Abstract

This study examines the adoption of the PeduliLindungi application during the COVID-19 pandemic in Indonesia using the UTAUT paradigm. The data was submitted by 200 users of the PeduliLindungi app. SEM-PLS was used to analyze the relationships between the variables and assess several hypotheses. To enlarge the scope of the investigation, Importance-Performance Map Analysis (IPMA) and Multi-Group Analysis (MGA) were also looked at as moderating variables. The findings revealed that facilitating settings had no discernible impact on how people use the PeduliLindungi application, whereas performance expectation, effort expectation, and social influence all positively affect behavioral intention and usage behavior. Second, the proposed model was not significantly impacted by gender, age, or educational attainment. Third, social influence is more significant in behavioral intention but less significant in use behavior components, performance expectation is more significant in use behavior, and effort expectancy is more prominent than other dimensions in behavioral intention. The contribution of this research is to provide a broader perspective in understanding the adoption of PeduliLindungi application so that it can convey a review of the policy implications for technology adoption in Indonesia.

Abstract

The city government of Bandung has made serious efforts in solving the urban problems creatively through the utilization of ICT, known as Smart City. One of the smart government programs being implemented is the online public aspirations and complaints service through an application system called LAPOR. So far, the application is considered effective enough to engage public participation, eventhough there are also many contradictory and negative comments shared by the users. Therefore, it is important to find out the actual description of public acceptances for the LAPOR system.The affecting factors of interest and behavior in using the system were identified by the model of UTAUT 2 developed by Venkatesh et al. In 2012. The data in this study was collected using questionnaires distributed to 405 respondents of those who live in Bandung city, either the users of LAPOR application or those who have not used it yet. The results showed that the most influential factor of interest in using the LAPOR system is Price Value. This indicates that public wants the proportional benefits of the costs incurred for using the system.Other influential factors are Hedonic Motivation, Social Influence, Habit, and Facilitating Condition. Hence, these findings will enable practitioners to gain information in improving the successful implementation of technology-based governance programs. Keywords: Smart City, Smart Government, UTAUT 2

Abstract

Improving the utilization of ICT is one of many solutions proposed by The Municipal Government of Bandung to overcome urban problems. In its entirity, the concept is well-known as Bandung Smart City. There are many Smart Government programs that have been implemented in Bandung. One of them is Performance Information System of Bandung Juara or known as SIP Bdg Juara. But the acceptance of SIP Bdg Juara are relatively low. Furthermore, not all of the citizens have thoroughly understood the system. Hence, it is important to find out the acceptance of this website.This research uses modified UTAUT 2 model which was taken from the UTAUT 2 Theory by Venkatesh et al. (2012) that consist of seven main variables; Performance Expectancy, Effort Expectancy, Social Influence, Facillitating Conditions, Hedonic Motivation, Price value, and Habit. Moreover, two moderating variables of Age and Gender were also involved. This research used SEM-PLS method to analyze the data. For the data collection, questionnaires were distributed to 400 residents living in the city of Bandung as the respondents whether they have or have not participated yet in SIP Bdg Juara website. Finally, this study found that the most influential factor of interest in using SIP Bdg Juara website is Price Value, followed by Hedonic Motivation and then Habit in which all of those three factors have positive influence in both types of latent variables. While the variables affecting Use Behavior related to the use of SIP Bdg Juara wesite are Habit and Behavioral Intention. These findings are expected to provide valuable insights for The Government in improving the success rate of ICT-based governance programs. Abstract

Penelitian ini berfokus pada tingkat keberhasilan pembebasan lahan di Situ Bagendit Kabupaten Garut. Tujuan yang ingin dicapai dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis bagaimana tingkat keberhasilan pembebasan lahan di Situ Bagendit Kabupaten Garut. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian confirmatory factor analysis menggunakan software IBM SPSS 25 dan ada empat tahap yang dilakukan. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan penyebaran kuesioner langsung kepada para pemilik lahan yang terdampak akibat pembangunan Situ Bagendit Kabupaten Garut. Metode analisis data dilakukan per subjek dengan melihat kondisi di setiap tahapan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa ada tiga faktor yang terbentuk dalam melihat tingkat keberhasilan pembebasan lahan Situ Bagendit Kabupaten Garut yaitu faktor 1 kebijakan pemerintah sebagai fasilitator dalam pembangunan, faktor 2 pemerintah daerah sebagai stimulator dalam pembangunan, faktor 3 partisipasi masyarakat.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor apa saja yang mempengaruhi keyakinan masyarakat Kabupaten Garut terhadap program vaksin Covid-19. Adapun metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif karena data yang didapatkan berupa angka dan berdasarkan tujuannya, penelitian ini bersifat konfirmatif. Sedangkan teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini melalui studi kepustakaan dan studi lapangan yang meliputi observasi, wawancara, dan kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada 100 responden di wilayah Kabupaten Garut dengan titik pusat lokasi di Pendopo Kabupaten Garut yang merupakan sentra vaksinasi Covid-19. Penelitian ini menggunakan alat analisis SPSS dengan uji validitas Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) yang tujuannya untuk menguji seberapa baik variabel atau indikator yang diukur dapat mewakili construct atau faktor yang terbentuk sebelumnya. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa dari kedua belas indikator yang diukur menggunakan uji Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) dapat membentuk empat faktor yang sama dengan teori yang ada dan menghasilkan sembilan indikator yang dapat mewakili keempat faktor tersebut. Dengan demikian, dapat dikatakan bahwa faktor-faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi keyakinan masyarakat Kabupaten Garut terhadap program vaksin Covid-19 yaitu keamanan vaksin, efektivitas vaksin, efek samping vaksin dan berita hoaks.

