Abstract

Garut dikenal sebagai kota yang memiliki kekayaan wisata air panas alami. Seiring dengan berkembangnya konsep wisata halal di berbagai daerah, Garut dengan mayoritas penduduk beragama islam dan aktivitas wisatanya masih didominasi wisatawan halal, tengah mempersiapkan diri untuk menjadi bagian dari pengembangan wisata halal di Indonesia. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui preferensi masyarakat Garut sebagai wisatawan lokal pemandian air panas Cipanas Garut mengenai wisata halal Garut. Dengan metode kuantitatif, pendekatan survey dengan penyebaran kuesioner terhadap 50 wisawatan dilakukan pada periode Januari – Juli 2019. Data yang terkumpul kemudian dianalisis menggunakan analisis konjoin dengan bantuan software SPSS 22. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa wisatawan lokal Garut masih menempatkan wisata halal sebagai urutan terakhir dibandingkan dengan daya tarik wisata, fasilitas wisata, persepsi wisata maupun keterjangkauan lokasi wisata untuk wisata pemandian air panas Cipanas Garut. Temuan tersebut bisa dijadikan sebagai bahan evaluasi mengenai pentingnya edukasi indikator wisata halal yang selama ini dilakukan oleh kementrian pariwisata Indonesia, bagi pemangku kepentingan wisata halal di Kabupaten Garut.

Abstract

Perusahaan-perusahaan di Indonesia sedang menghadapi tantangan bisnis yang lebih dan tingginya intensitas kompetitif di antara pelaku bisnis. Untuk mengatasi kompetisi tersebut, perusahaan dipandang perlu untuk menyiapkan sumberdaya yang dimiliki dengan baik. Tingginya permintaan dan sengitnya kompetisi di seluruh industri telah membuat perusahaan kesulitan untuk menemukan kandidat karyawan yang tepat/baik. Kelangkaan sumberdaya ini mengharuskan perusahaan untuk menjaga dan memelihara karyawan yang ada dan telah berkontribusi untuk perusahaan. Di sisi lain, perusahaan menginginkan karyawan mereka berkomitmen kuat terhadap pekerjaan dan organisasi/perusahaan. Penelitian ini mengidentifikasi kepuasan kerja dan konflik kerja-keluarga yang dialami karyawan dan menganalisa apakah kedua variabel tersebut berpengaruh pada komitmen organisasi. Kami mendistribusikan kuesioner dengan metode daring selama dua minggu dan memperoleh 79 responden dari beberapa industri. Analisis deskriptif dan regresi berganda digunakan untuk menganalisa temuan. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa level konflik kerja-keluarga yang dialami karyawan adalah rata-rata, level kepuasan kerjanya tinggi, dan komitmen organisasi pada level rendah. Kami juga menemukan hubungan antara konflik kerjakeluarga dan kepuasan kerja dengan komitmen karyawan relatif lemah (R = 0,412). Demikian pula, kontribusi kedua variabel independen hanya sebesar 0,169 (16,9%). Secara simultan, komitmen organisasi dipengaruhi oleh konflik kerja-keluarga dan kepuasan kerja. Namun, secara parsial, hanya kepuasan kerja yang berpengaruh secara signifikan pada komitmen organisasi.Kata kunci: konflik kerja-keluarga, kepuasan kerja, komitmen karyawan, regresi berganda

Abstract

Although the mountain is a popular tourist destination, research regarding mountain tourism is still limited. Over the years, researches on tourist satisfaction covered a more general context of tourism, without specifically analyzing mountain tourism. Therefore, this research aims to investigates factors influencing tourists’ satisfaction on mountain tourism, with Mount Papandayan, Garut Regency, West Java, Indonesia, as a case. Eleven variables regarding tourist satisfaction were derived from several interviews with Mount Papandayan’s management staff and 30 tourists that were hiking and camping on Mount Papandayan. A sample of 100 respondents, who were the Mount Papandayan’s tourists that had been hiking and camping, completed questionnaires. Exploratory factor analysis (EFA) and confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) was used to analyze the data. The results show that there are three factors that affect tourist’s satisfaction in mountain tourism, which are ‘infrastructure and facilities’, ‘natural resources’, and ‘mountain area’s atmosphere’, while CFA validated the model fit. The results also indicated a significant relationship between the three factors. This research provides an opportunity for broader research opportunities in mountain tourism, especially in tropical countries. Keywords : mountain tourism, satisfaction, EFA, CFA

