Abstract

Strategi pengembangan usaha sangat penting dilakukan dalam menunjang keberlanjutan usaha yang ada. Salah satu pengaplikasiaan strategi pengembangan yang dilakukan di usaa coklat tempe di Kota Malang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik analisis yakni matriks IFE, EFE, Matriks SWOT dan QSPM. Penelitian berlangsung di Perusahaan Coklat De Tempe, Kota Malang. Hasil yang diperoleh strategi yang dapat dilakukan oleh Perusahaan Coklat Tempe De Konco sebagai berikut. Strategi SO pada Perusahaan Coklat Tempe De Konco dapat dilakukan menambah mesin untuk dapat memanfaatkan tempe menjadi daya jual tinggi. Pada strategi WO Perusahaan Coklat Tempe De Konco dapat melakukan promosi atau pun pemasaran melalui media sosial sehingga akan lebih banyak lagi pengunjung yang mengunjungi Perusahaan Coklat Tempe De Konco. Sedangkan untuk strategi ST Perusahaan Coklat Tempe De Konco dapat melakukan dengan cara menambah diferensiasi produk supaya lebih bervariasi. Untuk strategi WT dapat dilakukan dengan cara menambah mitra kerja sama. Kata kata Kunci: Strategi, SWOT, QSPM

Abstract

Business development strategy is very important in supporting the sustainability of existing businesses. One of the application development strategies carried out in the chocolate tempe business in Malang City. This study uses a quantitative approach with analytical techniques, namely the IFE matrix, EFE, SWOT matrix and QSPM. The research took place at the De Tempe Chocolate Company, Malang City. The results obtained by the strategy that can be carried out by the Tempe De Konco Chocolate Company are as follows. The SO strategy at the Tempe De Konco Chocolate Company can be done by adding machines to be able to utilize tempe as a high selling power. In the WO strategy, the Tempe De Konco Chocolate Company can do promotions or marketing through social media so that more visitors will visit the Tempe De Konco Chocolate Company. As for the ST strategy, the Tempe De Konco Chocolate Company can do it by adding product differentiation to make it more varied. For the WT strategy, it can be done by adding cooperation partners.

Abstract

Abstrac The agricultural sector is a sector that contributes almost half of the Indonesian economy. Based on data from BPS for 2019-2020, the agricultural sector provides food for more than 270 million people and dominates as a source of income in Indonesia by 33.4 million (27.33%). The high opportunity and prospect of working in agriculture, unfortunately, is followed by the phenomenon of the interest of the younger generation to work in this sector, resulting in a decline in the regeneration of future young farmers. In addition, it also has an impact on reducing the demand for learning of the younger generation in the field of agricultural science. The low interest of the younger generation to work in agriculture is caused by several factors, including the perception that the agricultural sector is less promising in the future, the lack of prestige of relatively low salaries, the existence and influence of social strata in the community. This research was conducted using a structured quantitative survey method to produce descriptive data and conclusive findings that are descriptive. The research was conducted on students of the Faculty of Agriculture, Universitas Brawijaya majoring in Agroecotechnology and Agribusiness. The number of participants consisted of 100 people with diverse family backgrounds to find out the different perceptions of working in the agricultural sector. ABSTRAK Bidang pertanian merupakan sektor yang memberikan sumbangsih hampir setengah perekonomian Indonesia. Berdasarkan data dari BPS tahun 2019-2020, sektor pertanian menyediakan makanan lebi dari 270 juta masyarakat dan mendominasi sebagai mata pencahaian di Indonesia sebesar 33, 4 juta (27,33%). Tingginya peluang dan prospek bekerja di bidang pertanian, sayangnya diikuti oleh fenomena minat generasi muda untuk bekerja di sektor ini sehingga mengakibatkan regenerasi petani muda masa depan menjadi menurun. Selain itu, juga berdampak pada penurunan minta belajar generasi muda terhadap bidang ilmu pertanian. Rendahnya ketertarikan generasi muda bekerja di bidang pertanian disebabkan oleh beberap faktor antara lain persepsi bidang pertanian kurang menjanjikan di masa depan, kurang bergengsim gaji yang realtif rendah, eksistensi dan pengaruh strata sosial di lingkungan masyarakat. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode survey kuantitatif tersturktur guna menghasilkan data deskriptif dan temuan konklusif yang bersifat deskriptif. Penelitian dilakukan kepada mahasiswa Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Brawijaya jurusan Agroekoteknologi dan Agribisnis. Jumlah partisipan terdiri dari 100 orang dengan latar belakang keluarga yang beragam guna mengetahui perbedaan persepsi bekerja di bidang pertanian.

