Abstract

Abstract: Early childhood education management aims to make the organization’s management work well. One of the indicators of good early childhood education management is to provide effective services for early childhood education. The things above greatly affect the performance of early childhood education services. In its development, pragmatic aspects such as competition, institutional imaging and the like, became the decisive factors in the management of early childhood education institutions. As a result, many early childhood educational institutions no longer function in accordance with their objectives.In early childhood education management has a service orientation in the form of health and nutrition services, growth, intelligence and psychological services, social services and attitudes (Emotional), religious services and spiritualization. It aims at early childhood to have learning experience, optimal developing brain, healthy physical growth, and positive psychosocial development. The substance of early childhood education management includes: the competence of educators, the pattern of coaching, development, and dismissal of educators and education as well as human resource management.Keywords: Education management, early age Abstrak: Manajemen pendidikan anak usia dini bertujuan agar penggelolaan lembaga dapat berlangsung dengan baik. Salah satu indikator manajemen pendidikan anak usia dini yang baik adalah dapat memberikan pelayanan yang efektif bagi pendidikan anak usia dini. Halhal tersebut diatas sangat mempengaruhi kinerja pelayanan pendidikan anak usia dini. Dalam perkembangannya, aspek-aspek pragmatis seperti persaingan, pencitraan lembaga dan sejenisnya, menjadi faktor-faktor penentu dalam manajemen lembaga pendidikan anak usia dini. Akibatnya, banyak lembaga pendidikan anak usia dini tidak lagi berfungsi sesuai dengan tujuan pendiriannya.Dalam manajemen pendidikan anak usia dini mempunyai orientasi layanan berupa layanan kesehatan dan gizi, pertumbuhan, layanan kecerdasan dan psikologis, layanan sosial dan sikap (Emosional), layanan keagamaan dan spiritualisasi. Hal ini bertujuan agar anak usia dini memiliki pengalaman belajar, otak berkembang optimal, pertumbuhan fisik sehat, dan perkembangan psikososial positif. Substansi manajemen pendidikan anak usia dini meliputi : kompetensi pendidik, pola pembinaan, pengembangan, dan pemberhentian tenaga pendidik dan kependidikan serta manajemen sumber daya manusia.Kata Kunci: Manajemen pendidikan, usia dini

Abstract

Education institution represents the organization having unique character because in it there are learning process and activity of human empowerment. Logical consequence of education is arranging effectiveness of education organization that necessarily requires leadership. Effectiveness of education leadership will perform better if education leader have a number of ability. From function aspect, leader must able to carry out their function as manager, leader, and educator. The function requires a number of ability, which must be possessed by the leader to be able to run the organization effectively. Technical, interpersonal, and conceptual ability and moral condition represent the elementary aspect of education leader.

Abstract

compensation is a kind of reward to educational worker for his/her knowledge, professionalism, time, and thought that have been dedicated to realize school commitment to produce qualified output. Compensation and teacher performance have straight relationship. The higher compensation levels the more effective teacher performance to enhancing education quality. Decentralization in education must be focused on developing local potential in every education organization. It has to develop a balanced effort to give great attention to teacher profession and remove any dichotomy in education. Teachers with state or private status have equal obligation to enhance education quality. Compensation becomes an important element to realize this objective.

Abstract

Abstract: The dynamics of scholl has very strong links with leadership. The dominant factor to form a school character and has a competitive advantage in the academic field id dependent on the ability of the proncipal increating a school culture. Establishment of schoool culture begins from building mindset of all school personnel to make changes. This have initiated by school's principal through ongoing innovation. Establishment of an effective school culture requires a long duration efforts and carried simultaneously on all aspects of the schools and the main factor is the headmaster. Finally, the leadership has a very strong relationship in a set up a school culture. Without leadership development, meaningful academic change will not hapen and school become just a passive static routine. Keywords: School Culture, Leadership.

