Abstract

This research was conducted in Dabu-Dabu Iris Fresh Restaurant, Wenang Manado, which aims to find out the 1) effect of product quality ; 2) price and ; 3) service quality on customer satisfaction in Dabu-Dabu Iris Fresh Restaurant, Manado, both individually and in groups. With the focus of the problem is whether product quality, price and service quality affect consumer satisfaction in Rumah Makan Dabu-Dabu Iris Fresh, Wenang Manado. the method used in this study uses quantitative descriptive methods and The population that came in the Dabu-Dabu Iris Fresh Restaurant, Manado Heritage is unknown, therefore the researcher took a sample of 50 respondents using a purposive sampling technique that is consideration of populations that are easily found and this research will only be given to visitors who have visited the House. Eating Dabu-Dabu Iris Fresh, Managing Manado at least 5 times, and the research method used is quantitative descriptive method. The analytical tool used in the data instrument test (validity and reliability test), classic assumption test (normality test, multicollinearity test and heteroscedasticity test), data analysis (multiple regression analysis, test t, F test and test coefficient of determination R2). Based on the t test obtained states that product quality has an influence on customer satisfaction individually. While price is the determination of the value of a product in the minds of consumers that must be paid by consumers to obtain a product of Dabu-Dabu Iris Fresh Restaurant, Wenang Manado. The service quality provided by Dabu-Dabu Iris Fresh Restaurant, Wenang Manado affects consumer satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of compensation on employee performance. With the problem of compensation for the performance of employees at the Warunk Bendito Manado company. The sample taken was 34 people from a total of 34 employees in the company. In this study used a type of quantitative research. Technique data collection uses questionnaires to respondents, making observations and interviews. The technique used in data analysis is to use simple regression statistics with SPSS version 22.00 to test the significance of the relationship between variables and to measure the magnitude of the effect that occurs on compensation variables and employee performance variables. From the results of t test and correlation, it can be seen that the results of tvalue < ttable have a negative influence. The results of the R square correlation value have a weak correlation. Based on the results of calculations from the study it can be seen that the compensation variable has a negative effect on employee performance variables.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Reward and Punishment on the Employee Performance of KFC Artha Gading North Jakarta. Reward is a form of appreciation to a certain achievement given, both by and from individuals or an institution which is usually given in the form of material or speech. Punishment is a way to direct a behaviour in accordance with the behaviour that applies in general. Performance is the result or level of success of a person as a whole during a certain period in carrying out tasks compared to various possibilities, such as standard results of work, targets or targets or criteria that have been determined in advance and have been agreed upon. This study uses a quantitative approach, with a sample of 32 respondents who are employees of KFC Artha Gading North Jakarta. Research results show that : reward has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of Artha Gading Jakarta, punishment has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of Artha Gading Jakarta, reward and positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of Artha Gading Jakarta. Punishment has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of Artha Gading Jakarta.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the Effect of Spiritual Intelligence and Ethical Behavior on Organizational Commitment at PT. Pegadaian Persero CP Karombasan - Manado. The population in this study were employees of PT. Pegadaian Persero CP Karombasan - Manado. The study sample used Genuine Sampling, the data sources were primary and secondary. The data analysis technique used is validity test, normality test, reliability test, multiple linear regression analysis, and coefficient of determination analysis, t test hypothesis and F test. The results of this study indicate that partially (t test) spiritual intelligence has a significant effect on organizational commitment with it is known that the value of t count is greater than t table. Ethical behavior does not significantly influence organizational commitment with the value of t calculated less than the value of t table. Based on the results of the F test it can be concluded that spiritual intelligence and ethical behavior have a significant effect on organizational commitment, this can be seen from the calculated F value greater than F table.

Abstract

Kaum perempuan lebih khusus kaum ibu dan remaja putri memiliki peran dan potensi strategis dalam pembangunan. Karena itu program pemberdayaan sangat penting untuk dilakukan. Tujuan kegiatan program kemitraan masyarakat (PKM) pada wanita kaum ibu dan remaja putrid Jemaat GPKdI Paniki Dua ini adalah untuk memberikan pengetahuan dan pemahaman tentang kewirausahaan serta menumbuhkan mental atau jiwa berwirausaha. Pelatihan ini juga untuk memotivasi mitra agar dapat memanfaatkan hasil sumber daya alam yang ada disekitar. Hasil kegiatan ini terjadi peningkatan pengetahuan dan pemahaman tentang kewirausahaan serta semangat untuk menjadi wirausahawan.

Abstract

Abstract. This research aims to know the influence of independence, professionalism and role stress on the performance of BPK RI auditors Regional Office For North Sulawesi Province. The sample size in this study is 63 respondents which is the total population of BPK RI auditor Regional Office for North Sulawesi Province. Method of analysis used is Structural Equation Modeling with Partial Least Squares approach (SEM-PLS).The results of this study show that as partially, independence has a positive effect on performance, as well as professionalism that positively affect the performance, while for variable role stress has a negative effect on performance. Furthermore, the simultaneous test found that independence, professionalism and role stress simultaneously affect to the performance. The results of this study also found that besides the independence and professionalism variables, the role stress variable has the most dominant influence, therefore it is always necessary to review and formulate the rules, policies and institutional strategies of BPK RI, especially at the Regional Office For North Sulawesi to suppress level of role stress for better auditor performance.Keywords: Independency, Profesionalism, Role Stress, PerformanceAbstrak. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh independensi, profesionalisme dan role stress terhadap kinerja auditor BPK RI Perwakilan Provinsi Sulawesi Utara. Ukuran sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 63 responden yang merupakan jumlah populasi keseluruhan dari auditor BPK RI Perwakilan Provinsi Sulawesi Utara yang ada. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah Structural Equation Modeling dengan pendekatan Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS). Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial independensi berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja, begitu juga dengan profesionalisme yang berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja, sedangkan untuk variabel role stress memiliki pengaruh negatif terhadap kinerja. Selanjutnya untuk pengujian simultan didapatkan independensi, profesionalisme dan role stress secara bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap kinerja. Hasil dari penelitian ini juga menemukan bahwa disamping variabel independensi dan profesionalisme, variabel role stress adalah yang memiliki pengaruh paling dominan, untuk itu perlu selalu dilakukan pengkajian dan perumusan terhadap aturan, kebijakan maupun strategi kelembagaan dari BPK RI khususnya pada Perwakilan Provinsi Sulawesi Utara untuk bisa menekan tingkat role stress agar kinerja auditor semakin baik.Kata kunci: Independensi, Profesionalisme, Role Stress, Kinerja

