Abstract

Pembelajaran cerpen di tingkat SMP/MTs sering kali menghadapi tantangan rendahnya minat membaca siswa terhadap karya sastra. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh penggunaan media audio visual terhadap peningkatan minat membaca cerpen pada siswa kelas IX MTs Negeri 1 Pandeglang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kepustakaan (library research) dengan menghimpun berbagai sumber literatur seperti buku, jurnal ilmiah, dan hasil penelitian terdahulu yang relevan dengan topik pembelajaran sastra dan media pembelajaran modern. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan media audio visual dalam pembelajaran cerpen dapat meningkatkan minat dan motivasi siswa dalam membaca. Media audio visual yang menggabungkan unsur suara, teks, dan gambar membantu siswa memahami isi cerpen dengan lebih mudah, menarik, dan kontekstual. Selain itu, media ini menciptakan suasana belajar yang interaktif dan menyenangkan, sehingga menumbuhkan keterlibatan emosional siswa terhadap karya sastra. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa media audio visual merupakan alternatif efektif dalam pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia, khususnya untuk meningkatkan minat membaca cerpen siswa kelas IX MTs Negeri 1 Pandeglang. Penggunaan media ini tidak hanya mendukung penguasaan kompetensi sastra, tetapi juga memperkuat literasi dan apresiasi terhadap karya sastra Indonesia

Abstract

This study aims to examine, analyze and formulate the influence of self-efficacy, work environment and job satisfaction on teacher performance. This research was conducted at High School Mathla'ul Anwar Pandeglang Banten. This study uses survey methods and data analysis techniques using regression. The results of this study indicate that partially each independent variable in this study has a positive and significant effect on the dependent variable with a very good influence value. Meanwhile, simultaneously that self-efficacy, work environment and job satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on teacher performance with a very good influence value. Based on this, it can be concluded that self-efficacy, work environment and job satisfaction can make a very good contribution to teacher performance, so it must be a consideration in managing teacher performance in the field of Islamic religious education studies at High School Mathla'ul Anwar Pandeglang Banten.

Abstract

Background: The competence of Islamic education teachers must refer to the guidance of the Prophet Muhammad SAW as a teacher who is equipped with excellent personality traits, cares about social and religious issues, and has a passion for reading, analyzing, researching, and experimenting in various phenomena of life by mentioning the name of Allah, so that he is able to maintain and develop the qualities of faith,  righteous deeds, struggle, and cooperation in upholding the truth. Purpose: This study aims to analyze and examine strategies for modernizing the competencies of Islamic religious education teachers. Method: The method used in this study is qualitative with a phenomenological research type, and data collection uses observation, interviews, and documentation, while data analysis uses the Miles and Huberman model, namely data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing, while research triangulation uses methodology in the method. Result: The results of this study show that the implementation strategy for modernizing the competency development of Islamic education teachers at Al-Qudwah High School includes: further studies, teacher group formation, discussion programs, seminars and training, weekly monitoring, the dhuha prayer program, literacy, comparative studies, rewards, Al-Qudwah Care, and others. Conclusion: These strategies for modernizing teacher competency have resulted in an improvement in the quality of Islamic education teachers' competencies in the areas of pedagogy, personality, social skills, and professionalism. Meanwhile, the improvement in the competency of Islamic education teachers has ultimately resulted in an improvement in the quality of teaching and learning activities and student achievement.

Abstract

Independent Learning-Independent Campus Program (MBKM) is a policy of granting the right for students to be able to take study activities outside the study program as many as three semesters with the division of two semesters of study outside the college and one semester in different study programs in one college. As well as teaching and learning activities, universities must report Independent Learning-Independent Campus activities to DIKTI every semester through the Neo Feeder PDDIKTI application. The Neo Feeder PDDIKTI application has a feature to enter the activities the operator will carry out. The operator enters this data individually on the Neo Feeder PDDIKTI application. This is a significant problem because the data entry process will take quite a lot of time, even though PDDIKTI has provided web service access to universities to optimize the data reporting process using the Neo Feeder PDDIKTI application. Building an application that can be used for recording MBKM activities by utilizing web services provided by PDDIKTI is the primary purpose of this study. The development of an application certainly requires a method as a framework or guide in facilitating the manufacturing process. The extreme Programming (XP) method becomes essential for applications with variable or non-fixed needs. This method has four working elements: planning, designing, coding, testing and software increment. The output generated by this study is an application for recording MBKM activities that use web service restful API technology so that data entry can be done en masse and not one by one.
