Abstract

This research aims to determine the resolution of internal overmacht disputes heavy equipment rental agreement at PT. Setya Perkasa Graha Aditama. And aims to explain the legal consequences of dispute resolution overmacht towards the parties in the rental agreement. This research is juridical-empirical research, which is descriptive in nature with a qualitative approach. The primary data source is the results of interviews with the Commissioner of PT. Setya Perkasa Graha Aditama and Mr Adi. Secondary data sources include information obtained from statutory regulations, fiqh principles, and interviews with related parties that support research data. The analysis technique for this research uses interactive analysis. The research results show that the completion of the rental agreement between PT. Setya Perkasa Graha Aditama and Mr. Adi have complied with the dispute resolution in the agreement in the form of negotiations. And the legal consequences of overmacht for the perpetrators of the rental agreement are: The lessee is free from the obligation to fulfill the performance as long as he is still in a state of overwork. Or it is allowed to "postpone" the implementation of the performance, until the force majeure situation is gone. For the lessee, the obligation to compensate and the purpose of the agreement are eliminated, where the implementation of the fulfillment/achievement of the agreement is considered "null and void". This research contributes to the formulation of business contract policies that are more adaptive to the risk of force majeure—both in force majeure clauses and in enforcing the precautionary principle.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the practicality of life skill based student worksheets (LKPD) of class XI of high school on respiratory system material. The method used in the study was a research and development. The data source of this research was from two science teachers and thirty one students of class XI. The LKPD practicalities data was obtained through questionnaires practicalities of the device which was given to teachers and students.The analysis of the data used descriptive analysis that is to categorize the average score on learning process. Based on the analysis of the data, practicality of LKPD through three assessment data, it showed that the first observation data with anaverage 97,4 % in a good category, the second dataquestionnaire responses of teachers with an average 95 % in a good category, and the third data questionnaire responses of students with an average 91% in a good category. Based on the analysis of the data, the practicality of the student worksheets has an average with the excellent category for all aspects. This shows that life skill based worksheet can be used as a biology learning medium in high material school.

Abstract

This research explores the impact of parenting, online game usage, and peer interaction on elementary school (SD) student’s academic achievement. Various factors often affect academic achievement, including environment, family, digital habits, and social relationships. With the development of technology and the changing dynamics of family, it is vital to understand how these factors mutually interact and affect the student’s academic development. Type research descriptive associative explaining​ the extent of the impact of parenting, online game usage, and peer interaction on elementary school student’s academic achievement in Lubuk Linggau. This research uses a sample of 150 respondents from 3000 elementary school students in Lubuk Linggau. Path analysis uses the SPSS program to process data. The research results show that parenting, online game usage, and peer interaction significantly affect elementary school students' academic achievement. However,​ there are research findings that parents do not affect academic achievement, as mediated by peer interactions. These results show that parents must implement pattern-supportive care​ for student development​, limit excessive online game usage, and monitor interaction with their students' social lives to ensure positive academic achievement

Abstract

This study aims to explore the application of the TikTok application as a learning medium for Islamic Religious Education. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study type. Data collection techniques were carried out through observation and interviews with grade VIII students who were the subjects of the study. The results of the study showed that the use of the TikTok application was able to increase the appeal of Islamic Religious Education learning through short video content that was presented creatively and relevant to students' lives. From a cognitive aspect, TikTok helps broaden students' insights into the Sirah Nabawiyah material. From an affective perspective, students showed interest and trust in religious content delivered by trusted figures in the video. Meanwhile, from a psychomotor aspect, students began to show changes in behavior that were more disciplined and participatory in learning activities. The implications of this study indicate that TikTok can be an innovative alternative in Islamic Religious Education learning, especially in presenting an approach that is in accordance with the characteristics of the digital generation. The use of social media such as TikTok is not only recreational, but can also be used productively to support educational goals, especially in shaping students' religious understanding and attitudes. Therefore, teacher training and policy development are needed that encourage the positive use of digital media in learning in schools

