Abstract

ABSTRAKHasil survey menunjukkan bahwa para tukang di Desa Sukogidri Kecamatan Ledokombo Kabupaten Jember belum memiliki keterampilan memanfaatan teknologi ferosemen dan beton bertulang bambu sebagai bahan bangunan yang tahan terhadap gempa. Solusi yang diberikan pada para Tukang diantaranya 1) memberikan informasi mengenai gempa dan dampak yang ditimbulkan terhadap rumah dan bangunan, 2) memberikan pelatihan pemanfaatan teknologi ferosemen, 3) memberikan tindak lanjut pelatihan pemanfaatan bambu sebagai tulangan beton. Mengingat intensitas terjadinya gempa sangat masif maka kegiatan  Program Kemitraan Masyarakat Stimulus (PKMS) mendesak untuk dilaksanakan. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah untuk meningkatkan keterampilan tukang dalam menerapkan teknologi ferosemen dan beton bertulang bambu. Tahapan pelaksanaan kegiatan dilakukan mulai dari observasi, koordinasi lapangan, penyampaian teori teknologi ferosemen dan beton bertulang bambu, praktek membuat ferosemen, praktek membuat beton bertulang bambu, praktek membuat beton bertulang bambu, penguatan kelompok tukang. Untuk mengukur keberhasilan kegiatan, maka dilakukan pretest sebelum dimulai pelaksanaan program dan postest setelah kegiatan. Dari kegiatan  ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa kemampuan tukang meningkat setelah dilakukan praktek membuat ferosemen dan praktek membuat beton bertulang bambu. Kata kunci: ferosemen; tulangan bambu; tukang; beton. ABSTRACTThe results of the survey indicated that the construction employees in Sukogidri Village, Ledokombo District, Jember Regency lacked the skills necessary to use ferrocement technology and bamboo-reinforced concrete as earthquakeresistant building materials. The solutions supplied to the construction workers included 1) providing information about earthquakes and their effects on buildings and residences, 2) providing training on the use of ferrocement technology, and 3) providing follow-up training on the use of bamboo as concrete reinforcement. Program kemitraan masyarakat stimulus (PKMS) must be implemented immediately due to the magnitude of the enormous earthquake. This activity aims to enhance the skills of construction employees in the application of ferrocement and bamboo-reinforced concrete. Observation, field coordination, delivery of ferrocement technology theory and bamboo reinforced concrete, practice of producing ferrocement, practice of producing bamboo reinforced concrete, practice of producing bamboo reinforced concrete, and strengthening of construction worker groups are the stages of implementing the activities. Before the program begins, a pretest and a post-test are administered to measure the efficacy of the activity. After practicing creating ferrocement and bambooreinforced concrete, the capability of construction employees will increase, according to this activity. Keywords: ferrocement; bamboo reinforcement; builders; concrete.

Abstract

The study seeks to examine how local taxes, the human development index, and investments in labor absorption affect economic growth. Utilizing Smart PLS 3.0 for testing and statistical analysis, the research approaches include SEM analysis tools. The study's findings demonstrate that a variety of elements, including regional taxes, the Community Development Index, and investments, have a favorable and considerable impact on the region's ability to absorb workers. This demonstrates how raising local tax income, raising the community development index, and raising investment may all contribute to more job prospects in the area. The research also demonstrates that the same elements—local taxes, the Community Development Index, and investments—have a favorable and considerable influence on regional economic growth. This suggests that more investment, improved community development, and higher local tax revenues can all have a favorable impact on the area's economic growth. Last but not least. Furthermore, this study shows that employment has a positive and substantial impact on economic growth, indicating that a rise in the employment rate might help the region's economy expand as a whole.

Abstract

This study aims to empirically examine the effect of interpersonal communication, professionalism and competence on the monitoring system and paramedic performance. This research was conducted on nurses and midwives who work at the Fatimah Islamic Hospital in Banyuwangi. The research was conducted in April-May 2022. The data collection technique was using a questionnaire. The results showed a positive and significant influence of interpersonal communication on the monitoring system. There is a positive and significant influence of professionalism on the monitoring system. There is a positive and significant influence of competence on the monitoring system. There is a positive and significant influence of interpersonal communication on the performance of nurses. There is a positive but not significant effect of professionalism on the performance of nurses. There is a positive but not significant effect of competence on the performance of nurses. There is a positive and significant effect of the monitoring system on the performance of nurses. There is a positive and significant influence of interpersonal communication on the performance of nurses through the monitoring system. There is a positive and significant effect of professionalism on the performance of nurses through the monitoring system. There is a positive and significant effect of competence on the performance of nurses through the monitoring system.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to obtain an in-depth picture and provide empirical evidence regarding the effect of hospital facilities and prices on patient satisfaction through word of mouth. The research location is Fatimah Islamic Hospital Banyuwangi. The number of respondents studied were 100 people. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The results showed that hospital facilities had a positive and significant effect on word of mouth at the Fatimah Islamic Hospital in Banyuwangi. The price of service has a positive and significant effect on word of mouth at the Fatimah Islamic Hospital in Banyuwangi. Hospital facilities have a positive and significant effect on patient satisfaction at the Fatimah Islamic Hospital in Banyuwangi. The price of service has a positive and significant effect on patient satisfaction at the Fatimah Islamic Hospital in Banyuwangi. Patient satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on word of mouth at the Fatimah Islamic Hospital in Banyuwangi. Hospital facilities have a positive and significant effect on word of mouth with patient satisfaction as an intervening variable at the Fatimah Islamic Hospital in Banyuwangi. Abstract

