Abstract

Salah satu kebutuhan prasarana transportasi daerah adalah tersedianya jembatan yang memadai. Jembatan Kali Kemiri adalah jembatan tipe C yang memiliki lalu lintas rendah, tetapi merupakan penghubung terhadap akses sekolah sehingga jembatan yang aman dan layak menjadi penting. Jembatan ini terletak di Desa Kupu, Kecamatan Dukuhturi, Kabupaten Tegal. Bentang jembatan 25 m dan lebar 5,1 m. Pada tahun 2020 jembatan mengalami kegagalan struktur. Jembatan direncanakan ulang menggunakan rangka baja tipe warren sesuai SNI 1725:2016 dan SNI 1729:2020 dengan pembebanan dikurangi menjadi 70%. Perencanaan meliputi struktur atas dan bawah. Analisa struktur rangka atas jembatan menggunakan SAP 2000 v22. Hasil perencanaan adalah digunakan plat lantai setebal 200 mm dengan bondek 0,7 mm dan tulangan wiremesh M12. Gelagar memanjang menggunakan profil WF 300.140.8.10 dan WF 200.100.5,5.8. Gelagar melintang menggunakan profil WF 500.200.10.16. Rangka utama menggunakan WF 260.260.10.14, WF 260.260.8.10, WF 260.220.8.10, dan WF 260.180.8.10. Ikatan angin menggunakan WF 150.100.6.9. Bangunan struktur bawah abutment didesain dengan panjang 6,00 m, lebar 2,50 m dan tinggi 3,95 m.

Abstract

Agricultural development is pivotal for economic growth, food security, and poverty alleviation, particularly in developing countries. This paper explores the factors driving agricultural development, innovative practices, and strategic frameworks essential for sustainable growth. The research highlights the interconnections between technology adoption, policy frameworks, and market access, emphasizing the need for an inclusive approach that addresses the needs of smallholder farmers who constitute a significant portion of the agricultural workforce. Through a comprehensive review of current literature, case studies, and empirical data analysis, the study identifies key challenges facing the agricultural sector, such as climate change, land degradation, and access to resources. Innovations in agricultural practices, including precision farming, biotechnology, and sustainable land management, are discussed as vital components for enhancing productivity and resilience. Additionally, the role of policy interventions in promoting agricultural research and development, facilitating access to markets, and ensuring food security is critically assessed. The findings indicate that fostering collaboration among stakeholders—governments, private sectors, and local communities—is crucial for achieving sustainable agricultural development. Ultimately, this research aims to provide actionable insights and policy recommendations that promote agricultural innovation and improve the livelihoods of farmers, thereby contributing to enhanced food security and economic prosperity.

Abstract

Based on Counterpoint Research data, from quarter 1 of 2022 to quarter 1 of 2023, Xiaomi is the cellphone vendor that has fallen the most, with a decline in market share of 24.8 percent YoY. This study examines the effect of product quality on brand trust and its impact on purchasing decisions for Xiaomi smartphone products in Central Jakarta. The research method used was a survey with data collected through a questionnaire distributed to 170 Xiaomi smartphone users in Central Jakarta. Data analysis was performed using statistical methods, including validity, reliability, and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) tests with SmartPLS 4.0. The results show that product quality significantly increased brand trust, which had a positive impact on purchasing decisions. These findings suggest that improving product quality can increase consumer trust in the brand, which, in turn, drives higher purchase decisions. This study has several limitations, including focusing only on Xiaomi users in Central Jakarta and not considering other external factors that might influence purchasing decisions. This research helps companies understand how product quality is critical to building brand trust, and how consumers’ purchasing decisions are influenced. These results can be used as a basis for creating better marketing strategies and increasing consumer satisfaction.

