Lansia adalah seseorang yang berusia mencapai 60 tahun keatas .Panti jompo adalah tempat berkumpulnya lansia untuk diurus segala keperluannya, tempat ini ada yang dikelola oleh pemerintah maupun pihak swasta. Lansia memiliki risiko tinggi untuk mengalami penyakit kronis dan disabilitas, sering mengakibatkan peningkatan morbiditas dan mortalitas Herba kebugaran terbuat dari tiga bahan utama yaitu temulawak (Curcuma xanthorriza Roxb.), kunyit (Curcuma longa L.), dan meniran (Phyllanthus niruri L.), terbukti bermanfaat sebagai ramuan kebugaran untuk antihipertensi, hiperglikemia, hiperurisemia, dan hiperkolesterolemia. Metode yang digunakan adalah ceramah dan diskusi. Tujuan memberikan informasi mengenai herba kebugaran. Implikasi dari kegiatan adalah peningkatan pengetahuan peserta, dengan skor rata rata pretes dan posttes adalah 50,7% dan 97,3%. Presentasi terbukti memberikan manfaat tambahan ilmu pengetahuan tentang herba kebugaran di Panti Jompo Lestari Gresik

Burns are damage to the tissue that does not only occur on the surface of the skin, but can occur under the skin. Globally, burns are the fourth most common type of injury, after traffic accidents, falls and physical abuse. The cost of treating burns is relatively expensive according to the area of the burn, the larger the area of the burn, the higher the cost of treatment. Research for the treatment of burns using herbal ingredients has begun to be carried out by many researchers. One of the typical Indonesian herbal plant ingredients is the Pacitan orange (Citrus sinensis) L Osbeck. This type of research is an experimental research with the aim of looking at the formation of epithelial cells, fibroblasts, and collagen which are formed after being given Pacitan orange peel extract (Citrus sinensis) treatment. The sample of this study used 20 white rats which were divided into 4 groups, namely Group 1 (K1) the burn group without treatment, Group 2 (K2) the burn rats with bioplacenton treatment, Group 3 (K3) the burn rats with NaCl treatment 0.9%, Group 4 (K4) burnt rats treated with extra 100% Pacitan orange peel. From the research results obtained, it can be concluded that the administration of Pacitan Orange Peel extract is proven to accelerate the healing process of second degree burns on the skin of white rats viewed microscopically, namely from increased collagen production, epithelial thickness, and fibroblasts.Keywords: Pacitan orange peel extract, Burns, Mus musculus, histopathology

penderita kusta agar lebih mudah menjangkau pengobatan di RSUD Sumber Glagah. Hingga saat ini di Dusun Sumberglagah masih terdapat 300 orang penderita orang kusta namun sebagian besar sudah sembuh dan masih ada 20 orang yang sedang dalam pengobatan dibawah pengawasan RSUD Sumberglagah Pacet Mojokerto. Salah satu upaya untuk mencegah terjadinya penularan penyakit kusta ialah dengan rutin mengkonsumsi makan-makanan bergizi serta menerapkan perilaku hidup bersih dan sehat. Disamping itu juga dapat disertai mengkonsumsi minuman herbal secara rutin mampu membantu menjaga kesehatan serta meningkatkan imunitas tubuh. Namun karena kurangnya pengetahuan dari Kader Siaga Kusta akan manfaat dari minuman herbal sehingga masyarakat di Dusun Sumberglagah perlu mendapatkan sosialisasi untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan kader siaga kusta tentang pembuatan minuman herbal Jahe, Kunyit, Daun Salam, dan Secang. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini ialah penyuluhan dan pelatihan. Hasil dari penyuluhan dan pelatihan didapatkan peningkatan pengetahuan sebesar 83,34%. Diharapkan para kader siaga kusta mampu menerapkan ilmu dan keterampilan yang telah diajarkan agar bisa diaplikasikan ke kegiatan sehari-hari, serta mampu meneruskan pengetahuan dan keterampilan nya kepada masyarakat luas khususnya warga Dusun Sumberglagah

Pemanfaatan rumput laut Sargassum sp. sebagai bahan pembuatan pelembab kulit secara alami. Potensi Sargassum sp. yang kaya akan kandungan bioaktif untuk produk perawatan kulit masih belum banyak dimanfaatkan, padahal sumber daya ini melimpah di perairan Indonesia. Rumput laut Sargassum sp memiliki potensi antioksidan yang baik, yang menunjukkan kemampuan untuk menghambat reaksi radikal bebas dan mencegah kerusakan sel. Ekstrak Sargassum sp juga memiliki aktivitas anti-inflamasi, yang dapat digunakan dalam pengobatan dan kosmetik. Melalui edukasi rumput raut Sargassum sp sebagai bahan pembuatan pelembab kulit atau lotion, para santri diajak untuk memahami proses pengolahan Sargassum sp. menjadi produk bernilai ekonomi. Edukasi ini tidak hanya bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan santri pondok pesantren KH Wahid Hasyim Bangil tentang manfaat Sargassum sp., tetapi juga melatih keterampilan kewirausahaan mereka dalam memanfaatkan sumber daya lokal. Pelaksanaan kegiatan dilakukan dalam beberapa tahap yakni persiapan, pelaksanaan, evaluasi, dan pelaporan. Sasaran responden untuk pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah santri husada poskestren pondok pesantren KH Wahid Hasyim Bangil sebanyak 40 orang dengan jenjang pendidikan antara SMP-SMA. hasil peningkatan pengetahuan santri terukur dengan parameter skor pada pretest dan posttest yang diberikan sebelum dan sesudah diberikan wawasan .Dari hasil rerata skor pre test dan post test terdapat peningkatan dimana skor pada pre test adalah 60 sedangkan skor post test yaitu 90 sehingga dalam hal ini terlihat bahwa terdapat peningkatan wawasan yang diberikan.

Lestari Nursing Home is an active nursing home located in Bringkan village, Menganti sub-district, Gresik district. There are 40 elderly people who are permanent residents. Nursing homes often receive assistance in the form of food or basic necessities. Based on survey results, many elderly people do not know the benefits of the brotowali herbal plant. In fact, brotowali infusion and decoction have been used to treat high blood sugar. Due to the lack of knowledge among the elderly about the benefits of the brotowali herbal plant, the drafting team will hold outreach activities at the Lestari Nursing Home. The aim of this community service activity is to increase the knowledge of the elderly about the benefits of brotowali for health, and increase the awareness of the elderly to use brotowali herbal drinks for natural (herbal) health. The method used is counseling. The topic given was about the benefits of brotowali for health with a target of 20 elderly people. The results of the counseling showed an increase in knowledge of 84%. The elderly seemed enthusiastic in this outreach activity as seen from their activeness when the question and answer discussion session was opened by the resource person.
