Abstract

This study aimed to determine the effect of relationship marketing which consists of commitment, trust, and communication on customer loyalty at PT. SiCepat in Mataram City. The subject of this research is SiCepat customers in Mataram City. The number of samples in this study were 50 respondents. Data collection techniques in this study used observation, interviews, and questionnaires which were analyzed using SmartPLS. The results of the research show that, (1) commitment to relationship marketing has a positive effect on customer loyalty, (2) trust in relationship marketing has a positive effect on customer loyalty, (3) communication on relationship marketing has a positive effect on customer loyalty.

Abstract

Dalam konteks pemasaran destinasi, kepuasan wisatawan merupakan tujuan dari setiap layanan yang diberikan. Meningkatkan kepuasan merupakan faktor yang penting dalam mengembangkan suatu sistem layanan yang disediakan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian asosiatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh wisatawan muda di Pulau Lombok. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah non probability sampling dengan pendekatan purposive sampling. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 100 sampel. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian yaitu angket. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan Sructural Equation Modeling dengan bantuan program Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa dari 5 hubungan antar variabel yang diajukan 4 hubungan antar variabel lainnya signifikan yaitu value co creation terhadap kepuasan wisatawan, destination image terhadap kepuasan wisatawan, destination image terhadap memorable tourist experience, dan memorable tourist experience terhadap kepuasan wisatawan, sedangkan 1 hubungan antar variabel lainnya tidak signifikan yaitu Value co creation terhadap memorable tourist experience. Sedangkan Memorable Tourist Experience memediasi hubungan antara value co creation terhadap kepuasan wisatawan muda di Pulau Lombok Ditolak dengan nilai p value 0,126 dan nilai t statistic sebesar 1,532, dengan jenis mediasi Partial Mediation. Untuk variabel Memorable Tourist Experience memediasi hubungan antara destination image terhadap kepuasan wisatawan muda di Pulau Lombok Diterima dengan nilai p value 0,037 dan nilai t statistic sebesar 2,088, dengan jenis mediasi Partial Mediation. The Influence of Value Co Creation and Destination Image on Young Tourist Satisfaction with Memorable Tourist Experience as Intervering Variables in Halal Destinations on Lombok Island Abstract In the context of destination marketing, tourist satisfaction is the goal of every service provided. Increasing satisfaction is an important factor in developing a service system provided. This type of research is associative research. The population in this study were all young tourists on Lombok Island. The sampling technique used is non-probability sampling with a purposive sampling approach. The sample in this study amounted to 100 samples. The instrument used in this research is a questionnaire. Data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling with the help of the Partial Least Square (PLS) program. The results of the study concluded that of the 5 proposed relationships between variables, 4 relationships between other variables were significant, namely value co-creation on tourist satisfaction, destination image on tourist satisfaction, destination image on memorable tourist experience, and memorable tourist experience on tourist satisfaction, while 1 relationship between other variables are not significant, namely Value co-creation on memorable tourist experience. Meanwhile, Memorable Tourist Experience mediates the relationship between value co-creation and satisfaction of young tourists on Lombok Island. Rejected with a p value of 0.126 and a statistical t value of 1.532, with the type of mediation Partial Mediation. For the Memorable Tourist Experience variable, it mediates the relationship between destination image and young tourist satisfaction on Lombok Island. Accepted with a p value of 0.037 and a t statistic value of 2.088, with the type of mediation Partial Mediation.