Abstract

The bottled water industry in Indonesia is experiencing rapid growth and increasingly fierce competition, in line with the growing public demand for hygienic and practical products. Additionally, consumer awareness of environmental and sustainability issues also influences purchasing preferences. However, there is a limited amount of empirical research that simultaneously examines the influence of brand awareness, green marketing, and consumer behaviour on purchasing decisions, particularly for AMDK products in urban areas. This study aims to analyse the influence of these three variables on purchasing decisions for Aqua products in South Jakarta. This study employs a quantitative approach using a survey method targeting 160 Aqua consumers selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected via questionnaires and analysed using validity and reliability tests, as well as multiple linear regression.The results indicate that brand awareness has the most significant influence on purchasing decisions, followed by green marketing and consumer behaviour. The research model explains 85.8% of the variation in purchasing decisions. The limitations of this study lie in its geographical scope and limited sample size, meaning the results cannot be generalised nationally.The main contribution of this study is to provide new empirical evidence regarding the integration of the three main variables in the context of the Indonesian bottled water industry, as well as offering practical recommendations for companies to strengthen their sustainability-based marketing strategies and brand reinforcement.

Abstract

LAC (Language Advisory Council) is one of the centers to improve the linguistic abilities of students at the Muhammadiyah Islamic Boarding School, LAC also collaborates with one of the language organizations that is handled directly by OSPPM (Muhammadiyah Islamic Boarding School Student Organization). In this research, we investigate: 1) What are the efforts of the LAC and the central language department in improving speaking skills for linguistic activities in MBS Klaten? 2) Analyze the extent of the students in this activity. The objectives of this research are: 1) To analyze the efforts of LAC and the language part in lungistic improvement. 2) Analyze the extent of student improvement in this activity. The method used in this study was descriptive qualitative with the following writing steps: 1) Data Collection, 2) Data Analysis, 3) Conclusion. The results of this research are the preparation of language policies and curricula, supervision and preparation of programs, teacher training facilities and resource development.

Abstract

Keberadaan Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) sangat penting untuk mendukung perekonomian Indonesia, dan hal ini perlu didukung dengan sarana promosi yang mudah dan terjangkau agar mereka tetap eksis. Teknologi animasi kini sudah mulai berkembang dan dipergunakan sebagai media promosi, namun belum banyak UMKM yang memanfaatkannya dan mayoritas masih menggunakan teknik promosi melalui media social. Oleh sebab itu, kegiatan pendampingan untuk para pelaku UMKM perlu dilakukan oleh tim untuk memberikan mereka pengetahuan, keterampilan dan pengalaman dalam membuat sarana promosi baru berupa iklan animasi 2D menggunakan aplikasi Animaker, Animatron dan Doratoon. Hasil dari kegiatan dan evaluasi pendampingan ketiga aplikasi tersebut didapat bahwa sebanyak 10 dari 20 orang dari peserta telah memanfaatkan aplikasi animasi tersebut untuk iklan produk UMKM mereka, dimana sebanyak 50% peserta menerapkan Animaker, 30% peserta menerapkan Animatron, dan 20% menerapkan Doratoon. Ketiga aplikasi tersebut juga dinilai sangat layak untuk diterapkan dalam membuat media promosi berbentuk animasi untuk pemula, khususnya UMKM.

Abstract

Sebagian besar pelaku Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah. (UMKM) tidak memahami dan menggunakan media sosial dan platform penjualan daring. Hal ini dikarenakan kurangnya pengetahuan dan literasi digital terkait penggunaan Teknologi Informasi (TI) dan perangkat TI. Walaupun para pelaku UMKM dapat masuk atau bergabung dalam suatu media sosial atau platform penjualan daring, pelaku UMKM mengalami kesulitan dalam memasarkan produk barang/jasa. Hal ini disebabkan karena perubahan pemasaran konvensional menjadi elektronik (daring), di mana penjual dan pembeli tidak bertatap muka secara langsung. Sehingga informasi barang/jasa harus disajikan dalam bentuk tulisan, gambar, dan potongan video/animasi. Tujuan dari PkM ini adalah memberikan arahan dan pelatihan terkait teknik pemasaran dan penjualan secara daring, serta digitalisasi produk/jasa UMKM. Metode yang digunakan adalah pelatihan kepada para pelaku UMKM di Jakarta Barat secara daring. Hasil kegiatan berupa: bertambahnya wawasan dan keahlian pelaku UMKM untuk mengidentifikasi dan mengatasi masalah mendasar di usaha masing-masing, dan mempraktikkan penggunaan aplikasi sederhana untuk mendigitalisasi produk/jasa UMKM. Simpulan dari PkM ini adalah sebagian besar peserta kegiatan ini (86,36%) telah berhasil memahami dan mempraktekkan teknis digitalisasi produk/jasa UMKM, serta mencoba memasarkan produk/jasa mereka melalui  media sosial dan menjualnya melalui platform e-Commerce.

