Abstract

Abstract 2013 curiculum has general learning aim which consist of affective, cognitive, and skills aspect. Thinking skill is part of the main competence which much be learnt in 2013 curiculum. This research develops the learning material in the inquiry based operational amplifier LM 741 discussion to train students? thinking skills. This research aims to measure the validity, effectiveness and practicality of the of the developed learning material. The steps of instructional development of learning material using 4D model by Thiagarajan. Four steps which have been conducted are introduction, design, validation, empiric test and revision The data collecting technique used are observation, interviews, validation, test and non-test. The descriptive analysis is used to analyzed data. The research is conducted at eleventh grade Audio Video Engineering Program at SMKN 2 Penajam Paser Utara. There are 26 students become the research population. The result of the first research shows the validity of learning material get the average of 3.33 among the scale 0-4 and the reliability coefficient of 0.85. The second research result shows that effectivity of the learning set consist of spiritual affective competence achievement which is 3.42; social affective competence is 3.34; cognitive competence is 3.34; thinking skill competence is 3.39 and get criteria of very good, the working skills competence is 3.49; and students? response who like the learning set is 90,38%. The practicallity of the learning material gets the score for 3.86 from the learning implementation. The data analysis shows that (1) learning material get a very good validity, (2) the learning material is very effective in the use based on the competence achievement and students? positive response, and (3) the learning material is very practical based on the observation of the learning implementation. Abstract

Democracy is a system of government that is considered modern in the twentieth century. Along with the development of the situation, the system of government in the world of democracy has existed together with the monarchy as a familiar system of government. Montesque's theory of division Trias politics is to be very easily implemented with a democratic system. Indonesia as one of the modern countries in the world that also implements the Pancasila Democracy system in its government system as one of the 4th largest countries in the world that adheres to the Indonesian democratic system has become a role model in the democratic system. The selection of regional heads autonomously and direct presidential elections is a golden achievement of Indonesia's democratic system, coupled with several regional head elections that have been carried out simultaneously making Indonesia increasingly establish itself as a modern with a democratic system. However, the democratic system also has a number of weaknesses, one of which is financial matters that require high costs, so that democracy often causes problems in the financial sector because it requires a lot of money in the event. Not infrequently the practice of money politics takes place in the practice of democracy so that everything really hurts the essence of the state, then what is the legal view of Indonesia regarding money politics in democracy then what are the sanctions for perpetrators of money politics in the perspective of criminal law in Indonesia.

Abstract

Political education is a systematic and deliberate educational effort to form individuals who are politically aware and capable of becoming political actors who can be morally responsible in realizing the political goals themselves. To support this, the role of youth is an important key in organizing democratic life in Indonesia. In article 1 paragraph (2) of the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia it is expressly stated that the sovereignty of the state is in the hands of the people and youth are part of it. As affirmed in Law Number 40 of 2009 concerning Youth emphasizes that the young generation has the position and the main role in realizing the life of a democratic Indonesian nation. This shows that the people are an important part of national and state life. Youth plays an active role as a moral force, social control, and agent of change in all aspects of national development. The Spirit of Youth Law which saves youth in every aspect becomes an important part, but in its implementation it does not always run properly. Sociological facts show that not fully Indonesian youth are aware of their important role as a major part in the taking part of organizing this country. The youth have a moral obligation in realizing a generation of political literacy and have a character that is in accordance with the noble values ​​of the Indonesian people in developing the country's democracy.

Abstract

The performance of the teaching staff is a supporting factor that cannot be ignored in achieving the educational goals of the tertiary institution. Educational staff have the duty to support the running of the education process in tertiary institutions through administrative services for the implementation of an effective and efficient educational process. The objectives in this study are to: 1) Know the effect of job satisfaction on the performance of educational staff 2) Know the effect of discipline on the performance of educational staff 3) Know the influence of motivation on the performance of educational personnel and 4) Know the effect of job satisfaction, discipline and motivation on the performance of educational staff. This type of research is a survey and classified in explanatory research. This research was conducted at Campus II Health Polytechnic (Poltekkes) Surakarta. The study population of all educational staff at Campus II Surakarta Health Polytechnic totaling 46 people and the whole was used as a sample with census techniques. Data collection techniques using observation and questionnaires. Data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression. The results showed that job satisfaction had a positive and significant effect on the performance of the teaching staff at Campus II Surakarta Health Polytechnic. Discipline has a positive and significant effect on the performance of teaching staff at Campus II Health Polytechnic Surakarta. Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on the performance of teaching staff at Campus II Health Polytechnic Surakarta. Job satisfaction, discipline and work motivation simultaneously influence the performance of the teaching staff at Campus II Health Polytechnic Surakarta. Suggestions should be given to the leadership to increase the provision of salary on a regular basis as well as provide promotional opportunities for educational staff who excel. the leadership conducts regular supervision of the performance of the education staff.

