Abstract

In facing various challenges and competition in schools, it is necessary to involve all components/school members in order to build relationships or partnerships with other institutions in improving the quality of education in the school. Efforts to increase and improve the quality of elementary school education need to be done through an effective school culture. Because improving the quality of elementary school education cannot be separated from the basis of school culture. With this cultural base, school principals, teachers, students and parents will feel a sense of belonging, so they will maintain, improve and strive to improve the quality of school education. The aim of this paper is to develop a model for improving the quality of elementary school education based on school culture to create effective schools. The results of the researchers' findings show that the model that can be used in basic education to improve the quality of basic education based on school culture is the reform model. Efforts to improve the quality of basic education can be carried out through various school reforms related to various dimensions, such as the principal dimension, the teacher dimension, the student dimension, the student parent dimension, and the stakeholder dimension. Efforts to improve and increase the quality of a school are seen from the aspect of honesty. Apart from honesty, other core values ​​that can be instilled in basic education students are discipline, responsibility, patience, humility and tolerance.

Abstract

At-Tijani Tarekat education is one of the Sufism education processes carried out in Sumber Lesung Village, Ledokombo District, Jember Regency. The congregation was very enthusiastic about participating in this activity. This research aims to describe the education of the At-Tijani Congregation in Sumber Lesung Village. This research approach uses qualitative with descriptive research type. The results of the research show that the implementation of Tarekat At-Tijani education is carried out through providing materials/practices and practices of the Tarekat Tijaniyah to the congregation. The material and practices of the Tarekat Tijaniyah are in the form of wirid ordinaryah, wazifah, and hailalah. The core material and practices of the practice are istigfar and sholawat. The implementation of this tarekat education is carried out as an effort to follow the commands of Allah SWT by increasing the reading of istghfar, sholawat and monotheism sentences. The aim of this education is to create Sufistic values ​​in humans so that they become humans who have a good personality, have good morals, are steadfast in worship, and are able to maintain good relationships with fellow humans (wahablun minannass) and good relationships with Allah SWT (hablun minallah)

Abstract

Speaking skills are the ability to express articulation sounds or words to express thoughts in the form of ideas, opinions, desires or feelings to the interlocutor. Two-dimensional image media is basically a visual media that has length and width. Two-dimensional media is media that is often used in teaching and learning activities because of its simple shape, economical price, and easy-to-obtain materials. This study focuses on research, namely 1) How is the teacher's strategy in improving the personality, characteristics and temperament, and intelligence of students through two-dimensional images of SDI Al Barokah Jember students. The results showed that the teacher's strategy in improving the personality of SDI Al Barokah Jember students greatly improved and the results were very satisfying. The teacher's strategy in improving the characteristics and temperament of students through two-dimensional images for SDI Al Barokah Jember students is also very good. The teacher's strategy in increasing student intelligence through two-dimensional images for SDI Al Barokah Jember students greatly increased.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT. Tri Mitra Jaya Sentosa. Sumber daya manusia (SDM) merupakan aset penting dalam organisasi, dan manajemen yang efektif sangat diperlukan untuk mencapai tujuan. Gaya kepemimpinan yang diterapkan di perusahaan ini adalah demokratis, di mana pemimpin melibatkan karyawan dalam pengambilan keputusan melalui musyawarah. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif, yang bertujuan untuk menggali fakta-fakta mengenai hubungan antara gaya kepemimpinan dan kinerja karyawan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa komunikasi yang baik dan partisipasi aktif karyawan dalam keputusan berkontribusi positif terhadap kinerja mereka. Namun, pemimpin juga menghadapi kendala, baik internal maupun eksternal, yang mempengaruhi efektivitas kepemimpinan. Upaya pemimpin dalam mengatasi kendala termasuk pemberian gaji yang sesuai, komunikasi yang efektif, dan menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang nyaman. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan yang tepat dapat meningkatkan kinerja karyawan dan mencapai tujuan organisasi.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengkaji kembali tripusat pendidikan Ki Hadjar Dewantara cenderung hanya dijadikan slogan, tidak dikaji, atau dijelaskan dalam dunia pendidikan, apalagi diterapkan dalam praktik khusunya dalam penguatan Profil Pelajatr Pancasila. Metode penelitian kualitatif dengan lokasi penelitin SD Plus Al-Qodiri Jember. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keluarga memegang peran vital dalam mendukung pembelajaran di rumah dengan memberikan bimbingan moral, memfasilitasi akses pendidikan, dan mengajarkan nilai-nilai karakter. Masyarakat, sebagai lingkungan sosial yang lebih luas, turut berkontribusi dengan menciptakan kondisi yang kondusif bagi pertumbuhan anak, serta menyediakan sarana dan prasarana pendidikan yang mendukung. Sinergi antara ketiga elemen ini family, school dan warga adalah kunci keberhasilan untuk menumbuhkan karakter peserta didik yang mencerminkan profil pelajar Pancasila yang mereka tidak hanya memiliki kompetensi akademik. Kesimpulanya, Penting untuk menjalanka kerjasama yang harmonis antara Tri Pusat Pendidikan untuk menghasilkan generasi yang unggul, berkarakter, dan siap menghadapi tantangan global.

