Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine and analyze the effect of competence, work discipline and work environment on work performance at PT Perkebunan Nusantara IV (Persero) Medan partially or simultaneously. The approach used in this study is an associative approach. The population in this study are all employees at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara IV (Persero) Medan with 389 employees. Based on the calculation of sampling, the number of samples in this study were 115 employees of PT. Perkebunan Nusantara IV (Persero) Medan. Data collection techniques in this study used documentation, observation, and questionnaire techniques. Data analysis techniques in this study used a quantitative approach using statistical analysis using multiple linear regression, classical assumption test, hypothesis testing and coefficient of determination test. The results of this study prove that competence has a partial effect on work performance, work discipline has a partial effect on work performance, work environment has a partial effect on work performance. Competence, work discipline and work environment have a simultaneous effect on work performance at PT Perkebunan Nusantara IV (Persero) Medan

Abstract

The capital advertise for companies may be a implies to get capital from the more extensive community, so that there's an break even with dissemination of company proprietorship by the community and appears the openness of data from the company. This appears that the capital showcase could be a supporting instrument for the supportability of the economy in a nation. This research aims to analyze independent directors composition on stock price risk with media coverage as a moderating variable in Manufacturing Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2019- 2022 period. This research is an associative research. The population used in this study is Manufacturing Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2019-2022 period, totaling 195 companies. In this study, the sample used in this study was determined using a purposive sampling technique. The number of samples used in this study was 53 companies, with data observations of 53 companies x 4 years of research equal to 212 observation data. The analysis technique used is moderated regression analysis. The results of the study indicate that independent directors composition has a positive and significant effect on stock price risk in Manufacturing Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2019-2022 period. Media coverage does not moderate the effect of independent directors composition on stock price risk in Manufacturing Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2019-2022 period.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the significant influence of organizational climate, employee engagement, work palcement and organizational commitment on the organizational citizenship behavior of PT.CentralSumatera Bank Medan. The totalpopulation in this studyamounted to 531 employee and use 84 employee as a sample. The analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis. The results showed that organizational climate, work placement and organizational commitment had a significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior andemployee engagement had a not significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior at PT. Central Sumatera Bank Medan. As simultan effect the organizational climate, employee engagement, work placement and organizational commitment had a significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior at PT. Central Sumatera Bank.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh beban kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja, untuk mengetahui kompensasi terhadap kepuasan kerja dan untuk mengetahui pengaruh beban kerja dan kompensasi terhadap kepuasan kerja. Jumlah populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 114 responden dan dengan menggunakan teknik penarikan sampel jenuh. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa beban kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja pada PT. Indako Trading Coy Medan. Kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja pada PT. Indako Trading Coy Medan. Beban kerja dan kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja pada PT. Indako Trading Coy Medan.

Abstract

This research aims to find out whether education and work experience influence work ethic with professionalism as a moderating variable in the Medan City Government's Department of Cooperatives, Small and Medium Enterprises, Industry and Trade. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis MRA- Moderated Regression Analysis. This research uses associative research with a quantitative approach. Data collection techniques were obtained from questionnaires. The population and the sample in this study was 99 people using a saturated sampling method, namely a sample that also represents the total population. The research results show that the variables of education and work experience have a significant influence on work ethic. For the Professionalism variable which acts as a moderating variable, in this research the professionalism variable is able to significantly moderate the education and work experience variables on work ethic.)

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh value added capital employed (VACA), value human capital (VAHU) dan structural capital value added (STVA) terhadap kinerja keuangan pada perusahaan perbankan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia pada tahun 2017-2021. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Perusahaan perbankan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efekt Indonesia dari tahun 2017-2021 yang berjumlah 49 perusahaan perbankan dan yang menjadi sampel adalah 32 perusahaan dengan periode pengamatan selama 5 sehingga sampelnya berjumlah 160 data. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode statistik dengan bantuan program EVIEWS untuk melakukan pengolahan data. Hasil penelitian ini adalah . Variabel VACA (Value Added Capital Employed) berpengaruh positip dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja keuangan (ROA), Variabel VAHU (Value Added Human Capital) berpengaruh positip dan signifikan terhadap kinerja keuangan (ROA) dan Variabel STVA (Structural Capital Value Added) berpengaruh negatip dan signifikan terhadap kinerja keuangan (ROA).

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh antara kepemimpinan transformasional dan kualitas kehidupan kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan dan menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional, kualitas kehidupan kerja dan kepuasan kerja terhadap komitmen organisasi serta menganalisis pengaruh kepuasan kerja mengintervensi kepemimpinan transformasional dan kualitas kehidupan kerja terhadap komitmen organisasional. Jumlah populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 100 orang pada divisi perencanaan, dan semuanya diambil sebagai sampel dengan menggunakan sampling jenuh. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis jalur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan transformasional tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasional, kualitas kehidupan kerja tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasional, kepuasan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasional, kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, kualitas kehidupan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. Kemudian kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasional melalui kepuasan kerja dan kualitas kehidupan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasional melalui kepuasan kerja, sehingga hal ini mengindikasikan adanya pengaruh tidak langsung.

Abstract

This research was motivated by the growth of Emerald Garden Medan hotel which began to decline. This causes hotels in the city of Medan to be able to develop offerings in various aspects in order to increase hotel visits and provide optimal satisfaction for consumers. One of the conditions for a hotel to be successful in future competition is to strive to achieve its goals by creating and retaining customers. The role of hotels as a suggestion is to meet consumer needs is becoming increasingly important to society. This study aimed to test whether service quality, emotional value has an effect on customer satisfaction either partially or simultaneously at the Emerald Garden Medan Hotel. The population in this study amounted to 100 respondents with the sampling technique of Accidental Sampling. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results showed that service quality had a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction at Emerald Garden Hotel Medan, emotional value had a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction at Emerald Garden Hotel Medan. Service quality and emotional value have a positive and significant effect simultaneously on customer satisfaction at Emerald Garden Hotel Medan.