Abstract

Asemdoyong Village has unique characteristics, but education issues are the main problem in this village. Education, especially in the north coast community area (Pantura) is often not a top priority. This paper explores the potential for the synergy of customary law in enhancing the development of a comprehensive education based on local wisdom in Asemdoyong Village. How customary law is able to function optimally in improving education for rural communities is one of the focuses of this paper.

Abstract

The problem in this paper is how the position of the Visum et Repertum evidence in the Indonesian Criminal Code study, the strength of the Visum et Repertum evidence and how the Indonesian criminal law study of the Visum et Repertum evidence is used as a tool to commit extortion crimes. This type of research uses normative analysis research. The research material used is secondary. So the method of data collection was carried out through literature studies, while data analysis was carried out qualitatively. Based on the results it can be said that the strength of the Visum et Repertum evidence is only as a complementary instrument in seeking the truth. Someone who deliberately uses a post mortem for illegal gain, then that person cannot be considered a victim but another actor related to the witness. Based on the analysis of criminal elements in the monistic school and elements of criminal responsibility in the dualistic school, the perpetrators of these crimes have fulfilled the Dolus element. The research can be concluded that Indonesian criminal law has not directly controlled it. It can be said that the strength of the Visum et Repertum evidence is only a complementary instrument in seeking the truth. Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know about the urgency of knowledge and moral that are carried by Ma’ruf Al-Rasafi in his poem called “Al-‘Ilm”. This research uses the theory of semiotic by Michael Riffaterre. In his theory, there are two processes of reading, that are heuristic reading or first reading process and hermeneutic reading or second reading process. The method of this research is descriptive-qualitative with a semiotic approach. The results of this research include heuristic reading, hermeneutic reading, matrix, model, and hipogram/intertextual relationship, and the urgency of knowledge and morality. Those resutlts are: (1) Heuristic reading of this poem describes that knowledge can bring to be successful and glorious if it got with sincerity. (2) Hermeneutic reading of this poem is about knowledge that got by sincerity with true methods and can be used in true ways too. The matrix of this poem is about “excellence of knowledge and the way to reach it”, with two models; first sentence is “wa inna lil ‘ilmi fī al-‘ulā falakān” (The knowledge is high above the sky) and second sentence is “wa kullu al-ma’āli tadūru fī qutubihi” (and all the great surrounds the poles). Intertextual relationship of this poem is there are some similarities with a poem by Imam Asy-Syafii, a poem by Amru bin Al-Wardi, and a word of wisdom. (3) The urgency of knowledge and moral that contained in this poem is to be able to have and use knowledge in the right method and way, so they can achieve success and glory by providing benefits to those around them Abstrak Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui urgensi ilmu dan akhlak yang diusung oleh Ma’ruf Al-Rasafi di dalam syairnya yang berjudul “Al-Ilmu”. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan teori semiotika Michael Riffaterre. Dalam teori semiotika Riffaterre tersebut terdapat dua proses pembacaan yang harus dilakukan, yaitu pembacaan heuristik atau pembacaan tahap pertama dan pembacaan hermeneutik atau pembacaan tahap kedua. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif-kualitatif dengan pendekatan semiotika. Adapun hasil yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini yaitu berupa pembacaan heuristik, pembacaan hermeneutik, matriks, model, dan hipogram yang berupa hubungan intertekstual, serta urgensi ilmu dan akhlak itu sendiri. Masing-masing hasil tersebut, antara lain yaitu: (1) Pembacaan heuristik dari syair tersebut menjelaskan jika ilmu dapat membawa pada kesuksesan dan kemuliaan jika dituntut dengan kesungguhan yang kuat. (2) Pembacaan hermeneutik yang diperoleh adalah tentang ilmu yang dicari dengan usaha yang sungguh-sungguh melalui cara yang benar dan dapat memanfaatkannya di jalan yang benar pula. Matriks dalam syair tersebut adalah tentang “keutamaan ilmu dan jalan untuk menggapainya”, dengan dua model yang diperoleh yaitu kalimat “wa inna lil ‘ilmi fī al-‘ulā falakān” (ilmu berada tinggi di atas bintang) dan kalimat “wa kullu al-ma’āli tadūru fī qutubihi” (setiap yang mulia mengeliligi kutubnya). Hubungan interktekstual yang diperoleh, yaitu adanya kesamaan dengan syair Imam Asy-Syafii, syair Amru bin Al-Wardi, dan sebuah kalimat hikmah atau kata-kata mutiara. (3) Urgensi ilmu dan akhlak yang terdapat dalam syair tersebut adalah anjuran untuk dapat memiliki sekaligus menggunakan keilmuan dengan cara dan jalan yang benar, sehingga dapat mencapai kesuksesan dan kemuliaan dengan memberi kebermanfaatan bagi sekitarnya

