The impact of family divorce is felt by parents and children, including loss of emotional support, the emergence of conflict, and changes in aspects of the family. Post-divorce conflict and negative interactions between parents that are exposed to the child's daily life can reflect negative expressions and emotions in the family, while interactions around the child can be internalized and shape how the child sees themselves (self-concept). This research was conducted to find out how communication patterns within the family influence the formation of children's self-concept. The theories used in this research are family communication pattern theory and social self-construction theory. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative with a phenomenological approach. The subjects in this study were children from divorced families who lived with one parent aged 15-21 years. The research results showed that one informant adhered to a consensual family communication pattern and two informants adhered to a protective family communication pattern. Both family communication patterns have a high conformity orientation, so that children are the ones who adapt and obey the parents' wishes, opinions and regulations. Furthermore, the results of this research also show that the formation of the informants' self-concept tends to be negative, characterized by low self-esteem, caused by the habit of comparing themselves with those around them, children see themselves as not comparable or equal to other people. Associated with a negative self-image from their own interpretation and evaluation, shown by a pessimistic and insecure attitude.

Films are a product of human thought, making films effective mass media because it can be explained that film themes are very important in media semiotics. The form of violence against women that is often applied in Indonesia is an important social discourse because understanding violence in films can always influence society. The film Si Doel The Movie 2, which is taken from Aman's novel, was chosen as the research subject because the narrative depicts a character who is culturally oppressed because she is a woman and has the status of a wife. This study uses a critical paradigm to critically dismantle the meanings and ideas contained in film texts. Using a qualitative approach and Roland Barthes’ semiotic research method, the researcher wants to know how the film text of Si Doel The Movie 2 represents cultural violence against women that appears through the audio and visual aspects of the film. The selected lexia is analyzed through two meanings, which are denotative (literal) and connotative. The author applies data collection techniques in the form of observation and documentation to analyze the text in the film Si Doel The Movie 2. The theory used is Stuart Hall's representation theory and Simone De Beaviour's Feminist Existentialism Theory. The results of this research are that the film Si Doel The Movie 2 presents a false representation of cultural violence, there are several indicators regarding signs that refer to the existence of feminism itself, namely women's equality, so that this film strengthens and justifies the shackles of women based on violence that occurs continuously. cultural events such as fear, intolerance and satire where the dominance of masculine elements is seen in this film and this is a motif of patriarchal ideology which is reflected in scenes in the film that erode equality

The continued increase in demand for beauty products in Indonesia makes many brand beauty began to intensively carry out marketing communication strategies, one of which is Skintific. With these conditions, this study aims to see the effect of exposure sales promotion and viewing intensity online customer review on social media TikTok on purchasing decisions for Skintific products in the city of Semarang. This study uses Advertising Exposure Theory and Buyer Information Environment Theory. Data collection used a questionnaire with a sample size of 100 respondents with the criteria of Semarang city residents who have purchased Skintific products at least once in the last 3 months and have an active TikTok social media account. Retrieval of data using non-probability sampling technique by purposive sampling method and processed using a simple linear regression analysis technique with the SPSS 23 program. From this study it was found that Sales Promotion Exposure has a positive and significant influence on the Purchasing Decision of Skintific Products. These results prove that the Advertising Exposure Theory relevant to this research. Likewise with the Intensity of Seeing Online Customer Review on TikTok Social Media which also has a significant and positive effect on Purchasing Decisions of Skintific Products. These results prove the existence of relevance to the Buyer Information Environment theory. This study aims to explain the influence of social media marketing exposure and email blast exposure on brand loyalty of Grab application. This research is quantitative studies, with the theory that it used are Honeycomb Model and Theory of Flow that combines a non-probability sampling method with accidental sampling. The total of the respondents around 166, who lived in Indonesia's big cities and use email and social media to receive, see, and experience updated campaign information from Grab application. The results of the hypothesis tests using simple linear regression technique shows that there is no influence of social media marketing exposure on brand loyalty, meanwhile the second hypothesis shows that there is an influence of email blast exposure on brand loyalty with the significance value of (0,050). The result suggest that Grab Indonesia can implements this marketing communication ways specifically in using email blast exposure in strengthening their brand loyalty.

