Abstract

CV Aintzane Mandiri is a company engaged in the field furniture. The Raw Material Manager at CV Aintzane is not yet optimal. Purchase Raw materials need to be considered because they will affect the maturity raw material needs and affect the production process. The information system for the supply of raw materials is needed by the company determination of expenditure, input of raw materials, and can minimize supply of raw materials for optimal use throughout the process production. Designing and building a procurement information system using raw materials Material Requirement Planning (MRP) method with programming language Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0, WAMP as server and MySQL as database. The results obtained from this information system can be obtained planning raw material requirements and production optimally and accordingly with company expectations. Abstract

In the process of procuring this drug, there has been no special record of debt by the Pharmacy or the Finance Sector. The recording that was tried was only in the form of payment receipts from the Finance Sector to pay invoices from the drug industry that had supplied drugs to the Pharmacy Section. So that the Finance Sector has difficulty in managing debt and in recognizing the amount of debt and the maturity of debt payments for each supplier. With these obstacles, the Hospital requires an Information System for Recording Debts in the Procurement of Drugs to assist the Pharmaceutical and Financial Sector in recording debts, especially in the procurement of drugs. This data system uses an object-oriented programming language with SQL Server database to create an information system that can speed up the forest recording process in drug procurement

Abstract

In this final project the author discusses the problem entitled "Design of Smoke Detector and Room Temperature of SAP ERP Server at PT Apac Inti Corpora". This design aims to support the improvement of the security system in the server room with smoke and temperature detectors and microcontroller-based automatic countermeasures. Against the background of problems with sensors and countermeasures systems in the server room and lack of insight into sensor installation. This tool uses a gas sensor MQ-2 as a smoke detector, a DHT-11 sensor as a temperature detector, Arduino as a microcontroller that controls I/O, buzzer and LED as an alarm, a fan as a temperature controller, and an LCD to display conditions in the room. The output of the MQ-2 and DHT-11 sensors will be processed in a programmed microcontroller so that it can display conditions on the LCD. This tool will turn on the alarm and fan if smoke and high temperature are detected at the specified conditions.

Abstract

BUMDES Lantongau is one of the Lantongau Village-Owned Enterprises whose one line of business is to distribute clean water needs in four villages, namely Lantongau Village, Morikana Village, Katukobari Village, and Lakorua Village. In order to facilitate the registration process, meter recording, payment bills, service interruption information, and customer complaints, applications that facilitate all service processes. Therefore, the most suitable application is using an Android-based application, the use of an Android-based application is an option because almost all customers have an Android device, so that services can be directly carried out quickly, easily, effectively and efficiently. With this application, it is easier for the customer and the BUMDES Lantongau in services ranging from customer registration, meter recording, billing payments, customer complaints and information on service disruptions, all can be done through the application. Abstract

Pelatihan dan pendampingan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat dengan topik digital marketing bagi siswa dan siswi Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan Terpadu Al Huda Petak Kabupaten Semarang dengan harapan meningkatkan kompetensi serta pengetahuan dalam digital marketing serta dapat digunakan sebagai bekal menjadi pengusaha muda. Pelatihan serta pendampingan ini dilakukan dengan metode ceramah, praktik, tanya jawab serta diskusi secara langsung. Pelatihan ini mengajarkan penggunan teknik copywriting untuk membuat flyer digital dengan bantuan aplikasi Canva. Para peserta dari siswa dan siswi Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan Terpadu Al Huda Petak dalam praktik pembuatan flyer digital menggunakan aplikasi Canva sangat bersemangat, antusias dan interaktif. Kegiatan dilaksanakan secara luring di ruang kelas Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan Terpadu Al Huda Petak yang beralamat di Jalan Hos Cokroaminoto Petak, Desa Sidoharjo, Kecamatan Susukan, Kabupaten SemarangSasaran dalam pelatihan ini merupakan siswa kelas XI jurusan teknik komputer jaringan berjumlah 44 orang. Praktik hasil pelatihan dan pendampingan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat agar para siswa memiliki kemampuan yang kompeten di bidang digital marketing.