Abstract

Pembelajaran berbasis multiple intelligences membantu peserta didik untuk mengembangkan kecerdasan yang dimilikinya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan persiapan, pelaksanaan, dan penilaian dalam pembelajaran berbasis multiple intelligences. Jenis penelitian ini yaitu deskriptif kualitatif. Menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi serta keabsahan data melalui triangulasi. Teknik analisis  data mencakup reduksi  data, display data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh yaitu: Pertama, Persiapan pembelajaran diawali dengan mengenali kecerdasan peserta didik melalui Multiple Intelligences Research (MIR) dan Orientasi Kematangan Peserta didik (OKS), kemudian menyusun RPP/lesson plan. Kedua, Pelaksanaan pembelajaran meliputi kegiatan apersepsi dan motivasi (alfa zona, scene setting, pre-teach dan warmer), dilanjutkan dengan kegiatan berbasis multiple intelligences yang mencakup sembilan jenis kecerdasan. Ketiga, penilaian pembelajaran, menggunakan penilaian autentik mencakup kognitif, afektif dan psikomotorik.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis efektivitas implementasi program Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN) dalam meningkatkan minat baca dan kesadaran literasi di Desa Setu Wetan. Metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan partisipatif, melibatkan observasi langsung, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi terhadap kegiatan yang dijalankan. Program KKN yang diimplementasikan mencakup revitalisasi Taman Baca Masyarakat (TBM), kegiatan membaca nyaring, proyek berbasis buku bacaan, serta bimbingan belajar. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa program KKN berhasil meningkatkan akses dan minat baca anak-anak serta masyarakat melalui penataan ulang fasilitas TBM, kegiatan edukatif yang interaktif, dan kolaborasi dengan pihak sekolah. Meskipun demikian, ditemukan beberapa kendala seperti keterbatasan fasilitas, kurangnya kepercayaan diri pada sebagian anak, dan hambatan teknis dalam dokumentasi. Secara keseluruhan, program KKN terbukti menjadi instrumen efektif dalam menumbuhkan budaya literasi di tingkat desa, meskipun diperlukan dukungan berkelanjutan untuk mengatasi tantangan yang ada.

Abstract

Islamic Religious Education (PAI) is a compulsory subject at all levels of education in Indonesia, as regulated in PP No. 55 of 2007. In an effort to improve the quality of PAI learning, a SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats) analysis is used to evaluate the implementation of the Independent Curriculum. This study used a qualitative method with PAI teacher participants at SMP Negeri 1 Blimbingsari. The results showed that the Independent Curriculum gives teachers the freedom to innovate in learning, but is constrained by limited resources and variations in implementation. The SWOT analysis identified opportunities such as strengthening religious values through collaboration with the community, as well as threats in the form of differences in curriculum interpretation. The resulting strategies include improving teacher professionalism, use of technology, and facility support. This study concludes the importance of synergy between teachers, the community, and educational institutions in supporting effective PAI learning that is relevant to the demands of the times.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang menyebabkan ketidaktercapaian perkembangan bahasa pada anak usia dasar dan strategi-strategi yang di gunakan guru dalam pembelajaran. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Subjek penelitian ini adalah seorang siswa laki-laki kelas 2C. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Data dianalisis dengan cara reduksi data, display data, dan verifikasi serta uji keabsahan data menggunakan tringulasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ketidaktercapaian perkembangan bahasa anak dipengaruhi oleh faktor kesehatan, kecerdasan, status sosial ekonomi orang tua, jenis kelamin dan hubungan keluarga. Sedangkan strategi pembelajaran yang dilakukan oleh guru adalah strategi yang diarahkan pada minat belajar anak, aspek keterampilan, gaya belajar, pembelajaran individu, dan pemahaman melalui tanya jawab.

Abstract

Background. The marriage that every human desires is sakinah, mawadah, and warohmah and in marriage the most desired thing is to be blessed with a child. However, in the reality of married life, many of them end in divorce cases which result in disputes regarding child custody. Children under 12 years old must be raised by their biological mother, but this does not rule out the possibility of being raised by their father. Aim. The aim of this research is to determine the control of custody of minor children to grandfathers in Pekalongan, East Lampung and to analyze the control of custody of minor children to grandfathers from a maqashid sharia perspective. Methods. This type of research is qualitative by describing the facts that occurred in Pekalongan, East Lampung. The data sources in this research are primary data sources and secondary data sources as tools for conducting research. Meanwhile, data collection methods use observation, interviews and documentation. Results. The care of underage children by grandfathers which occurred in Pekalongan, East Lampung occurred because the child's mother was unable to care for the child due to economic factors, so the child was given to the father who apparently could not care for the child well, because his job was as a driver. In this way the child is raised by the grandfather. Mastery of custody of minor children to grandfathers occurs according to the maqashid sharia view, namely hifzun-nafs or caring for the soul and hifdz al-nasl or caring for offspring are said to be able to care for children, such as having affection for children, being physically healthy and having an economy that is able to provide for children's needs.