There are at least two main issues concerning the pros and cons of this omnibus law. First is the posedural issue in the process of making laws. Omnibus law should not be solely to support economic growth and facilitate investment. At thesame time other issues must be considered, for example human rights. So that the omnibus law is not merely a technical problem of legal drafting, but is also part of the implementation of the countrys legal politics. This study uses a literature reviewanalysis method. The results of the deepening of the literatureexplain that the reasons for urgent needs, and limited time, the government or the Parliament can not only pursue the efficiency of time and effectiveness of the target, because the making ofthe law must meet the required procedures, so that the authority granted by the constitution is validated. What must be guarded is not to get the idea of finding a breakthrough, not only concerning the substance of the legislation, but also the draftingprocedures, and the systematic system of the legislation, it will cause new complications in the legislative draftingsystem.

The Ministry of Social Affairs applies PKH assistance to recipient communities to prevent misuse of assistance for consumptive purposes. The aim of this program is to improve the standard of living and quality of human resources in the form of changes in mindset, behavior and prosperous graduation. This research aims to examine the relationship between the effectiveness of FDS assistance and media use on the level of KPM participation with Cybernetic Theory and the Knowledge-Attitude-Behavior Model which are based on quantitative analysis. Also used is probability sampling with cluster random sampling techniques via Pearson Product Moment Correlation and Simple Linear Regression. The total sample of 85 KPM will still be active until 2024, in Ngraji Village, Grobogan. The first hypothesis in this research is that there is a relationship between the effectiveness of FDS assistance (X1) and the level of KPM participation (Y), the results show that there is no linear relationship between the two variables. The essence of assistance does not work according to the initial goal, the mentor is too dominant as an information resource so it is necessary to reconsider the approach to a good relationship with respondents. The second research hypothesis examines that there is a relationship between the effectiveness of media use (X2) and the level of KPM participation (Y), the results show that there is a linear relationship. However, the effectiveness only reached 11.4%, due to the physical limitations of the module and flipchart. Therefore, it is necessary to consider increasing the physical media duplication budget. The third hypothesis is that there is a relationship between the effectiveness of FDS assistance (X1) and media use (X2) and the level of KPM participation (Y). Based on these results, no conclusion can be drawn from the third hypothesis, because the results of the two hypotheses are inversely proportional and if the first hypothesis is continued the effectiveness value is less than 1%. Thus, continuous assistance with the media is not fully implemented and still requires the respondent's determination to be actively involved in making PKH a success

This study aims to analyze coaching communication in maintaining karate kata athletes' motivation in preparation for the National Sports Week (PON). Communication between coaches and athletes is a key element in sports coaching, especially in motivating athletes to achieve their best performance. Using a qualitative approach, this study collected data through in-depth interviews with coaches and athletes and direct observation during training sessions. The results showed that effective communication, including providing constructive feedback, emotional support, and setting clear goals, played a significant role in maintaining and improving athlete motivation. In addition, communication strategies that are personalized and tailored to the needs of individual athletes have been shown to reduce stress and increase their self-confidence. This study emphasizes the importance of the role of coaching communication in achieving success in prestigious competitions such as PON, and provides practical recommendations for coaches in optimizing communication with their athletes.

