Abstract

The objectives of research Biology matter are (1) aspects of mastery of concepts related to cognitive learning outcomes, (2) aspects of scientific work skills; and (3) aspects of religious and scientific attitudes. At this time science (Biology) learning integrated with Religious Values is still being debated regarding how what theories support it and why does it require integration? Therefore, this researcher aims to describe the inculturation learning model of Religious Values in Biology Learning with the Approach Approach because at this time religious and scientific learning has not been integrated in the sense that when teachers teach do not associate religious values. Religious values can be integrated into science learning because science and religion are closely related. While the pattern that was carried out for integration was through the process of inculturation. Inculturation has been studied by several western theologians, walisongo scholars, religious leaders in the archipelago and national education figures such as Ki Hajar Dewantara. This study developed a discovers learning model that is integrated with religious values. Through the inculturation process in its implementation, the instructional design process for the inculturation process using the ADDIE model. In the ADDIE process an analysis of the needs of students, teaching materials, learning facilities and infrastructure and needs related to the design of learning inculturation of religious values in science learning (Biology) in regular and flexible activities includes knowledge of effective teaching and learning, development that is to develop learning models inculturation of religious values in learning Biology so that it can be implemented in the learning process and evaluated. In this research conceptually, the teaching material of each sub-topic is related to the Qur'anic verses/hadith and the process can use the media of songs, poetry, religious poetry, and sholawat following the content of the subject matter of science.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji pengaruh strategi penjualan dan pengembangan UMKM terhadap minat beli konsumen di Pasaran Ranto. Dengan menggunakan metode survei dan analisis kuantitatif melalui SPSS, dengan jumlah sample sebanyak 50 responden, data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang dibagikan kepada konsumen yang pernah melakukan pembelian produk di UMKM Pasran Ranto di Jl.Dewi sartika Padang pasir, penelitian ini menemukan bahwa strategi penjualan yang efektif, seperti pemasaran digital, promosi, dan peningkatan kualitas layanan, serta pengembangan usaha melalui inovasi produk dan ekspansi pasar, berkontribusi signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen. Kedua faktor ini secara simultan mempengaruhi minat beli sebesar 39,4%. Hasil ini menegaskan bahwa semakin baik strategi pemasaran dan pengembangan usaha yang diterapkan UMKM, semakin tinggi pula daya tarik konsumen untuk membeli produk. Oleh karena itu, UMKM perlu terus beradaptasi dengan perkembangan teknologi dan tren pasar agar tetap kompetitif, berkembang, dan memiliki daya saing yang kuat.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh reputasi dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap loyalitas customer Wisma Putri Deli Hotel yang berlokasi di Jln. SM. Raja No.65, Rantauprapat. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan regresi linier berganda. Data diperoleh melalui kuesioner yang dibagikan kepada 100 responden yang pernah menginap di hotel tersebut. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa reputasi memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap loyalitas customer, sedangkan kualitas pelayanan memiliki pengaruh positif tetapi juga tidak signifikan terhadap loyalitas customer. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa faktor lain mungkin lebih berperan dalam menentukan loyalitas pelanggan.

Abstract

Dewasa ini, kebutuhan akan jasa laundry semakin meningkat, seiring dengan meningkatnya persaingan dalam industri serupa. Berbagai dinamika dan layanan yang ditawarkan memberikan pelanggan banyak pilihan, tetapi dalam prosesnya juga menghadapi berbagai permasalahan. Salah satu permasalahan yang terjadi pada Buana Laundry adalah rendahnya kualitas pelayanan, yang menyebabkan banyak keluhan dari konsumen. Beberapa keluhan yang sering muncul antara lain pakaian yang hilang atau tertukar dengan pelanggan lain, keterlambatan dalam penyelesaian layanan, serta hasil cuci yang tidak sesuai harapan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif yang bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kualitas layanan terhadap kepuasan dan loyalitas konsumen. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling, dengan kriteria konsumen yang telah menggunakan layanan Buana Laundry minimal dua kali dalam satu bulan terakhir.Waktu penyelesaian memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap hasil kualitas dengan koefisien 0,212. Hasil penelitian meunjukkan Kepercayaan konsumen memiliki pengaruh positif tetapi tidak signifikan terhadap hasil kualitas, dengan koefisien 11,925, Kepercayaan konsumen memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap hasil kualitas, dengan koefisien -11,025.

