Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work life balance on organizational commitment with job satisfaction as a mediating variable for married employees at PT. Bank Maluku Malut Ambon Main Branch. The population in this study were all married employees at PT. Bank Maluku Malut Ambon Main Branch. The sample in this study were 45 employees who were married. The sampling technique used is the Purposive Sampling Technique. Methods of collecting data with a questionnaire. The questionnaire was tested for validity and reliability before collecting research data. Data was processed with SmartPLS 3.0, analyzed with Convergent Validity, Discriminant Validity, Composite Reliability, Average Variance Extracted (AVE), Path Coefficient Test, Coefficient of Determination, Hypothesis Testing using Bootstrap, and direct and indirect effect testing using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) . The results of this study indicate that the work life balance variable has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Job satisfaction variable has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. Work life balance has no significant effect on organizational commitment. While the variable job satisfaction is able to mediate the effect of work life balance on organizational commitment.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of competence, non-physical work environment, and discipline on employee performance at the Galay Dubu Village Office, Aru Islands Regency. The method in this study uses causal research with a quantitative approach using a questionnaire as a data collection tool. The population in this study were employees who worked at the Galay Dubu Village Office, Aru Islands Regency. The sample size used in this study was 36 respondents. This study used SPSS version 21. Using saturated sampling, the findings in this study indicate that competence, non-physical work environment and discipline have a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh-pengaruh yang timbul dari uji antar variabel yaitu efikasi diri, jiwa kewirausahaan, kepuasan kerja, dan kinerja pegawai pada satuan kerja Kementerian Pendidikan, Kebudayaan, Riset dan Teknologi di Provinsi Maluku. Instrumen penelitian adalah kuisioner skala likert pada 75 pegawai dari 4 satuan kerja, wawancara, observasi, dan dokumen. Teknik analisis data menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan data statistik diuji lewat outer model dan inner model analysis, serta koefisien jalur memanfaatkan aplikasi SmartPLS 3. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa ada pengaruh positif dan signifikan dalam hubungan efikasi diri terhadap jiwa kewirausahaan, efikasi diri terhadap kinerja pegawai, jiwa kewirausahaan terhadap kepuasan kerja, jiwa kewirausahaan terhadap kinerja pegawai, dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai. Sedangkan pengaruh efikasi diri terhadap kepuasan kerja, serta pengaruh efikasi diri dan jiwa kewirausahaan terdahap kinerja pegawai dengan kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel mediasi tidak terbukti memiliki hubungan serupa di satuan kerja Kementerian Pendidikan, Kebudayaan, Riset dan Teknologi di Provinsi Maluku.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja pegawai yang dimediasi oleh pembelajaran organisasi. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah pegawai pada Dinas Perumahan dan Kawasan Permukiman Kabupaten Maluku Tengah dengan sampel penelitian sebanyak 33 responden. Jenis penelitian ini adalah asosiatif dan sumber data menggunakan data primer. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner melalui google form. Data yang terkumpul kemudian dianalisis menggunakan metode Partial Least Square (PLS) dengan software SmartPLS 3.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa budaya organisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai kemudian budaya organisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pembelajaran organisasi. Namun hasil temuan lain menyatakan bahwa pembelajaran organisasi tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai kemudian budaya organisasi tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai yang dimediasi pembelajaran organisasi. Kemudian keterbatasan dalam penelitian ini adalah responden yang terlibat hanya pada Dinas Perumahan dan Kawasan Permukiman. Untuk itu, bagi penelitian selanjutnya diharapkan dapat menambahkan variabel lain dan menambahkan responden dari Dinas lain.

Abstract

Pendidikan merupakan modal bagi sumber daya manusia yang dapat meningkatkan kemampuan, baik secara formal maupun keterampilan sumber daya manusia itu sendir. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan menjelaskan pengaruh Pendidikan Pelatihan, komunikasi internal dan disiplin terhadap kinerja pegawai. Menggunakan objek pada Dinas Ketenagakerjaan dan Transmigrasi Kabupaten  Maluku Tengah. Tehnik pengambilan sampel jenuh sebanyak 53 orang responden. Menggunakan metode Analisa regresi linier berganda dengan menggunakan software SPSS VS 26. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa Pendidikan tidak berpengaruh terhada kinerja pegawai. Ditemukan nilai thitung = .652 > t tabel = 1.658 dan nilai P value atau Sig 0.105>0.05. Pelatihan berpengaruh terhada kinerja pegawai nilai thitung = 2.364> t tabel = 1.658 dan nilai P value atau Sig 0.011<0.05, Komunikasi Internal berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja Pegawai nilai thitung = 2.119 > t tabel = 1.658 dan nilai P value atau Sig 0.003<0.05. dan Disiplin berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai nilai thitung = 2.569 > t tabel = 1.658 dan nilai P value atau Sig 0.001<0.05. Dinas Ketenagakerjaan dan Transmigrasi Kabupaten Maluku Tengah. Saran untuk peneliti berikut bias mengkaji judsul in namun denga jumlah populasi yang lebih luas dan menambah variable lain dengan menggunakan metode analisi yang berbeda.

