Abstract

The Kalimasada Program is a technology-based initiative initiated by the Civil Registration and Civil Registry Office (Dispendukcapil) of Surabaya City, designed to expedite Adminduk services for the residents of Surabaya. The process aims to enhance public services, thereby achieving the goals set by the program. This research aims to understand the public relations (PR) strategies employed by Ketintang Sub-District in promoting the Kalimasada Program to improve public services. The study is in the Ketintang Sub-District of Surabaya City. The research method used is qualitative with a descriptive qualitative approach through purposive sampling techniques for subject selection. The results of the research indicate that, overall, the public relations strategies employed by Ketintang Sub-District in promoting the Kalimasada Program have had a positive impact, as evidenced by an increase in the number of residents utilizing Adminduk services through the Kalimasada Program, although not yet to its full potential. The public relations strategies involve providing assistance to the RT (neighborhood association) leaders, utilizing social media platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, and WhatsApp, conducting face-to-face socialization with residents, and providing services at the already-socialized neighborhood community centers (balai RW). These PR strategies effectively promoted the Kalimasada Program and contributed to the improvement of public services. The success of these public relations strategies in promoting the Kalimasada Program is evident in residents' feedback, as they feel facilitated and experience faster Adminduk processing due to their awareness of the Kalimasada Program introduced by Ketintang Sub-District.

Abstract

In the learning process at a Vocational High School, a teacher requires learning materials that are by the 2013 Curriculum to facilitate students in increasing their learning independence. This research aims to explain the validity of the product resulting from the development of a problem-based learning (PBL) employee management automation module based on student needs. This research method is a type of development research (R&D) using the ADDIE development model. The research focused on the module assessment results of validation experts consisting of material, language, and graphics experts. The research results show that the module is included in the very appropriate criteria by experts with an average score of 96% from a maximum score of 100%. The results of the material expert assessment were 90%, the language expert assessment was 100%, and the graphics expert assessment was 97%. This states that the module developed by researchers is suitable for use in the learning process according to learning objectives and student competency standards.

Abstract

Training of learning media based on e-learning schoology held for teachers of MGMP SMK Office Administration Expertise Program in Jombang District. Community Service Activities aims to (1). Providing the delivery of materials to teachers about e-learning learning media, schoology, (2). Provide mentoring to teachers to apply e-learning based learning media, schoology. The training conducted by the team of devotion to the community uses lecture method that is when giving material to the participants, discussion and question and answer, and practice of schoology application by TIM PKM to the participants. The results obtained in this training have benefited MGMP economic teachers in Jombang District. Teachers can recognize interesting learning media based on e-learning that is relevant to the 2013 curriculum. Teacher responses are also very positive with this training. The teachers argue that 81.81% of teachers agree that this training is very important as information variations of learning media, especially e-learning that they need. 87.27% of teachers stated strongly agree that with this training, will increase the awareness and willingness of teachers in applying interactive learning media in schools.

Abstract

Archives are the center of memory in every activity in the office. Archives function as a memory center, proof of the existence of the institution, and for the benefit of other institutions. Therefore, there must be good management or management of archives from creation to shrinkage. The main obstacle is the decreasing physical letter storage space, but it’s not possible to build a special building for physical letter storage space. Using the type of research with R&D (Research and Development) and prototype development research methods. Development of this archival application uses a Microsoft Access-based application. This research goes through a research procedure starting with information gathering, designing the product quickly, building a prototype, and the final step is that the application is ready to use with an evaluation that has been carried out by experts. The subject is 2 peoples from 11th Senior High School Surabaya administration staff. The trial was conducted in December 2023 and January 2024. The application feasibility results based on material expert validators and media expert validators get a score of 96%. While the results of application feasibility based on administrative staff get a score of 88.8%, which shows the interpretation of “Very Feasible”. The development of Microsoft Access-based digital archiving applications uses a prototype development model. The SAAccess application received a feasibility score of 96% from both the material expert validator and the software developer. SAAccess also received a score of 88.8% from the administrative staff of 11th Senior High School Surabaya. It can be concluded that SAAccess is effectively used to manage letters in 11th Senior High School Surabaya digitally.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the development of learning modules based on Augmented Reality (AR), determine the feasibility of modules for office technology and correspondence subjects, and determine student responses to the development of learning modules. This research is a Research and Development (R&D) type of research with a 4-D development model from Thiagarajan which consists of 4 stages of development namely define, design, develop, and disseminate. The advantages of learning modules have been adapted to an Merdeka curriculum based on Augmented Reality (AR) technology. The research instrument used was a closed questionnaire. Research on the development of this learning module uses two data analysis techniques, namely descriptive analysis techniques and quantitative analysis techniques. The results of the development of Augmented Reality (AR) based office and correspondence technology learning modules are in accordance with the Alur Tujuan Pembelajaran (ATP) and BNSP criteria. The results of the validation of learning modules from material experts, linguists, and graphics experts amounted to 95% with the proper category. The results of the trial were limited to 20 students obtaining a percentage of 85.9% in the very good category. Based on this explanation, the learning module for class X MPLB office technology and correspondence subjects that has been developed is feasible and very good for use in learning activities.

