Abstract

Seni pertunjukan merupakan praktik budaya yang tidak hanya merepresentasikan ekspresi artistik, tetapi juga mencerminkan relasi sosial, nilai budaya, dan dinamika kekuasaan dalam masyarakat. Dalam perkembangannya, seni pertunjukan mengalami transformasi seiring dengan meningkatnya mobilitas seniman, berkembangnya wacana kota kreatif, serta perubahan kebijakan kebudayaan. Kondisi ini menempatkan seni pertunjukan dalam situasi yang kompleks, di mana keberlanjutan praktik artistik tidak lagi ditentukan semata oleh kualitas estetika, tetapi juga oleh tata kelola yang mengatur relasi antara seniman, komunitas, institusi, negara, dan pasar. Artikel ini bertujuan mengkaji tata kelola seni pertunjukan melalui perspektif ekologi budaya dengan menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kualitatif dan etnografi seni. Melalui pembacaan relasional terhadap praktik seni, artikel ini menunjukkan bahwa seni pertunjukan beroperasi dalam ekosistem budaya yang dinamis dan bergantung pada keseimbangan relasi sosial, ruang, serta sumber daya. Kajian ini diharapkan memberikan kontribusi teoretik bagi pengembangan studi tata kelola seni serta menawarkan perspektif kontekstual bagi perumusan kebijakan dan pendidikan seni pertunjukan.

Abstract

The use of IoT in precision agriculture is very important in the process of increasing crop production. The local supply of onions in Merauke Regency have not fulfilled the demand, thus the high price in the market. Most of the demand for onion are still fulfilled from outside the region, as the production of local farmers has not been optimal. The weather has been identified as one of the factors that affect the quality of onion production. This study aims to create an automatic monitoring system based on an Arduino microcontroller to measure soil moisture and temperature in onion patches. The method used is to design an automatic monitoring device to determine soil moisture and temperature so that it can provide information about the growth and maintenance of onion patches. The Arduino microcontroller is connected to a reading sensor that is integrated with component devices to maintain a stable temperature and soil moisture. All devices and components are designed to operate in a custom-made environment in the form of a greenhouse prototype. The results of this study indicate that the tool and system are capable of capturing the soil moisture and temperature, as well as maintaining the soil moisture and temperature within certain parameters, in cloudy, wet and hot weather conditions. Doi: 10.28991/esj-2021-SP1-07 Full Text: PDF

Abstract

Purpose of the study: In the context of the digital era, the transmission of moral values faces increasing challenges due to the dominance of globalized, visual, and fast-paced content. This study aims to explore how Gendang Bugis a traditional Bugis musical performance, functions as a medium of moral pedagogy when represented and recontextualized on digital platforms Methodology: This research adopts an exploratory qualitative approach, employing digital ethnographic techniques. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, participatory observations, and content analysis of Gendang Bugis representations on social media platforms including YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok. Survey instruments: semi-structured interview guide and observation checklist. Main Findings: The main results indicate that digital performances of Gendang Bugis effectively transmit core moral values such as discipline, respect, solidarity, and cooperation. Senior performers act as moral role models, while youth audiences engage through affective and interactive virtual platforms. This online interaction fosters deeper value internalization. Moreover, digital platforms broaden access, promote intergenerational moral dialogue, and reinforce the pedagogical strength of traditional arts, even amid concerns over cultural authenticity and shifting modes of transmission in modern contexts Novelty/Originality of this study: This study presents a novel evaluative framework that integrates traditional performance pedagogy with digital ethnography. The results highlight the active role of digitalized traditional arts in moral education. It emphasizes the urgency of developing culturally grounded, digitally adaptive educational content and encourages the integration of traditional arts into both formal and informal education systems in a relevant and contextual manner.
