Abstract

Potensi sumber daya alam Ohoi Elaar Let yang terletak di Kabupaten Maluku Tenggara sangat melimpah. Lingkungan yang masih terjaga serta masih banyaknya lahan produktif yang dimiliki membuat warga mampu menghasilkan banyak hasil alam dari kegiatan bercocok tanam. Berlimpahnya hasil alam ini harus diimbangi dengan tersedianya sumber daya manusia yang mampu mengelola hasil alam tersebut. Aktivitas yang dilakukan warga diharapkan berkontribusi pada  pendapatan masyarakat, namun kegiatan ini masih belum menggunakan manajemen usaha yang  agar kinerja dari kegiatan usaha dapat mengalami peningkatan. Salah satu faktor penting untuk pencapaian kinerja usaha maka diperlukannya perilaku knowledge sharing antar wirausaha. Untuk itu, pentingnya mengedukasi wirausahawan Ohoi Elaar Let dengan manajemen usaha dan motivasi yang lebih baik agar meningkatnya kinerja usaha dengan tetap menjaga kepercayaan diri dan ketangguhan diri dalam berwirausaha. Metode edukasi yang digunakan berupa ceramah dan games. Hasil dari kegiatan ini adalah terserapnya pengetahuan tentang wirausaha dan timbulnya perilaku knowledge sharing yang dapat meningkatkan kinerja usaha masyarakat Ohoi Elaar Let. The natural resource potential of Ohoi Elaar Let, which is located in Southeast Maluku Regency, is very abundant. The environment is still well-maintained, and there are still many productive lands that are owned by the residents, making them able to produce many natural products from farming activities. The abundance of natural products must be balanced with the availability of human resources capable of managing these natural products. Activities carried out by residents are expected to contribute to community income, but these activities still do not use business management so that the performance of business activities can increase. One of the important factors for achieving business performance is the need for knowledge sharing among entrepreneurs. For this reason, it is important to educate entrepreneurs on better business management and motivation in order to increase business performance while maintaining integrity and self-confidence in entrepreneurship. The educational method used is in the form of lectures and games. The result of this activity is the absorption of knowledge about entrepreneurship and the emergence of knowledge-sharing behaviors that can improve the business performance of the Ohoi Elaar Let community.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and explain: the influence of innovation leadership on work culture, the effect of motivation on work culture, the influence of innovation leadership on empowering community groups through work culture, the effect of work motivation on empowering community groups through work culture, the influence of work culture on empowering community groups. The object of research in West Southeast Maluku Regency, using the path analysis method. The sampling technique used purposive random sampling. The sample in this study is a community empowerment group.The results of the study prove that: innovation leadership has a significant positive effect on work culture, motivation has a significant positive effect on work culture, innovation leadership has a positive significant effect on empowerment through work culture. Motivation has a significant positive effect on empowerment through work culture. Work culture has a significant positive effect on empowerment in West Southeast Maluku Regency. For future researchers, it is necessary to study collaborative knowledge sharing and innovation leadership in the framework of developing community groups in the future

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of work motivation and non-physical work environment on employee performance, mediated by work motivation, on BPKP Pfovinsi Maluku employees. The research design used data analysis methods using the path paradigm with data analysis techniques using PLS-Path Modeling with the SMART PLS 3 application. The population used in this study were BPKP employees in Maluku Province with a purposive sampling technique, namely as many as 52 people. The results obtained found from this study that competence has a significant positive effect on performance, Non-Physical Work Environment has a significant positive effect on performance,

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi yang semakin pesat membawa perubahan besar yang berdampak pada perekonomian Indonesia. Teristimewa pada pelaku usaha mikro, kecil dan menengah (UMKM).sehingga mengharuskan pelaku usaha harus melakukan perubahan dalam usaha menghadapi era digital, dampak dari era digital ini sendiri justru memudahkan para pelaku usaha yang paham dengan teknologi dimana usaha yang dilakukan tidak lagi membutuhkan sewa gedung yang besar, tempat yang strategis untuk usaha tetapi hanya butuh outlet atau ruang kecil yang sederhana, yang bisa ditata dengan rapi sehingga memberikankesan menarik namun yang menjadi masalah adalah apakah pelaku usaha memahami dan menguasai, mau bersedia berubah mengikuti perkembangan jaman dan berusaha. Hal ini tidak mudah untuk dilakukan hal ini butuh strategi yang tepat dikembangkan demi keberlangsungan hidup UMKM. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pemahaman dan penguatan bagi pelaku usaha di Desa Waai Kecamatan Salahutu Kabupaten Maluku Tengah tentang strategi pengembangan usaha menghadapi era digital pada pelaku usaha mikro di desa waai untuk mempertahankan usaha bahkan untuk mengembangkan usaha sehingga pelaku usaha dapat terus bertahan dan mengembangkan usahanya. Strategi pemasaran melalui inovasi dan digital marketing, serta meenjadi entrepreneurship yang tangguh sehingga pada akhirnya usaha kecil dapat bertahan di masa krisis. Adapun metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini adalah Penyuluhan atau Ceramah yang bertujuan meningkatkan pemahaman serta kesadaran para pelaku usaha. Hasil dari kegiatan ini adalah terserapnya pengetahuan tentang era digital bagi pelaku UMKM melalui materi yang diberikan dan dipahami sehingga mitra dapat mengubah pola usaha berpindah dari manual ke digital sehingga mampu berkembang di masa sulit

