Abstract

Berkembangnya model pondok pesantren salafiyah atau modern tentunya tidak lepas dari cara pengelolaan manajemen yang baik terutama pada proses perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan, dan pengawasan pondok pesantren tersebut. Hal tesebut juga terjadi di pondok pesantren Darut Thalib Solok, dari bidang keilmuan manajemennya pondok pesantren Darut Thalib yang kategorikan baru berdiri pada tahun 2017 sekitar 7 tahun yang lalu ini cukup baik dari beberapa pondok pesantren yang ada di kota Solok, dibuktikan dengan raihan Akreditasi A pada tahun 2023. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkapkan: 1) Perencanaan pondok pesantren Darut Thalib Solok, 2) Pengorganisasian pondok pesantren Darut Thalib Solok, 3) Pelaksanaan pondok pesantren Darut Thalib Solok, dan 4) Pengawasan pondok pesantren Darut Thalib Solok. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Informan penelitian meliputi ketua yayasan pondok pesantren, pimpinan pondok pesantren, pembina organisasi santri, guru, dan pembina asrama. Teknik analisis data meliputi reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Penjaminan keabsahan data, peneliti melakukan triangulasi sumber. Kesimpulanya: Manajemen pondok pesantren yang baik tidak terlepas dari perencanaan yang Realistis, pengorganisasian yang Akuntabel, pelaksanaan yang Terencana, dan pengawasan yang Objektif dalam rangka berkontribusi mencerdaskan bangsa dan mencetak generasi yang berakhlak mulia.

Abstract

Manajemen dalam Islam memiliki kedudukan yang sangat penting dalam pengaturan pranata sosial dan pendidikan. Prinsip-prinsip dasar seperti keadilan, kesetaraan, tanggung jawab, keterbukaan, dan amanah merupakan fondasi utama dalam membangun sistem manajemen yang Islami. Nilai-nilai ini tidak hanya bersifat teoritis, melainkan sudah dijelaskan secara normatif dalam Al-Qur’an dan Hadis. Dalam konteks pendidikan, manajemen Islami tidak sekadar mengatur aspek administratif, melainkan juga mencakup aspek moral, spiritual, dan sosial. Al-Qur’an dan Hadis berfungsi sebagai sumber utama dalam menetapkan paradigma dan nilai-nilai dasar dalam mengelola pendidikan. Dengan merujuk pada Al-Qur’an dan Hadis, manajemen pendidikan dalam Islam bertujuan menciptakan sistem pendidikan yang tidak hanya unggul secara akademik, tetapi juga membentuk karakter peserta didik yang beriman, berakhlak mulia, dan bertanggung jawab. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji lebih dalam tentang bagaimana ayat-ayat Al-Qur’an dan hadis Nabi Muhammad SAW dijadikan rujukan dalam pengembangan dan penerapan fungsi-fungsi manajemen dalam pendidikan Islam, meliputi perencanaan (planning), pengorganisasian (organizing), pelaksanaan (actuating), dan pengawasan (controlling). Penelitian ini bersifat kualitatif deskriptif dengan pendekatan studi pustaka terhadap literatur dan tafsir ayat serta hadis-hadis yang relevan. Harapannya, temuan artikel ini dapat menjadi acuan dalam merancang sistem manajemen pendidikan Islam yang adaptif terhadap perkembangan zaman tanpa melepaskan nilai-nilai syariah sebagai ruh dari setiap kebijakan Pendidikan.

Abstract

Management is an activity that starts from planning, organizing, mobilizing, supervising to coordinate existing resources to achieve common goals in an organization. In the Islamic view, the function of education management reviewed in the Qur'an has several discussions including: (1) planning, (2) organizing; (3) actuating, and (4) controlling. This paper aims to describe verses, hadiths and the relevance between theories and the interpretation of management functions. This research is library research and is included in the qualitative research approach. Data collection is carried out directly from various relevant literature including the Quran, hadith, books, and research articles. Data analysis is carried out qualitatively consisting of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. The results of data analysis show that the management function has the word of God that regulates it starting from the functions of planning, organizing, moving and supervising

Abstract

This article presents an analysis of the relationship between service management in the context of Islamic education with principles taken from verses of the Qur'an and hadith of the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH). Service management is seen as a key element in the management of Islamic educational institutions to provide the best experience to learners, educators, and other related parties. The type of research used is a literature study. The source of research data comes from various relevant literature including the Quran and hadith, books, and scientific articles. Data analysis techniques are carried out qualitatively consisting of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of data analysis show that service management in the context of Islamic education management is an approach used to manage services or facilities related to the implementation of Islamic education. Key principles such as honesty, fairness, responsibility, and empathy, found in Islamic sources, are analyzed in the context of their application in educational management. In addition, the importance of communication skills, leadership, as well as planning, implementing, and evaluating educational programs that are in line with Islamic teachings are also clarified. Taking these principles into account, managers of educational institutions can ensure the overall and sustainable achievement of Islamic educational goals, as well as make a meaningful contribution in the formation of character and morality of learners in accordance with Islamic values