Abstract

The many opportunities for students to participate in international learning programs, including the International Student Mobility program, must be put to good use. This opportunity is accompanied by challenges that often become obstacles in the learning process. This study aims to explore the challenges faced by students of the International Student Mobility program, which are divided into five factors, namely: academic barriers, social barriers, cultural barriers, and language barriers. Language barrier), and adaptation strategies (adaptation strategies). Using a qualitative approach, interviews were conducted with five research respondents from students of the Faculty of Agriculture, Brawijaya University Malang, who had the opportunity to participate in the International Student Mobility program in various countries in 2021-2022. Fifteen questions were designed to collect data related to the five variables measured, including academic barriers, social barriers, cultural barriers, language barriers, and adaptation strategies. The data collected was then described and analyzed qualitatively.

Abstract

The ability to speak English is essential to compete in global competition. As a provision in this competition, honing global competence must get attention. Good English skills and the knowledge related to the capacity to identify cultural differences and willingness to interact with other people are also critical. The success of mastering these abilities cannot be separated from the role of individual personality and learning motivation as factors that influence the success of educational outcomes. This research aimed to discover the influence of non-cognitive personality that moderates students' motivation to learn English, which also affects the achievement of English learning outcomes and global competence. The non-cognitive personalities are taken from Goldberg's Big Five Personality Traits (1992), namely Openness to new experiences (Openness), conscientiousness, enthusiasm for socializing (extraversion), compliance (agreeableness), and mental stability (Neuroticism). The research used an online survey of 304 First Year Faculty of Agriculture students who took English courses. The data analysis used descriptive qualitative study. The results obtained showed that extraversion personality dominantly influences the motivational variable. Meanwhile, the global competence and skills variables are dominated by Openness. Lastly, the global knowledge variable is dominated by Neuroticism.

Abstract

Financial feasibility analysis related to the formation of economic destinations is carried out to formulate the required information related to resources, costs, benefits, and feasibility by what is proposed and expected. This research was conducted to determine business estimation and planning for establishing economic destinations in Malang Regency. This study uses the mixed method, namely collecting information qualitatively related to the skewer-biting business unit and quantitatively calculating the skewer-biting business's feasibility in an estimated period of 20 years. This research was conducted purposively to biting business owners in Malang Regency. Data collection was carried out by observation, interviews, documentation, and feasibility calculations. Based on the results of the analysis, it was found that within 20 years, the formation of economic destinations can be formed with the value of each eligibility consisting of a positive NPV of IDR 988,153,018, BCR has a value of > 1 which is 2.04, IRR shows a value of 23% , and a payback period of 7 years during implementation.

Abstract

Lumbung Stroberi is one of the agriculture-based agro-tourism which is a business unit of Bumdes Raharjo, Batu City, Malang. Since its establishment in 2019, Lumbung Strawberry has focused on selling products and services. Product sales are packaged strawberries while services are educational tourism with the concept of picking strawberries. Business developments show that consumer behavior determines the sales and marketing success of this educative tourism. Therefore, this research aims to determine the level of consumer satisfaction with the marketing mix for strawberry products in Lumbung Straberi Bumdes Raharjo. This research uses a descriptive quantitative approach and was conducted in June - August 2022. This research used a descriptive quantitative approach and was conducted in December 2021-February 2022. This research used an online questionnaire with the Google Form tool. The research method used is Importance Performance Index and Customer Satisfaction Index. The research respondents were 60 people using purposive sampling method and processed using SPSS 26 and Microsoft Excel. This study uses an error tolerance or alpha of 0.5. There are 3 variables used in this research, namely Marketing Mix Performance Level (X1) and Marketing Mix Importance Level (X2) as independent variables and Consumer Satisfaction (Y1) as the dependent variable. The research results show that the overall level of consumer satisfaction (based on the CSI value) is 0.82 and is in the range of 0.81-1.00, which indicates that the visitor satisfaction index is the "Very Satisfied" criterion. This value is included in the good category. This explains that the majority of consumers are very satisfied with the performance of the marketing mix attributes (9P) carried out by Lumbung Straberi in general.

