Negeri Tulehu menjadi pintu masuk bagi penduduk dari pulau Saparua, Seram, Haruku, Nusalaut dan pulau-pulau lainnya ke Kota Ambon melalui Pelabuhan Tulehu, yang merupakan salah satu pelabuhan utama di Ambon. Hal ini menjadi potensi untuk membuka usaha, tetapi masih banyak masyarakat yang belum memiliki sikap berani mengambil resiko, belum memiliki kemampuan memanfaatkan tantangan menjadi peluangKegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pemahaman dan penguatan bagi pelaku usaha di Negeri Tulehu di Kecamatan Salahutu Kabupaten Maluku Tengah tentang mengubah kewirausahaan dalam memanfaatkan tantangan menjadi peluang untuk meningkatkan usaha. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pemahaman dan penguatan bagi pelaku usaha di Negeri Tulehu di Kecamatan Salahutu Kabupaten Maluku Tengah tentang mengubah sikap wirausaha dalam memanfaatkan tantangan menjadi peluang untuk meningkatkan usaha. Adapun metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini adalah Penyuluhan atau Ceramah yang bertujuan meningkatkan pemahaman serta kesadaran, mengubah sikap para pelaku usaha. Hasil dari kegiatan ini adalah terserapnya pengetahuan dan pembentukan sikap pelaku usaha melalui materi yang dipahami sehingga mitra dapat mengubah pola pikr dan sikap untuk usaha bertahan sehingga pelaku usaha mampu menyumbang ekonomi kreatif.

The development of an increasingly changing era requires knowledge of change itself. In the world of work, knowledge of work is needed, not closing the possibility, but this possibility continues that the life of the world of work requires knowledge and to complete work quickly and precisely. So that knowledge sharing has an important role for nursing paramedics in hospitals. This study aims to develop mediation of job satisfaction, knowledge sharing, organizational citizenship behavior and employee performance. The unit of analysis studied was a private hospital in Ambon city, with the respondents being nursing paramedics. The sampling technique is purposive sampling where nursing paramedics have worked for more than 2 years. The analytical method used is PLS with Software Program SmartPLS vs 3.0. The results of the study prove that there is a positive and significant effect of knowledge sharing on employee performance, organizational citizenship behavior has a significant positive effect on employee performance. there is a positive and significant effect of knowledge sharing on employee performance mediated by job satisfaction, organizational citizenship behavior has a significant positive effect on employee performance mediated by job satisfaction. Job satisfaction has no significant effect on employee performance. Suggestions for further research can continue this study by developing deviant behavior in service practice in hospitals.

Potensi sumber daya alam Ohoi Elaar Let yang terletak di Kabupaten Maluku Tenggara sangat melimpah. Lingkungan yang masih terjaga serta masih banyaknya lahan produktif yang dimiliki membuat warga mampu menghasilkan banyak hasil alam dari kegiatan bercocok tanam. Berlimpahnya hasil alam ini harus diimbangi dengan tersedianya sumber daya manusia yang mampu mengelola hasil alam tersebut. Aktivitas yang dilakukan warga diharapkan berkontribusi pada pendapatan masyarakat, namun kegiatan ini masih belum menggunakan manajemen usaha yang agar kinerja dari kegiatan usaha dapat mengalami peningkatan. Salah satu faktor penting untuk pencapaian kinerja usaha maka diperlukannya perilaku knowledge sharing antar wirausaha. Untuk itu, pentingnya mengedukasi wirausahawan Ohoi Elaar Let dengan manajemen usaha dan motivasi yang lebih baik agar meningkatnya kinerja usaha dengan tetap menjaga kepercayaan diri dan ketangguhan diri dalam berwirausaha. Metode edukasi yang digunakan berupa ceramah dan games. Hasil dari kegiatan ini adalah terserapnya pengetahuan tentang wirausaha dan timbulnya perilaku knowledge sharing yang dapat meningkatkan kinerja usaha masyarakat Ohoi Elaar Let. The natural resource potential of Ohoi Elaar Let, which is located in Southeast Maluku Regency, is very abundant. The environment is still well-maintained, and there are still many productive lands that are owned by the residents, making them able to produce many natural products from farming activities. The abundance of natural products must be balanced with the availability of human resources capable of managing these natural products. Activities carried out by residents are expected to contribute to community income, but these activities still do not use business management so that the performance of business activities can increase. One of the important factors for achieving business performance is the need for knowledge sharing among entrepreneurs. For this reason, it is important to educate entrepreneurs on better business management and motivation in order to increase business performance while maintaining integrity and self-confidence in entrepreneurship. The educational method used is in the form of lectures and games. The result of this activity is the absorption of knowledge about entrepreneurship and the emergence of knowledge-sharing behaviors that can improve the business performance of the Ohoi Elaar Let community.

Penelitian ini membahas bagaimana Keseimbangan kehidupan kerja pada turnover intention pada generasi millennial dengan kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel mediasi yang dilakukan pada karyawan Sicepat Ekspress Cabang Ambon. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis peran kepuasan kerja pada hubungan Keseimbangan kehidupan kerja terhadap turnover intention dengan jumlah populasi 50 karyawan. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik random sampling, dengan perhitungan slovin maka jumlah responden sebanyak 44 karyawan Sicepat Ekspress Cabang Ambon. Alat uji analisis yang digunakan adalah SmartPLS 3.0 yang menggunakan metode analisis SEM (Structural Equation Modeling). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Keseimbangan Kehidupan Kerja tidak signifikan terhadap turnover intention; Keseimbangan Kehidupan Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja; kepuasan kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention; kepuasan kerja terbukti memediasi pengaruh Keseimbangan Kehidupan Kerja terhadap turnover intention karyawan milenial Cabang Sicepat Ekspress Cabang Ambon.

