Abstract

Cervical is the second most common malignant tumor in women, with 341,000 deaths worldwide in 2020, almost 80% of which occur in developing countries. One of the causes is infection with Human papillomavirus (HPV) types 16 and 18. The increasing incidence of cervical cancer in Indonesia makes this disease must be treated seriously because it is one of the main causes of death. In addition to the virus, external factors can be one of the causes. The high mortality rate in patients is caused by the patient's awareness of the emergence of cervical cancer which is only seen when it enters the final stage. One of the efforts to reduce the number of sufferers is to implement cervical cancer detection. Early detection of cervical cancer can also be identified by looking at external factors, such as behavioral factors, intentions, attitudes, norms, perceptions, motivations, social support, and empowerment. However, the data used has an imbalance in the distribution of the target class, namely more negative samples than positive ones. To overcome this, a technique called Stratified K-Fold Cross-Validation (SKCV) is used. Evaluation of the accuracy value using the Confusion matrix to determine the performance of each model. The best performance of the five classification algorithms used is 96 percent (RF), 94 percent (LR), 92 percent (XGBoost), 90 percent (KNN), and 88 percent (NB). The results show that the model formed by RF-based SKCV has the highest accuracy of other models.

Abstract

Mangga Podang (Mangifera indica L) merupakan salah satu produk buah unggulan lokal dari Kabupaten Kediri, Jawa Timur. Penampilan tanaman mangga podang tidak berbeda dengan tanaman mangga lainnya.Tanaman umumnya tumbuh tegak dan mempunyai percabangan uang banyak.Rata rata tinggi tanaman 10 m dan lingkar batang berkisar antara 150-210 cm. Bentuk tajuk tanaman seperti paying,berdaun lebat,dan bercabang banyak.Percabangan muncul 2-2,5 m dari permukaan tanah.Warna kulit batang coklat tua dan permukaan batang tidak halus. Bentuk daun jorong dengan warna daun hijau tua,daun muda (pupus) berwarna hijau muda agak kemerahan. Bentuk daun mirip dengan manga Arumanis,hanya lebih sempit dan tidak melebar di tengah. Hasil pengamatan sifat fisik dan kimia buah mangga Podang disajikan pada Buah mangga Podang , yaitu pada umur 100-115 hari dan analisis buah dilakukan mulai 2-22 hari sesudah panen. Tampak bahwa kandungan gula mangga Podang dua hari setelah panen masih rendah dan kandungan asamnya tinggi. Selanjutnya, dengan betambahnya umur simpan, kandungan gula meningkat dan kandungan asam menurun. Pada saat umur simpan lebih dari 15 hari, kandungan gula menurun, demikian juga kandungan asamnya.(2). Penelitian menunjukkan fakta bahwa kulit mangga kaya akan polifenol, karotenoid, serat, vitamin C, dan berbagai senyawa bermanfaat lainnya. Dalam penelitian lainnya dikatakan bahwa mengonsumsi makanan tinggi vitamin C, polifenol, dan karotenoid berisiko lebih rendah terkena penyakit jantung, kanker jenis tertentu, dan penurunan fungsi kognitif otak Selain itu, ditemukan fakta bahwa ekstrak kulit mangga memiliki sifat antioksidan dan antikanker yang lebih kuat daripada ekstrak daging mangga. Kulit buah mangga juga kaya akan triterpen dan triterpenoid, yaitu senyawa yang bermanfaat sebagai antikanker dan antidiabetes. Kulit mangga juga kaya akan serat, bahkan lebih besar dari yang terkandung dalam daging buahnya. Serat merupakan salah satu nutrisi penting yang baik untuk kesehatan pencernaan dan mampu memberikan rasa kenyang yang lebih lama. Berdasarkan pemikiran inilah, maka perlu dilakukan penelitian dengan melakukan kajian efektivitas metode survey yaitu dengan menganalisa kandungan nutrisi, senyawa tanin dan saponin pada limbah kulit Buah Mangga Podang.