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work life balance on organizational commitment with job satisfaction as a mediating variable for married employees at PT. Bank Maluku Malut Ambon Main Branch. The population in this study were all married employees at PT. Bank Maluku Malut Ambon Main Branch. The sample in this study were 45 employees who were married. The sampling technique used is the Purposive Sampling Technique. Methods of collecting data with a questionnaire. The questionnaire was tested for validity and reliability before collecting research data. Data was processed with SmartPLS 3.0, analyzed with Convergent Validity, Discriminant Validity, Composite Reliability, Average Variance Extracted (AVE), Path Coefficient Test, Coefficient of Determination, Hypothesis Testing using Bootstrap, and direct and indirect effect testing using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) . The results of this study indicate that the work life balance variable has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Job satisfaction variable has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. Work life balance has no significant effect on organizational commitment. While the variable job satisfaction is able to mediate the effect of work life balance on organizational commitment.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of competence, non-physical work environment, and discipline on employee performance at the Galay Dubu Village Office, Aru Islands Regency. The method in this study uses causal research with a quantitative approach using a questionnaire as a data collection tool. The population in this study were employees who worked at the Galay Dubu Village Office, Aru Islands Regency. The sample size used in this study was 36 respondents. This study used SPSS version 21. Using saturated sampling, the findings in this study indicate that competence, non-physical work environment and discipline have a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to examine and analyze the effect of internal communication and workplace deviant behaviour on employee performance through direct and indirect job satisfaction. The research was conducted on Self-Help Housing Stimulant Assistance (BSPS) activities at the Housing and Settlement Area Office of Central Maluku Regency. The type of data used is qualitative data. Data was collected through a questionnaire to 47 respondents.The data analysis technique uses statistical analysis using the outer model analysis test, inner model analysis test, and hypothesis testing. Data processing using SmartPLS 3. The results showed that: (1) internal communication has no direct effect on employee performance, (2) direct internal communication has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, (3) workplace deviant behavior has a negative and significant effect on job satisfaction directly, (4) workplace deviant behavior has a negative and significant effect on employee performance, (5) job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, (6) job satisfaction is a mediating variable for the indirect effect of internal communication on employee performance, and (7) job satisfaction is a variable mediating the indirect effect of workplace deviant behavior on employee performance.

Abstract

Penelitian Ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Kecerdasan Emosional Terhadap Kinerja Perawat dengan Organizational Citizenship Behavior Sebagai Variabel Mediasi di Rumah Sakit Daerah Dr.M.Haulussy Ambon. Pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dengan sampel sebanyak 82 perawat yang bekerja minimal 10 tahun. Metode pengumpulan data yang dilakukan adalah metode wawancara dan kuisioner. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah SEM dengan menggunakan SmartPLS Versi 4.0 Berdasarkan Hasil Hipotesis, pertama, Kecerdasan Emosional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja perawat pada RSUD Dr.M.Haulussy Ambon. Kedua, Kecerdasan Emosional berpengaruh Positif dan signifikan terhadap OCB perawat pada RSUD Dr.M.Haulussy Ambon. Ketiga, OCB berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja perawat di RSUD. Dr.M.Haulussy Ambon. Dan yang terakhir, OCB dapat memediasi kecerdasan emosional terhadap kinerja perawat pada RSUD Dr.M.Haulussy Ambon.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of work-life balance and workload on employee performance. This study used a saturation or census technique in which all members of the population were used as a sample of 50 people.  Based on the results of the hypothesis test, it shows that the work-life balance workload does not affect the performance of employees of the Provincial PUPR Office. The results also show that the workload affects the performance of employees of the Provincial PUPR Office.

Abstract

Human resources are the most important asset for an organization, because they are the main key that must be considered with all its needs indetermining the successful implementation of an organization's activities. Human resource management cannot be separated from employees whoare expected to perform as well as possible in order to achieve organizational goals. The variable used as intervening is OrganizationalCitizenship Behavior (OCB). The phenomenon that occurs at the Ambon State Polytechnic lies in female teaching staff (lecturers) who aremarried because the workload is increasingly being felt by several teaching staff who have been interviewed by researchers. Where it is difficultfor them to place themselves in several roles that they have to do, especially when they have to rush or have to meet deadlines, such as having towork on faculty accreditation in such a short time. This causes stress for teaching staff. Based on the phenomena presented at the researchlocation, there are several things that must be considered to improve performance. Therefore, the researcher intends to examine more deeplythe relationship between the four variables, namely; Job Stress, Role Ambiguity, Organizational Citizenship Behavior, Employee PerformanceThis aims to safeguard the company's important assets, namely human resources. Based on the PLS test results, it was found that the pathcoefficient value for this variable was 0.034 with a t-statistic value of 3,747 which was smaller than the standard value of 1.682 and a P-Valuevalue of 0.028<a significance level of 0.05. This shows that the variable Role Ambiguity has a positive and significant effect on EmployeePerformance through Organizational Citizenship Behavior, which also means that the sixth hypothesis (H6) 'Role Ambiguity on EmployeePerformance Through Organizational Citizenship Behavior is accepted. Employee Performance through Organizational Citizenship Behavior,which also means that the sixth hypothesis (H6) 'Role Ambiguity on Employee Performance Through Organizational Citizenship Behavior is accepted.