This study discusses how work life balance affects job satisfaction with work stress as a mediating variable (among employees of PT. JNE Express Ambon Branch). The purpose of this study was to examine and analyze the effect of work stress mediating work life balance on job satisfaction. With a total population of 39 and the sampling technique using simple random sampling technique by calculating slovin totaling 35 employees of PT. JNE Express Ambon Branch. The analytical test tool used is Smart PLS 3.0 with the SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) analysis method. The results of this study indicate that work life balance has a significant and significant effect on job satisfaction with a P-Value of 0.000, work life balance has a negative and insignificant effect on work stress with a P-Value of 0.397, work stress has a negative and not significant effect on satisfaction work with a P-Values of 0.543, and finally work stress is not proven to mediate the effect of work life balance on job satisfaction with a P-Values of 0.657.

This study aims to analyze and explain: the influence of innovation leadership on work culture, the effect of motivation on work culture, the influence of innovation leadership on empowering community groups through work culture, the effect of work motivation on empowering community groups through work culture, the influence of work culture on empowering community groups. The object of research in West Southeast Maluku Regency, using the path analysis method. The sampling technique used purposive random sampling. The sample in this study is a community empowerment group.The results of the study prove that: innovation leadership has a significant positive effect on work culture, motivation has a significant positive effect on work culture, innovation leadership has a positive significant effect on empowerment through work culture. Motivation has a significant positive effect on empowerment through work culture. Work culture has a significant positive effect on empowerment in West Southeast Maluku Regency. For future researchers, it is necessary to study collaborative knowledge sharing and innovation leadership in the framework of developing community groups in the future

Physical or non physical work environment is an influential factor which is necessary to support the employees activities in finishing their jobs. This study aimed to analyze and examine direct effect of work environment on work satisfaction, indirect effect of work environment on employees performance through work satisfaction, direct effect of competence on work satisfaction, indirect effect of competence on employees performance through work satisfaction, and the effect of work satisfaction on work performance. This study was conducted at the Development Planning Agency in Maluku. The population of the study was 117 employees who were working for the Development Planning Agency in Maluku. Saturated sample technique was used in this study. Data was collected through interviews and questionnaires. Data was analyzed using path analysis. The descriptive results of the research showed that respondents provided good responses toward the work environment variable as it achieved 3.96 as the mean score. The mean score of competence variable was 3.92, of work satisfaction was 4.13, and of employees performance was 3.89. The results of statistical data analysis proved that work environment (such as comfortable rooms for work, good lighting, internet facility provision, good interaction among colleagues, good relationship between the supervisor and the subordinates) had a positive and significant direct effect on work satisfaction with significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. In addition, work environment had positive and significant indirect effect on employees performance through work satisfaction with significance value of 0.000 < 0.05.

The problem of the quality of human resources is the most important part for every company, both government and private. This study aims to analyze and explain the effect of transactional leadership style on employee performance, job placement on employee performance and work climate on employee performance. This research is located at PT.Bank Modern Express Ambon. The research population is all permanent employees of PT.Bank Modern Express Ambon. The sample used is 94 people, using the saturated sampling technique. Multiple linear regression analysis methods. The results of the study prove that transactional leadership style with contingent reward indicators, active expectations management indicators, passive exception management indicators, have a significant positive effect on the performance of PT. Modern Express Bank Ambon. Work placement with indicators of education, skills, and physical and mental health has a significant positive effect on the performance of employees of PT. Modern Express Bank Ambon. Work climate using indicators of compensation, cooperation, work suitability, division of tasks, and organizational policies have a significant positive effect on the performance of employees of PT. Modern Express Bank Ambon.

This study aims to analyze the effect of work motivation and non-physical work environment on employee performance, mediated by work motivation, on BPKP Pfovinsi Maluku employees. Perkembangan teknologi yang semakin pesat membawa perubahan besar yang berdampak pada perekonomian Indonesia. Teristimewa pada pelaku usaha mikro, kecil dan menengah (UMKM).sehingga mengharuskan pelaku usaha harus melakukan perubahan dalam usaha menghadapi era digital, dampak dari era digital ini sendiri justru memudahkan para pelaku usaha yang paham dengan teknologi dimana usaha yang dilakukan tidak lagi membutuhkan sewa gedung yang besar, tempat yang strategis untuk usaha tetapi hanya butuh outlet atau ruang kecil yang sederhana, yang bisa ditata dengan rapi sehingga memberikankesan menarik namun yang menjadi masalah adalah apakah pelaku usaha memahami dan menguasai, mau bersedia berubah mengikuti perkembangan jaman dan berusaha. Hal ini tidak mudah untuk dilakukan hal ini butuh strategi yang tepat dikembangkan demi keberlangsungan hidup UMKM. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pemahaman dan penguatan bagi pelaku usaha di Desa Waai Kecamatan Salahutu Kabupaten Maluku Tengah tentang strategi pengembangan usaha menghadapi era digital pada pelaku usaha mikro di desa waai untuk mempertahankan usaha bahkan untuk mengembangkan usaha sehingga pelaku usaha dapat terus bertahan dan mengembangkan usahanya. Strategi pemasaran melalui inovasi dan digital marketing, serta meenjadi entrepreneurship yang tangguh sehingga pada akhirnya usaha kecil dapat bertahan di masa krisis. Adapun metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini adalah Penyuluhan atau Ceramah yang bertujuan meningkatkan pemahaman serta kesadaran para pelaku usaha. Hasil dari kegiatan ini adalah terserapnya pengetahuan tentang era digital bagi pelaku UMKM melalui materi yang diberikan dan dipahami sehingga mitra dapat mengubah pola usaha berpindah dari manual ke digital sehingga mampu berkembang di masa sulit