Abstract

Nature school education is an effort to change the behavior and attitudes carried out by various parties or elements of society which aims to increase knowledge, skills and public awareness about natural values ​​and issues of natural problems which in turn can move the community to take an active role in conservation and safety efforts. Environment for the benefit of present and future generations. Nature education can facilitate the achievement of high-level skills such as critical thinking, creative thinking, integrative thinking and problem solving. The concept that is offered from the nature-based school education system is a very interesting concept to explore more deeply. Wangsakerta Nature School, Karangdawa Hamlet, Setupatok Mundu Village, West Java is one of the many Nature Schools that have been established in various regions in Indonesia, located in shady rice fields and plantations, far from vehicle pollution. Abstrak Pendidikan sekolah alam adalah upaya mengubah prilaku dan sikap yang dilakukan oleh berbagai pihak atau elemen masyarakat yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan, keterampilan dan kesadaran masyarakat tentang nilai-nilai alam dan isu permasalahan alam yang pada akhirnya dapat menggerakkan masyarakat untuk berperan aktif dalam upaya pelestarian dan keselamatan lingkungan untuk kepentingan generasi sekarang dan yang akan datang. Pendidikan alam dapat mempermudah pencapaian keterampilan tingkat tinggi seperti berfikir kritis, berfikir kreatif, berfikir secara integrative dan memecahkan masalah.Konsep yang ditawarkan dari sistem pendidikan sekolah berbasis alam merupakan konsep yang sangat menarik untuk digali kembali lebih dalam lagi. Sekolah Alam Wangsakerta Dusun Karangdawa Desa Setupatok Mundu Jawa barat merupakan salah satu dari sekian banyak Sekolah Alam yang telah di didirikan diberbagai daerah di Indonesia, yang berlokasi di persawahan dan perkebunan yang rindang, jauh dari polusi kendaraan.

Abstract

Osteoporosis and osteopenia are conditions that commonly affect bone health significantly, this is characterized by decreased bone density causing the risk of fractures especially in the femur and tibia. The prevalence rate of these diseases is calculated from 103,334,579 people between the ages of 15 and 105 years, with an overall prevalence of 18.3%. Fast and accurate detection is needed for the first line of defense for osteoporosis patients and potential patients. This study provides the development of a Convolutional Neural network (CNN) model trained to predict osteoporosis and osteopenia from x-ray radiographs of femur and tibia bones. The proposed model has satisfactory performance on all metrics namely average accuracy 90%, average recall 90%, average F1 score 90%. From these performance results, alternative detection methods using CNN can be considered by medical parties or parties who can utilize the first diagnosis of osteopenia to osteoporosis bone disease handling compared to conventional methods.

Abstract

Agriculture is an important sector in the national economy, therefore the development priority is placed on development in the economic sector with an emphasis on the agricultural sector. Income in farming activities generally cannot be stable from time to time. The objectives of this study include (1) to determine the relationship between farmer characteristics and farmer income in farmer groups BPP Plumbon District, (2) to determine the relationship between the implementation of organic rice farming systems and farmer income in farmer groups BPP Plumbon District, (3) To determine the relationship between the characteristics of farmers and the implementation of organic rice farming systems with farmers' income in the BPP Farmer Group, Plumbon District. The research design used in this study was a quantitative research with a descriptive survey research technique. The results showed that: (1) there was a moderate relationship between farmer characteristics and farmer income in the BPP Farmer Group in Plumbon District, namely 0,703, (2) there is a moderate relationship between the application of organic rice farming systems and farmers' income in the BPP Farmer Group in Plumbon District, namely 0.643, (3) there is a significant relationship between farmer characteristics and the application of organic farming systems to farmer incomes. Based on the output that tarithmetic X1 = 7.551 and X2 = 5.252> ttable which is 1.998.
