Abstract

Higher Education is a level of education after secondary education which includes diploma programs, undergraduate programs, master programs, doctoral programs, professional programs, and specialist programs organized based on the culture of the Indonesian nation. Student graduation is one of the important factors to improve university accreditation. Students who graduate above 5 years and the number of students who drop out are important indicators in determining accreditation which then causes the difficulty of accrediting a college to rise. This research aims as an early warning for students who graduate on time and graduate late from the Faculty of Information Technology, Institute of Science and Business Atma Luhur using the C4.5 decision tree algorithm by implementing the Cross-Industry Standard Process for Data Mining (CRISP- DM) method. The initial data of this research amounted to 1,015 which was taken through a query in the database of the Atma Luhur Institute of Science and Business. However, the data that will be used becomes 694 after preprocessing due to the large number of record contents that do not have a graduation year, with a total of 641 graduates graduating on time and 53 graduates graduating late. Based on the application of the model using the C4.5 decision tree algorithm and the Confusion Matrix method, the accuracy is 93.94%, Recall is 98.59%, and Precision is 95.03%. So it can be concluded that the C4.5 decision tree algorithm is the most effective algorithm for predicting student graduation, because it has a high level of accuracy.

Abstract

Salah satu elemen dalam perusahaan yang sangat penting adalah Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM). SDM merupakan salah satu aset terpenting bagi organisasi atau perusahaan. HIMASI adalah suatu organisasi yang berdiri dan berjalan atas dasar pendidikan dan keilmuan, menempatkan atau memposisikan diri sebagai organisasi yang menjadi suatu wadah atau tempat aspirasi dari seluruh mahasiswa Sistem Informasi, menjadi suatu sarana yang dapat mewujudkan persatuan dan kesatuan di dalam Universitas Budi Luhur pada umumnya, dan Sistem Informasi pada khususya. Dan dalam satu tahun sekali HIMASI mengadakan program kerja PPB (Penerimaan Pengurus Baru) yaitu perekrutan atau pemilihan anggota HIMASI baru untuk regenerasi. Dalam pelaksanaan PPB (Penerimaan Pengurus Baru) HIMASI, dalam perhitungan pemilihan calon anggota masih membutuhkan waktu yang lama, pengurus HIMASI masih merasa kesulitan dalam melakukan proses pengolahan data dalam menentukan kandidat dan posisi calon anggota, dan belum adanya perankingan sehingga para pengurus HIMASI mengalami kendala dalam menentukan calon anggota HIMASI. Dengan adanya permasalahan tersebut, penulis mencoba menganalisis dan mendesain sistem penunjang keputusan untuk perekrutan calon anggota HIMASI berbasis website. Sistem ini dibangun dengan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan MySQL sebagai databasenya. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian kali ini adalah metode profile matching. Metode profile matching digunakan untuk menentukan hasil akhir dan perankingan untuk memudahkan penilai untuk melihat calon anggota HIMASI yang paling sesuai dengan kriteria dan penulis mengharapkan sistem yang dibuat untuk pengambil keputusan dalam menentukan calon anggota HIMASI yang sesuai dengan mudah.

Abstract

Diabetes merupakan penyakit kronis yang disebabkan karena pancreas tidak dapat memproduksi insulin sesuai dengan kebutuhan tubuh atau kondisi ketika tubuh tidak dapat menggunakan insulin secara efektif. Pada tahun 2021 Indonesia memperoleh urutan ke-5 didunia dengan populasi penderita penyakit diabetes terbanyak dan terdapat lebih dari 1 orang diantara 10 orang dewasa yang menderita diabetes. Semakin meningkatnya penderita diabetes di Indonesia bahkan di dunia yang sebenarnya sudah positif diderita tetapi tidak menimbulkan komplikasi lebih lanjut hingga kematian. Hal ini disebabkan karena belum adanya model klasifikasi deteksi dini gejala awal diabetes. Maka pada penelitian ini perlu dilakukannya pembuatan model klasifikasi deteksi dini gejala awal penyakit diabetes dengan metode penelitian Cross Industry Standard Process for Data Mining (CRISP-DM) yaitu dengan melaksanakan riset jurnal. Penelitian ini menggunakan algoritma Random Forest. Data yang akan digunakan bersifat public yang didapatkan melalui website www.kaggle.com dengan total 520 record dataset yang terdiri dari 17 attribut, terdapat 320 dataset dengan positif diabetes dan 200 dataset dengan negative diabetes. Klasifikasi dilakukan dengan dengan komposisi data training dan data testing 90:10 menggunakan teknik stratified random sampling dengan number of trees 5, maximal depth 5, dan dilakukannya apply pruning. Diperoleh akurasi 90.38%, precision 100%, recall 84.38% dan niai AUC 1.00. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa model klasifikasi dengan algoritma Random Forest dapat bekerja sangat baik terhadap data deteksi dini gejala awal penyakit diabetes.