Abstract

Sektor pariwisata merupakan salah satu pembangunan dan upaya yang digerakkan oleh pemerintah dalam peningkatan ekonomi baik di tingkat lokal ataupun nasional. Salah satunya melalui pengembangan desa wisata. Desa wisata juga didefenisikan sebagai integrasi keseluruhan komponen meliputi atraksi, akomodasi, dan fasilitas penunjang yang disajikan dalam struktur kehidupan masyarakat yang menyatu dengan nilai dan tradisi yang berlaku dengan lingkungan setempat. Salah satu desa wisata yang menjadi prioritas di Pangandaran, Jawa Barat adalah Desa Wisata Bojongsari. Desa wisata ini termasuk dalam kategori desa wisata maju. Desa wisata Bojongsari mengangkat potensi alam yang indah terdiri dari amparan terasering sawah yang dikelilingi sungai sebagai spot alami untuk bermain. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan SWOT yang didapat melalui observasi langsung dan wawacara secara deskriptif kualitatif kepada pengelola dan beberapa pengunjung. Berdasarkan hasil analisis didapatkan bahwa aspek yang dibangun terlihat dari beberapa kategori antara lain aspek destinasi, pengembangan sektor umkm dan industri lokal, aktivitas pemasaran dan kelembagaan serta pengembangan kompetensi sumberdaya manusia yang ada. Rekomendasi kebijakan sangat penting dilakukan dalam mengukur dan mempersiapkan destinasi untuk masuk dilakukan monitoring dan evalusi dari setiap informasi yang ada sehingga dalam jangka panjang dapat meningkatkan perekonomian masyarakat khususnya desa Bojongsari.

Abstract

Villages are one of the strategic goals in national development. Changes in the era of globalization and socio-economics have created a variety of problems faced by villages. Villages provide potential as a source of food, a major center for energy and the environment as well as producing productive human resources and driving cities. So in this context, rural entrepreneurship emerges as the main driver for reviving and developing local economic potential, as well as ensuring social and economic inclusion for rural communities based on rural potential and wisdom. This research aim on presenting and analyzing research trends in rural entrepreneurship using a bibliometric approach. Data analysis used the Scopus database with 128 articles analyzed using bibliometrics. From the results of the analysis, it was found that there was main information available from the document, source interaction, title and author, three fields plot diagram, relevant article sources, countries producing the most articles, dominating keywords, conceptual structure, thematic map, and thematic evolution. Through the use of this method, the authors hope to provide in-depth insight into recent developments in rural entrepreneurship research, as well as provide valuable insights for researchers, practitioners, and policy makers to shape future research directions and interventions.Keywords: Bibliometrics, R-studio, visualization

Abstract

Berbagai upaya telah dilakukan oleh pemerintah dalam peningkatan perekonomian masyarakat daerah melalui program unggulan, salah satunya adalah upaya pengelolaan ekonomi produktif masyarakat desa melalui pendirian BUMDes. BUMDes dibangun didasarkan atas elemen-elemen penguat antara lain kooperatif, partisipatif, emansipatif, transparan, akuntabel, dan berkelanjutan. Keberadaan BUMDes sangat penting dalam peningkatan ekonomi terkait dengan pengelolaan yang tepat dan strategi pembangunan untuk menghidupkan kembali upaya demokrasi sosial yang ada. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan mengetahui pengembangan BUMDes terpilih melalui alternatif strategi yang dilakukan di wilayah Jawa Timur. Penelitian ini merupakan studi kasus pada BUMDes yang dipilih secara purposif di Malang, Blitar dan Probolinggo. Analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis SWOT dalam menyusun strategi dalam mengoptimalkan potensi dengan menggunakan metode Analytical Network Process. Dilakukan dengan menggunakan analisis SWOT melalui matriks Evaluasi Faktor Internal dan Faktor Eksternal untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang menjadi peluang dan ancaman yang dimiliki BUMDes. Analytical Network Process digunakan dalam mengolah data pemilihan pemasok untuk mendapatkan nilai bobot dari kriteria atau subkriteria dan kinerja BUMDes. Dari hasil evaluasi diperoleh, 36 kriteria faktor internal (kekuatan dan kelemahan) dan 34 kriteria faktor eskstenal (peluang dan ancaman). Hasil analisis juga menunjukkan bahwa alternatif strategi terpenting dalam pengembangan BUMDes di Jawa Timur adalah mengurangi kegiatan usaha yang kurang produktif.
