Abstract

The Influence of Leader Member Exchange and Workload, on employee performance mediated by job satisfaction at the National Narcotics Agency of Maluku Province. This study discusses how the influence of Leader Member Exchange and Workload on employee performance mediated by job satisfaction at the National Narcotics Agency of Maluku Province. The purpose of this study is to test and analyze the Influence of Leader Member Exchange on Employee Performance, the Influence of Workload on Employee Performance, the Influence of Leader Member Exchange on Job Satisfaction, the Influence of Workload on Job Satisfaction, the Influence of Job Satisfaction on Employee Performance, the Influence of Leader Member Exchange on Employee Performance mediated by job satisfaction, the Influence of Workload on Employee Performance mediated by job satisfaction. This study was conducted using a questionnaire distributed with a total sample of 34 using a non-probability sampling technique and the analysis method used in this study is the Structure Equation Model using smartPLS 3. Based on the results tested, it shows that the influence of leader member exchange is positive and not significant on employee performance with P-value = 0.042 <0.05, then the influence of workload is positive and significant with P-value = 0.196> 0.05, and the influence of leader member exchange and workload does not have a positive and significant influence with P-value = 0.112> 0.05 on performance with job satisfaction as a mediator. So it can be concluded that with or without job satisfaction as a mediating variable will not affect performance.

Abstract

This research discusses the influence of work ethic, internal communication, on employee performance with work commitment as an intervening variable at the Central Maluku Regency Personnel and Human Resources Development Agency (BKPSDM) Office. This research was conducted using a questionnaire distributed using a saturated sampling technique with a sample size of 47, the analytical method used in this research was Partial Least Square (PLS). Based on the results of the analysis it can be seen that, 1) work ethic has a significant effect on employee performance, 2) work ethic does not have a significant effect on work commitment, 3) work commitment has a significant effect on employee performance, 4) internal communication has a significant effect on employee performance, 5) internal communication has a significant effect on work commitment, 6) work ethic does not have a significant effect on employee performance through work commitment, 7) internal communication has a significant effect on employee performance through work commitment.

Abstract

Professionals play a vital role in the realm of nurse paramedics and are integral to patient care. This study aims to achieve several objectives: firstly, to analyze and elucidate the impact of professionalism on the performance of nurse paramedics; secondly, to analyze and expound upon the influence of work-discipline on the performance of nurse paramedics; and lastly, to analyze and elaborate on the effect of trust on the performance of nurse paramedics at the Regional General Hospital dr. Ishak Umarella. Employing a saturated sampling technique, a total of 86 employees were included as the sample. The data analysis methodology involves the use of the multiple linear regression method, utilizing SPSS software program version 23. The study's findings provide evidence that professionalism significantly influences the performance of nurse paramedics. Additionally, work-discipline significantly affects the performance of nurse paramedics, while trust also holds a significant impact on their performance within the inpatient Health Centers of the Salahutu District. For future researchers, it is recommended to explore alternative data analysis methods and investigate mediation factors, such as Extra-Role Behavior.

Abstract

This study aims to empirically test the influence of career development on employee performance with self-efficacy as a mediating variable at the Regional Tax and Retribution Management Agency (BPPRD) of Ambon City. The research used a quantitative method with 38 civil servants as the sample, selected through simple random sampling. Data were collected via questionnaires and analyzed using Smart PLS 3. The results show that career development has a significant and positive effect on employee performance. Additionally, self-efficacy significantly mediates the relationship between career development and employee performance. These findings suggest that employee development programs should focus not only on technical skills but also on building self-confidence to enhance performance outcomes. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of transactional leadership style on employee performance with locus of control as a mediating variable at PT. Telkom Akses Area Ambon. The population in this study consists of all leaders and employees of PT. Telkom Akses Area Ambon, totaling 158 people. The research sample consists of 60 respondents selected using a purposive sampling technique. Data processing was carried out using the Smart PLS 3 application, applying two analytical models: outer model and inner model. The results of the study show that transactional leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Transactional leadership significantly affects locus of control. Locus of control significantly influences employee performance. Locus of control serves as a partial mediator that helps strengthen the influence of transactional leadership on performance, although it does not fully mediate the relationship.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to examine and analyze the effect of internal communication and workplace deviant behaviour on employee performance through direct and indirect job satisfaction. The research was conducted on Self-Help Housing Stimulant Assistance (BSPS) activities at the Housing and Settlement Area Office of Central Maluku Regency. The type of data used is qualitative data. Data was collected through a questionnaire to 47 respondents.The data analysis technique uses statistical analysis using the outer model analysis test, inner model analysis test, and hypothesis testing. Data processing using SmartPLS 3. The results showed that: (1) internal communication has no direct effect on employee performance, (2) direct internal communication has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, (3) workplace deviant behavior has a negative and significant effect on job satisfaction directly, (4) workplace deviant behavior has a negative and significant effect on employee performance, (5) job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, (6) job satisfaction is a mediating variable for the indirect effect of internal communication on employee performance, and (7) job satisfaction is a variable mediating the indirect effect of workplace deviant behavior on employee performance.

Abstract

Transformasi digital membuka peluang peningkatan kinerja Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) desa melalui pemasaran online. Artikel pengabdian ini mendeskripsikan rancangan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi program pelatihan pemasaran digital bagi pelaku UMKM desa sebagai strategi pengembangan sumber daya manusia (SDM). Metode pengabdian mengadopsi kerangka ADDIE dan pendekatan community-based empowerment. Kegiatan inti mencakup asesmen kebutuhan, materi literasi digital, kemasan produk & foto, copywriting, pembuatan akun toko/marketplace, konten media sosial, manajemen pelanggan, hingga analitik sederhana. Evaluasi dilakukan dengan pre–post test pengetahuan, penilaian keterampilan berbasis rubrik, dan tindak-lanjut pendampingan.Hasil ringkas (contoh—silakan sesuaikan dengan data lapangan): skor pengetahuan naik dari rerata 46,8 menjadi 78,5; 86% peserta mampu membuat etalase digital (IG/WA Business/Marketplace), dan 64% konsisten memproduksi 2+ konten/minggu selama 4 pekan pascapelatihan. Artikel menyimpulkan bahwa pelatihan berbasis kebutuhan, praktik langsung, dan pendampingan berkelanjutan efektif meningkatkan kapasitas digital UMKM desa dan merekomendasikan model kemitraan perguruan tinggi–pemerintah daerah–komunitas untuk skalabilitas.
