Abstract

AbstractLeadership is regarded as one of the important assets in the company, because thecompany's leadership can be used to determine how the company's current environmentalconditions, and also to estimate how the environment will change and how to anticipate andtake advantage of these changes. However, many companies do not know, how to acquire,manage, and utilize the knowledge leads to achieve job satisfaction of employees in thecompany.The objective of this study is to analyze and explain the effect of Leadership towardJob Satisfaction. Research location is conducted in Bitung in the cooking oil companies. PTMulti Nabati Sulawesi.The research belongs to explanatory research. The samples are taken by usingproportionate random sampling technique and the size of the samples to be determined 100respondents. The data collecting technique is questionnaire. Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk menganalisis bagaimana manajemen kinerja PegawaiNegeri Sipil di sector perindustrian pada Dinas Perindustrian dan Perdagangan Daerah ProvinsiSulawesi Utara.Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan melakukan observasi,wawancara dan dokumentasi dengan focus penelitian adalah indicator menggunakan teori KenBlanchard dan Gerry Ridge tentang model manajemen kinerja yang terdiri dari 3 bagian yaitu,performance planning (perencanaan kinerja), day to day coaching (pelaksanaan setiap hari),performance evolution (evaluasi kinerja) atau review dan learning (peninjauan ulang dan belajar).Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pelaksanaan manajemen kinerja Pegawai Negeri Sipil disector perindustrian pada Dinas Perindustrian dan Perdagangan Daerah Provinsi Sulawesi Utarabelum maksimal. Dari hasil penelitian ini disimpulkan bahwa pada proses perencanaan programkerja dan pelaksanaannya sudah berjalan baik namun dalam pelaksanaan evaluasi belum maksimalkarena ternyata pegawai merasa beban kerjanya besar karena harus merangkap tugas dan tanggungjawab akibat kurangnya pegawai di sector perindustrian. Oleh karena itu, disarankan untukmelakukan penambahan pegawai disektor perindustrian, melakukan pengawasan secara periodik,memberikan pelatihan dan pendidikan seperti penyuluh perindustrian dan analis data IKM, untukmeningkatkan kemampuan yang merata kepada para pegawai serta menjaga komunikasi antarapimpinandan staf dengan membuat laporan individu berbasis aplikasi.Kata Kunci : Manajemen Kinerja, Sektor Perindustrian

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of compensation on employee performance. With the problem of compensation for the performance of employees at the Warunk Bendito Manado company. The sample taken was 34 people from a total of 34 employees in the company. In this study used a type of quantitative research. Technique data collection uses questionnaires to respondents, making observations and interviews. The technique used in data analysis is to use simple regression statistics with SPSS version 22.00 to test the significance of the relationship between variables and to measure the magnitude of the effect that occurs on compensation variables and employee performance variables. From the results of t test and correlation, it can be seen that the results of tvalue < ttable have a negative influence. The results of the R square correlation value have a weak correlation. Based on the results of calculations from the study it can be seen that the compensation variable has a negative effect on employee performance variables.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is the purpose of this research is to find out and obtain a review of the effect of compensation on employee performance at PT. Sinar Galesong Mandiri Manado. The benefits of this research are expected that the results of this study can contribute to a broader knowledge of company performance and to be used as reference materials or comparison materials for other researchers. This is a quantitative descriptive study with a sample of 35 respondents obtained using the non-probability (accidental sampling) method. To test how the influence of quality is used instruments, validity and reliability tests, while the data were analyzed using a simple linear regression method with the t test and the coefficient of determination (multiple correlations). Therefore H1 is accepted, which means that the independent variable (compensation) influences the dependent variable (employee performance), positively and strongly influences. The results of the determination coefficient show that the adjusted R square rate is 0.592 or 59.2% which means that the employee performance variance can be explained by compensation. While the remaining 40.8 can be explained by other variables outside the research variable.