Abstract

Aspek-aspek yang mempengaruhi kepuasan kerja dan loyalitas kerja guru di SMKN se Kota Mataram adalah iklim organisasi, ketidakpuasan terhadap kebijakan sekolah, ketidakpuasan terhadap honor/gaji yang diterima, ketidak harmonisan hubungan antara guru honorer dan guru yang telah berstatus PNS, peluang untuk menjadi ASN dan kondisi kerja yang masih belum memberikan kenyamanan bagi guru. Akan tetapi, hasil observasi awal yang dilakukan oleh peneliti belum dapat memberikan jawaban kongkrit mengenai apakah guru telah memiliki kepuasan kerja serta loyalitas terhadap lembaganya, atau sebaliknya. Kemudian apakah loyalitas dan kepuasan kerja guru tersebut berpengaruh terhadap iklim organisasi dan kompensasi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Iklim Organisasi dan Kompensasi terhadap Loyalitas Guru Honor dengan Dimediasi oleh Kepuasan Kerja. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian asosiatif. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 170. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian yaitu angket. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan metode SMARTPls. Berdasarkan dari hasil penelitian, dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa iklim organisasi tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja guru honorer di SMKN se Kota Mataram. Kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja guru honorer di SMKN se Kota Mataram. Iklim organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas guru honorer di SMKN se Kota Mataram. Kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas guru honorer di SMKN se Kota Mataram. Loyalitas berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja guru honorer di SMKN se Kota Mataram. Iklim organisasi tidak berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap loyalitas dengan dimediasi oleh kepuasan kerja guru di SMKN se Kota Mataram. The Influence of Organizational Climate and Compensation on Honorary Teacher Loyalty Mediated by Job Satisfaction (Study at SMKN in Mataram City) Abstract Aspects that affect job satisfaction and job loyalty of teachers in SMKNs throughout Mataram City are organizational climate, dissatisfaction with school policies, dissatisfaction with the honorarium/salary received, disharmony in the relationship between honorary teachers and teachers who have PNS status, opportunities to become ASN and working conditions that still do not provide comfort for teachers. However, the results of initial observations made by researchers have not been able to provide concrete answers regarding whether teachers have job satisfaction and loyalty to their institutions, or vice versa. Then does the teacher's loyalty and job satisfaction affect the organizational climate and compensation. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of organizational climate and compensation on honorary teacher loyalty mediated by job satisfaction. This research uses associative research method. The sample in this study amounted to 170. The instrument used in this study was a questionnaire. Data were analyzed using the SMARTPls method. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that organizational climate has no significant effect on job satisfaction of honorary teachers at SMKNs throughout Mataram City. Compensation has a positive and significant effect on the job satisfaction of honorary teachers at SMKNs throughout Mataram City. Organizational climate has a positive and significant effect on the loyalty of honorary teachers at SMKNs throughout Mataram City. Compensation has a positive and significant effect on the loyalty of honorary teachers at SMKNs throughout Mataram City. Loyalty has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction of honorary teachers at SMKNs throughout Mataram City. Organizational climate has no significant positive effect on loyalty mediated by teacher job satisfaction at SMKNs throughout Mataram City. Compensation has a positive and significant effect on loyalty mediated by teacher job satisfaction at SMKNs throughout the city of Mataram.

Abstract

Sekolah merupakan lembaga formal yang menjadi sarana bagi setiap orang untuk mendaptkan pembelajaran melalui bimbingan yang diberikan oleh tenaga pendidik baik pendidikan akademik maupun non akademik, salah satu bentuk pembelajaran disekolah yaitu pendidikan karakter, hal ini begitu penting mengingat sering terjadinya penyimpangan norma disiplin pada kalangan siswa khususnya siswa Sekolah Menengah Atas (SMA), penyimpangan yang dimaksud adalah membolos saat jam pelajaran berlangsung. Hasil survei yang dilakukan pada 75 orang responden yang berasal dari siswa SMA sederajat di Banjarmasin menunjukkan 52% tindakan membolos terjadi karena kemauan sendiri, sedangkan 48% berdasarkan ajakan teman. Berdasarkan pada masalah tersebut diciptkanlah alat bernama si santos ( sistem sepatu anti bolos ) yang menggabungkan beberapa konsep teknologi seperti mikrocontroller, desain jaringan, serta sistem informasi. Mikrocontroller yang terdiri dari NodeMCU, sensor tekanan serta baterai berurukuran kecil akan dipasang pada sepatu siswa, saat sensor ditekan, NodeMCU aktif dan secara otomatis terhubung pada sinyal dalam bentuk ssid (Service Set Identifier) yang dipancarkan oleh access point jaringan. Setiap sepatu yang terhubung ke jaringan akan ditampilkan pada sistem informasi bahwa siswa tersebut tidak dalam keadaan membolos, namun apabila sepatu siswa tidak terhubung ke jaringan akan terdapat dua kondisi, pertama jika tidak terhubung sebelum jam pelajaran pertama maka sistem akan mengirimkan instant message telegram kepada orang tua siswa, kondisi kedua jika tidak terhubung setelah jam pelajaran pertama maka sistem akan menampilkan informasi siswa membolos. Melalui output sistem ini tindakan siswa selalu terpantau dan harapanya melalui alat ini dapat meminimalisir bahkan menghilangkan pelanggaran disiplin oleh siswa selama di sekolah.

Abstract

E-commerce has become an increasingly popular phenomenon in the current digital era. With technological advancements and the internet, e-commerce has transformed the way consumers shop and do business. Through e-commerce platforms, consumers can easily purchase various products and services online without having to go to physical stores. This research aims to determine the influence of Price Discount Framing, Price Perception on Impulsive Buying with the pay later payment system as a moderating variable. The research method used is quantitative research with a causal approach and survey method using a questionnaire as the data collection instrument. The sample of this research is e-commerce users who have used the pay later payment system. The collected data will be analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this research indicate that price discount framing has a positive influence on impulsive buying in e-commerce. This means that when consumers see a price discount, they are more likely to make impulsive purchases. Additionally, price perception also has a positive influence on impulsive buying. The lower the price perception held by consumers, the greater the likelihood of them making impulsive purchases. However, the pay later payment system does not moderate the relationship between price discount framing and impulsive buying, as well as between price perception and impulsive buying. This means that the use of the pay later payment system does not affect the influence of price discount framing and price perception on impulsive buying in e-commerce. This research provides important contributions in understanding the factors influencing impulsive buying behavior in e-commerce. The findings of this research can be used by e-commerce companies to develop more effective marketing strategies in attracting consumers and increasing sales

