Abstract

Within the Indonesian higher education context, the tri dharma (three main academic activities) of lecturer activities are ensured to improve their performance. It is related to their intellectual ability, and competence. Both of these are important factors in supporting the quality of higher education. The study was conducted on 200 respondents by distributing questionnaires to the respondents. This paper finds that intellectual ability has a strong influence on the competence of lecturers, indirectly being able to produce a positive effect on their performance. However, it is not as strong as directly affecting their performance. This is realized, they have a logical, inspirational, creative and innovative thinking pattern in completing the tri dharma task. Such as education, producing scientific papers published in reputable national and international journals, publishing the results of community service, and contributing to other activities. In short, the stronger the professional competence, the higher the performance success achieved, because of the contribution of intellectual ability as an independent domain.

Abstract

Abstrak Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui karakteristik perilaku nasabah dan segmentasi pasar pada Koperasi Simpan Pinjam (KSP) Citra Abadi. Populasi sebanyak 516 nasabah yang mengambil kredit dan sampel yang diambil sebanyak 220 orang responden. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisa cluster yaitu suatu prosedur multivariate untuk mengelompokkan individu-individu ke dalam cluster-cluster berdasarkan karakteristik tertentu.Sedangkan metode pengelompokan dilakukan dengan metode Average Linkage yaitu jarak rata-rata seorang responden terhadap sebuah cluster mencerminkan rata-rata kesamaan (average similarities ) terhadap mereka yang sudah berada lebih dahulu dalam sebuah cluster. Sebagaimana hasil perhitungan melalui program SPSS didapatakan jumlah anggota untuk masing-masing cluster. Dalam hal ini semua responden terdistribusikan ke dalam masing-masing cluster. Dari 220 orang responden terdistribusikan pada cluster 1 berisi 122 orang responden sedang cluster 2 berisi 98 orang responden , maka dapat dianggap bahwa: Presentase cluster 1 = 122/220 x 100% = 55,45% Presentase cluster 2 = 98/220 x 100% = 44,54% Dari hasil diatas dapat dianggap bahwa nasabah pengambil kredit di Koperasi Simpan Pinjam (KSP) Citra Abadi kebanyakan di cluster 1 selisihnya tidak signifikan dengan cluster 2 , sehingga pihak manajemen harus lebih berfokus untuk melayani cluster 1 dan 2. Abstract

Mayoritas UMKM sebesar 82,9% merasakan dampak negatif dari pandemi ini dan hanya 5,9% yang mengalami pertumbuhan positif. Kondisi Pandemi ini bahkan menyebabkan 63,9% dari UMKM yang terdampak mengalami penurunan omzet lebih dari 30%. Hanya 3,8% UMKM yang mengalami peningkatan omzet. Beruntung dengan di era sekarang ini hidup kita sudah erat dengan globalisasi dan kemajuan yang pesat dalam bidang teknologi. Hal ini dikarenakan dengan kemudahan mengakses komunikasi yang dapat mengikis ruang dan waktu, sehingga orang dari seluruh dunia dapat berinteraksi dengan mudah melalui internet, termasuk interaksi jual beli antara penjual dan pembeli. Dengan menggunakan media sosial sebagai sales booster, para pelaku UMKM meningkatkan penjualan mereka. Kelurahan Dukuh Menanggal Kecamatan Gayungan Kota Surabaya, adalah salah satu wilayah kelurahan di kota Surabaya yang berada di jalan Dukuh Menanggal XII/6 Surabaya. Warga Dukuh Menanggal yang mempunyai pendapatan perkapita rendah juga mengakibatkan kemampuan Sumber Daya Manusia ( SDM ) menjadi rendah. Maka dari itu ada benarnya dilakukan pemberdayaan pedagang kaki lima dan para pelaku UMKM di Dukuh Menanggal. Hal ini menjadi latar belakang Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis untuk menjadikan Desa Dukuh Menanggal Surabaya sebagai tempat untuk pengabdian masyarakat.