Abstract

This research is a development research using the ADDIE development model. The research instruments used are interview sheets and questionnaires. The data analysis techniques used are qualitative and quantitative data. This study aims to determine the development process, feasibility according to experts and media, assessments of chemistry educators and responses and student interest in contextual-based e-modules on electrolyte and non-electrolyte solution materials to improve student learning interest that was developed. The results of this study are that contextual-based e-modules on electrolyte and non-electrolyte solution materials to improve student learning interest received expert feasibility results of 92% (very feasible), media experts of 90% (very feasible), educator assessments of 90% (very feasible), small group trials of 84.8% (very good), and student learning interest of 90.6% (very good). Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that contextual-based e-modules on electrolyte and non-electrolyte solution materials to improve student learning interest that were developed are feasible to be used as teaching materials in chemistry learning.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of influencer marketing and brand image on the purchase intention of Camille Beauty products among students of the Faculty of Economics at Universitas Al Washliyah Labuhanbatu. Employing a quantitative approach with a survey method, data from 50 student respondents were analyzed using multiple linear regression. The research findings indicate that both influencer marketing and brand image have a positive and significant partial effect on the purchase intention of Camille Beauty products.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to optimize the potential of solar energy that releases light and thermal energy simultaneously by using a combination of PV and TEG technology. PV only absorbs photon light, where solar thermal is transmitted to the TEG module under the panel surface which is useful for maintaining temperature and increasing PV output power. The TEG module configuration was chosen to be circular with the diameter of the circle adjusting to the area of the solar PV panel. There are two PV panels used during the test, one panel is left without TEG and the other panel is installed with 12 TEG modules and on the cold side of the module is added a heat sink and circulating water fluid cooling to maintain the temperature of the cold side of the module. The test results show that the integration of PV-TEG increases the system output power by about 45% compared to PV alone. The PV surface temperature is more stable and tends to be even with the attachment of TEG and cooling with water, while without the hybrid, the PV temperature appears to be sinusoidal with a peak temperature of about 70°C compared to the hybrid only around 40 and 50°C. PV temperatures below 60°C are important to maintain PV performance for a long period

Abstract

This research aims to describe the influence of mining on behavioral changes and to identify the factors affecting the emergence of social and economic behavioral changes in the community. This type of research is qualitative descriptive. Informants are determined through purposive sampling, where the researcher intentionally selects based on predetermined criteria set according to the research objectives. Data is collected through observations, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis is conducted through the stages of data reduction, data presentation, verification, and conclusion drawing. The results of this study explain that the impact of mining on community behavior is that socially, there has been a significant change in the social structure, tensions, and conflicts due to role shifts and injustices in the distribution of mining profits, which trigger polarization, mistrust, changes in communication patterns, as well as increased violence and aggression. Economically, the community experiences changes in livelihoods, with many transitioning to become miners, and an increase in income that affects changes in consumption patterns, lifestyles, and social status symbols. Factors influencing the emergence of the socio-economic behavior of communities around mining include the economic impact of mining, migration and urbanization, environmental impacts, and cultural and value influences.

Abstract

This community engagement program aims to enhance adolescents’ literacy in legal, social, and health aspects through a participatory community-based education approach. The main partner of this program is the Ambon City Child Forum, which serves as an advocacy platform for youth involvement in local child-friendly city initiatives. The program was implemented in July 2025 in Ambon City, involving 30 adolescent participants who are active members of the forum. The implementation utilized interactive learning methods including participatory lectures, group discussions, case simulations, and role plays designed to address issues related to legal protection, social interaction, and reproductive health among adolescents.The results demonstrate a significant improvement in both knowledge and attitudes among participants. The average score increased from 52.3 (pre-test) to 85.7 (post-test), indicating a 33.4-point improvement after the intervention. Furthermore, 70% of participants reported greater confidence in reporting cases of violence, while 75% became more open to discussing reproductive health issues. The program also established the Child Forum Literacy Working Group, which focuses on continuing peer education activities in schools and surrounding communities. This initiative not only improved adolescents’ multidimensional literacy but also strengthened the role of the Ambon City Child Forum as a peer education and advocacy agent at the local level.  Moreover, the program contributes directly to the achievement of several Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs )notably Goals 3, 4, 5, and 16 by fostering a generation of youth who are legally aware, socially empathetic, and physically as well as mentally healthy.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the effect of modernization on social change as well as the inhibiting and supporting factors. The next goal is to reveal and explain the positive values contained in modernization and social change. This research is a descriptive qualitative research. Informants are determined by purposive sampling. Data collection is done by; observation, interview, and documentation. As well as data analysis is carried out in stages; data reduction, data presentation and data verification. The results of the study explain that the effect of modernization on social change is; scientific thinking and lifestyle changes. At first the people in meeting their daily needs, they took advantage of the natural surroundings. However, with the entry of modernization they began to follow the lifestyle that characterizes modern society. Several factors supporting the occurrence of modernization and social change, namely; heterogeneous society, dissatisfaction in various fields of life, and the perspective of humans who must improve their standard of living. While the inhibiting factors are; attitudes that are still traditional, the emergence of fear of shakiness of integration, and bad prejudice against elements of foreign culture.