Abstract

Abstract: This article attempts to create a reflection of the Islamic educational curriculum, and some alternative Islamic education curriculum based of multicultulral. As for some of the underlying assumptions, that the practice of teaching Islamic education was oriented toward mastery of teaching material has not been oriented toward understanding and awareness creation on respect for diversity of race, ethics, culture. Islamic Education as one of the important aspects as the formation of character, should have the concept that learing is more directed at the character formation of children and respect for cultural diversity. Thus, to Look forthe development of Islamic education curriculum model (Madrasah Aliyah) based of multicultural. Management of multicultural based Islamic education can be through several phases: content integration, the knowledge construction process, an equity paedagogy, and prejudice reduction. The focus of management of multicultural based curriculum Islamic education should be directed to find the msdel of Islamic education (Madrasah Aliyah) that can explore humanist values and universal. Islamic education learning design (Madrasah Aliyah) based mutticultural directed the efforts to form the character of the appreciation and respect for diversity of thought, concept, and culture. Development of leaming modets of Islamic education in Madrasah Aliyah multicultural-based refers to a balanced composition of matter Koran, Hadith , fiqh, aqidah, and akhlak. Abstract

Visible evidence is a doctor's statement made in writing about medical results to humans who live or die, or parts or suspected parts of the human body, based on their knowledge and under oath for justice. The role of Visum et Repertum as one of the evidences in criminal cases concerning the human body. However, Visum et Repertum can be misused by some people to benefit themselves illegally, in other words, committing the crime of extortion. The problem in this paper is how the position of visum et repertum evidence in the study of the Indonesian Criminal Procedure Book, the strength of visum et repertum evidence and how the study of Indonesian criminal law against the evidence evidence visum et repertum is used as a means to commit extortion crimes. This type of research uses normative analysis research. The research material used is secondary material. Then the data collection method is carried out through literature studies, while the data analysis is done qualitatively. Based on the research results it can be concluded that Indonesian criminal law has not directly controlled it. It can be said that the strength of the Visum et Repertum evidence is only as a complementary instrument in the search for truth. Someone who intentionally uses post mortem for his own benefit illegally, then that person cannot be considered as a victim but other offenders related to witnesses. Based on the analysis of the criminal element in the monistic flow and the element of criminal responsibility in the dualistic flow, the perpetrators of this crime have fulfilled the dolus element. This means that someone already has intentional and intentional actions to get minor or severe injuries with a view to benefiting oneself illegally.Alat bukti visum merupakan pernyataan dokter yang dibuat secara tertulis mengenai hasil medis kepada manusia yang hidup atau mati, atau bagian atau diduga bagian tubuh manusia, berdasarkan pengetahuan mereka dan di bawah sumpah demi keadilan. Peran Visum et Repertum sebagai salah satu alat bukti dalam perkara pidana mengenai tubuh manusia. Namun, Visum et Repertum dapat disalahgunakan beberapa orang untuk menguntungkan diri sendiri secara tidak sah, dengan kata lain, melakukan tindak pidana pemerasan. Permasalahan dalam paper ini adalah bagaimana kedudukan alat bukti visum et repertum dalam kajian Kitab Hukum Acara Pidana Indonesia, kekuatan alat bukti visum et repertum dan bagaimana kajian hukum pidana Indonesia terhadap alat bukti visum et repertum yang digunakan sebagai sarana untuk melakukan tindak pidana pemerasan. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian analisis normatif. Bahan penelitian yang digunakan yaitu bahan sekunder. Kemudian metode pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui melalui studi literatur, sedangkan analisis data dilakukan secara kualitatif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa hukum pidana Indonesia belum secara langsung mengendalikannya. Dapat dikatakan bahwa kekuatan alat bukti Visum et Repertum hanya sebagai instrumen pelengkap dalam pencarian kebenaran. Seseorang yang dengan sengaja menggunakan visum untuk kepentingan diri sendiri secara tidak sah, maka orang tersebut tidak dapat dianggap sebagai korban tetapi pelaku pelanggaran lain sehubungan dengan para saksi. Berdasarkan analisis unsur pidana dalam aliran monistik dan unsur tanggung jawab pidana dalam aliran dualistik, maka pelaku tindak pidana ini telah memenuhi unsur dolus. Ini berarti bahwa seseorang telah memiliki niat dan tindakan yang disengaja untuk mendapatkan cedera ringan atau parah dengan maksud untuk menguntungkan diri sendiri secara tidak sah.