Abstract

The era of industry 4.0 and society 5.0 is a social and economic alteration whose activities are gradually being integrated into technology which continues to be developed with the hope that information can be easily accessed effectively and efficiently according to needs. However, technological developments put pressure on the economy to continue to update the technological facilities it has. Cooperatives are an alternative for their members to improve their economy by taking out loans because the interest rates are quite low. Difficulty determining whether or not giving a loan is appropriate and subjectivity is often found in decision making that occurs at the Fatmawati Hospital Sejahtera Cooperative, there is a need for a decision support system using a simple additive weighting method that can bring about precise, accurate and efficient decisions in terms of time, through several alternatives. obtained from processing data and information with the results of a weighted sum resulting from the performance rating for each alternative contained in the criteria. In its implementation, the decision support system is quite valid and reliable by managers as can be seen from the TAM test results with an average perceived ease of use result of 0.971 in the validity test and 0.979 in the reliability test, as well as an average perceived usefulness result of 0.911 in the test. validity and 0.928 in the reliability test because the test results are above the validity and reliability score of the r table (0.754).

Abstract

The use of automated technology has advanced enough that routine tasks can now be performed automatically because people don't always follow rules. Automation can be used to assist ordinary jobs if they can be performed continuously regardless of the passage of time. We can utilize this contemporary technology in the fields of plantations and agriculture to get far better outcomes and maximize time efficiency. Small computers are the latest technical advances that can assist humans in carrying out routine tasks. The name of this device is microcontroller. To produce intelligent internet of things based tools that will facilitate plant care in the future, this research set out to do just that (IOT). So that it can be used in plant maintenance, especially for the maintenance of aglaonema plants which can monitor automatically whenever and wherever we are, whether we are still working, sleeping, or on vacation. A device for watering plants in a greenhouse made with a microcontroller embedded fuzzy logic system in the form of a multi-system, with three inputs for soil moisture fuzzy sets and temperature fuzzy sets for the surrounding environment. The tool can operate according to the requirements of the fuzzy logic method by carrying out routine tests. We can make a prototype that can water the plants automatically and monitor the level of soil moisture and temperature coming from the sensor via the internet using the Arduino microcontroller along with sensors such as the YL-69 soil moisture sensor and the DHT11 temperature sensor. The results of the plant watering prototype show that it can operate effectively based on a predetermined schedule and soil moisture value limit. The prototype will water at 07:00 and 17:00 and will water liquid fertilizer at 08:00 and 18:00 if the soil moisture reading is greater than 700. Electricity must flow through this device.

Abstract

Belig Coffee is a culinary business that sells a variety of coffee drinks and snacks. Belig Coffee wants to establish a good relationship with its customers but there are still problems that exist, namely that currently the cafe does not have an online table booking system for customers to book tables and then in recording menu order transactions, customers still use paper to view the menu and order menus. With these problems, the solution presented is to create a CRM website using the PHP (Hypertext Preprocessor) programming language, codeigniter 3 framework, and using the MySql database. There are online table booking features, dine in reservations and online payment features that can facilitate customers in making order transactions and then with the menus displayed through the website so that customers can easily see the available menus and promos provided. With this CRM website, it is hoped that the cafe can improve good relations and improve service quality to customers.

Abstract

Dengue fever is widespread throughout the tropics which tends to have a seasonal pattern, namely before and after the rainy season. Infection is caused by one of the closely related dengue viruses, commonly called a serotype, which causes mild symptoms to symptoms that require medical treatment and hospitalization, even death can occur if the case is severe. Based on surveillance data, the number of cases in 2022 will be 3,190 people. One of the efforts to reduce the incidence of DHF is by forecasting the incidence of DHF to prevent an increase in DHF cases which continues every year. This research was forecasted using the independent variables average temperature, average humidity, average rainfall, and wind speed. The data used is public through surveillance and the BMKG website and the data used is data from 2018 to 2022. In this study using the backpropagation neural network algorithm, the model used is 4-3-1, where there are 4 variables in the input layer, 3 units in the hidden layer, 1 unit in the output layer with a learning rate value of 0.04, and momentum of 0.09 and the results are RMSE 4,347.