Abstract

AbstrakDiskusi mengenai paradigma bisnis dan pemasaran telah diteliti dengan mengubah fokus dari fokus terhadap produk menjadi fokus terhadap pelanggan dengan mengacu pada orientasi logika dominasi layanan. Perkembangan teknologi digital seperti internet dan media sosial telah mempengaruhi praktek bisnis dan pemasaran dalam melakukan praktek bisnis online, seperti contohnya e-commerce, termasuk di dalamnya bisnis makanan. Studi ini mengeksplorasi mengenai faktor – faktor yang menentukan hubungan pemasaran di dalam jaringan bisnis e-commerce makanan. Metode penelitian induktif digunakan dalam studi ini, dan data dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis data tematik berdasarkan hasil wawancara mendalam yang dilakukan dengan berbagai pelaku bisnis yang terlibat di dalam rantai e-commerce makanan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan tujuh elemen kritis yang akan menentukan kesuksesan hubungan pemasaran di dalam jaringan bisnis e-commerce makanan: komitmen, komunikasi, kepercayaan, koordinasi, reputasi, profesionalisme, dan risiko di dalam hubungan. Hasil analisis memberikan dasar lebih lanjut untuk pengembangan hubungan pemasaran di dalam bisnis makanan di dalam menggunakan e-commerce dengan dilandasi logika dominasi layanan sebagai prinsip dasar yang digunakan oleh petani produsen, pedagang, dan pelaku ritel atau pengecer.Kata kunci: hubungan pemasaran, nilai hubungan, logika dominasi layanan, e-commerce makanan, perdagangan antar usaha (perusahaan)AbstractDiscussion about the business and marketing paradigm is observed by shifting the focus from product-focused to customer-focused with service-dominant logic orientation. Digital technology advancement, such as the Internet and social media, has influenced business and marketing practices into online business, such as e-commerce, including food businesses. This study explored the factors determining marketing relationships in the food e-commerce network. An inductive research method was applied, and data were analysed using thematic analysis based on in-depth interviews with various business actors involved in the food e-commerce chain. The results reveal seven critical elements that determine a success relationship marketing in the food e-commerce network: commitment, communication, trust, coordination, reputation, professionalism, and relationship risk. The analysis provides a foundation for further development of relationship marketing in the food businesses on using e-commerce and service-dominant logic as the underlying principle for farmer producers, traders or suppliers, and retailers. Abstract

Abstrak Manajemen rantai pasok telah menjadi konsep penting dalam dunia bisnis, sehingga rantai pasok itu sendiri menempati posisi penting dalam keputusan yang harus diambil oleh perusahaan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui manajemen rantai pasok kentang yang ada di Kabupaten Garut dengan menawarkan skenario pendistribusian barang menggunakan metode transportasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif deskriptif, dengan berdasarkan waktunya adalah cross sectional. Data diambil melalui data sekunder, dan wawancara pada tiga direktur perusahan dagang terbesar di daerah Garut Selatan. Terdapat tiga tujuan distribusi produk kentang yang berasal dari Garut yaitu pasar yang ada di Kota Jakarta, Kota Tangerang dan Kota Bogor. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah model manajemen produksi dan metode transportasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa metode least cost memiliki nilai yang paling rendah dibandingkan dengan metode lainnya. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa biaya terendah adalah distribusi kentang dari perusahaan dagang 1 ke daerah Bogor.Kata kunci: manajemen rantai pasok, biaya distribusi, metode transportasiAbstract Supply chain management has become an essential concept in the business world. Thus, the supply chain itself occupies an essential position in companies' decisions. This study aimed to determine the supply chain management of potatoes in Garut Regency by offering a scenario for the distribution of goods using the transportation method. This research uses a descriptive quantitative method, based on time; it is cross-sectional. The data were taken through secondary data and interviews with the directors of the three most significant trading companies in the South Garut area. There are three distribution destinations for potato products originating from Garut, namely markets in Jakarta, the city of Tangerang, and Bogor. Data analysis techniques used are production management models and transportation methods. The results showed that the least cost method had the lowest value compared to other methods. The results show that the lowest cost is the distribution of potatoes from trading company 1 to the Bogor area.Keywords: supply chain management, distribution cost, transportation method