Reports regarding cases of sexual violence were still very high throughout 2022 with the majority of victims being women. Law enforcers always settled on the ‘peaceful’ way of resolving cases by not taking sides with victims or being unjust. Film was a discourse that represents social realities. Based on the social issues, Photocopier was produced to depict the silencing that still occurred against victims of sexual violence. The research aimed to examine the discourse on silencing women as victims of sexual violence which was portrayed in Photocopier. Muted Group Theory by Cheris Kramarae was used as the main theory, followed by the concept of radical-libertarian feminism. Sara Mills’ Critical Discourse Analysis was used as the research method to analyze deeper on four aspects of examination: character, fragmentation, focalization, and schemata. The results indicated that the female characters in Photocopier represent women as victims of sexual violence. Despite having important roles, the female characters were still portrayed to be silenced by the male characters. Fragmentation concentrated on the facial expressions of the characters which depicted anger and frustration of the victims. Focalization in the film indicated that the female victims were active subjects. The subjectivity of sexual violence victims rendered through feminine-oriented when sharing their experiences. Hence, schemata identified the victim blaming ideology in which the female victims of sexual violence still struggle to reveal the truth and demand lawfulness.

Perempuan merupakan target utama dari tindakan body shaming, namun pria juga sering mengalami body shaming sama seperti perempuan, tetapi kasus-kasusnya kurang tersorot dan terekspos. Remaja pria ketika mengalami body shaming memilih untuk diam dan memendam saja tidak seperti remaja perempuan. Pada pria, tindakan body shaming memiliki kekhasan tersendiri yang membedakan dengan tindakan body shaming yang dialami oleh perempuan, yaitu mengarah pada kritikan atau ejekan mengenai penampilan, kepribadian, gestur tubuh, dan lain sebagainya yang berkaitan dengan penyimpangan pada maskulinitas. Pria yang tidak bisa memenuhi standar tubuh ideal dan tidak bisa menjadi sosok yang maskulin akan direndahkan dan menjadi sasaran tindakan body shaming. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu memahami proses pemaknaan pesan body shaming yang dialami pada korban remaja pria. Penelitian ini merupakan tipe kualitatif yang menggunakan metode analisis Interpretative Phenomenological Analysis (IPA). Dalam penelitian ini, peneliti melakukan wawancara mendalam interview kepada lima informan yaitu lima remaja pria usia 18-23 tahun yang telah mengalami tindakan body shaming. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa proses koordinasi pemaknaan pesan body shaming pada korban remaja pria diawali dengan menerima pesan body shaming dan memaknai pesan body shaming. Pemaknaan terhadap pesan body shaming yang terbentuk yaitu pemaknaan pesan body shaming sebagai tindakan yang mengganggu citra diri, pemaknaan pesan body shaming sebagai ungkapan candaan dan pemaknaan pesan body shaming sebagai motivasi. Teman merupakan pelaku body shaming utama selain keluarga dan orang yang memiliki kuasa. Penerimaan pesan dan pemaknaan pesan body shaming memicu informan untuk memberikan tanggapan berupa respon dan reaksi yang merupakan bentuk perlawanan informan terhadap pelaku yang disesuaikan dengan tingkat keakraban informan dengan pelaku dan tingkat keparahan pesan body shaming yang diberikan pelaku. Informan terdorong untuk menceritakan pengalaman body shaming kepada teman cerita dan hal ini merupakan bentuk katarsis. Informan merasa memerlukan penguatan dan dukungan dari orang terdekatnya untuk mengelola dan mengatasi permasalahan body shaming. Upaya melakukan proses koordinasi pemaknaan body shaming memunculkan dua redefinisi terhadap pemaknaan tubuh informan. Redefinisi pemaknaan tubuh pertama yaitu tubuh sebagai alat kontrol maskulinitas yang mengartikan bahwa informan menganggap tubuh sebagai titik terlemah yang informan miliki karena sering dikomentari, dikontrol, diawasi dan mendapatkan pesan body shaming dari orang lain terkait dengan penyimpangan terhadap standar maskulinitas di Indonesia. Redefinisi pemaknaan tubuh kedua yaitu tubuhku milikku mengartikan bahwa tubuh yang informan miliki hanya bisa didefinisikan dan dinilai oleh informan sendiri karena setiap orang memiliki standar dan ekspektasi terhadap tubuhnya masing-masing. Terbentuknya redefinisi pemaknaan terhadap tubuh membuat informan memikirkan kembali mengenai definisi dari tubuhnya sendiri.