Abstract

The study aims at examing the effect of positive electronic word of mouth (eWOM) and consumers with Fear Of Missing Out (FOMO) of local skincare products. This research is quantitative in nature. the population are Indonesians who have shopped for local skincare products through s-commerce applications. the number of samples were 150. The data analysis is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) approach, especially Partial Least Square (PLS) method.  The results showed that positive eWOM had no significant effect on impulse buying, while price discount showed the opposite. The study also found that  FOMO strengthens the effect of eWOM on impulse buying, suggesting that if the fear of missing out is high, positive eWOM prompts consumers to buy products impulsively.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of Work Discipline and Job Satisfaction on Work Productivity with Work Motivation as a moderating variable at the Kelurahan office in Mataram City. This research uses quantitative methods with a causality associative approach. The sample in this study amounted to 83 villages employees who existed and were scattered in the city of Mataram. Data collection using questionnaires that are distributed online using google form. The data analysis tool used is the structural equation model (SEM) method which is processed using the Smart-PLS application. The results of the research findings show that Work Discipline has a positive and significant effect on Work Productivity, Job Satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on Work Productivity, and Work Motivation is able to moderate the influence of Work Discipline and Job Satisfaction on Work Productivity.

Abstract

Bungin Island, located in Alas District, Sumbawa Regency, NTB, is known as one of the most populous islands in the world with a unique tradition, namely the practice of building coral to expand the land. This tradition, which has been going on for generations, provides challenges in efforts to develop sustainable ecotourism. This research aims to understand the status of sustainable ecotourism development on Bungin Island and formulate a harmonization strategy between preserving local traditions and environmental conservation needs. This research uses a qualitative approach with in-depth interviews, observation and literature study methods. The research results show that although Bungin Island's cultural and ecotourism potential is enormous, there is a conflict between traditional practices that risk damaging marine ecosystems and environmental conservation efforts. The proposed strategy involves empowering local communities, environmental education, and implementing environmentally friendly technologies to maintain a balance between preserving traditions and developing ecotourism. With a holistic approach, it is hoped that Bungin Island ecotourism can become a model for sustainable tourism management in Indonesia's coastal areas

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence Value Co-Creation, Destination Image, and Flexibility of Tour Packages on tourists' visiting decisions in the Bonjeruk Tourism Village, with Tourist Preferences as a moderating variable. The approach used in this research is quantitative, where data is collected through distributing Likert scale questionnaires online to tourists who have visited the Bonjeruk Tourism Village, using the technique purposive sampling. The collected data is then analyzed using statistical calculations to test the relationship between variables. The research results show that Value Co-Creation And Destination Image has a significant positive influence on tourists' visiting decisions. Although Tour Package Flexibility can be considered an added value, this variable does not show a significant influence on visiting decisions, which may be due to the dominance of other factors such as tourist attraction and destination image. In addition, Tourist Preferences have been proven to moderate the influence Destination Image on the decision to visit, but did not have a significant effect in moderating the relationship between Value Co-Creation and Flexibility of Tour Packages on visiting decisions. This finding proves and provides novelty to previous research Destination Image proven to have a significant positive influence on tourists' visiting decisions, both directly and after being moderated by Tourist Preferences. Meanwhile, though Value Co-Creation has a positive role, Tourist Preferences are not able to moderate its influence on visiting decisions. This research also provides a practical contribution where the results of this research can be used by tourism village managers as a reference for designing more effective marketing strategies

Abstract

Desa Wisata Bilebante di Lombok Tengah telah dikenal sebagai destinasi wisata berkelanjutan melalui pengakuan nasional dan internasional. Salah satu inovasi yang sedang dikembangkan adalah wisata Sungai Larangan. Namun, masyarakat lokal menghadapi kendala dalam mengemas atraksi ini menjadi paket wisata yang menarik dan mempromosikannya secara online. Program pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan meningkatkan kemampuan masyarakat Desa Bilebante melalui pelatihan dan pemberdayaan untuk menciptakan paket wisata Sungai Larangan yang kreatif dan dipasarkan secara digital. Metode yang digunakan mencakup penyuluhan, pelatihan lapangan, dan kolaborasi dengan masyarakat setempat untuk menghasilkan konten promosi yang menarik. Hasil program menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman masyarakat tentang strategi pemasaran digital dan motivasi yang tinggi untuk memanfaatkan teknologi informasi. Namun, keterbatasan waktu pelaksanaan dan kurangnya kemampuan bahasa asing menjadi tantangan yang perlu diatasi. Program ini menekankan pentingnya kesinambungan dalam pemberdayaan, peningkatan kapasitas masyarakat, dan kolaborasi lintas sektor untuk memaksimalkan potensi wisata berbasis sungai yang berkelanjutan.