The research was conducted with the aim of knowing the management of the "Sri Tahu" factory MSME in internal risk, human resource risk, external risk, and raw material risk. The method used is descriptive qualitative using purposive sampling method. The sample in this study was 6 people who were the population of "Sri Tahu" factory employees. Based on the research results in risk analysis with Enterprise Risk Management, there are 20 risks which include internal risk, external risk, human resource risk, and raw material risk. There is a risk response, namely at the extreme,high, moderate and low level. From the calculation of risk scoring, the highest risks are extreme risk and high risk. Some of the risks included in the extreme risk are hot steam from burning stoves, unhygienic environment, wood dust from stove burning activities, fluctuating soybean raw material prices, errors in recording financial reports, lack of quality control of products to be marketed, accidents Work. While high risk, namely damage to machinery and equipment in the production process, production failure, fire, poor OSH system, damaged raw materials, destruction of tofu during cutting, imperfect clumping process. Abstract

ABSTRAKSelama ini, warga Desa Sukogidri masih belum memiliki kepedulian untuk memproses sampah yang berasal dari kegiatan rumah tangga. Untuk mengantisipasi kelangkaan pupuk, hilangnya kesuburan tanah dalam waktu jangka panjang dan mudahnya serta murahnya penggunaan teknologi takakura, maka masyarakat Desa Sukogidri perlu diberikan edukasi mengenai pentingnya menggunakan pupuk organik serta memberikan pelatihan pembuatan sampah organik dengan metode takakura. Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah pertama, masyarakat memiliki pola pikir bahwa sampah organik dalam waktu jangka panjang dapat mempertahankan dan bahkan membuat tanah menjadi bertambah subur, sehingga masyarakat tidak tergantung lagi pada pupuk buatan. Tujuan kedua adalah agar masyarakat terampil mengolah sampah organik sisa rumah tangga dan sampah organik yang berasal dari lingkungan sekitar menjadi pupuk organik dengan teknologi takakura. Tahapan pelaksanaan kegiatan dilakukan mulai dari observasi, koordinasi lapangan, menyiapkan peralatan, menyiapkan bahan, penyuluhan penggunaan pupuk organik, praktek membuat pupuk organik, penyerahan peralatan dan bahan serta penguatan kelompok masyarakat.  Penguatan kelompok masyarakat ini dilakukan dengan cara menunjuk Koordinator Desa, Koordinator Dusun, Koordinator Dasawisma serta ketua kelompok Penilaian dilakukan dalam skala 0 sampai 100. Nilai 0 dianggap sangat tidak mampu dan nilai 100 dianggap sangat mampu. Kegiatan Program Kemitraan Masyarakat Stimulus (PKMS) ini telah memberikan dampak positif dari kategori kurang mampu menjadi mampu bagi peserta pada khususnya dan kepada masyarakat sukogidri pada umumnya dalam memahami manfaat pupuk organik maupun dalam pembuatan pupuk organik.            Kata kunci: pupuk organik; takakura; sampah organik; lahan pertanian. ABSTRACTSo far, the residents of Sukogidri Village still do not have the awareness to process waste from household activities. To anticipate the scarcity of fertiliser, the loss of soil fertility in the long term and the easy and cheap use of takakura technology, the people of Sukogidri Village need to be educated about the importance of using organic fertiliser and provide training in making organic waste using the takakura method. The objectives of this activity are first, the community has the mindset that organic waste in the long term can maintain and even make the soil more fertile, so that people are no longer dependent on artificial fertilisers. The second goal is for the community to be skilled in processing organic waste from households and organic waste from the surrounding environment into organic fertiliser with takakura technology. Stages of activity implementation were carried out starting from observation, field coordination, preparing equipment, preparing materials, counselling on the use of organic fertiliser, practice making organic fertiliser, handing over equipment and materials and strengthening community groups. The assessment was carried out on a scale of 0 to 100. A score of 0 is considered very incapable and a score of 100 is considered very capable. This Stimulus Community Partnership Program (PKMS) activity has had a positive impact from the category of less capable to capable for participants in particular and to the Sukogidri community in general in understanding the benefits of organic fertiliser and in making organic fertiliser. Keywords: organic fertiliser; takakura; organic waste; farmland

