Abstract

Kawasan kota Makassar merupakan tempat kegiatan penduduk dengan segala aktivitasnya. Sarana dan prasarana diperlukan untuk mendukung aktivitas kota. Ditinjau dari aspek pergerakan penduduk, kecenderungan bertambahnya penduduk perkotaan yang tinggi menyebabkan makin banyak jumlah pergerakan baik dari dalam maupun luar kota dan pemberian fasilitas pencarian kode angkutan umum menuju ke suatu tempat yang di inginkan oleh para penumpang angkutan umum. Nantinya akan ditampilkan kode angkutan umum, informasi jalur yang dilalui angkutan umum dan memperlihatkan jalur rute angkutan melalui Google Maps. Adapun metode yang akan digunakan untuk menentukan jarak terdekat dari posisi pengguna aplikasi dengan beberapa pilihan rute adalah algoritma depth first search. Depth first search (DFS) adalah algoritma untuk melintasi, struktur pohon atau grafik yang dimulai pada akar (memilih beberapa node sebagai root dalam kasus grafik) dan mengeksplorasi sejauh mungkin sepanjang masing-masing cabang sebelum mundur. Diharapkan dengan adanya aplikasi tersebut dapat membantu para calon penumpang untuk memilih rute angkutan umum yang ingin ditumpanginya, pencarian kode rute-rute angkutan umum yang di hasilkan dari aplikasi menggunakan algoritma depth first search.

Abstract

Bone district is one of region in South Sulawesi province. There are 27 sub-districts and 374 villages in Bone district. A villages sampled in this study is Barakkae village Lamuru Bone district. The problem in this research is how to make the management system  administration at rural level in Bone district and how to apply information technology based on RESTful API on rural administration of Bone district. The technology or method used is the RESTful API, RESTful API is REST (REpresentational State Transfer) is a communication method architecture that is often applied in the development of web-based services. Web-based services that use the REST architecture are called RESTful API (Application Programming Interfaces) or REST API. The are result research is with the existence of management administration system can set a rural institution and give processing data population and implementation technology based  on RESTful API in rural management system administration can bridge various access information which connection at management system  administration of rural population level Bone district and RESTful API also provide data management with a simple process that make it easy for rural instance staff.Kabupaten Bone adalah salah satu kabupaten yang berada di provinsi Sulawesi Selatan. Kabupaten Bone memiliki 27 Kecamatan dan  374 desa dan  kelurahan, Desa yang menjadi sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah Desa Barakkae Kecamatan Lamuru Kabupaten Bone. Adapun permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana membuat sistem manajemen administrasi kependudukan pada tingkat pedesaan di Kabupaten Bone dan bagaimana menerapkan teknologi informasi berbasis RESTful API pada administrasi pedesaan di Kabupaten  Bone.  Metode dan Teknik yang digunakan adalah RESTful API, RESTful API adalah REST (REpresentational State Transfer) yaitu  suatu arsitektur  metode komunikasi yang sering diterapkan dalam pengembangan layanan berbasis web. Layanan berbasis web yang menggunakan  arsitektur  REST dinamakan RESTful API (Application Programming Interfaces) atau  REST  API.  Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa  dengan adanya sistem manajemen administrasi kependudukan, instansi pedesaan dapat mengatur serta memberikan kemudahan  pengolahan data kependudukan.  Dengan  menerapkan  teknologi berbasis RESTful API  pada sistem manajemen  administrasi pedesaan maka dapat menjembatani beragam akses informasi yang terhubung pada sistem manajemen administrasi kependudukan di tingkat pedesaan  kabupaten Bone dan RESTful API juga menyediakan  manajemen data dengan proses yang lebih sederhana sehingga memudahkan staf  instansi pedesaan.