Abstract

Technology has the potential to be employed within the realm of electronics and informatics, particularly for the purpose of securing household doors using a smartphone through an internet connection. The Internet of Things (IoT) embodies a concept where internet-enabled devices can communicate with each other and their surrounding objects. This endeavor seeks to create a prototype using key components, including NodeMCU Esp8266, Servo Motor, and Fingerprint Module, with the ultimate goal of simplifying daily tasks and alleviating concerns about leaving the door unlocked upon leaving the house. The mechanism of this device entails utilizing a smartphone app to establish an internet connection, enabling users to seamlessly close and lock their house door. The underlying intention behind developing this tool is to provide assistance in managing both indoor and outdoor activities, addressing the issue of inadvertently leaving the door unlocked, and substituting traditional door locks with fingerprint recognition. By employing this innovation, individuals can conveniently regulate their house door via smartphone, saving time and effort and seamlessly integrating it into their daily routines.

Abstract

In recent years IoT has developed very rapidly. IoT devices are used to monitor and control physical objects to transform the physical world into intelligent spaces with computing and communication capabilities. Compared to cloud computing, fog computing is used to support latency-sensitive applications at the edge of the network which allows client requests to be processed faster. This study aims to propose a monitoring framework for containerized black box microservices in a fog computing environment to evaluate CPU overhead, as well as to determine the operating status, service characteristics, and dependencies of each container. This study proposes a monitoring framework to integrate computing resource usage and run-time information from service interactions using a black box approach that seeks to integrate service-level information and computing resource information into the same framework. The proposed framework is limited to observing information monitoring after the server receives a request. This study uses JMeter to simulate user actions, which send requests to the server, and this research assumes the user knows the IP address of the server. For container monitoring methods in fog computing, all are indirect monitoring methods. The results of this study indicate that the proposed framework can provide operational data for visualization that can help system administrators evaluate the status of running containers using a black box approach. System administrators do not need to understand and modify target microservices to gather service characteristics from containerized microservices. Regarding future research, it is suggested to expand the exploration of modified system information, and that part of the container management tool code can be pre-tried so that the framework proposed in this study can provide real-time quantitative indexes for the load balancing algorithm to help optimize the load balancing algorithm.

Abstract

Perkembangan dunia usaha terjadi begitu masif dan cepat, dimana seorang pengusaha harus selalu belajar cepat menghadapi segala perubahan yang terjadi. Salah satu cara yang dapat dilakukan adalah mengadakan pelatihan terhadap pengelolaan organisasi dalam dunia usaha agar dapat menghadapi tantangan zaman. Pelatihan oleh tim dosen STEKOM Semarang dalam rangka tata kelola organisasi bagi UMKM CV. Bonanza di Kab. Boyolali, Jawa Tengah terkait dengan beberapa materi seperti strategi memperoleh pinjaman modal kerja dari perbankan, teknik pembuatan laporan keuangan bagi UMKM, perancangan website pada UMKM, perancangan promotion content pada UMKM,  teknik manajemen periklanan, serta perancangan media periklanan. Pelatihan dan penyuluhan ini menjadi langkah nyata dalam mengaplikasikan ilmu yang dimiliki oleh para dosen untuk pengabdian masyarakat sebagai salah satu dari kegiatan Tridharma Perguruan Tinggi. Dalam melakukan pelatihan dan penyuluhan, kami menggunakan metode presentasi interaktif dan sesi tanya untuk meningkatkan pemahaman terhadap materi yang disampaikan.

Abstract

In the era of the new normal, maintaining health and hygiene has become critically important, especially in preventing the spread of viruses. One effective way to achieve this is through regular handwashing. Schools are particularly susceptible to the transmission of viruses and bacteria, which is why it's crucial to implement an effective hand sanitizer system. However, the use of conventional hand sanitizer bottles that require manual pressing or opening still carries the risk of virus transmission. Therefore, there is a need for the development of an automatic hand sanitizer system to reduce the risk of virus transmission. This research aims to design an Arduino-based automatic hand sanitizer system at SD Kanisius Genuk. The automatic hand sanitizer system utilizes an ultrasonic sensor to detect the distance between an object, in this case, a hand, and the hand sanitizer. When the hand approaches within a certain distance, the hand sanitizer fluid is dispensed automatically through a mini 5V pump. Additionally, the device features a liquid level sensor that provides information about the hand sanitizer fluid level via an LCD screen. The theoretical significance of this research lies in enriching knowledge about programming using the C++ programming language in designing an automatic hand sanitizer system. Furthermore, the research is expected to enhance creativity, innovation, and knowledge development in response to technological advancements. The practical benefits of this research include facilitating students, teachers, and guests at SD Kanisius Genuk in using the automatic hand sanitizer, thus reducing the risk of virus transmission. Additionally, this research can serve as a reference for universities and contribute to the field of human resource management knowledge.
