling attendedas many as 15 mothers who have a toddler. Pre-Post test evaluation were conducted before andafter the extension materials were given, indicating an increase in extension counseling knoeledgefrom 43% to 89%. Posyandu Cadres are also advised to actively invite community to be willing tovolunteer posyandu cadres, providing additional foods of varying kind so that toddler do not getbored ang eager to come to posyandu every month. Provision of nutritional material should beaccompanied by a food model and posyandu should have a storage cabinet of goods.

Abstract

Reports from the World Health Organization (WHO) in 2013 stated that the global prevalence ofASD latest median is 62/10 000 or 160 children one of whom had Autism Spectrum Disorder(ASD). The high prevalence of ASD encourages governments and communities establisheducational institutions such as extraordinary school (SLB), to help ASD children can grow anddevelop like other communities. The problem often faced by partners (SLB Laniang, SLB AutisBunda and SLB Pembina Provinsi Sulsel Kota Makassar) is uncertain about how to takemeasurements and mapping ASD child, then the program agreed with the partner, there are two(2) main aspects, namely: (1) identifies and measures the severity of ASD children interferenceand (2) Mapping addresses and locations disorder ASD child home. The results indicate that thereis an increased activity of knowledge of teachers / lecturers to the identification and measurementof children with ASD to use it Childhood Autism Rating Scale (CARS), which has been speciallydesigned using Exel, so that teachers / lecturers can quickly determining the severity of thedisorder ASD children. This activity also has meningkatkatkan bagamana knowledge on how todo the mapping ASD children, especially in Laniang SLB, SLB Autism Mother and SLB Pembinaprovince of Makassar