Abstract

Nowadays, the demand for people mobility is getting higher. The breakthrough of online application-based transportation innovation such as Go-Jek combining transportation with communication technology through smartphone requires the people to decide which transportation is most compatible to their need. The presence of something innovative in many areas can get resistance, so can the presence of ojek online (online taxibike) in Garut Regency getting resistance from conventional transportation, particularly ojek pangkalan (base taxibike) and city public transportation (angkot) ending up with conflict. This research aims to provide an alternative solution by means of organizing conflict mapping, conflict resolution process, and conflict resolution. Research method employed was qualitative approach, while data was obtained through observation and interview with 8 informants. The result of research showed that factors becoming the main source of conflict are social factor related to the passenger preferring ojek online, ojek online picking up passenger in ojek pangkalan and city public transportation areas and economic factor including cheaper tariff of ojek online.

Abstract

This study is aimed at investigating the strategy formulation in the development of religious tourism in Mount Haruman by using a SWOT analysis and Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix (QSPM). The latter was used to determine the recommended strategies to be implemented. The research employed a descriptive qualitative research with a case study approach. The data were collected by using in-depth interviews and distributing questionnaires to a number of key informants around Mount Haruman. The results showed that there were a number of alternative strategies used. The religious tourism managers of Mount Haruman were able to develop their natural potential by holding special events, providing navigation, increasing promotion, providing and developing various facilities, improving the quality of human resources, establishing cooperation and community ownership, planning and developing tourism, maintaining and repairing infrastructure, as well as improving visitor awareness. Based on the analysis of all alternative strategies through QSPM, the strategy that should be implemented and treated as a top priority is to increase promotion. It can be carried out by utilizing information and communication-based technology that is currently developing. The study brings implication that information technology plays a crucial role in tourism development, especially in religious tourism in Mount Haruman.

Abstract

Gadget development is becoming a phenomenon which attract the world’s attention today. Sophisticated telecommunications technology encourages the creation of newgadget especially Tablet PC. More and more people using this gadget to replace their computer use. The purpose of this study was to mapthe position of several Tablet PC brands such as Apple, Samsung, Smartfren, Acer, and ASUS based onthe perception of Bandung Electronic Center(BEC) visitors. Each day, around 25.000-40.000 visitors visit the BEC which is the largest electronic mall in Bandung. This is an exploratory reseach using the descriptive method. Multidimensional scaling technique used to mapped the 5 Tablet PC brandsinto six dimensions; product feature, brand, price, battery consumption (endurance), lifestyle and design. The questionnaires were delivered to 100 respondents using purposive sampling method. The results of this study indicated that Apple is still the best for product feature based on consumer perceptions . As for the best brand the winner is Samsung followed by Apple, ASUS, Acer and Smartfren. Based on price dimension the cheapest Tablet PC is Smartfren and Apple is the most expensive. Samsung is also the winner in the field of battery power consumption and Acer is the worst. The best Tablet PC in the field of the lifestyle is Samsung followed by Apple, ASUS, Acer and Smartfren. Finally, Tablet PC with the best design also goes to Samsung then followed by Apple, ASUS, Acer and Smartfren. Abstract

This study presents the conflict in bankruptcy case of PT TX, the biggest cellular telecommunication operator in Indonesia. GMCR method is used for describing conflict condition in bankruptcy until equilibrium solution is obtained. There are three conflict situations (frames). Every player has desires formulated as options. All options are combined to generate scenarios. The scenarios are sorted by player’s preferences, then stability analysis is done by using solution concept. The result shows that 1 (one) scenario in frame I, 9 (nine) scenarios in frame II, and 6 (six) scenarios in frame III are feasible. Equilibrium solution scenarios for conlict are obtained which are scenario 3 for frame I, scenario 13 for frame II, and scenario 2 for frame III. Keywords: Graph Model for Conflict Resolution (GMCR), Game Theory, Conflict, Bankruptcy

Abstract

This study aims to identify the co-creation behavior especially students who have experiences of casual dining restaurants. This study also analyses the relationship between co-creation behavior, customer satisfaction, and customer loyalty. The research applied a quantitative method with survey design, and it was conducted for 6 months. It applied the purposive sampling method and the questionnaires were distributed to 1,970 respondents. The collected data were analysed using Structural Equation Modelling (SEM). The results indicate that two types of co-creation behavior of students who have experiences of casual dining restaurants in Bandung, namely customer participant behavior and customer citizenship behavior.Keywords: consumer behaviour; culinary; co-creation behaviour; satisfaction; loyalty
