Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui peran literasi kewirausahaan bagi petani kelapa dan gula merah di Desa Tondey Kecamatan Motoling Barat Kabupaten Minahasa Selatan. Jenis penelitian ini yakni penelitian kualitatif. Informan yang menjadi sumber data dalam penelitian ini yaitu 3 orang Petani kelapa dan 2 orang petani gula merah. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dilkaukan adalah wawancara dan observasi. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik triangulasi data. Hasil penelitian ini diperoleh; 1) Petani kelapa dan gula merah di Desa Tondey yang memiliki akses terbatas ke internet dan sumber informasi harga produk; 2) kesulitan dalam menggunakan teknologi dalam memasarkan produk; 3) keterbatasan petani terhadap modal dan akses pembiayaan usaha tani secara formal adalah masalah utama yang dihadapi petani dalam mengembangkan usaha kelapa kopra dan gula aren. Abstract

This study aims to determine, describe and analyze, related to the Business Ability of the Young Generation in Madidir District, Bitung City, with the research method, namely Qualitative Description, Number of Informants 5 People, and Data analysis techniques using Observation, interviews and Documentation. Based on the results and discussions above, it can be concluded that the entrepreneurial knowledge obtained by the Young Generation, namely knowledge about the business to be pioneered, knowledge about business management and organization, and knowledge about roles and responsibilities can form an entrepreneurial character in the Young Generation marked by the existence of attitudes and behavior in entrepreneurship. Although after obtaining entrepreneurial literacy, only a small part of the Young Generation has the behavior of an entrepreneur, namely deciding to become an entrepreneur, having real actions in running a business, and having a plan to develop a business. Abstract

Kegiatan sosialisasi mengenai pentingnya menabung merupakan langkah strategis dalam membentuk kebiasaan keuangan yang sehat sejak usia dini. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kesadaran anak usia dini mengenai manfaat menabung serta cara-cara yang efektif dalam melakukannya. Pendekatan edukatif yang digunakan bersifat interaktif, meliputi penyuluhan, simulasi menabung, dan distribusi media informasi, yang bertujuan untuk mengajak peserta memahami bahwa menabung tidak hanya sebatas menyimpan uang, tetapi juga melibatkan pembentukan disiplin, kemandirian, dan perencanaan masa depan. Metode yang diterapkan dalam sosialisasi ini mencakup penyampaian materi serta studi kasus yang relevan. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan dalam pemahaman dan minat peserta terhadap praktik menabung, yang menjadi indikator positif dalam mendorong terbentuknya kebiasaan finansial yang berkelanjutan.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Minat Belajar dan Motivasi Belajar terhadap Hasil Belajar Siswa Kelas XI Tata Boga di SMK Negeri 1 Tondano. Metode penelitian yang dignakan penulis adalah metode survey dengan 30 sampel. Teknik yang digunakan dalam pengumpulan data ini adalah Teknik kuisioner (angket), observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil dari penelitian survey di analisis dengan metode analisis uji normalitas data dan metode analisis linier berganda. Dari uji instrument yang digunakan variabel X1, X2 dan variabel Y menggunakan 10 item yang dimana semua variabel valid. Hasil uji hipotesis diperoleh: 1) ada pengaruh Minat belajar siswa terhadap Hasil Belajar siswa Kelas XI Tata Boga di SMK N 1 Tondano sebesar 10%; 2) ada pengaruh pengaruh Motivasi Belajar terhadap Hasil Belajar Siswa Kelas XI Tata Boga di SMK N 1 Tondano sebesar 4%; 3) dan ada pengaruh pengaruh Minat Belajar dan Motivasi Belajar siswa terhadap Hasil Belajar Siswa di Kelas XI Tata Boga SMK N 1 Tondano sebesar 44%. Dan sisanya 56% ditentukan oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti. Kata Kunci : Minat Belajar, Motivasi Belajar, Hasil Belajar. ABSTRACK This study aims to determine the effect of Learning Interest and Learning Motivation on the Learning Outcomes of Class XI Culinary Arts Students at SMK Negeri 1 Tondano. The research method used by the author is a survey method with 30 samples. The techniques used in collecting this data are questionnaire techniques, observation and documentation. The results of the survey research were analyzed using the data normality test analysis method and multiple linear analysis methods. From the instrument test used, variables X1, X2 and Y variables used 10 items where all variables were valid. The results of the hypothesis test obtained: 1) there is an effect of Student Learning Interest on the Learning Outcomes of Class XI Culinary Arts Students at SMK N 1 Tondano by 10%; 2) there is an effect of Learning Motivation on the Learning Outcomes of Class XI Culinary Arts Students at SMK N 1 Tondano by 4%; 3) and there is an effect of Student Learning Interest and Learning Motivation on the Learning Outcomes of Class XI Culinary Arts Students at SMK N 1 Tondano by 44%. And the remaining 56% is determined by other variables not studied. Keywords: Learning Interest, Learning Motivation, Learning Outcomes.