Abstract

The study aimed to see the effect of self-efficacy, socioeconomic parents, and job expectations on the interest in continuing master's studies in Office Administration Education students at Surabaya State University. The study used a quantitative method of associative approach. Research data were obtained by distributing questionnaires via google form. The research subjects were 55 undergraduate student populations of Office Administration Education Study Program at Surabaya State University Class of 2019. Using the total sampling form, all members of the population were determined as research samples. Instrument construction testing uses validity and reliability tests, while data analysis uses classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing assisted by IBM SPSS 23. The research findings show that partially there is a positive and simultaneously significant effect of the variables of self-efficacy, socioeconomic parents, and job expectations on the interest in continuing master's studies in Surabaya State University Office Administration Education students.

Abstract

The role of parenting is an important thing in shaping a child's personality. Every parent has a different parenting style. There are 3 types of parenting styles, namely authoritarian parenting, democratic parenting, and permissive parenting. There needs to be socialization about the role of parenting to increase parents' understanding of child care. Therefore, Unesa KKN-T Group 28 conducted outreach at the Toddler Posyandu in Nglaban Village. The method used is community education through outreach activities at the Toddler Posyandu in Nglaban Village. This socialization activity is expected to increase parents' understanding of supporting children's growth and development as a form of improving the quality of human resources.

Abstract

Persyaratan pendidikan tinggi pada beberapa perusahaan menjadi salah satu alasan tingginya tingkat pengangguran pada tamatan SMK. Namun, minat siswa SMK untuk studi ke perguruan tinggi masih tergolong rendah. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh pendidikan orang tua, pendapatan orang tua dan prestasi belajar yang dianggap sebagai faktor yang dapat mempegaruhi minat melanjutkan studi pada siswa SMK. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan populasi siswa kelas XI Manajemen Perkantoran dan Layanan Bisnis di SMK Negeri 10 Surabaya sebanyak 136 dengan sampel 101 siswa. Teknik sampling menggunakan Proportional Random Sampling dengan rumus Isaac & Michael. Teknik analisis data menggunakan software Statistical Package for the Social Science (SPSS) Ver. 22. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Pendidikan orang tua tidak berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap minat melanjutkan studi ke Perguruan Tinggi; 2) Pendapatan orang tua tidak berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap minat melanjutkan studi ke Perguruan Tinggi; 3) Prestasi belajar berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap minat melanjutkan studi ke Perguruan Tinggi; 4) Pendidikan, pendapatan orang tua, dan prestasi belajar berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap minat melanjutkan studi ke Perguruan Tinggi. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa faktor eksternal tidak menentukan minat siswa untuk berkuliah. Sehingga sebaiknya prestasi belajar dapat dipertahankan untuk mempersiapkan karir masa depan termasuk studi ke Perguruan Tinggi.

Abstract

Berdasarkan permasalahan di SMKN 4 Surabaya kelas XI Manajemen Perkantoran dan Layanan Bisnis (MPLB) elemen pengelolaan rapat yaitu, belum adanya bahan ajar yang berstandar kurikulum merdeka serta bahan ajar yang tersedia belum terdapat video praktik sehingga berpengaruh rendahnya hasil belajar siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan proses pengembangan, menganalisis kelayakan, menganalisis respon peserta didik, menganalisis efektifitas pengembangan E-Modul berbantu Kode QR. Model penelitian adalah model 4D (Define Design, Development, Diseminate) oleh Thiagarajan et al. 1974. Subyek penelitian ini siswa kelas XI MPLB SMK Negeri 4 Surabaya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) rata-rata hasil validasi ahli materi, bahasa, dan kegrafikan sebesar 92,43% dengan kategori “sangat layak”; 2) hasil angket respon siswa sebesar 84,81% dengan kategori “sangat layak”;3) uji normalitas pretest dan posttest kelas eksperimen 0,200 > 0,05 dan 0,055 > 0,05. Nilai pretest dan posttest kelas kontrol 0,126 > 0,05 dan 0,134 > 0,05; 4) uji homogenitas sebesar 0,095 > 0,05; 5) uji efektifitas dengan skor N-Gain sebesar 0,74 dengan kategori “tinggi”; 6) ketuntasan hasil belajat sebesar 100%; 6) uji Independent Sample T Test sebesar 0,000 < 0,05. Disimpulkan bahwa bahan ajar E-Modul berbantu Kode QR layak dan efektif digunakan sebagai bahan ajar dalam proses pembelajaran.

Abstract

Abstrak: Pengembangan Buku Ajar Manajemen Keuangan Dan PerbankanPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan perangkat pembelajaran yang didukung oleh buku ajar untuk meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran guna menghasilkan lulusan yang dapat menyelesaikan persoalan di dunia kerja salah satunya kegiatan administrasi keuangan dan kegiatan perbankan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah research and development dengan model pengembangan ADDIE. Penelitian ini menghasilkan perangkat pembelajaran RPS, kelayakan validasi buku ajar dari ahli bahasa, materi, dan kegrafikan serta mendapat nilai efektif untuk diimplementasikan dengan perolehan skor sebesar 83,20 dari hasil post-test dibandingkan dengan skor pre-test 78.40 yang memiliki kenaikan sebesar 4,80. Kata kunci: Model SCSS; Buku Ajar; Administrasi Keuangan; Perbankan; ADDIEAbstract: Development Of Textbooks On Financial Management And BankingThis study aims to develop learning tools supported by textbooks to improve the quality of learning to produce graduates who can solve problems in the world of work, one of which is financial administration and banking activities. The research method used is research and development with the ADDIE development model. This study produces RPS learning tools, the feasibility of textbook validation from language, material, and graphics experts and gets an effective value for implementation with a score of 83.20 from the post-test results compared to the pre-test score of 78.40 which has an increase of 4.80.
