Abstract

This study aims to produce a patient-safety-based Interprofessional Collaboration (IPC) education model to improve the competence of the Specialist-1 of Child Health Medical Education Program (PPDS I) doctors of Child Health Medical Science in Dr. Kariadi Central Hospital, Medical School, Diponegoro University and the students in the nursing profession program. This study was designed using the Research and Development approach. The data of this study were analyzed using qualitative descriptive techniques. The steps of developing the model in this study include (1) preliminary analysis; (2) findings of factual models; (3) development of conceptual models; (4) development of a hypothetical model; (5) final model development. The results of the study show that PPDS I of Child Health at Dr. Kariadi Central Hospital has not implemented the IPC based on safety. The model of safety-based IPC is based on four main indicators, namely (1) Interprofessional Collaborative Competence; (2) Competency of Pediatricians & Nurses; (3) Interprofessional Learning Readiness Scale; (4) Scale of Interprofessional Team Performance. The results of the trials of the interprofessional collaboration education model developed have been able to increase the competence of PPDS I doctors 45.61% and 20.68% in students of the nursing profession program (nurses). The increaseof the competence and professionalism of PPDS I doctors and nurses is also based on moral principles and ethical codes that are actualized as noble attitudes and sincerity. It is suggested that the implementation of the developed patient-safety-based interprofessional collaboration education model needs to be supported by policies or regulations by related parties in order to improve the effectiveness of the specialist medical education programs and nursing professional education programs (Ners).

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of flash interactive media in improving students' understanding of concepts in elementary schools. This type of research was mixed methods with an embedded experimental model design. Quantitative data analysis techniques on the variable understanding of the concept, namely the results of the analysis of the students' pretest and posttest questions by using paired sample t-test. The results of the analysis are then triangulated with the qualitative Focus Group Discussion (FGD) data and the results of the interviews. This study involved 54 students who were selected by using the nonprobability sampling technique: purposive sampling. The population consists of 31 public schools and 13 private schools. The results of this study show a significant increase in the concept of understanding in the form of an increase in the average score understanding of concepts by 17.82%. According to questionnaire data that has been distributed, teachers and students respond very well to learning using the flash interactive media. Students' motivation to learn accompanies an increase in their understanding of concepts. It appears that the application of flash interactive media in science learning has a positive impact on increasing motivation that has an impact on increasing students' conceptual understanding.

Abstract

Implementation in the learning process in the Covid 19 pandemic era at SMKN 2 Rembang showed a decrease in learning achievement due to lack of student interest in learning, this is based on a survey of researchers at the end of the semester showing that the average value of students decreased from 2020 during remote/online learning. This study aims to develop a teaching material based on Kahoot evaluation to increase students' interest in learning. This study uses the RnD research method with the ADDIE model consisting of analysis, design, development, implementation and evaluation. The results of the material validation carried out obtained an average of the three aspects of material validation (feasibility of the material, presentation and language) which was 4.26 and was in the "very good" criteria. Likewise with the results of product validation, the average of the three aspects of the validation of teaching/media materials (display, presentation, and effectiveness) is 4.4 and has the criteria of "very good". Furthermore, the results of students' interest in learning from the categories of feeling happy, students' attention, interest in student learning and aspects of involvement were also in the very good category.

Abstract

The industry has a different view of prospective workers. Competency certificates recommended by third and second parties (LSP P3 and LSP P2) have stronger legitimacy than LSP P1 SMK. Quality assurance of the implementation of competency certification tests through the development of competency test materials needs to be improved.Specifically, this study aims to: Develop MUK; Find out its eligibility; Find out its practicality; Find out the internal validity and reliability of the Multiple Choice Questions; Find out its effectiveness; and Find out the effectiveness of the utilization of facilities and infrastructure of the Competency Test Site (TUK).This MUK development research uses the ADDIE development model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation). The data analysis used in this study consisted of: Determining eligibility; Determining practicality; Determining the internal validity and reliability of multiple-choice questions; Determining the effectiveness and Determining the effectiveness of the utilization of TUK facilities and infrastructure. The result of the due diligence was included in the criteria of being very eligible. The Practicality Test fell into the criteria of being very practical. The internal validity test of multiple-choice questions showed 77 of 86 valid and the internal reliability test of multiple-choice questions was very high. Effectiveness tests fell under the criteria of being very effective. The effectiveness test of the utilization of TUK facilities and infrastructure was included in the criteria of being very effective. The new findings in this study are, the MUK of motorcycle periodic maintenance cluster industrial based consists of multiple choice test, oral test and demonstration practice tasks adapted to the latest knowledge of motorcycle technology product, the suitability of the required working time (Flat Rate Service Time) and the implementation of the work culture on Safety Talk and 5 Rs (Concise, Neat, Clean, Caring and Diligent).Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that, the development of MUK is very eligible, practical and effective to be used in improving the quality of the competency certification test of the LSP P1 SMK on Motorcycle Periodic Maintenance Cluster.

Abstract

This research aims to develop and analyze the feasibility and effectiveness of an Internet of Things (IoT)-controlled Solar Power Generator (PLTS) trainer kit. The research method employed is a quantitative approach using the Research and Development (RnD) method, following the ADDIE development model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). Data collection is conducted through questionnaires and tests. Questionnaires are used to assess the suitability of the media by media experts and subject matter experts, while tests are used to measure student competence improvement before and after the treatment. The research results indicate that the PLTS trainer kit with IoT control has high feasibility, with a score of 87% from media experts and 88% from subject matter experts, categorizing it as highly feasible. The t-test results show a significant increase in student competence, with an average pre-test score of 58.4 and a post-test score of 76.16. Statistical analysis reveals a calculated t-value of -7.79 and a tabulated t-value of 2.00. Therefore, the null hypothesis (H0) is accepted, indicating a significant difference between the pre-test and post-test. As a recommendation, the researchers suggest that schools should provide adequate facilities for practical learning using the trainer kit. Furthermore, future research could focus on the development of IoT trainers, particularly within the SCADA system.

Abstract

The court does not always demand or require visum et repertum when examining homicide cases.  Forensic autopsy may not be required at all by the criminal court when deciding that the accused is guilty of homicide as charged. The verdict may be reached based on other evidence. The author, using a juridical normative approach, concludes that the absence or presence of a visum et repertum does influence the judge’ consideration and matters to the final verdict. Considering that, regardless of the surviving family’s consent, in cases of unnatural death, forensic autopsy and the making of a visum et repertum should be mandatory.