Abstract

This research aims to delve deeper into the concept of leadership in Islam based on the verses of the Quran and the sayings of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH), as well as to determine the criteria that must be met by a leader in accordance with the teachings of Islam. The research methodology employed is textual analysis of the Quranic verses and hadiths related to this theme. This study highlights the importance of leadership based on the principles of Islam in carrying out the responsibility of leading the community. The results of the analysis indicate that the Quran and the sayings of the Prophet contain numerous guidelines regarding the qualities that should be possessed by a good and trustworthy leader. These criteria include integrity, justice, wisdom, responsibility, and exemplary behavior

Abstract

This study aims to determine the concept of charitable motivation based on the Quran and hadith. This article uses a qualitative approach with the reivew literature method, which is a study conducted by analyzing various relevant sources including articles, books, and other documents. Research data collection is carried out through scientific articles published through Google Scholar. The articles used are articles published in the 2015–2024-time interval. Data analysis is carried out qualitatively by assuming data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. Hasl data analysis shows that doing good deeds is not only in the form of material, but we can also do charity using what we have such as science or helping others who have both energy and mind, in doing charity must be based on sincere intentions and only hope for pleasure from Allah alone. A sincere person will not get any losses. In fact, sincerity can provide peace of mind, so that the heart is airy and peaceful. It is because his heart is only focused on one goal, which is the pleasure of Allah. The Qur'an and Hadith are the two main sources that motivate Muslims to do charity. The benefits of charity can not only be felt when we are in the world but also in the hereafter. The charity that we can do also varies from charity to others or charity to Allah SWT such as worshiping and avoiding all His prohibitions

Abstract

This study aims to find out the figure of educators in the review of the Qur'an and Hadith through literature analysis. The method used in this study is a literature review using a qualitative approach and descriptive analysis. Descriptive analysis is used to present characteristics, patterns, and trends that emerge from data obtained from articles published on Google Scholar. The results of data analysis show that educators and educational institutions are systems that must be developed in accordance with Sharia. Both have interdependent roles with each other. Educators cannot carry out all duties and responsibilities, no learners as human resources receive education. Conversely, educational institutions are also a place to run the system and learning process for students.

Abstract

This research aims to find out the concept of time management in the perspective of the Qur'an and Hadith. This research was carried out using a qualitative approach using the literature review method. Various sources were analyzed, namely the Qur'an and Hadith as the main sources of research data, as well as research results published through various journals on the google scholar website. Data generation is carried out using the keywords "time management", and "time management in Islam. The collected data was analyzed qualitatively consisting of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of data analysis show that time management is a very important science to learn and apply in daily life, especially related to the use of time for learning. The Qur'an as a holy book that is used as a guideline for Muslims has provided a way to become a lucky person. Respecting time is a demand that must be done by every Muslim. In the Quran and Hadith, we can find many verses and hadiths that show the importance of respecting time. To make good use of our time, we can create a daily schedule, avoid things that hinder productivity, and pray for the ability to appreciate time. Thus, we can become better and productive Muslims.

Abstract

This article aims to find out teachers as role models in education and learning in the classroom. This research approach is a qualitative approach with the method used in this article literature study. This research is a type of research that collects data from literature. Primary data was obtained from reading reference books, journals, and websites. Data analysis with the stages of data analysis of the Miles and Huberman model with stages of data reduction, data presentation, and verification or conclusion. The validity test of data in qualitative research includes internal validity, external validity, reliability, and objectivity tests. The findings of this research are that for a teacher to be able to carry out the mandate given to him; he must always get closer to Allah SWT. Being a teacher is a hard job, but in this way the position of a teacher becomes noble. For a teacher to be able to carry out his role well, they must be able to be role models for their students. Teachers must be good individuals who are always the Qur'an and Hadith as a guide in doing and behaving. Some of the behaviors that must be possessed by teachers to become a role for their students include teachers must have strong faith, teachers must have good work quality, and teachers must be useful to others.

Abstract

This article aims to explore verses and hadiths related to the characteristics of leaders, outline their implications in a modern context, and provide an in-depth understanding of how these principles can be applied in the effective management of Islamic educational institutions. This study uses a qualitative approach with a literature study method. The main data of this study comes from books and articles published on google scholar. Data collection was carried out using the keywords "characteristics of leaders", "review of the Qur'an on the nature of leaders" and "review of Hadith on the nature of leaders". Data analysis is carried out qualitatively through data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawn. The results of the analysis show that the leader is considered a caliph who is responsible for the mandate from Allah. Therefore, leadership must be carried out with caution and based on religious teachings. Islamic leaders must possess some very important traits. First, a leader must have noble morals that are reflected in his daily behavior and actions. This morality includes various aspects, such as honesty, trustworthiness, wisdom, and concern for others. The moral of a leader should be an example for the community. A leader must also be able to control himself. These skills include controlling emotions, acting impulsively, and the ability to make the right decisions