Abstract

The fishing industry is the dominant driver of the Economy in Bitung. The major contribution of fishing industry to Bitung City made this city known by the term "Skipjack". With the enactment of the Regulation of the Minister of Marine and Fisheries No 56 of 2014 on Temporary Cessation (Moratorium) Licensing of Fish in Regional Fisheries Management of the Republic of Indonesia and the Regulation of the Minister of Marine and Fisheries No. 57 of 2014 regarding the Second Amendment to the Regulation of the Minister of Marine and Fisheries No. 30 / MEN / 2012 on Business fisheries Regional fisheries Management in the Republic of Indonesia., brought a huge impacts for the fisheries industry in Bitung. The implementation of the new fishing regulation did not only affect the fishing industry in Bitung, but also throughout the economy on the city of Bitung and North Sulawesi. This research analyzed the impact of the application of the regulation. In this study, the researchers examined the Fishing Industry Bitung city before and after implementation of the fishing regulation. The study also included the analysis of the fish/raw material supply chain which most severely affected by the new fishing regulation and also discuss the multiplier effects from the application of the fishing regulation.

Abstract

-This study aims to analyze industrial groups’ position based on developing and business success and strategies that can be used in developing small-scale industrial enterprises in the Bitung City, North Sulawesi Province. The research took place in Bitung City, North Sulawesi Province. The research sample was 185 small business owners in Bitung City. The sampling method used was random. Data were collected using a questionnaire with a Likert scale and strategy analysis using SWOT analysis and TOWS strategy. The results of this study found that: (1) based on the SWOT analysis results, each industry group is advised to implement a survival strategy and future integration that is offered according to internal factors and external factors that affect the success of micro-businesses in Bitung City. (2) the small-scale industries in Bitung City have excellent development capabilities and a high business success level.

Abstract

The major problem facing by the Regional Secretariat of Minahasa Regency is the lack of leaders’ attention to employees’ motivation and passion at work. This study aims to measure the relationship between leadership and employees’ work motivation in the Regional Secretariat Office of Minahasa Regency, North Sulawesi Province, Indonesia. It occupies a central role in advancing employees’ work motivation and passion. This study uses a quantitative method to measure leadership’s effect on employees’ motivation and work passion. Questionnaires were used as the main instrument to obtain the data. These questionnaires were distributed to all respondents in this study. This study’s population was predominantly made up of twenty-four employees in the Regional Secretariat Office of Minahasa Regency. Due to the limited population (24 employees), this study used all of the population as the samples. The results of this study showed a significant relationship between leadership and employees’ motivation. Since leadership is directing and influencing employees’ activity process, leaders should diligently extend it to their organizations utmost.