Abstract

Abstract 2013 curiculum has general learning aim which consist of affective, cognitive, and skills aspect. Thinking skill is part of the main competence which much be learnt in 2013 curiculum. This research develops the learning material in the inquiry based operational amplifier LM 741 discussion to train students? thinking skills. This research aims to measure the validity, effectiveness and practicality of the of the developed learning material. The steps of instructional development of learning material using 4D model by Thiagarajan. Four steps which have been conducted are introduction, design, validation, empiric test and revision The data collecting technique used are observation, interviews, validation, test and non-test. The descriptive analysis is used to analyzed data. The research is conducted at eleventh grade Audio Video Engineering Program at SMKN 2 Penajam Paser Utara. There are 26 students become the research population. The result of the first research shows the validity of learning material get the average of 3.33 among the scale 0-4 and the reliability coefficient of 0.85. The second research result shows that effectivity of the learning set consist of spiritual affective competence achievement which is 3.42; social affective competence is 3.34; cognitive competence is 3.34; thinking skill competence is 3.39 and get criteria of very good, the working skills competence is 3.49; and students? response who like the learning set is 90,38%. The practicallity of the learning material gets the score for 3.86 from the learning implementation. The data analysis shows that (1) learning material get a very good validity, (2) the learning material is very effective in the use based on the competence achievement and students? positive response, and (3) the learning material is very practical based on the observation of the learning implementation. Abstract

Democracy is a system of government that is considered modern in the twentieth century. Along with the development of the situation, the system of government in the world of democracy has existed together with the monarchy as a familiar system of government. Montesque's theory of division Trias politics is to be very easily implemented with a democratic system. Indonesia as one of the modern countries in the world that also implements the Pancasila Democracy system in its government system as one of the 4th largest countries in the world that adheres to the Indonesian democratic system has become a role model in the democratic system. The selection of regional heads autonomously and direct presidential elections is a golden achievement of Indonesia's democratic system, coupled with several regional head elections that have been carried out simultaneously making Indonesia increasingly establish itself as a modern with a democratic system. However, the democratic system also has a number of weaknesses, one of which is financial matters that require high costs, so that democracy often causes problems in the financial sector because it requires a lot of money in the event. Not infrequently the practice of money politics takes place in the practice of democracy so that everything really hurts the essence of the state, then what is the legal view of Indonesia regarding money politics in democracy then what are the sanctions for perpetrators of money politics in the perspective of criminal law in Indonesia.

Abstract

Political education is a systematic and deliberate educational effort to form individuals who are politically aware and capable of becoming political actors who can be morally responsible in realizing the political goals themselves. To support this, the role of youth is an important key in organizing democratic life in Indonesia. In article 1 paragraph (2) of the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia it is expressly stated that the sovereignty of the state is in the hands of the people and youth are part of it. As affirmed in Law Number 40 of 2009 concerning Youth emphasizes that the young generation has the position and the main role in realizing the life of a democratic Indonesian nation. This shows that the people are an important part of national and state life. Youth plays an active role as a moral force, social control, and agent of change in all aspects of national development. The Spirit of Youth Law which saves youth in every aspect becomes an important part, but in its implementation it does not always run properly. Sociological facts show that not fully Indonesian youth are aware of their important role as a major part in the taking part of organizing this country. The youth have a moral obligation in realizing a generation of political literacy and have a character that is in accordance with the noble values ​​of the Indonesian people in developing the country's democracy.