Abstract

Vendor selection techniques are very important to maintain supply chain services, optimal service creates strong consistency in maintaining the continuity of supply chain business processes. The aim of this research is to provide an objective and consistent understanding of the best techniques in vendor selection which are implemented openly through the collaboration of multi-criteria decision making-analytic hierarchy process (MCDM-AHP) and ELECTRE. Empirical studies show how this approach is able to provide optimal decision-making support for the vendor selection process. Eight criteria are required which have contradictory meanings in their apps. These criteria include quality of goods (QG), payment methods (PMs), payment terms (PTs), minimum transactions (MTs), discounts (DS), delivery times (DTs), inventory (IN), and service (SV). The comparison importance value of the criteria is used as a measure of weighting the criteria through two testing approaches, namely mathematical algebra matrices and expert choice apps, through accurately assessing the optimal eigenvector from the two test approaches. Decision making support was carried out by comparison using 342 preference matrices which were developed into concordance and discordance matrices, the elimination process with threshold matrices found that the ranking results of four vendors were ranked first as worthy of being a selection priority and fifteen other vendors were ranked below.

Abstract

Every manufacturing industry should have supporting facilities and infrastructure for its business continuity. Infrastructure is very important and is part of the final placement of the production process is storage warehouses, storage can be temporary or long-term depending on the needs of the company. Problems that often occur in warehouses are generally the placement of finished goods that are still not well organized so that a lot of time and effort needed by the pic rack in the activity of preparing the goods to be sent because the location of the goods requested to be sent simultaneously the location is still far away. Based on the above problems the author intends to conduct research to provide alternative thinking to the company by conducting data testing with a priori algorithm to obtain new information on the layout of goods more effectively. From the calculation results that have been done can be concluded that the most frequent transactions simultaneously with a minimum support of 40% and a minimum confidence of 80% are 4 items namely COVER ADF SUB C, COVER PAPER GUIDE ASF, PAPER GUIDE DUPLEX LOWER (MASUO) and PAPER GUIDE UPPER ADF. From the test results above, a new combination model has been formed so that the pic rack can change the old layout with the new one.

Abstract

The challenge of integrated literacy is getting more and more complex every year along with the emergence of various technological products. Moreover, there is a technical dimension that will quickly change according to the times. Teachers and other educators have a central role because in the learning process they should provide and allow students to choose various forms of digital media to complete tasks given digital literacy in the curriculum such as ICT introduction material, use of tools to support learning, integrated high literacy computer programming is very useful in the world of education to support implementing a digital-based curriculum that emphasizes students being able to utilize information from various sources of information on the internet for themselves. Students who have the ability to search for information will relieve themselves to learn independently and interact with various information wherever they are.

Abstract

in the digital era, education faces challenges in improving the effectiveness and efficiency of the learning process. One proposed solution is the implementation of web-based e-learning systems, which allow for flexibility and interactivity in learning. This study aims to develop a web-based e-learning system using the Extreme Programming (XP) method, an iterative and collaborative software development approach that accommodates changes in user requirements quickly. The research stages include needs analysis, design, development, and system testing, conducted iteratively in accordance with XP principles. The results show that the developed e-learning system enhances learning effectiveness by providing more structured, interactive access to learning materials and facilitating better communication between teachers and students. Additionally, efficiency is achieved by reducing operational costs and the time required for distributing materials and assignments. System testing indicates a high level of user satisfaction in terms of both functionality and ease of use. This study contributes to the optimization of the learning process through the implementation of information technology in education.

