Abstract

For more than a year, the Covid-19 pandemic has hit, causing many changes and giving birth to new norms and practices in the social, political, and economic order, both at the individual, community, institutional, state governance, and relations between nations. One of those affected is the office sector, but agencies are required to optimize performance without neglecting the health protocols set by the government. This study aims to determine the effect of workload and digital competence on employee performance at the Batang Regency Public Works and Spatial Planning Office. The population in this study were all employees of the State Civil Apparatus totaling 133 people. The sampling method is using a census. The data collection technique used a questionnaire and the analytical method used was multiple linear regression. The results of the analysis show that the workload has no significant positive effect on employee performance. The workload is an obligation that must be completed by employees following the specified time so that the level of workload does not affect employee performance. Digital competence has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This finding implies that employees within the Batang Regency Public Works and Spatial Planning Office can operate digital devices.

Abstract

Environmental conditions are very uncertain due to the Corona Virus -19 (Covid-19) pandemic coupled with the very tight business competition; business Agility (business agility) is a very important key for companies to maintain their performance. Understanding and practicing business agility that leads to success is very important for business people. This study investigates the impact of business Agility and market orientation related to competitive advantage and marketing performance in Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Semarang City. The population of this research is all MSMEs in the city of Semarang, amounting to 17,564. The sample of this study amounted to 100 MSMEs using the Solving formula and proportional sampling technique. The data collected from 100 MSMEs in Semarang City are categorized into five types of businesses: Food MSMEs, Convection MSMEs, Trade MSMEs, Services MSMEs, and Animal Husbandry MSMEs. The analysis reveals that business agility and market orientation significantly improve competitive advantage and marketing performance. Competitive advantage can mediate business agility and market orientation towards marketing performance. This finding confirms that business agility creates a tendency for MSMEs owners always to have access to market changes and learn in business development to achieve competitive advantage and marketing performance. The implications of this finding emphasize that external environmental factors that cause risk tendencies will encourage MSMEs owners always to pay attention to environmental changes and always make efforts to adapt quickly, precisely, and flexibly to the dynamics that occur in the market, therefore MSMEs need to take advantage of the company’s knowledge and resources to maintain its business and improve its competence excellence and company performance.

Abstract

Service activities were held at the Omar Batik Srikandi Gallery and the Edukriya Jatisari Gallery in Jatisari District, Mijen District, Semarang City. This service activity is one of the supporting activities to provide services to the community, namely to the batik business in terms of environmentally friendly process innovation. The aim of this service is to develop the batik business and gain market share through environmentally friendly process innovation. Omar Batik Srikandi and Edukriya Jatisari galleries are facing the problem of steady or stagnant demand with a small number of unsuccessful requests. From the results of discussions between the community service team and the community, the Omah Batik Srikandi Jatisari Gallery is trying to maximize innovation in environmentally friendly processes to develop ideas sourced from themselves and others in dealing with waste from batik dyes, but has not yet implemented environmentally friendly process innovations. maximum. The service method is implemented through knowledge consultation about environmentally friendly process innovations so that green innovations can be developed to reduce batik dye waste in rivers.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah melakukan pelatihan diversifikasi produk olahan dari bahan tepung serta memsosialisasikan nilai tambah sehingga diharapkan akan menjadi alternative pendapatan ibu Rumah Tangga di Kelurahan Gemah Kecamatan Pedurungan Kota Semarang. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan ini dilakukan dengan 2 tahapan, yaitu Memberikan penyuluhan tentang pentingnya diversikasi produk sehingga akan memberikan nilai tambah, selanjutnya diadakan pelatihan pengolahan tepung menjadi beberapa jenis makanan kerjasama dengan Rose Brand. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa para peserta mengikuti penyuluhan pelatihan diversifikasi produk olahan dari bahan tepung dan pelatihan pengolahan tepung menjadi berbagai jenis makanan dengan cukup baik dan antusias yang tinggi. Hal ini terlihat dari banyaknya pertanyaan-pertanyaan yang diajukan para peserta serta terjadi diskusi yang cukup interaktif antara pemateri dan para peserta. Abstract

With this research, it is hoped that empirical evidence will be obtained regarding the influence of Sensory Experience, Emotional Experience, Social Experience on Customer Satisfaction in the service of female ojol drivers in Prigen. Respondents in this study were online-based transportation customers who used the services of 40 female ojol examiners. Purposive Sampling method was used for sampling, namely respondents with the criteria of having purchased using female motorcycle taxi services at least 1 time and the Convinience Sampling method were respondents who were asked to fill out a questionnaire based on the ease of being found and the time allowance they had. It can be concluded in this study that Sensory Experience, Emotional Experience and Social Experience have a significant effect on Customer Satisfaction in the service of female ojol drivers in Prigen. The variable that has the dominant influence is the Social Experience variable.

Abstract

Program pengabdian masyarakat dengan tema Diversifikasi  Olahan Bandeng Tanpa Limbah menjadi Nuget dan Stik untuk Meningkatkan Nilai Ekonomis Bandeng telah dilakukan di Kelompok Tani Tunas Harapan Kelurahan Mangkang Wetan Kota Semarang bulan Juli 2025 - Agustus 2025. Program ini bertujuan meningkatkan nilai ekonomis bandeng yang merupakan komoditas utama tambak Masyarakat Mangkang Wetan. Permasalahan utama yang dihadapi meliputi rendahnya diversifikasi produk dan tingginya limbah produksi. Limbah produksi yang berupa kepala, kulit dan tulang ikan bandeng masih  dapat dioptimalkan untuk dimanfaatkan. Kegiatan pelatihan menggunakan pendekatan edukatif dan partisipatif  meliputi pelatihan pembuatan nuget, pelatihan pembuatan stik tulang bandeng, pelatihan menghitung harga pokok produksi dan menentukan harga jual. Hasilnya diversifikasi olahan bandeng menjadi nuget dan stik dapat meningkatkan nilai ekonomis bandeng dan mitra mampu mengolah bandeng tanpa menimbulkan limbah.

Abstract

Strategi pengembangan kelompok kewirausahaan yang sangat baik untuk diterapkan di negara-negara berkembang adalah pengelompokan (clustering). persaingan antar sesama UMKM di sub sektor yang sama di dalam suatu kelompok (klaster) akan meningkatkan efisiensi bersama (collective efficiency) dalam proses produksi, spesialisasi yang fleksibel (flexible specialization), dan pertumbuhan yang tinggi. Pelaksanaan kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat berupa penyuluhan dan pelatihan kelompok kewirausahaan bagi ibu rumah tangga di Kelurahan Kemijen Kecamatan Semarang Timur Kota Semarang ini merupakan kerja sama staf dosen dengan Bidang Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat Fakultas Ekonomika dan Bisnis Universitas 17 Agustus 1945 (UNTAG) Semarang.