Abstract

Penelitian Ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Kecerdasan Emosional Terhadap Kinerja Perawat dengan Organizational Citizenship Behavior Sebagai Variabel Mediasi di Rumah Sakit Daerah Dr.M.Haulussy Ambon. Pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dengan sampel sebanyak 82 perawat yang bekerja minimal 10 tahun. Metode pengumpulan data yang dilakukan adalah metode wawancara dan kuisioner. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah SEM dengan menggunakan SmartPLS Versi 4.0 Berdasarkan Hasil Hipotesis, pertama, Kecerdasan Emosional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja perawat pada RSUD Dr.M.Haulussy Ambon. Kedua, Kecerdasan Emosional berpengaruh Positif dan signifikan terhadap OCB perawat pada RSUD Dr.M.Haulussy Ambon. Ketiga, OCB berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja perawat di RSUD. Dr.M.Haulussy Ambon. Dan yang terakhir, OCB dapat memediasi kecerdasan emosional terhadap kinerja perawat pada RSUD Dr.M.Haulussy Ambon.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of work-life balance and workload on employee performance. This study used a saturation or census technique in which all members of the population were used as a sample of 50 people.  Based on the results of the hypothesis test, it shows that the work-life balance workload does not affect the performance of employees of the Provincial PUPR Office. The results also show that the workload affects the performance of employees of the Provincial PUPR Office.

Abstract

Human resources are the most important asset for an organization, because they are the main key that must be considered with all its needs indetermining the successful implementation of an organization's activities. Human resource management cannot be separated from employees whoare expected to perform as well as possible in order to achieve organizational goals. The variable used as intervening is OrganizationalCitizenship Behavior (OCB). The phenomenon that occurs at the Ambon State Polytechnic lies in female teaching staff (lecturers) who aremarried because the workload is increasingly being felt by several teaching staff who have been interviewed by researchers. Where it is difficultfor them to place themselves in several roles that they have to do, especially when they have to rush or have to meet deadlines, such as having towork on faculty accreditation in such a short time. This causes stress for teaching staff. Based on the phenomena presented at the researchlocation, there are several things that must be considered to improve performance. Therefore, the researcher intends to examine more deeplythe relationship between the four variables, namely; Job Stress, Role Ambiguity, Organizational Citizenship Behavior, Employee PerformanceThis aims to safeguard the company's important assets, namely human resources. Based on the PLS test results, it was found that the pathcoefficient value for this variable was 0.034 with a t-statistic value of 3,747 which was smaller than the standard value of 1.682 and a P-Valuevalue of 0.028<a significance level of 0.05. This shows that the variable Role Ambiguity has a positive and significant effect on EmployeePerformance through Organizational Citizenship Behavior, which also means that the sixth hypothesis (H6) 'Role Ambiguity on EmployeePerformance Through Organizational Citizenship Behavior is accepted. Employee Performance through Organizational Citizenship Behavior,which also means that the sixth hypothesis (H6) 'Role Ambiguity on Employee Performance Through Organizational Citizenship Behavior is accepted.

Abstract

The importance of education and training for employees in any institution lies in the fact that an employee or staff member must contribute their best to the organization. Education and training are provided to each employee to maintain their competence. This study aims to analyze and explain the influence of education and training on employee performance, with work motivation as a mediating factor. The research was conducted at the Wokam Village Office, Kepulauan Aru District, using a saturated sampling technique, with a total sample of 30 individuals. The data analysis method used was Path Analysis. The results of the study demonstrate that education has a significant impact on employee performance. Training significantly affects employee performance. Education significantly influences work motivation. Training significantly impacts employee performance. Work motivation has a significant effect on employee performance. Education significantly affects employee performance when mediated by work motivation. Training significantly affects employee performance when mediated by work motivation.

Abstract

Employees who have a high work ethic are reflected in their behavior, such as liking to work hard, being fair, not wasting time during working hours, wanting to give more than what is indicated, willing to work together, respecting colleagues. This research aims to analyze and explain the influence between work ethic, organizational culture and employee performance. Work environment variables as mediation. The research object was carried out at the Pulau-Pulau Aru District Office, the sample determination method used the saturated sample technique with a sample size of 30 people. The data analysis method uses Path Analysis. The research results prove that: Work ethic has a significant effect on employee performance. Organizational culture has a significant effect on employee performance. Work ethic has a significant influence on the work environment. Organizational culture has a significant effect on employee performance. The work environment has a significant effect on employee performance. Work ethic has a significant effect on employee performance, mediated by the work environment. Organizational culture has a significant effect on employee performance, mediated by the work environment.
