Abstract

Peningkatan volume sampah yang terjadi di Desa Balung Anyar, Kecamatan Lekok, Kabupaten Pasuruan menjadikan Project STOP sebagai program yang berisi cara membuang, memilah serta mengolah sampah, bertujuan untuk menurukan volume sampah dengan cara membuang dan meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah bagaimana proses dan hasil penjualan hasil pengolahan sampah yang ada di Desa Balung Anyar. Artikel ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif.. Teknik pengumpulan data pada artikel melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan model interaktif oleh Miles dan Huberman yang memiliki komponen meliputi pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penjualan hasil pengolahan sampah masih jauh dari target yang ditentukan.

Abstract

One of the promotional techniques used to transmit messages and change consumer attitudes is advertising. The appropriate media must be used if messages are to be effectively delivered to customers. The growth of Indonesia's information media has led to an overabundance of advertisements in the news. Television, radio, magazines, newspapers, and other forms of media are utilized. In particular in Indonesia, where consumers are still brand-conscious and brands that have appeared in television advertisements are more well-liked than those that have not, television advertising is still seen as the most efficient method of product promotion. The purpose of this study is to examine adolescent consumer reaction characteristics in relation to price, personal selling activities and salespeople (personal selling), and the usage of celebrities as advertising supports in television media. Multiple linear regression analysis is the method employed. SPSS was used to calculate the analytical process. Purposive sampling methods were used to distribute questionnaires to 100 teenage male and female respondents in Jakarta in order to gather primary data. The results of this research show that the use of celebrity endorsers in television advertising, personal selling, and price has a significant simultaneous and partial effect on the response of teen consumers in Jakarta. The price variable has a dominant influence on the response of adolescent consumers.

Abstract

Dalam keberhasilan suatu perusahaan, kepemimpinan merupakan salah satu unsur yang mempengaruhi dan membantu orang lain untuk bekerja dan bersemangat dalam mencapai tujuan yang telah ditetapkan. Sumber daya manusia suatu perusahaan atau organisasi merupakan komponen yang krusial. Setiap organisasi publik dan komersial harus beroperasi lebih cepat, sukses, dan efektif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh hubungan antara kepemimpinan transformasional, budaya kerja, dan kinerja karyawan. Analisis saat ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Metodologi pengumpulan data yang digunakan melibatkan pengiriman kuesioner yang telah menerima sekitar 150 tanggapan responden. Populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan pekerja di kantor yang tersebar di Indonesia, dan metode analisisnya menggunakan software Smart PLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan tranformasional berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan dan budaya kerja. Budaya kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. Abstract

This study aims to describe and analyze the personnel management of village officials by developing SIMPEG application to realize Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) of Village in Kendal Village, Sekaran District, Lamongan Regency. The type of research is research dan development (R&D) method by using prototype model that consists of 3 steps, which are: listen to customer, build/revise mock-up, and customer test drives mock-up. The techniques of data collection are literature study, deep interview, observation, and documentation. The results show that the personnel management using SIMPEG application has realized the 17th SDGs of Village (partnership for rural development through management and integration of information and communication technology (ICT). The development of Village SIMPEG application also is one of the efforts to realize the principles of electronic government and orderly personnel administration. However, this application still needs develpment by providing upload button to upload files related to several SIMPEG menu. The upload button can be used as an electronic archive that support information, such as educational history form, training history form, and award history form

Abstract

Archiving activities are part of the dministrative activities in an organization, which are very important. Archival management is a major factor in supporting the course of administrative activities in an organization. However, in practice, there are still organizations that are lacking in managing archives, so it can also affect the service process to the community. The purpose of this study was to determine the application of electronic mail archiving applications in the form of APEL SISA in Kendel Village to realize the development of information and communication technology in achieving the Village SDGs. The method used is descriptive qualitative. The focus of this research refers to the theory of Muhidin and Winata (2016) that digital archive management activities include two things, namely archive storage and archive retrieval. The data collection techniques in this study were through interviews and observation. The results of this study indicate that by using APEL SISA, archive storage in Kendal Village, which was originally manual, becomes more effective and efficient in providing services to the community, and electronic retrieval of archives can facilitate archive management at the Kendal Village office. Based on this, the management of archives in Kendal Village needs to be done all electronically to make it easier to manage archives that are stored and find back archives when needed.

Abstract

Changes in a dynamic business environment require organizations to develop effective change management strategies to improve organizational resilience. This research discusses change management strategies in improving organizational resilience through innovation-based approaches, digitalization, and adaptive leadership. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study design to analyze change management strategies in improving organizational resilience through innovation, digitalization, and adaptive leadership. The results showed that change management strategies based on innovation, digitalization, and adaptive leadership have a significant role in improving organizational resilience. Innovation allows organizations to stay relevant by creating new solutions in the face of evolving challenges. Digitalization plays a role in improving operational efficiency, accelerating decision-making, and opening up new opportunities through the use of technology. Meanwhile, adaptive leadership is a key factor in directing change with flexibility, building a culture that is responsive to external dynamics, and empowering human resources to be more responsive to change. The results of this study provide insights for organizational leaders in designing effective change management strategies to achieve resilience and sustainable growth.