Abstract

Abstrack : Regional retribution are levies other than taxes levied by local governments depending on the ability to provide services to the public. One of the retribution of local government retribution is traditional market retribution. Traditional market retribution constitute a payment for the provision of traditional / simple market facilities in the form of a court location or store that are provided or managed by the local government for the benefit and can be enjoyed by a particular community or entity.Ternate City government, North Maluku Province is currently focusing on the development of goods and services sector. One of the efforts of the Ternate City government to encourage the improvement of trade and services sector is to build traditional markets. One of these markets is bahari berkesan traditional hygienic market.The problem that arises is often a conflict between officers and traders. Many traders are allowed to sell not in accordance with the places that have been determined to make the market look neatly organized and create congestion. Slow settlement of infrastructure issues related to the comfort of the traders and the buyers.The research method used in this study is a qualitative research method that aims to get more in depth information about how Implementation of Bahari Berkesan Traditional Hygienic Market Retribution Policy in Ternate City. Informants in this study as many as 9 informants. The results showed that the factors that play an important role in Implementation of Bahari Berkesan Traditional Hygienic Market Retribution Policy in Ternate City is communication, resources, attitude, and bureaucratic structure.Kata Kunci : Implementation of the policy, retribution

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work safety and occupational health on jobsatisfaction at PT. Pandawa Surya Sentosa in Balikpapan City, East Kalimantan. This research uses aquantitative approach. The subjects of this study were 107 employees selected using random samplingtechnique. Data collection methods used is the scale of work safety, occupational health and jobsatisfaction. The collected data were analysed using multiple linear regression analysis using theStatistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) program for Windows 24.0.The results of the study with a confidence level of 95% showed that: (1) there was no effect of work safetyon job satisfaction can be shown based on the t test that the value of count 0.101 < t table 1,983 and thevalue Sig 0,919 > 0,05, and β = 0,009; (2) there is a work health effect on job satisfaction can be shownbased on the t test that the value of count 4.191 > t table 1,983 and the value of Sig 0,000 < 0,05, and β =0,009; (3) Based on the results of the f test, that the F count > F table (8.782> 2.30) with a significant0.000 <0.05, this means that the independent variables (X1) and (X2) simultaneously have a significantpositive effect on employee job satisfaction at PT. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of (1) competence on employee performance at PT Bank PapuaBranch Wamena, (2) organizational commitment to employee performance at PT Bank Branch Wamenaand (3) competence and organizational commitment to employee performance at PT Bank Papua BranchWamena . This research is a quantitative research using questionnaire assistance as an instrument ofresearch. The population used in this study is PT Bank Papua Branch Wamena, and the sample is anemployee of PT Bank Papua Branch Wamena. 39 respondents were taken using the Slovin formula andwill use the purposive sampling method in distributing questionnaires. This study will use multiple linearregression analysis with the help of MSS. Abstract

SUMMERYNorth Sulawesi Institute of Economic Sciences with various challenges both internal and externalthat can affect the continuity of this college, continuously make directional changes in order to realize theincrease in the number of students and the purpose of this college is the implementation of tridarma college,which consists of education, teaching, research and community service quality. Taking into account theinternal problems at Manado North Sulawesi High School of Economics and the external environment, StieSulut Manado needs to do strategic marketing assessment. Based on that thought, this research is done tofind the strategy formula and to determine the strategy that needs to be done, so that it can realize what isdesired by Stie Sulut Manado.The research method used is qualitative research method, where researchers collect data andprocess it into an information that will be described as a phenomenon that will be followed up in depth.Sources of data are the core respondents namely the leadership of Stie Sulut Manado with students. DataAnalysis Technique using SWOT Analysis, by compiling martrik SWOT.Based on SWOT analysis, there are things that become opportunities and strengths for Stie SulutManado which is to maintain and improve the accreditation in both study programs, management andaccounting and institutional accreditation, increase the number of educators and improve the quality oflecturers and educational staff, improve the implementation of Tridarma Perguruan high level, cooperationwith outsiders, especially excellent programs in the academic field, the addition of lecturing process in themorning, improving the quality of students by participating in various competitions both nationally andinternationally, as well as increasing the promotion of high school equivalent.Taking into account the results of research can be concluded some point that is doing aggressivestrategy by exploiting opportunity and strength maximally, continuously doing program improvement ofhuman resource quality, that is educator of lecturer and staff of education and improve student quality tocompete at national level, academic implementation to fit the established SOP.Suggestions to immediately undertake an aggressive strategy program by undertakingimprovements on all matters, especially on all strengths and opportunities in Stie Sulut Manado, need toreorganize both long-term and short-term strategic plans, and operational plans in the form of reactivitiesfor study programs and institutional accreditation , making the program of policy improvement of HumanResources both educator, education staff and student continuously, and make program of policy of controland evaluation of policy which executed in accordance with applicable provisions.Keywords: Marketing Strategy, SWOT Analysis