Abstract

Weather forecasting are very important in various fields of human life, including in big cities. The need for accurate weather forecasts will be effective and efficient in managing the quality of civilization flexibly. In many cases it is found that the results of weather forecasts in the same city differ depending on the radius. This of course requires a precise and accurate algorithm to determine it. The algorithm used is based on machine learning type of artificial neural network which compares backpropagation and bayessian regularization. The results obtained show that bayessian regularization outperforms backpropagation with the smallest MSE and the highest accuracy and the shortest computation time to determine sunny, cloudy, light rain and heavy rain forecasts. The unbalanced distribution of data causes fluctuations in the MSE calculation and accuracy. The addition of training will improve system performance which is indicated by a significant increase in accuracy. Likewise, decreasing the MSE can increase the accuracy of the system to reach the point of convergence. This is an indicator that the performance of Bayessian regularization is the recommended algorithm for forecasting weather in cities and their surroundings, even between provinces or between countries.

Abstract

Every region in Indonesia has a traditional clothes that is characteristic of each region, especially the Tanah Toraja that located in the province of South Sulawesi. The Rantepao Art Center building is one of the art buildings located in Tana Toraja, precisely in downtown Rantepao, North Toraja district. The problem is that during this time, the Rantepao art center building only introduces Toraja traditional clothes by means of dialogue, beside of books or catalogs those available there. Efforts are needed on how to present a model of introduction of Toraja traditional clothing and accessories in a more attractive and interactive three-dimensional form. Thus the tourists can easily understand each of the Toraja traditional clothing model and its accessories. We use marker based tracking with Augmented Reality technology. Augmented Reality is a technology that combines marker objects into a real three-dimensional environment and displays them in real time. The results of this study are by displaying three-dimensional images of toraja traditional clothes by using a mobile device to capture images on smartphones, so that visitors of North Toraja regency's art center, both local and international, can see the more attractive appearance of toraja traditional clothes.

Abstract

Dinas Komunikasi dan Informatika (Diskominfo) Kota Palopo merupakan perangkat kerja daerah yang bertugas di bidang penyelenggara pemerintahan di bidang komunikasi dan informatika. Guna melaksanakan fungsi dan tugasnya Diskominfo kota Palopo telah mengaplikasikan Tata Kelola Teknologi Informasi. Berdasarkan wawancara bersama pihak Kominfo Kota Palopo terkait pengelolaan IT Governance, ditemukan permasalahan seperti belum adanya Standart Operating Procedure tentang Tata Kelola Teknologi Informasi, kurangnya pemahaman personel terhadap tugasnya masing – masing dan belum adanya bisnis proses terkait Sistem Pemerintahan Berbasis Elektronik. Dari penjelasan tersebut, sehingga dibutuhkan adanya pengukuran buat mengenali seberapa jauh kesiapan Diskominfo Kota Palopo buat mengimplementasikan SPBE ke dalam proses bisnisnya secara merata lewat pengukuran tingkatan kematangan (maturity level). Dalam melakukan pengukuran layanan IT governance pada Diskominfo Kota Palopo digunakan framework Cobit 5 yang memiliki cakupan yang luas untuk proses governance. Adapun domain yang digunakan yaitu DSS (Deliver, Support and Service).  Berdasar pada hasil kajian, ada 3 sub domain dalam domain DSS tertahan di tingkatan 2 (Managed Process) dan 3 sub domain berada di tingkatan 3 (Established Process). Hasil maturity tingkatan itu diaplikasikan sebagai rujukan guna penciptaan rekomendasi. Hasil produk rekomendasi yang disusun ialah membuat SOP agar operasional berjalan lancar dan sesuai dengan proses bisnis.

Abstract

Hydroponics is a technique of cultivation that uses water and without soil. The technique emphasizes meeting the nutritional needs of plants. Hydroponic plants need less water than plants that use soil media. The purpose of this study is the creation of a monitoring system to control room temperature and hydroponic water plant nutrition. The method used is web-based system design. The results of the study show that with a web-based room temperature and water nutrition monitoring system, room temperature and water nutrition of the hydroponic plant can be controlled anytime and anywhere. Also, test factors in functional testing of systems using black-box show valid results. Furthermore, based on the implementation test conducted to determine the performance of the monitoring system that has been made, 87.5% of 35 respondents rated it good, 9% thought it was quite good, and 3.5% thought it was not good.
