Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is a relationship between Organizational Culture (X1), Organizational Support (X2), and Work Ethic (Y). This study is an associative study. The sampling method using the saturated sampling technique obtained 37 samples Civil Servants of Wajok Hulu Outpatient Health Center. Instrument testing uses validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test (normality and linearity), multiple linear regression analysis, multiple correlation coefficient, simultaneous influence test (F-test), and partial test (t-test). Based on the results of the simultaneous test (F-test), there is a significant simultaneous influence between Organizational Culture (X1) and Organizational Support (X2) on Work Ethic (Y) at the Wajok Hulu Outpatient Health Center. The results of the Partial Test (T-test) Organizational Culture (X1) does not have a significant influence on work ethic, while Organizational Support (X2) partially has a significant influence on the variable of Civil Servant Work Ethic at the Wajok Hulu Outpatient Health Center.

Abstract

This study tested the hypothesis developed by Chenhall and Morris (1986) and aims to examine the effect of management information system characteristics of management accounting and decentralization on managerial performance. This study uses contingency theory as a grand theory because the theory of the contingency approach is based on the premise that no management accounting system is always appropriate for all types of companies. This study was analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. This study used a survey method using a questionnaire with 41 respondents consisting of 5 area managers and 36 supervisors at one pharmaceutical company in Bali province. The results showed that the characteristics of management accounting system information in broadscope, timeliness, aggregation, and integration did not affect managerial performance. It is because managers and supervisors do not fully use the information of the existing management accounting system, so the information management accounting system does not contribute to decision-making that will impact managerial performance. The results of this study are not in line with previous research, but this research supports the contingency theory approach. The decentralization variable has a significant effect on managerial performance. These results support previous research showing that delegating authority from officials to lower-level officials can assist management in making decisions better to improve managerial performance.

Abstract

This research discusses the phenomenon of code mixing in the Speech of the Ceremony Supervisor at Muhammadiyah Pagaralam Vocational Schools and High Schools. Code mixing is the combination of using two or more languages in one utterance that is not always based on the need for communication, but rather as a speaker's choice in a particular context. This study aims to describe the types of code mixing used, namely inward code mixing (regional languages), outward code mixing (foreign languages), and mixed code mixing (a combination of regional languages and foreign languages). The data for this research was obtained through recordings of the ceremony supervisor's speech which took place routinely every Monday for four months at Muhammadiyah Pagaralam Vocational Schools and High Schools. The research method used is qualitative with data collection techniques of recording, observing, and noting. Data analysis is carried out by grouping, analyzing, and describing the types of code mixing that appear in the speeches. The results of this study show that The use of code-mixing in the remarks of the ceremony supervisor is influenced by cultural factors, the background of the supervisor, social interactions, and communication goals. Code-mixing serves to clarify meaning, create a friendly atmosphere, and reflect the cultural diversity and social identities of the ceremony participants. This research contributes theoretical insights to sociolinguistic studies and practical applications for teaching Indonesian language, as well as the preservation of regional languages in educational settings. Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas konsep halal dan haram dalam Islam berdasarkan perspektif Al-Qur’an serta implementasinya dalam kehidupan modern. Prinsip halal dan haram tidak hanya terbatas pada makanan dan minuman, tetapi juga mencakup perilaku, profesi, transaksi ekonomi, dan gaya hidup. Al-Qur’an memberikan batasan tegas tentang apa yang diperbolehkan dan dilarang demi menjaga kemaslahatan manusia secara menyeluruh. Dalam konteks modern, tantangan terhadap prinsip halal dan haram semakin kompleks akibat globalisasi, teknologi, dan perubahan nilai sosial. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi pustaka terhadap ayat-ayat Al-Qur’an, kitab tafsir, dan literatur ilmiah. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa nilai-nilai halal dan haram tetap relevan untuk diterapkan secara kontekstual dengan tetap berakar pada prinsip-prinsip syariat Islam. Oleh karena itu, literasi halal, regulasi pemerintah, serta sinergi antara ulama dan masyarakat sangat diperlukan guna menciptakan tatanan hidup yang berkah, adil, dan bermartabat

Abstract

Keberadaan perkebunan kelapa sawit rakyat berdampak pada dampak lingkungan, sosial dan ekonomi bagi masyarakat sekitar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji persepsi masyarakat terkait budidaya kelapa sawit, dampak lingkungan, sosial, dan ekonomi dari keberadaan kelapa sawit rakyat. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara terstruktur dengan kuesioner dan observasi lapangan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar masyarakat memiliki persepsi positif terhadap keberadaan kebun sawit rakyat. 40% masyarakat setuju terkait budidaya dan keberadaan dari kebun sawit rakyat. Masyarakat di Desa Balian tidak melihat pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap dampak keberadaan kebun sawit rakyat terhadap lingkungan, sehingga mayoritas bersifat netral (39%). Masyarakat menyatakan bahwa kebun sawit tidak merusak lahan, tidak mencemari sungai, dan berpotensi menjadi habitat satwa liar. Namun, persepsi terhadap kualitas udara dan air cenderung netral. Mayoritas masyarakat Desa Balian juga merespon netral pada dampak sosial dari keberadaan kebun sawit rakyat (51%). Masyarakat menyetujui bahwa kebun sawit meningkatkan interaksi sosial dan partisipasi pemuda, meskipun pelibatan perempuan masih perlu ditingkatkan. Walaupun lebih banyak merespon netral tetapi yang menyatakan setuju juga lebih banyak dari respon tidak tahu dan tidak setuju pada aspek lingkungan dan sosial. Sedangkan untuk dampak ekonomi, persepsi masyarakat sebagian besar positif (40%). Masyarakat setuju terhadap kontribusi kebun sawit dalam memenuhi kebutuhan keluarga, meningkatkan pendapatan, serta membuka lapangan pekerjaan. Namun, terdapat tingkat ketidaktahuan yang cukup tinggi terkait aspek permodalan. Penelitian ini memberikan dasar bagi pengambilan kebijakan yang mempertimbangkan keseimbangan antara manfaat ekonomi dan tanggung jawab ekologis dari keberadaan kebun sawit rakyat.Kata kunci: persepsi masyarakat, kebun sawit rakyat, lingkungan, ekonomi, sosial