Abstract

This research explores the crucial role of literacy in the educational context, with a specific focus on the implementation of the BARATA Literacy Model at SMP Negeri 5 Pamekasan. The primary objective of this study is to investigate the implementation of the BARATA model, related literacy activities, and their impact on students' reading and writing abilities in the school environment. Student participation across different grade levels is delineated, encompassing students from grades 7, 8, and 9. Data regarding students' initial involvement in literacy activities are also identified. The data collection methods involve in-depth interviews with students, the School Principal, and teachers, coupled with observations to gain direct insights into the classroom dynamics during literacy activities using the BARATA model. The research findings indicate that the BARATA model has a positive impact, enhancing students' reading skills, improving academic achievements, and involving the literacy team. Data analysis reveals majority support for the effectiveness of this model, although some respondents express neutral or negative views, emphasizing the importance of understanding variations in perceptions of literacy technology. Furthermore, the data supports the effectiveness of the teacher's validation process for student writings and the initiative to compile students' works into anthology books. Despite variations in responses, the research concludes that the BARATA model has successfully created dynamic literacy activities and positively influenced the literacy competence of students at SMP Negeri 5 Pamekasan.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat dengan judul Penyuluhan K3 Listrik di Pondok Pesantren Markaz Hadist Bilal Bin Rabbah, Tangerang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan kesadaran santri serta pengelola pesantren mengenai pentingnya keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja (K3) terkait penggunaan instalasi listrik di lingkungan pesantren. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan melalui penyuluhan yang mencakup materi mengenai bahaya yang dapat ditimbulkan oleh listrik, cara pencegahannya, serta langkah-langkah yang perlu dilakukan untuk memastikan penggunaan listrik yang aman. Peserta kegiatan terdiri dari sekitar 20 orang, yang terdiri dari santri dan pengelola pesantren. Metode yang digunakan adalah ceramah interaktif yang dilengkapi dengan demonstrasi, media visual, serta sesi tanya jawab. Hasil dari kegiatan ini menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar peserta telah memahami pentingnya K3 Listrik dan berkomitmen untuk melakukan pemeriksaan rutin terhadap instalasi listrik di pesantren. Selain itu, peserta juga menunjukkan antusiasme yang tinggi terhadap materi yang disampaikan. Meskipun kegiatan ini telah berhasil meningkatkan pemahaman peserta, masih diperlukan tindak lanjut berupa pelatihan lanjutan dan pemeriksaan berkala instalasi listrik untuk memastikan keselamatan di lingkungan pesantren. Diharapkan, kegiatan ini dapat memberikan kontribusi positif dalam menciptakan lingkungan yang lebih aman dan mendukung aktivitas belajar mengajar di Pondok Pesantren Markaz Hadist Bilal Bin Rabbah.