Abstract

Decision Tree merupakan algoritma pengklasifikasian yang sudah teruji untuk pengambilan keputusan dalam banyak bidang permasalahan.Permasalahan pembelian dan jumlah kapasitas gudang di sektor manufaktur sangat riskan.  Akurasi jumlah pembelian harus dikontrol sehingga dapat mengurangi resiko over kapasitas gudang. Untuk mendapatkan jumlah pembelian dan kapasitas yang ideal perlu identifikasi dan klasifikasi secara detail faktor-faktor permasalahan sistem pembelian dan pengelolaan gudang. Dari hasil penelitian model Decision Tree mampu memprediksi jumlah quantity pembelian akan tetapi pada data yang tidak berpola tingkat akurasi sangat kurang baik. Berbeda dengan metode Random Forest regression model ini mampu menunjukkan performa dan akurasi yang baik pada data yang berpola ataupun data dengan pola acak. Optimasi dengan importance variabel mampu meningkatkan akurasi menjadi 94,87% dari model random forest regression.

Abstract

Salah satu dampak utama di masa pandemi yaitu, melambatnya laju pertumbuan ekonomi, termasuk kepada para penggiat Usaha Mikro, Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM). Para penggiat UMKM khususnya di kampung Marga Jaya, Pakulonan masih belum memanfaatkan hadirnya teknologi secara maksimal, seperti marketplace dan platform jualan online lainya. Sampai saat ini masih memasarkan produk mereka melalui grup Whatsapp dan mulut ke mulut. Dalam upaya menumbuhkan Kembali usaha kecil, menegah dan para penggiat UMKM di masa pandemi dalam hal pemasaran produk diperkenalkan teknologi pemasaran melalui internet yang semakin berkembang saat ini. Dengan hadirnya marketplace diharapkan dapat membantu para penggiat UMKM untuk memasarkan produknya. Pada kegiatan ini diperkenalkan jenis platform berjualan online, yaitu Shopee dan Aplikasi Grab. Metode yang digunakan pada kegiatan ini adalah dengan ceramah dan praktek secara langsung sesuai dengan jenis usaha yang ditekuni. Kegiatan ini memiliki tujuan agar penjualan produk dapat dimaksimalkan sehingga bisa mendapatkan keuntungan yang maksimal dan para penggiat UMKM semakin kompeten dan semakin professional. Hasil rata-rata umpan balik menunjukan persentase sebesar 90,5% yang artinya kegiatan ini diterima oleh masyarakat Kampung Marga Jaya, Pakulonan

Abstract

Computer network is never separated with configuration which is the main task which has to be done in order to make it work. As we know, to configure some devices either server, switch, or router has several methods if we understand how we communicate with the system. Configuration on routers and switches is currently still conventionally done, which means that to configure routers or switches one by one. This is very inefficient, because if the routers and switches that you want to configure are carried out in hundreds or many routers, then the time required by a network administrator is very long. Therefore, network automation is needed which is a solution to perform these complex and repetitive tasks. This automation can help network administrators to configure networks with many devices at once and minimize errors that occur when configuring in a short time. Repetitive work such as configuration backups, configuration restores, and others can be automated. In this project create a web-based network administration automation application. For application development using the Kano method to identify application requirements, design, build and implement applications, this application utilizes the main library, namely paramiko as a liaison and network automation from servers to network devices using the SSHv2 protocol and the Django framework as a Web developers. For the tests carried out on the application using the Black-Box Testing method. The results of this project application can be used as network automation in terms of configuration of network devices such as router configuration, switch configuration, backup and restore configuration centrally so that they can be managed better. This research was conducted with the aim of knowing the category of each feature in a network automation application, the results of this study obtained priority ospf dynamic routing configuration features that entered Must be with a satisfaction level of 0.4285 if implemented and a disappointment level of -0.4285 if this feature not stated, while for the ip address configuration feature, and the On-Dimensional Login feature with a satisfaction level of 0.5713 and a disappointment level of -0.5713 if this feature is implemented, unlike the PIM routing feature configuration feature and the Indifferent configuration verification feature, which for this feature is not often used.
