Abstract

Pengelolaan administrasi fakultas yang masih bersifat konvensional sering kali menghadapi kendala efisiensi data dan sinkronisasi jadwal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengintegrasikan layanan administrasi tata usaha dan manajemen laboratorium melalui pengembangan platform digital terpusat bernama SIADLAB. Sistem ini mencakup modul pengarsipan surat, inventarisasi barang, peminjaman ruang laboratorium, hingga pencatatan pembayaran administrasi. Pengembangan sistem difokuskan pada otomasi fitur untuk meminimalisir redundansi data dan konflik penjadwalan. Metodologi evaluasi dilakukan melalui User Acceptance Testing (UAT) untuk mengukur tingkat keberterimaan sistem dari berbagai perspektif pengguna. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan tingkat keberterimaan yang signifikan, dengan skor rata-rata 100% dari administrator, 92,5% dari mahasiswa, dan 81% dari staf administrasi. Temuan ini mengonfirmasi bahwa integrasi sistem informasi secara signifikan meningkatkan efisiensi operasional, transparansi pelaporan, dan akurasi data dalam tata kelola administrasi fakultas.

Abstract

Pengujian perangkat lunak (Software Quality Assurance/QA) modern dalam ekosistem pengembangan yang tangkas (Agile) membutuhkan volume data uji yang masif, dinamis, dan representatif. Namun, pemanfaatan data produksi riil secara langsung menghadapi rintangan operasional dan kendala regulasi privasi yang ketat, seperti Undang-Undang Pelindungan Data Pribadi (UU PDP) Nomor 27 Tahun 2022. Teknik anonimisasi konvensional terbukti tidak memadai karena seringkali merusak integritas relasional statistik, sementara model generatif Deep Learning tradisional seperti Generative Adversarial Networks (GANs) rentan terhadap anomali mode collapse pada data kategorikal berdimensi tinggi serta menuntut biaya komputasi yang mahal. Penelitian ini mengusulkan kerangka kerja komputasi inovatif menggunakan pendekatan zero-shot inference berbasis Large Language Model (LLM), secara spesifik menggunakan arsitektur Gemini 3, untuk membangkitkan data uji sintetis berformat tabular murni tanpa melalui proses pelatihan ulang (fine-tuning). Evaluasi kinerja dilakukan pada 1.000 baris kerangka data uji demografi dan finansial (berdasar parameter dataset Glassdoor Gender Pay Gap). Analisis fidelitas data diukur menggunakan metrik analitik Cosine Similarity, Jensen-Shannon (JS) Divergence, dan uji jarak Kolmogorov-Smirnov (KS). Hasil eksperimen menunjukkan performa presisi tingkat tinggi: LLM mereplikasi distribusi data kategorikal dengan rata-rata kemiripan Cosine mencapai 99,38% (mengeliminasi halusinasi leksikon) dan stabilitas proporsi populasi JS-Divergence sebesar 96,52%. Pada dimensi numerikal kontinu, model mempertahankan kepatuhan batas logis (boundary constraints) dengan tingkat akurasi jarak KS rata-rata sebesar 89,88%. Pendekatan ini berhasil mendobrak batasan model terdahulu, menghadirkan terobosan solusi pengadaan data uji industri yang efisien secara biaya, berskala besar, seketika (real-time API), dan menjamin 100% kepatuhan privasi data.

Abstract

School information systems have been widely used to improve the effectiveness of educational information management and administrative processes. MA Al-Istiqomah Caringin has previously utilized a website as an information medium; however, it still has limitations in administrative features, lacks an integrated online registration system, and presents a less interactive and appealing user interface. This study aims to develop a web-based school administration system using Laravel as the backend and Vue.js as the frontend. The Agile Scrum method was applied to support an iterative and flexible development process. The results of this study indicate that the developed system is capable of providing administrative management features, tuition fee (SPP) payment status tracking, and an online registration system with QR Code-based email verification. The resulting system is more dynamic, responsive, and effective in supporting administrative services as well as the school's digital promotion.

Abstract

Academic supervision plays a strategic role in improving the quality of education, particularly at the senior high school (SMA) level. This study aims to examine the extent to which academic supervision is effective in supporting the realization of quality learning. The research method employed is qualitative with a descriptive approach, involving literature review, interviews, and observations of supervision practices in schools. The findings indicate that academic supervision functions not only as a control mechanism but also as a means of professional development that enhances teachers’ pedagogical and professional competencies. The effectiveness of supervision is reflected in structured planning, active teacher involvement, and follow-up actions in the form of continuous reflection and improvement. However, several challenges remain, such as limited time, varying supervisory skills, and resistance from some teachers. Therefore, academic supervision conducted consistently, collaboratively, and based on teachers’ needs has proven to make a significant contribution to creating a more interactive, meaningful, and student-centered learning process.