Abstract

Agriculture is the main sector of livelihood for the people of Tambes Hamlet. Still, the community has not been able to manage it well with various challenges such as limited quality seeds, pest attacks, limited knowledge in managing the economy, and the lure of a more lucrative practical economy. This article aims to support and empower the community in Tambes Hamlet's sustainable agricultural development efforts. Community empowerment is an important step for local resident to contribute to the development process. Sustainable agriculture is the main focus because it has a great impact on daily life. In completing this program, the author took a participatory approach. This approach involves working with various parties such as village officials, farmer groups, and related agencies. The program stages include problem mapping, sustainable agriculture counseling, environmentally friendly pest control, and yield optimization through commodity diversification. 2,000 seedlings were distributed for greening and agricultural yields. Farmer groups were reactivated for program efficiency and sustainability, with technical assistance and regular monitoring. It is hoped that agriculture in Tambes Hamlet can be more productive and improve the welfare of the community.ABSTRAKPertanian merupakan sektor utama mata pencaharian masyarakat Dusun Tambes, namun masyarakat belum bisa mengelola dengan baik dengan berbagai tantangan seperti keterbatasan bibit berkualitas, serangan hama, adanya keterbatasan pengetahuan dalam mengelola ekonomi, dan iming-iming ekonomi praktis yang lebih menggiurkan. Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk mendukung dan memberdayakan masyarakat dalam upaya pembangunan pertanian yang berkelanjutan Dusun Tambes. Pemberdayaan masyarakat adalah langkah penting agar penduduk lokal dapat berkontribusi dalam proses pembangunan. Pertanian berkelanjutan menjadi fokus utama karena memiliki dampak yang besar terhadap kehidupan sehari-hari. Tim penulis mengambil pendekatan yang bersifat partisipatif. Pendekatan ini melibatkan kerja sama dengan berbagai pihak seperti perangkat desa, kelompok tani, serta dinas terkait. Tahapan program mencakup pemetaan masalah, penyuluhan pertanian berkelanjutan, pengendalian hama ramah lingkungan, serta optimasi hasil melalui diversifikasi komoditas. 2.000 bibit didistribusikan untuk penghijauan dan hasil pertanian. Kelompok tani diaktifkan lagi untuk efisiensi dan keberlanjutan program, dengan pendampingan teknis dan monitoring berkala. Diharapkan pertanian di Dusun Tambes bisa lebih produktif dan meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat.

Abstract

This research explores local wisdom-based positive culture implemented in elementary schools. The school environment hasoan important roleoin shaping studentocharacter in accordance with theoPancasila Learner Profile. Theopurpose ofothis research is tooidentify various forms of local wisdom including traditions, norms, and values in the community, as well as determining local wisdom that can be integrated in positive school culture including relevant values, traditions, and practices. The research was conducted at SDN Sidomulyo 02, Silo District. The methodology used aoqualitative approachodescriptive case studyodesign. Accurate data and information were collected using theodata collectionotechniques of observation, ointerview, andodocumentation. The resultsoshowed that SDN Sidomulyo 02 successfully implemented local wisdom in a positive school culture through various traditions that support the value ofothe Pancasila Student Profile. Through gotong royong, theoschool encourages care andotogetherness in keeping the school clean, the tradition of slametan strengthens students' gratitude and spirituality, Hataman Al-Qur'an every Friday legi is implemented at school with istigosah activities to form religious character. Berinfaq is implemented to instill empathy and social care. Thus, the school can create a positiveoculture and strengthen theovalue of the Pancasila Student Profile.

Abstract

Islamic Nusantara values ​​become real behavior, students need to be given an understanding of Islamic Nusantara values ​​from an early age as an effort to increase their awareness so that they can appreciate the diversity that exists so that in the end they can behave in a humanist, pluralist and democratic manner. As well as being a process of cultivating a way of life that respects, is sincere, and is tolerant of cultural diversity that lives in the midst of a plural society. It is hoped that by instilling the values ​​of Nusantara Islam in education, there will be resilience and flexibility in the nation's mentality in facing social conflicts, so that national unity will not be easily broken and cracked. The focus of this research is how to internalize the values ​​of Tawazun, Tawasyuth and I'tidal values ​​in the Aqidah Akhlak Subject at MTs Tanah Wulan? The approach used is to use a qualitative type approach. The results of this study show that: 1). The application of Tawazun Values ​​uses habituation, this application is carried out at school and outside the school (community). This habituation is applied in the hope that all students can instill and apply it in the community environment later. Meanwhile, the Tawazun method uses lecturing and discussion methods. 2). The application of Tawassuth Values ​​is also the same as habituation, this habituation is always applied by all teachers at school and in the community, while the method used is lecture and discussion methods. 3). the application of I'tidal values ​​is also by habituation, while the methods used in applying I'tidal values ​​are using discussion and lecture methods. As for habituation before entering class, students are required to carry out Duha prayer and read short letters, Punishment or punishment given to students who play games when carrying out the habituation of Duha prayer and read short letters to repeat them again, while the punishment for students who do not following the dluha prayer students are punished by standing in front of the mushollah by reading the Waqi'ah letter.
