Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan visioner dan nilai-nilai inti BerAKHLAK terhadap kinerja pegawai  dengan  mediasi  komitmen  organisasional  pada  ASN  Dinas  Ketahanan  Pangan  Provinsi Maluku. Latar  belakang  penelitian  didasari kinerja  indeks ketahanan pangan provinsi maluku yang  cukup  rendah sebesar 64,37 pada tahun 2023,    mengindikasikan    potensi    kelemahan    dalam    pendekatan kepemimpinan visioner dan implementasi nilai-nilai inti BerAKHLAK. Dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dan analisis PLS-SEM terhadap data survei dari 39 pegawai non-struktural, hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai inti BerAKHLAK secara  signifikan  meningkatkan  komitmen  organisasional  (?=0,536,  p<0,013)  dan  kinerja  (?=0,421, p<0,007),  sementara  kepemimpinan  visioner  tidak  berpengaruh  langsung.  Komitmen  organisasional menjadi   mediator   penuh   hubungan   nilai   inti   dengan   kinerja   (?=0,206,   p<0,031).   Temuan   ini menggarisbawahi  pentingnya  pendekatan  yang berlandaskan pada nilai-nilai  inti BerAKHLAK dalam  konteks birokrasi yang menghadapi tantangan. Penelitian ini berkontribusi pada literatur manajemen sektor publik dengan menunjukkan  bagaimana  nilai-nilai institusional berperan penting dalam mengatasi keterbatasan gaya kepemimpinan dan menawarkan wawasan yang relevan bagi upaya reformasi ASN di daerah berkembang.

Abstract

The Influence of Leader Member Exchange and Workload, on employee performance mediated by job satisfaction at the National Narcotics Agency of Maluku Province. This study discusses how the influence of Leader Member Exchange and Workload on employee performance mediated by job satisfaction at the National Narcotics Agency of Maluku Province. The purpose of this study is to test and analyze the Influence of Leader Member Exchange on Employee Performance, the Influence of Workload on Employee Performance, the Influence of Leader Member Exchange on Job Satisfaction, the Influence of Workload on Job Satisfaction, the Influence of Job Satisfaction on Employee Performance, the Influence of Leader Member Exchange on Employee Performance mediated by job satisfaction, the Influence of Workload on Employee Performance mediated by job satisfaction. This study was conducted using a questionnaire distributed with a total sample of 34 using a non-probability sampling technique and the analysis method used in this study is the Structure Equation Model using smartPLS 3. Based on the results tested, it shows that the influence of leader member exchange is positive and not significant on employee performance with P-value = 0.042 <0.05, then the influence of workload is positive and significant with P-value = 0.196> 0.05, and the influence of leader member exchange and workload does not have a positive and significant influence with P-value = 0.112> 0.05 on performance with job satisfaction as a mediator. So it can be concluded that with or without job satisfaction as a mediating variable will not affect performance.

Abstract

This research discusses the influence of work ethic, internal communication, on employee performance with work commitment as an intervening variable at the Central Maluku Regency Personnel and Human Resources Development Agency (BKPSDM) Office. This research was conducted using a questionnaire distributed using a saturated sampling technique with a sample size of 47, the analytical method used in this research was Partial Least Square (PLS). Based on the results of the analysis it can be seen that, 1) work ethic has a significant effect on employee performance, 2) work ethic does not have a significant effect on work commitment, 3) work commitment has a significant effect on employee performance, 4) internal communication has a significant effect on employee performance, 5) internal communication has a significant effect on work commitment, 6) work ethic does not have a significant effect on employee performance through work commitment, 7) internal communication has a significant effect on employee performance through work commitment.

Abstract

Professionals play a vital role in the realm of nurse paramedics and are integral to patient care. This study aims to achieve several objectives: firstly, to analyze and elucidate the impact of professionalism on the performance of nurse paramedics; secondly, to analyze and expound upon the influence of work-discipline on the performance of nurse paramedics; and lastly, to analyze and elaborate on the effect of trust on the performance of nurse paramedics at the Regional General Hospital dr. Ishak Umarella. Employing a saturated sampling technique, a total of 86 employees were included as the sample. The data analysis methodology involves the use of the multiple linear regression method, utilizing SPSS software program version 23. The study's findings provide evidence that professionalism significantly influences the performance of nurse paramedics. Additionally, work-discipline significantly affects the performance of nurse paramedics, while trust also holds a significant impact on their performance within the inpatient Health Centers of the Salahutu District. For future researchers, it is recommended to explore alternative data analysis methods and investigate mediation factors, such as Extra-Role Behavior.