This study explores how Muslimah socialites in Pontianak City construct their identity and lifestyle through halal consumption practices. Utilizing a qualitative descriptive method with symbolic consumption theory and the Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB), this research investigates how personal religiosity, community influence, and aesthetic preferences shape consumer behavior in fashion and cosmetics. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with five informants, participatory observation, and documentation. The findings show that halal consumption is not merely a religious obligation but functions as a form of identity performance and symbolic status assertion. Muslimah socialites integrate modest fashion and halal beauty products to project an image of being pious yet modern, supported by their social environment and digital platforms. This study contributes to understanding the performative nature of halal consumption in urban Muslim women's everyday lives and offers insights for policymakers and halal product developers targeting the Muslim lifestyle segment.

Abstract

Background: Although rental transactions are generally categorized as ijarah, some contemporary practices, such as competitions, app-based transportation, and lost-item retrieval services, are more accurately categorized as ji'alah. Therefore, an in-depth study of the application of the ji'alah contract in the business world, particularly in Sharia companies, is necessary. Method: This research used a qualitative approach with a literature review. Data were collected through literature review and interviews, with data analysis utilizing source and technique triangulation. Informants were selected using non-purposive sampling. Results: The study found that the ji'alah contract has been implemented in various sectors, such as transportation (vehicle rentals, online motorcycle taxis), design competitions, and lost-item retrieval services. The valid conditions for a ji'alah contract include: (1) the parties to the contract must be of sound mind and mature, (2) the wages must be clear in amount and type, (3) the work being paid must be permissible (permissible according to sharia), and (4) it must not contain any prohibited elements of gharar. In practice, ji'alah is more flexible than ijarah because it does not require predetermined time and work details. Conclusion: The ji'alah contract is a sharia-compliant alternative to a results-based wage system that aligns with Islamic economic principles. Its application in various sectors demonstrates that ji'alah can be a solution in modern transactions that prioritize flexibility and fairness. However, its implementation must still comply with Islamic law to avoid gharar or unclear rights and obligations of the parties.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi profitabilitas perusahaan selama periode 2020 hingga 2022 melalui pendekatan Systematic Literature Review (SLR). Sebanyak 20 jurnal nasional dan internasional dianalisis untuk mengidentifikasi variabel yang paling berpengaruh terhadap profitabilitas, seperti likuiditas, leverage, efisiensi operasional, dan ukuran perusahaan. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh setiap variabel sangat dipengaruhi oleh konteks industri dan wilayah geografis. Selain itu, ditemukan adanya kesenjangan penelitian terkait kurangnya pendekatan longitudinal dan multidisipliner. Penelitian ini memberikan rekomendasi bagi akademisi, praktisi bisnis, dan pembuat kebijakan untuk mempertimbangkan faktor internal dan eksternal dalam meningkatkan profitabilitas perusahaan secara berkelanjutan, khususnya dalam menghadapi tantangan ekonomi global pascapandemi COVID-19.

Abstract

Yoghurt merupakan salah satu minuman dengan kandungan probiotik yang dikenal dapat meningkatkan fungsi kekebalan tubuh. Yoghurt tidak hanya dapat diperoleh dari susu segar, tetapi juga dapat berasal dari diversifikasi produk nabati seperti susu tempe yang dapat menjadi alternatif bagi vegetarian. Bahan baku pembuatan tempe dapat digantikan oleh sorgum yang memiliki kandungan zat gizi yang tidak jauh berbeda dengan kedelai sehingga dapat meningkatkan kualitas tempe yang dihasilkan. Selain itu Pemberian variasi konsentrasi starter dapat mempengaruhi karakteristik yoghurt. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kualitas mutu, tingkat kesukaan serta aktivitas antioksidan pada yoghurt tempe sorghum berdasarkan variasi konsentrasi starter. Tempe dibuat dengan diinokulasi dengan ragi dan diinkubasi selama 48 jam, kemudian tempe dibuat menjadi susu tempe dan dipasteurisasi. Susu tempe hasil pasteurisasi diinokulasi dengan starter Lactobacillus bulgaricus: Streptococcus thermophilus (1:1) dengan variasi 6%, 8% dan 10%.  Uji kualitas mutu meliputi uji kadar protein, uji kadar abu, uji cemaran logam Cu serta uji keasaman. Uji aktivitas antioksidan dilakukan dengan metode DPPH serta uji tingkat kesukaan dilakukan dengan uji organoleptik meliputi bau, penampakan dan rasa. Hasil terbaik pada uji kualitas mutu ditunjukkan oleh perlakukan dengan penambahan starter 10% dengan nilai keasaman 0,8815%, kadar abu 0,770%, kadar protein 40,259 mg/mL dan cemaran logam Cu 1,05 mg/kg. Serta hasil terbaik pada uji organoleptik dengan tingkat kesukaan terbaik yaitu pada penambahan starter 10%, dengan nilai 4.37 pada parameter penampakan, 4,34 pada parameter rasa, dan 4,14 pada parameter bau. Sedangkan aktivitas antioksidan pada penambahan starter 6%,8%,10% berturut – turut sebesar 56,144%; 53,252%; 52,769%.