Abstract

The government of Surabaya City initiated the ‘Lontong Balap’ innovation to address various complaints in population administration documents that require a district court decision. It is a collaboration between the local government and the Surabaya District Court. This study analyses the opportunities and challenges of ‘Lontong Balap’ innovation as a good model of population administration services. It is descriptive qualitative research with data collection through in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation from the Population and Civil Registration officers in Surabaya, the Surabaya District Court, and applicants. It was conducted at the Surabaya District Court and Siola Mall Public Service. Data analysis was carried out using Miles Huberman technique through data collection, data reduction, presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results showed the opportunities of population administration services, including awareness, skills, and abilities of Surabaya District Court officers, organizational support from both agencies, and adequate facilities and infrastructure. On the other hand, the challenges come from the bureaucratic structure, such as negligence of officers from urban villages and the Population and Civil Registration of Surabaya, and the differences in court quotas. There are also barriers from outside the public sector, such as public doubts and various problems experienced by applicants.Pemerintah Kota Surabaya menginisiasi inovasi ‘Lontong Balap’ untuk mengatasi berbagai keluhan dalam dokumen administrasi kependudukan yang memerlukan putusan pengadilan negeri. Inovasi ini merupakan kerja sama antara pemerintah daerah dan Pengadilan Negeri Surabaya. Penelitian ini menganalisis peluang dan tantangan inovasi ‘Lontong Balap’ sebagai model layanan administrasi kependudukan yang baik. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dengan pengumpulan data melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan dokumentasi dari petugas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil di Surabaya, Pengadilan Negeri Surabaya, dan pemohon. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Pengadilan Negeri Surabaya dan Pelayanan Publik Siola Mall. Analisis data dilakukan dengan teknik Miles Huberman melalui pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan peluang layanan administrasi kependudukan, meliputi kesadaran, keterampilan, dan kemampuan petugas Pengadilan Negeri Surabaya, dukungan organisasi dari kedua instansi, serta sarana dan prasarana yang memadai. Di sisi lain, tantangan berasal dari struktur birokrasi, seperti kelalaian petugas dari kelurahan dan Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Surabaya, serta perbedaan kuota pengadilan. Terdapat pula hambatan dari luar sektor publik, seperti keraguan publik dan berbagai permasalahan yang dialami oleh para pemohon.

Abstract

E-Buddy makes incoming mail documents more organised, fast processing and can be carried out remotely. However, in its implementation, problems were found that hindered the archive management process such as the E-Buddy application system being down during working hours, errors in the mail distribution process, and archive management activities carried out by student interns. The purpose of this research is to analyse the E-Buddy Application in the Management of Incoming Letter Archives. This research uses Read and Ginn's (2010) theory related to the life cycle of electronic archives including creation and storage, use and distribution, maintenance, and disposition. The type of research uses descriptive qualitative. The results showed that the creation and storage process carried out had been running well but the input process was carried out by student interns, the process of using and distributing E-Buddy was running well because it facilitated the search for document retrieval and the distribution of letters was carried out digitally but it was found that the letter distribution process was hampered due to miss perceptions on the subject of the letter, the maintenance process had not been running ideally because an archive retention schedule had not been carried out and E-Buddy was down during working hours due to maintenance and a high number of accesses, and the archive disposition process had not been running because there were no rules regarding the method of document destruction in E-Buddy. The suggestions proposed are the need for accuracy in reading incoming letters to minimise distribution errors, the need for a document retention schedule, the creation of rules or guidelines related to the method of destruction or electronic documents, the management of incoming letters is carried out by DPMPTSP employees or by adding employees to the position, the E-Buddy maintenance process can be carried out outside working hours and increasing access capacity on the server to reduce downtime in the E-Buddy application.

Abstract

Archives are important and must be managed, especially storage, so that their use value and security can be maintained. The purpose of this study is to analyze how the active archive storage procedure and what obstacles occur during the active archive storage process in the licensing field processing unit of the Sidoarjo Regency One-Stop Investment and Integrated Services Office. This type of research is descriptive qualitative, data collection through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study are that the active archive storage procedure in the licensing field of the Sidoarjo Regency DPMPTSP has not been implemented optimally because several steps in the guidelines are not implemented properly, namely not having an index list, the obstacles that occur are the lack of human resources, inadequate infrastructure in terms of conditions, and the absence of an Archive Storage SOP. The suggestions given are that archive officers must make a list / index card to facilitate the structuring and rediscovery of archives if needed at any time, especially since the storage system used is based on the subject / problem of the archive which requires having an index list / card, adding employees who handle archives and training for staff who help, updating infrastructure in accordance with archival standards, and making a new Active Archive Storage SOP tailored to the stages carried out for archive storage in the licensing field.

Abstract

In its implementation, the government always tries to provide satisfaction for the community by always improving the quality of its services, but there are still many complaints given to the government for maladministration that occurs in Indonesia. In dealing with this, the government is still trying to improve the services they have in each service delivery unit, one of which is by conducting a community satisfaction survey. This study uses Permenpan RB Number 14 of 2017 which includes 9 indicators, namely requirements, procedures, time, costs, products, employee competence, employee attitudes, handling complaints and infrastructure as research guidelines. Descriptive using a Quantitative approach is the method that will be used in this study. In accordance with the SKM Guidelines, the results of the data tabulation calculation obtained that the E-KTP service in the Geger sub-district obtained a Community Satisfaction Index figure of 80.74 IKM, which at this figure explains that the E-KTP service in Geger District is in the "Good" category. The element that has the highest score is the Cost Element which is 97 which is included in the very good category. and for the elements that have the lowest score, namely the element of facilities and infrastructure with an IKM value of 74 and the element of time settlement which has an IKM score of 75.25 or can be said to be in the category of less good.
