Abstract

This article discusses how inquiry learning models as a strategy develop students' critical thinking skills. The basic competency used for this learning purpose are management functions. In the learning process in the classroom teachers are expected to be more varied in providing learning models, because the problem that often occurs at this time is the delivery of material that is not right makes students feel bored and bored resulting in not focusing on learning. The role of the teacher here is very important when determining the methods and models of learning to be delivered must be adjusted to the basic competencies of the subject matter. The Inquiry Learning Model is felt to be able to change the mindset of students who initially only focused on the teacher and passive in the classroom, became more critical in solving problems encountered and can find answers to the questions they asked. Inquiry learning is very important for students not only in schools, but in the environment in which they are located, because inquiry relies on the ability of each individual to solve existing problems and bring up their critical thinking skills and innovation and creativity. This type of research is conceptual which proves inquiry learning model that can improve students' critical thinking skillson learning management functions.

Abstract

This study aims to see the influence of problem-based learning model (PBL) for critical thinking and problem solving skills in the general implementation of X-OTKP class in SMK Negeri 10 Surabaya. The type of research used is quasi Experimental Design Research, with the design of non-equivalent Control Group Design Research. The research samples use class X OTKP 1 and X OTKP 2 with a Total of 36 students. Data collection techniques in the form of interviews, observations, tests, and documentation. Research instruments used test sheets (pretests and posttests) as indicators of critical thinking ability, and a skill sheet used as an indicator of problem-solving capabilities. Analysis of research data using independent sample test test and gain score.Based on the results of analysis of T tests for problems Pretest and Posttest obtained tcount 3.611 with significance level 0.001. With a confidence level of 95%, the value of α = 0.05, with (df) 70 so that it is obtained with (1.997). The results of the troubleshooting analysis obtained tcount 3.562 with a significance of 0.000 with a 95% confidence rate, value of α = 0.05, with (df) of 70 so obtained this by (1.997). The gain score is tcount 2.065> ttable 1.997 then can be deduced H0 rejected then H1 received. The Inconclusive Learning Model (PBL) affects critical thinking ability and problem solving skills in the general administration of X-OTKP class in SMK Negeri 10 Surabaya.

Abstract

This article aimed to analyze how the two stay two stray type of cooperative learning model can increase student motivation in general administration subjects. Basic competence regarding understanding administration aimed at students to explain, classify and differentiate types of administration. The two stay two stray cooperative learning model is the right model to increase student motivation, because the learning model can build teams, social skills, build knowledge, learning procedures, process information, think skills, and present information. In the implementation of this learning model student-centered to help students more actively think, be responsible, and increase student learning motivation. This type of research is conceptual which proves that the two stay two stray cooperative learning model as an effort to increase student motivation.

Abstract

This article aims to analyze how the learning model make a match to learningoutcoms in archival subjects, the basic competencies of various archival equipment. In the learning process of archiving equipment many teachers still use the direct learning model with the lecture method, this makes students bored and bored during the learning process, so that teachers need to vary the learning models that are fun and in accordance with learning so that the students are not bored and fed up. Make a match model is appropriate learning models to improve learning outcoms, because the make a match learning model can makestudents more aktive, develop student knowledge, be motivated, and interact with each other in cooperation so that it affects the student learning outcoms. This type of research is conceptual which proves that the make a match learning model can affect learningoutcoms.

Abstract

Aurora 3D Presentation is a software to create 3D presentation slides that can process slides by producing various images, text and video models in 3-dimensional form. Based on these, this study aims to (1) Describe the results of the development process of learning media, (2) Analyze and find out the feasibility of learning media and (3) Analyze student responses to Aurora 3D Presentation-assisted learning media in general administration subjects in class X OTP at SMK Negeri 1 Jombang. In this study, researchers used the 4D media development model. Where the 4D stage consists of define, design, develop, and disseminate. Based on the results of the validation of Aurora 3D Presentation media development on the validation of the material obtained results of 95.67% with "very strong" indicator statement, while the validation of the media obtained a result of 96% with "very strong" indicator statement. Then there are average results from both aspects of 95.83%. Although there are limitations at the dissemination stage and are limited to limited trials, students' responses to Aurora 3D Presentation-based learning media conducted on 20 students get 96.33% with "very strong" indicator statement. From these results, it is known that the development of instructional media assisted by Aurora 3D Presentation was declared "very feasible".

Abstract

The 2013 curriculum-based teaching materials making training is a means to improve the ability of teachers in making teaching materials that are relevant to the 2013 curriculum. So the teacher does not have a reference in learning. This training was given to vocational teachers in the Office Administration Skills Program in Magetan Regency. The purpose of the activity is 1) giving teachers knowledge about the 2013 curriculum and relevant teaching materials; 2) provide assignments for the preparation of modules based on 2013 Curriculum; 3) provide assistance to teachers to develop modules that are relevant to the 2013 Curriculum. The method of implementing PKM is by way of training and mentoring to teachers.The implementation of PKM consists of stages: 1) the delivery of material related to educational objectives based on the 2013 curriculum, the nature of learning, the understanding of teaching materials, and modules; 2) mentoring the making of curriculum-based learning modules in 2013. Abstract

