Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the correlation between implementation of pharmaceutical care at pharmacies and the level of pharmacy’s customer satisfaction in Tegal regency. This research is observational analytic study. Research conducted at 5 pharmacies in the districts of Tegal using area random sampling techniques and for pharmacy consumers used Accidental sampling techniques to the 400 respondents from April 16th to May 30th, 2009. The data used are primary data obtained through surveys of the distribution of questionnaires. Analysis method tho obtain the correlation between two variable is pearson product moment. The results showed a profile in the pharmacy service pharmacy Tegal regency good enough, shown by the presence of the pharmacist every day in the pharmacy and pharmacists in the active role of pharmacy services at the pharmacy. Satisfaction evaluation for patients resulting that patient are very satisfied at responsivines dimensions, reliability, and Empathy. While on assurance and tangibles dimensions into the category of content. From the analysis it can be concluded there was no significant influence of pharmacy services with the level of customer satisfaction in a pharmacy in Tegal regency.   ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelaksanaan pelayanan kefarmasian di apotek terhadap tingkat kepuasan konsumen di wilayah kabupaten Tegal. Jenis penelitian ini adalah observasional analitik. Penelitian dilakukan pada 5 apotek di kabupaten Tegal menggunakan teknik area random sampling dan untuk konsumen apotek digunakan teknik accidental sampling kepada 400 responden pada 5 apotek tersebut sejak tanggal 16 April hingga dengan 30 Mei 2009. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer yang diperoleh melalui survey yaitu dengan alat berupa kuisioner. Análisis hubungan antara kedua variabel dilakukan dengan menggunakan uji korelasi pearson product moment.Hasil penelitian menunjukan profil pelayanan kefarmasian di apotek kabupaten Tegal sudah cukup baik, ditunjukan dengan kehadiran apoteker setiap hari di apotek serta peran aktif apoteker dalam pelayanan kefarmasian di apotek. Untuk penilain kepuasan pasien, di peroleh hasil sangat puas pada dimensi responsivines, reliability, dan empathy. Sedangkan pada dimensi assurance dan tangibles masuk dalam kategori puas. Dari hasil uji statistik korelasi, dapat disimpulkan tidak ada pengaruh yang signifikan secara statistik antara pelayanan kefarmasian dengan tingkat kepuasan konsumen apotek di kabupaten Tegal.

Abstract

The morbidity and mortality of cervical cancer is high in the world. To improve the outcome of cervical cancer therapy, an appropriate approach should be given to the patients. The study purpose was to describe the pattern of treatment in cervical cancer patients in Prof. Dr. Margono Soekardjo Public Hospital. A cross sectional descriptive study was done in 150 patients data which was collected from patients medical records. The patterns of treatment in cervical cancer patients of Prof. Dr. Margono Soekardjo Public Hospital was dissection therapy 0.67% in stadium III-IIIB, radiotheraphy 59.32 % in stadium II-IVB, chemotherapy 12.0% in stadium III-IIB and chemoradiation 10.01% in stadium I-IIIB. Many of chemotherapy drugs given to cervic cancer were the combination of cisplatin-doksorubisin-siklofosfamid in 66.6% and attached diseases were anemia 66.29%. Conclussion, most of cervical cancer patients in Prof. Dr. Margono Soekardjo Public Hospital was treated with radiotherapyKeywords : cervic cancer, patterns treatment, stadium

Abstract

This study aimed to find out hte rational in the use of antibiotic and antifungal of the patients with sexually transmitted infections at community health centers at banyumas district. Type of research was observational descriptive with cross sectional study and the data was taken retrospectively from medical records of patients. From all patients  who entered the study population, 112 patiens positive vulvavaginal candidiasis, 57 patients positive cervicitis and 39 patients positive bacterial vaginosis. Average age of patients affected by STIs were 24 years, female. Based on patients complaints, symptoms, and the laboratory results, we have found that candidiasis patients were treated with nystatin, cervicitis with a combination of azithromycin and cefixime, whereas patients with bacterial vaginosis were treated with metronidazole. The use of antibiotic and antifungals as the treatment of sexually transmitted infections at community health centers at Banyumas district is based on parameters of the right medicine, right dose, proper indications, appropriate patient, and at the lowest cost to them and always available to their community are 100% rational.Keywords : rationality, antibiotic, sexually transmitted infections