Abstract

The marketing mix strategy according to Islamic economics must pay attention to the criteria and provisions of good and halal elements that have been determined in Islam, the goal is that the business carried out gets the pleasure of Allah. The current condition, the marketing mix strategy according to Islamic economics has been widely implemented in various businesses or businesses, one of which is in the local batik business typical of Lebak.The purpose of the research is to examine and analyze the implementation of the marketing mix strategy according to Islamic economics in the local batik business typical of Lebak. This research uses a qualitative method with a phenomenological research type, while the data collection technique uses observation and interviews. The results of this study found that the marketing mix strategy according to Islamic economics in the local batik business typical of Lebak has been implemented through aspects of product, price, place and promotion, although not yet optimal. Batik products are made from halal and good materials, have economic value and have many benefits for the community. The sales price of batik is set to regulate distribution and realize a balance between production and consumption levels, and is based on the prevailing market mechanism. The place where batik is sold is good, clean and safe and comfortable, does not interfere with public health or does not cause waste pollution. Batik marketing promotion has been carried out with good attitudes and behavior, cooperative relationships, good service and offering product choices according to consumer desires. The conclusion of this research is that the marketing mix strategy according to Islamic economics has been implemented in the local batik business typical of Lebak. The results of this study are expected to provide new understanding or solutions to the problems faced by local batik entrepreneurs in applying the principles of Islamic economics.

Abstract

Latar Belakang: Kelompok Wanita Tani (KWT) Mblimbing Berseri di Kelurahan Karangtengah, yang dibentuk pada akhir tahun 2023. Tujuan: Fokus utama KWT adalah budidaya buah melon dengan metode urban farming menggunakan polybag dan sistem irigasi tetes (drip irrigation), yang bertujuan untuk memaksimalkan penggunaan lahan terbatas seluas. Metode: Program ini dilakukan dengan metode pelatihan serta pendampingan budidaya agar produktivitas dan efisiensi dalam budidaya melon tinggi. Hasil: Teknologi IoT juga berkontribusi dalam pengurangan penggunaan pestisida dan penghematan nutrisi, serta membuka peluang pemasaran langsung ke konsumen melalui media sosial. Strategi pemasaran langsung ini tidak hanya meningkatkan keuntungan petani tetapi juga menawarkan produk yang lebih segar dan bergizi kepada konsumen. Kesimpulan: Keseluruhan pendekatan ini diharapkan dapat menjadi model yang efektif untuk pertanian perkotaan yang berkelanjutan dan peningkatan kesejahteraan ekonomi anggota KWT di Kota Blitar.

Abstract

Technology currently plays a very important role in supporting all information circulating in the community, various things such as conveying information about a developing covid 19 virus, Covid 19 data sets which can currently be opened in open data owned by the DKI provincial government. Jakarta is very helpful for researchers to examine the development of this information. From the available data, the researchers took research on grouping Covid data from data treated, died, self-isolated, and recovered, from a data set of about 28,036 we processed it into 267 testing data. With the K-Medoids Algorithm, researchers conducted research that would be made into several clusters, because this algorithm can approach an object in conducting research. The results of this study were obtained into 3 clusters with 85 items in the zero cluster, 123 items in the first cluster, and 59 items in cluster 2. It can be seen that the results of the study for the healing rate of COVID patients are very much improved which is depicted in the centroid plot view.

Abstract

KBN Prima Logistik is a subsidiary affiliated with PT. Kawasan Berikat Nusantara which operates in the field of logistics services. In carrying out its business processes, it has implemented an Information System in the form of using desktop-based supporting business applications (Client Server). Some of the current problems are that the applications used are not functioning optimally, IT Governance procedures are not well defined by standards, there is no IT Division in the Organizational Structure that is responsible for IT management and there is a shortage of competent human resources in the IT field. Therefore, it is necessary to measure the Maturity Level and Capability Level of IT governance. So, research was carried out using the COBIT 5 framework as an Information System Audit model. The research method goes through the stages of problem identification, literature study, and domain determination which focuses on the DSS and MEA domains. The data collection method was through interviews and distributing questionnaires filled in by 20 respondents. The research results show that the Maturity Level value in the DSS and MEA domains shows an average value of 1.94 or 194%. Capability Level is still at Level 2 (Managed Process) from the expected Target Level 3 (Established Process). This indicates that although the IT processes has been run and implemented regularly with planning and monitoring according to business process objectives, but the management is not yet optimal and not well standardized. The results of the gap assessment show that the average gap value is 1.06.