Abstract

Permasalahan utama dari wanita kaum ibu dan remaja putri di jemaat Bukit Moria Malalayang adalah kurangnya pengetahuan dan pemahaman tentang kewirausahaan dan serta mental atau jiwa berwirausaha yang perlu ada motivasi. Dengan sumber daya alam dan sumber daya manusia yang potensial maka perlu dilakukan pelatihan kewirausahaan. Tujuan kegiatan program kemitraan masyarakat (PKM) ini adalah untuk memberikan pengetahuan dan pemahaman tentang kewirausahaan serta menumbuhkan mental atau jiwa berwirausaha. Pelatihan ini juga untuk memotivasi mitra agar dapat memanfaatkan hasil sumber daya alam yang ada disekitar. Hasil kegiatan ini terjadi peningkatan pengetahuan dan pemahaman tentang kewirausahaan serta semangat untuk menjadi wirausahawan.____________________________________________________________________Kata kunci: Kewirausahaan, Motivasi

Abstract

Turnover intention is an early sign of employee turnover. For the hotel industry, turnover problems will certainly affect the performance of the company/hotel, and will certainly have an impact on the tourism sector. This study aims to analyze the influence of work stress factors, organizational commitment, and job satisfaction on the employee's turnover intention. This research uses a survey method with a quantitative descriptive approach. The population in this study were all-star hotel employees in North Sulawesi. The research sample was taken by an area random sampling technique. The questionnaire was used to obtain data from 159 respondents. Data were collected and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) techniques, with the help of Amos 24 software. The results showed that job stress had a positive and not significant effect on job satisfaction, work stress had a positive and significant effect on employee turnover intentions, job stress had a negative and not significant effect on organizational commitment, job satisfaction had a negative and not significant effect on employee turnover intentions, and commitment organizational and not significant positive effect on employee turnover intentions.

Abstract

This study aims to see the effect of Human Resource Development and Organizational Commitment on Employee Performance at PT. Sinar Terang Mandiri Manado. This approach uses a quantitative approach, with a sample of 60 respondents. The results of this study also indicate that there is a positive and insignificant influence between Organizational Commitment on employee performance, meaning that the level of organizational commitment will affect the level of employee performance. Simultaneously, the development of Human Resources and Organizational Commitment is able to explain the influence on Employee Performance, the effect of Human Resource Development on Employee Performance of 3.102, the effect of Human Resource Development on Organizational Commitment of 4.327, and the effect of Organizational Commitment on Employee Performance of 1,529, the remaining data other variables outside this study.

Abstract

Human resources are the most important assets that must be owned by an organization and must be considered in management, because they are the ones who work to make goals, innovate and achieve organizational goals. Good human resources will also reflect good performance. Understanding the importance of human resources today is one of the government's efforts to improve the quality of human resources themselves. The sample in this study were employees at Dinas Pertanian dan Peternakan of North Sulawesi Province.  This study aims to analyze the influence of leadership style, work environment and work motivation on employee performance. This study used a questionnaire to obtain data from 125 respondents. Data were collected and analyzed using structural equation modeling (SEM) with the help of amos 24 software. The results showed that leadership style, work environment, and work motivation had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The results showed that leadership style had a significant effect on employee performance, leadership style had a significant effect on work motivation, work environment had a significant effect on work motivation, work environment had a significant effect on work motivation. employee performance, and work motivation have a positive and significant effect on employee performance

Abstract

The high turnover rate is an important issue in the tourism and accommodation sector in which the most significant factor is human resources. This study aims to analyse the effect of transformational leadership, job satisfaction, organizational commitment on employee intention to leave. This study used a survey method with a quantitative descriptive approach. The sample in this study were 174 hotel employees in North Sulawesi Province. Data were collected using a questionnaire, then analysed using a structural equation model (SEM). The results showed that transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction, transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, transformational leadership has a negative and significant effect on employee intention to leave, job satisfaction has a negative and significant effect on employee intention to leave, and commitment organizational has a negative and significant effect on employee intention to leave.

Abstract

The main problem of women, mothers and young women in the GPKdI Naviri Congregation, Tingkulu Village is the lack of skills and management in doing business. With potential natural resources and human resources, entrepreneurship training is necessary. The purpose of this community partnership program (PKM) activity is to provide knowledge and understanding of entrepreneurship and foster an entrepreneurial mentality. This training is also to motivate partners to be able to take advantage of the natural resources that are around them. The result of this activity was an increase in knowledge and understanding of entrepreneurship as well as the enthusiasm to become entrepreneurs, as well as the formation of entrepreneurial groups.Keywords:empowerment, women, entrepreneurs, training, management AbstrakMasalah utama perempuan, ibu dan remaja putri di Jemaat GPKdI Naviri Desa Tingkulu adalah kurangnya keterampilan dan manajemen dalam berbisnis.