Abstract

Objectives: This paper sought to undertake a comprehensive analysis aimed at investigating the influence arising from the various financial metrics, namely the Current Ratio, Debt-to-Equity Ratio, Return On Assets, and Total Assets Turnover on Earnings Per Share (EPS), and Stock Prices as the moderating variable. Methodology: This research employs a quantitative descriptive methodology by collecting financial reports of Food and Beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI). The measurement model and hypothesis testing are Descriptive Statistics with a Panel Data Regression Model Selection.Finding: The study found that the Current Ratio had no significant direct effect on Earnings Per Share (EPS), while the Debt to Equity Ratio, Return on Assets, and Total Assets Turnover all had varying degrees of negative influence on EPS via Stock Price. The combined impact of these metrics was statistically significant, emphasizing the importance of considering multiple factors when assessing financial performance.Conclusion: The use of predictive models to forecast stock performance based on these factors can offer significant benefits to both investors and company management. Moreover, this research can aid in the development of better financial metrics, more effective risk management, smarter investment strategies, and an interdisciplinary approach to understanding the complex relationships between financial factors and stock prices. All of this will provide more robust tools for evaluating company performance and making better investment decisions in the world of investments.

Abstract

Bulan Ramadhan merupakan bulan yang suci bagi sebagian besar masyarakat Indonesia. Bulan ini sangat mempengaruhi berbagai kegiatan masyarakat, tidak terkecuali pedagang pasar tradisional. Penelitian ini akan dilaksanakan dengan tujuan untuk melihat bagaimana perubahan yang dialami oleh pedagang pasar selama bulan Ramadhan, khususnya pedagang pasar tradisional. Penelitian ini akan dilaksanakan dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Data yang digunakan di dalam penelitian ini berasal dari hasil wawancara di lapangan dengan para pedagang pasar tradisional. Hasil penelitian ini kemudian menemukan bahwa selama bulan Ramadan, terdapat adanya suatu perubahan di dalam pasar, seperti permintaan pasar yang meningkat secara drastis dan perubahan dari perilaku konsumen. Hal ini kemudian dapat menyebabkan adanya persaingan yang semakin ketat dengan sesama pedagang lainnya, serta adanya tantangan tambahan di dalam menjaga kualitas produk dengan baik. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan adanya strategi-strategi yang perlu dilakukan oleh para pedagang, khususnya pedagang tradisional selama bulan puasa. Beberapa strategi tersebut antara lain dengan menyiapkan stok atau kuantitas produk yang banyak, menjaga kualitas produk tetap tinggi dengan harga yang masih wajar, memenuhi kebutuhan konsumen selama waktu khusus bulan Ramadan, dan berbagai strategi lainnya. Melalui strategi ini, maka diharapkan pedagang dapat beradaptasi dengan baik di bulan Ramadan.

Abstract

Entrepreneurship is the effort to discover, develop, and combine innovations,opportunities, and better ways to enhance value in life. Entrepreneurial success occurswhen entrepreneurs experience improvement from previous outcomes and are part ofefforts involving all activities to demonstrate that they have achieved what they haveachieved. Numerous internal and external elements that influence the success and failureof businesses. The purpose of this study is to determine whether entrepreneurial skills,social media skills, and entrepreneurial creativity affect the success of coffee SMEs inBondowoso. Quantitative research was used. This study involved 67 respondents. UsingSPSS version 26, multiple linear regression analysis was performed. The coefficient ofdetermination test showed that entrepreneurial skills, social media skills, and creativityinfluence business success by 57.4%. The t-test results showed that entrepreneurial skills,social media skills, and entrepreneurial creativity have a significant influence on thesuccess of coffee SMEs in Bondowoso

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of brand image, product quality and price on purchasing decisions of J.CO Roxy Square Jember products. This type of research is quantitative research. The population in this study are consumers who have purchased products and visited J.CO Roxy Square Jember. The sampling technique used purposive sampling method with a total sample of 90 people. The analytical method used in this study is using multiple linear regression analysis, with the help of SPSS 25 software. The test results in this study indicate that partially brand image, product quality and price variables have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions J.CO Roxy Square Jember .