Semenjak ditetapkannya PSBB di Jawa Timur khususnya zona merah yaitu Surabaya, maka semua aktivitas pendidikan dihentikan termasuk kegiatan pembelajaran di UNESA. Beberapa mahasiswa UNESA masih tertahan di Surabaya karena adanya himbauan pemerintah untuk tidak pulang kampung sebagai pencegahan penyebaran wabah virus corona tinggal di Asrama Pesantren Putri Jagad Alimussirry. Adapun tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah untuk meringankan beban civitas akademika UNESA kurang mampu khususnya pada mahasiswa yang masih bertahan tinggal di Surabaya melalui pemenuhan kebutuhan pokok sebagai dampak pandemi Coronavirus Disease 2019 (Covid-19). Metode kegiatan pengabdian kepada masayarakat ini dilakukan melalui tiga tahap yaitu 1) tahap persiapan, dilakukan untuk mengetahui pokok permasalahan yang dialami oleh mitra, 2) tahap pelaksanaan melalui pemberian bantuan berupa bahan pokok secara langsung sebagai salah satu solusi untuk mengatasi permasalahan mitra dan 3) ahap evaluasi untuk mengetahui ketercapaian target. Pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini hanya dihadiri oleh pengurus, perwakilan mahasiswa Asrama Pesantren Putri Jagad Alimussirry dan perwakilan dosen dari tim PKM serta mahasiswa Prodi Pendidikan Administrasi Perkantoran yang membantu penyaluran bantuan dan dokumentasi kegiatan. Selain itu kegiatan ini mendapatkan respon yang sangat baik dilihat dari data angket respon dan testimoni pengurus sekaligus mahasiswa UNESA sebagai bagian dari pesantren Putri Jagad Alimussirry.

Abstract

Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh penerapan model pembelajaran Problem Based Learning terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas XI kompetensi keahlian OTKP di SMK Ketintang Surabaya pada mata pelajaran Otomatisasi Tata Kelola Kepegawaian KD 3.10 Penilaian Kinerja Pegawai saat pandemi covid-19. Penelitian ini menggunakan quasi experimental desain Nonequivalent control group design dengan pretest-posttest. Penelitian ini diawali dengan memberikan soal uji coba untuk mengetahui kualitas instrumen penelitian yang akan digunakan, selanjutnya memberikan pretest kepada subjek penelitian yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui kemampuan awal siswa, tahap selanjutnya dilakukan pelaksanaan pembelajaran dengan model problem based learning untuk kelas eksperimen dan metode diskusi kelompok tradisional untuk kelas kontrol, tahap terakhir memberikan posttest untuk mengetahui kemampuan akhir siswa setalah dilakukan perlakuan. Penelitian ini membuahkan hasil yaitu terdapat pengaruh model pembelajaran problem based learning terhadap hasil belajar siswa yang dibuktikan dengan hasil uji-t yakni thitung (5,295) > ttabel (1,998) dan uji-t gain score (3,519) > ttabel (1,998). Penelitian ini membuktikan dengan menerapkan model pembelajaran problem based learning, hasil belajar siswa meningkat dan hampir seluruh siswa mendapat nilai diatas KKM.Abstract: The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the application of the Problem Based Learning learning model on the learning outcomes of class XI students majoring in OTKP at SMK Ketintang Surabaya in the subject of Automation of Personnel Governance chapter on Employee Performance Assessment during the covid-19 pandemic. This study uses a quasi-experimental with pretest-posttest. This study begins by giving a test question to determine the quality of the research instrument to be used, then giving a pretest to the research subject which aims to determine the students' initial abilities, the next step is the implementation of learning with a problem based learning model for the experimental class and the traditional group discussion method for the control class, and the last stage provides a posttest to determine the final ability of students after treatment. This research yielded results that there was an effect of problem based learning model on student learning outcomes as evidenced by the results of the t-test namely tcount (5.295) > ttable (1.998) and t-test gain score (3.519) > ttable (1.998). By applying the problem based learning model, student learning outcomes increase and almost all students score above the KKM.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of communication variables and personality variables on community satisfaction variables through service quality variables. The type of research used is descriptive research through a quantitative approach with data collection techniques through questionnaires and the data analysis technique used is path analysis with the help of the SPSS version 26 application. X1) and Personality (X2) have a direct effect on the Service Quality variable (Y), there is only a direct influence on the Communication variable (X1) and the Service Quality variable (Y) on the Community Satisfaction variable (Z), there is no indirect effect on the variable Communication (X1) on the Community Satisfaction variable (Z) through the Service Quality variable (Y), and there is an indirect influence on the Personality variable (X2) on the Community Satisfaction variable (Z) through the Service Quality variable (Y). Based on the results of the study, it is hoped that the Driyorejo Village office employees can improve service quality, improve communication and personality in order to create better Driyorejo Village community satisfaction and researchers hope that further research can add other variables to make research more accurate.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of infrastructure on community satisfaction, the effect of service quality on community satisfaction and the effect of infrastructure and service quality together on community satisfaction. The type of research used is descriptive research through a quantitative approach with data collection techniques through questionnaires and the data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS version 26 application. The results of the study draw conclusions based on the t test, infrastructure (X1) has an effect on community satisfaction (Y). Service quality (X2) has an effect on community satisfaction (Y). Furthermore, based on the results of the simultaneous test obtained F count of 193,058 with a probability value of 0.000 <0.05. So it can be concluded that simultaneously the variables of infrastructure (X1) and service quality (X2) have a direct influence on the variable of community satisfaction (Y). Based on the results of the study, it is hoped that the Disdukcapil office employees can increase the availability of good and decent facilities and infrastructure and service quality in order to create better community satisfaction and hope that further research can add other variables, so that research can be more accurate.