Abstract

Pandemi Covid-19 membuat pemerintah mengeluarkan kebijakan yang mencegah orang untuk melakukan mobilitas dan berkerumun. Hal tersebut berdampak pada berbagai sektor termasuk sektor Usaha Menengah Kecil dan Mikro (UMKM) khusunya Pedagang Kaki Lima (PKL). Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui persepsi pedagang kaki lima terhadap kebijakan pemberlakuan pembatasan aktivitas di Jalan Ahmad Yani Kabupaten Garut. Dengan mengadopsi pendekatan kuantatif, observasi dan penyebaran kuesioner dilakukan pada PKL yang terdampak di Jalan Ahmad Yani Kabupaten Garut. Data kemudian dianalisis secara deskriptif dengan rentang nilai dan dipetakan skor gapnya pada pada diagram kartesius menggunakan Importance-performance Analysis (IPA). Hasil penelitiannya menunjukkan bahwa persepsi PKL terhadap peraturan Pemberlakuan Pembatasan Kegiatan Masyarakat (PPKM) yang diwakilkan dengan atribut kebijakan yang diterapkan berjalan objektif mendapatkan kesesuaian terendah dan pengetahuan mengenai sanksi yang diberikan kepada pelanggar PPKM mempunyai kesesuaian tertinggi. Secara umum, penilaian terhadap kebijakan PPKM adalah negatif, dimana untuk masing-masing kategori yaitu persepsi kognitif adalah negatif, persepsi afektif dan konatif adalah netral. Hasil penelitian ini dapat digunakan untuk bahan evaluasi implementasi kebijakan pemerintah mengenai kebijakan yang dibuat dalam kondisi krisis seperti pandemic Covid-19, terutama di Kabupaten Garut.

Abstract

Pemerintah Indonesia meluncurkan aplikasi PeduliLindungi pada April 2020 yang berfungsi untuk memberikan informasi terkait penanganan pandemi Covid-19. Aplikasi ini pun dapat menampilkan dokumen penting pengguna berupa sertifikat vaksin, tiket vaksinasi Covid-19, serta hasil tes terkait Covid-19. Di dalam praktiknya, kehadiran sebuah teknologi baru dapat mengundang berbagai tanggapan dan sikap dari masyarakat pengguna. Atas dasar tersebut, peneliti tertarik untuk mendalami bagaimana sikap yang muncul dari masyarakat terkait kehadiran aplikasi PeduliLindungi. Di dalam mencapai tujuan penelitian tersebut, peneliti menggunakan teknik analisis multriabut Fishbein. Populasi penelitian adalah masyarakat Kabupaten Garut pengguna aplikasi PeduliLindungi yang mengunjungi Polres Garut. Berdasarkan teknik sampling Bernoulli, didapatkan responden sebanyak 100 orang. Atribut-atribut yang digunakan sebagai kunci penelitian terdiri dari kualitas produk, fitur, desain, serta layanan pelengkap. Hasil penelitian yang didapat menunjukkan jika masyarakat memiliki sikap positif terhadap kehadiran aplikasi PeduliLindungi.

Abstract

Abstract. Mobile payment is generally a payment tool in the form of software available in smartphones to make it easier for its users to make transactions anytime and anywhere his research aims to give empirical evidence of the influence of perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, trust, and security on the interest in the use of mobile payment in Garut University students. We collect questionnaires from 100 students that are selected using the proportionate sampling method. The data is then analyzed using multiple linear regression. The analysis’ results show that both perceived of benefit and security variables partially has a positive effect while the perceived ease of use and trust has an insignificant effect on the interest in using mobile payments. This study provides an essential insight into how academic users in rural areas in Indonesia adopt electronic payment technologies.Keywords:  Perceived ease of use, Perceived of usefulness, Trust, Security, Interests.

Abstract

Employee stock options are discussed not only by researchers in the field of finance, but also from human resources, to psychology. This study aims to fill the research gap related to ESO by conducting bibliometric analysis on articles from the Google Scholar database. A total of 151 articles were selected from the 175 articles found with a range of publication years 2002-2021. The selected articles are classified based on the relevance of the title and abstract. In addition, it is also classified by publisher. Keywords found and related to ESO are grouped based on relevance and frequency of occurrence in order to obtain three groups of keyword elements.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of competence, work motivation, and compensation on job satisfaction and employee performance in the Garut District Fire Department. The method used in this study is a quantitative method with the purpose of verification. The research instrument was a questionnaire distributed to Garut Regency Fire Department employees. Furthermore, to analyze the data that has been collected, researchers use Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM), which is a statistical analysis tool to test the influence model between predetermined variables. In the next stage, researchers analyze the collected data using tools like WarpPLS. The results showed that work competence and motivation significantly influenced employee job satisfaction. Employees with good competence and high work motivation tend to have higher levels of job satisfaction. In addition, the findings of this study revealed that employee job satisfaction significantly influences employee performance. Employees who are satisfied with their jobs tend to perform better. The implication of this study is to suggest that the management governance of the Garut Regency Fire Department pays attention to developing employee competencies and motivating employees effectively to increase job satisfaction and employee performance. In the context of public services, paying attention to these factors is very important to enhance the organization's quality of service.