Abstract

This research was conducted at CV. Indo Jaya Putra Surabaya which aims to find out and analyze: 1) the direct influence of motivation on employee performance, 2) the direct influence of collaboration on employee performance, 3) the direct influence of employee involvement on employee performance, and 4) the direct influence of motivation , employee cooperation and involvement on employee performance. This type of research is a quantitative method with a questionnaire to collect data, the saturated sample or total sampling is a population of all 53 employees from various operational departments at CV. Indo Jaya Putra Surabaya. Using multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS version 25. The results of this research show: 1) Work Motivation has no significant effect on Employee Performance, 2) Collaboration has a significant effect on Employee Performance, 3) Employee Engagement has a significant effect on Employee Performance, and 4) Work Motivation, Cooperation and Employee Involvement simultaneously have an effect significant impact on CV employee performance. Abstract

Business activity of Islamic banks is to channel financing with the aim of making a profit. Profit-sharing financing is a characteristic of Islamic Banks that use mudharabah and musharakah contracts. In addition, it is also equipped with buying and selling financing using murabahah, istishna’, and ijarah contracts. Of course, during the Covid-19 pandemic, financial turmoil can have an impact on the ability to earn profits as a form of banking business sustainability. The purpose of this research is to conduct an analysis of the sustainability of Islamic banks during the Covid-19 pandemic through the distribution of profit-sharing financing and buying-selling financing so that the financing that will be known most strengthen the sustainability of Islamic banks in terms of the ability to earn profits. The population in this research is Islamic banks in Indonesia which are sampled with the Saturated sampling technique, so that over all 14 Islamic banks are used in research this. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression with the JAMOVI Data tool used 2019-2022 as a year to conduct an analysis of Islamic bank sustainability. Findings of this study show that the most dominant determination of the sustainability of Islamic banks during the Covid-19 pandemic is mudharabah financing

Abstract

Pendahuluan: Lumbar disc bulging syndrome tidak menyebabkan penekanan pada nerve root, sehingga hanya akan menyebabkan central low back pain. Studi ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penatalaksanaan fisioterapi dengan manual terapi dan mc-kenzie exercises pada kondisi lumbar disc bulging syndrome. Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel 1 orang pasien dengan kondisi Lumbar disc bulging syndrome dan diberikan intervensi manual terapi berupa POLD Method dan SNAGs extension serta latihan Mc-Kenzie dengan 3x/minggu selama 45 menit dalam 4 sesi pertemuan. Analisa data didasarkan pada perkembangan hasil evaluasi pengukuran yang disajikan dalam bentuk grafik. Hasil: Evaluasi nyeri mengalami penurunan nyeri tekan (4/10) dan nyeri gerak (5/10). Adanya peningkatan lingkup gerak sendi lumbar (S: 30°-0°-80°; F: 30°-0°-30°; T: 45°-0°-45°). Adanya perbaikan fungsional (20%: Keterbatasan sedang). Kesimpulan: Terdapat penurunan tingkat nyeri, peningkatan lingkup gerak sendi lumbar, dan perbaikan fungsional pada pasien lumbar disc bulging setelah diberikan POLD Method dan SNAGs extension serta latihan Mc-Kenzie selama 4 sesi pertemuan.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to investigate how of job satisfaction that mediates the intention to quit employees from the company that determined by organizational commitment. The study used the explanatory method, and the sample was based on a questionnaire distributed by 120 respondents with SEM analysis. The results of this study indicate that organizational commitment and job satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on intention to quit. The positive effect of organizational commitment shows that employees have a high desire to quit. Opportunities to leave the organization are getting stronger because company leaders are aware of their behavior. The positive effect of organizational commitment on job satisfaction has also increased. Actions taken by employees are more directed towards expectations because extrinsically job satisfaction has an important role for the work itself. It strengthens the emotions of employees to work better. Another finding, also states that organizational commitment mediated by job satisfaction also responds to the employee's desire to quit, this positively also places the work they are engaged in, and contributes practically because high job satisfaction generally results in high employee retention rates.