Abstract

This study analyzes the role of SWOT analysis in improving the development of Special Economic Zones (SEZ) in Bitung City, conducted at the SEZ Administrator Office over three months. Primary data was collected through surveys, questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. In contrast, secondary data was obtained from relevant agencies such as the One-Stop Investment and Integrated Services Office (Dinas Penanaman Modal dan Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu or DPMPTSP). The respondents consisted of 42 individuals. SWOT analysis revealed that the SEZ’s development strategy falls within the first quadrant, indicating a favorable alignment of external opportunities and internal strengths, with an Internal Factor Analysis Summary (IFAS) score of 3.48 and an External Factor Analysis Summary (EFAS) score of 3.72. Key strategies for SEZ development include utilizing fisheries and coconut resources to improve production and quality; enhancing infrastructure, including transportation and fishing ports, to support efficient distribution; improving human resource skills; fostering collective commitment among stakeholders, including the government, business actors, and the community; and building partnerships between local businesses and foreign investors to facilitate technology and capital transfer.

Abstract

ABSTRAKTujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengkaji dampak pembangunan ekonomi terhadap sebaran pendapatan daerah di Kabupaten Minahasa (2000-2020). Penelitian ini menggunakan metodologi deskriptif kuantitatif yang memungkinkan pengujian statistik ide menggunakan variabel penelitian, statistik, dan data. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder, dan uji asumsi regresi berganda tradisional digunakan untuk menilai kualitas data. Koefisien uji determinasi dan uji simultan kemudian digunakan untuk mengevaluasi data (f). Karena berada di bawah nilai signifikansi tersirat 0,05, temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel pertumbuhan ekonomi memiliki nilai signifikan 0,000, menunjukkan bahwa ia dalam kondisi sangat baik. Penyaluran pendapatan di Kabupaten Minahasa secara serentak berdampak positif dan signifikan terhadap perkembangan ekonomi. ABSTRACTThis study's goal was to assess the impact of economic development on the regional income distribution in Minahasa Regency (2000-2020). This study employs a quantitative descriptive methodology that allows for the statistical testing of ideas utilizing research variables, statistics, and data. The data used in this research are secondary data, and the traditional multiple regression assumption test is used to assess the data's quality. The coefficient of determination test and simultaneous test were then used to evaluate the data (f). Because it is below the implied significance value of 0.05, the study's findings show that the economic growth variable has a significant value of 0.000, indicating that it is in excellent condition. Income distribution in Minahasa Regency is simultaneously positively and significantly impacted by economic development.

Abstract

Padi merupakan komoditas penghasil beras yang menjadi tanaman pangan utama bagi penduduk Indonesia. Di desa kamanga dua pada tahun 2021 produksi padi per panen adalah sebesar 708 ton dari luas lahan yang ditanami padi 70 Ha dimana total biaya yang dikeluarkan para petani Rp. 559.080.000 perpanen. Perkembangan budidaya tanaman padi tidak lepas dari faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi pendapatan budidaya tanaman padi. Oleh karena itu, para petani harus lebih memperhatikan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi pendapatan usahatani padi yang mereka jalankan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui aspek usahatani padi sawah di Desa Kamanga Dua Kecamatan Tompaso Kabupaten Minahasa yang memberikan kontribusi keuntungan tertinggi. Populasi penelitian ini adalah 120 petani padi di Desa Kamanga Dua, Kecamatan Tompaso. Random sampling digunakan untuk memilih 60 petani untuk penelitian. Luas Lahan , Modal , Biaya Tenaga Kerja , Teknologi Produksi , merupakan variabel bebas dalam penelitian ini. Observasi dan survei digunakan untuk mendapatkan data. Analisis regresi linier berganda dilakukan pada data. Dari hasil analisis metode analisis regresi linier berganda diperoleh nilai koefisien regresi masing-masing variabel bebas Luas Lahan , Modal , Biaya Tenaga Kerja , Teknologi Produksi mempunyai pengaruh terhadap Pendapatan (Y) Usahatani di Desa Kamanga Dua Kecamatan Tompaso. Dari hasil uji hipotesis uji-t (parsial) luas lahan hasilnya signifikan sedangkan moda, biaya tenaga kerja dan teknologi produksi tidak signifikan terhadap pendapatan. Uji F (Simultan) sebesar 358,207 dengan nilai probabilitasnya 0,000 secara simultan Pendapatan usahatani di pengaruhi oleh Luas lahan, Modal, Biaya Tenaga Kerja, dan Teknologi produksi sebesar 96%.