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengembangan literasi informasi dalam pembelajaran PAI di SMP IP Al Banjari Blora. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif. Data dalam penelitian ini diperoleh melalui wawancara dan observasi yang dilakukan terhadap guru dan siswa. analisis data menggunakan teori Miles dan Huberman dan data diuji validitasnya menggunakan triangulasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pengembangan literasi informasi dilakukan oleh Guru Pendidikan Agama Islam SMP Al Banjari Blora yaitu dengan memberikan tugas kepada siswa untuk mengembangkan materi dan resume materi tertentu. Guru juga mengajarkan siswa untuk mengintegrasikan informasi dari berbagai sumber tanpa meninggalkan evaluasi tentang tugas yang diberikan. Pengembangan literasi informasi yang dilakukan guru menimbulkan beberapa kendala mulai dari penyelesaian tugas yang tidak sempurna dimana hal ini menuntut guru untuk membimbing siswa terkait informasi tugas yang diberikan. Selain itu, kurangnya media pembelajaran menuntut guru berinovasi dengan berbagai metode, media dan strategi disertai dengan berkomunikasi dengan pihak sekolah atau meminjam media dari pihak lain.

Abstract

This study aims to explore and analyze the management of Santri (students who study in Islamic boarding schools) in increasing the efficiency of Santri learning activities. This study used a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. Data were collected through interviews, observation, and document review. The research subjects were the students and teachers/ustadz who were included in the management of the Santri and the Babussalam Islamic Boarding School, Cimanggis, Depok, as the research site. The study found that various obstacles faced by Santri to increase the efficiency of Santri's learning activities require good management of Santri and strategies so that Islamic boarding schools can achieve the goals. The learning management and strategy of the Santri are the success factors in producing superior Santri as the Rabbani generation, the successor of the Prophets' treatises.

Abstract

Indeks Kepuasan Masyarakat (IKM) menjadi titik sentral perhatian sebagai acuan dalam evaluasi kebijakan pelayanan publik, khususnya terkait kualitas layanan Rumah Sakit. Kualitas layanan ini merupakan faktor determinan penting dalam keselamatan pasien, yang berdampak pada penurunan kejadian mortalitas di Rumah Sakit. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah crossecsional. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada periode April hingga Juni 2023. Populasi penelitian mencakup seluruh pasien di Rumah Sakit pada tahun 2023. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah simple random sampling, dengan total 136 subjek penelitian. Variabel penelitian meliputi kinerja, harapan, dan Indeks Kepuasan Masyarakat. IKM terdiri dari sembilan unsur, yaitu persyaratan; sistem, mekanisme, dan prosedur; waktu penyelesaian; biaya; produk spesifikasi jenis layanan; kompetensi pelaksana; perilaku pelaksana; serta penanganan pengaduan, saran, dan masukan. Pengambilan data dilakukan menggunakan kuesioner yang telah diuji melalui analisis faktor konfirmatori. Analisis hasil penelitian dilakukan dengan analisis gap menggunakan uji Wilcoxon pada program STATA. Hasil uji analisis faktor konfirmatori menunjukkan bahwa nilai RMSEA = 0.04, CFI = 0.99, χ2 / df = 1.05, dan TLI= 0.99. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa model telah memenuhi kriteria goodness-of-fit. Analisis gap menunjukkan bahwa dari 9 unsur IKM, terdapat 2 unsur yang tidak berbeda, yaitu kompetensi pelaksana (z=-1.570, p= 0.116) dan perilaku pelaksana (z=-1.414, p= 0.157). Diharapkan hasil penelitian ini dapat dijadikan sebagai bahan kajian dalam evaluasi kebijakan Rumah Sakit.
