Abstract

Abstrak Jenis penelitian adalah deskriptif kuantitatif, dengan populasi penelitian adalah konsumen online produk toko Indah Bordir berdasarkan data penjualan dalam kurun waktu 3 (tiga) bulan terakhir . Dengan panduan perhitungan penelitian serta analisa diperoleh kesimpulan : 1) Hasil uji t hitung variabel kenyamanan, keamanan dan kemudahan lebih besar dari t tabel sehingga disimpulkan adanya pengaruh langsung secara parsial kenyamanan, keamanan dan keamanan hasil uji F yang menunjukkan F hitung 357,65 sedangkan F tabel 2,64 disimpulkan adanya hal yang mempengaruhi secara simultan kenyamanan, keamanan dan kemudahan transaksi online kepadaketetapan daya beli konsumen produk toko Indah Bordir . Berdasarkan Standardized Coefisients, variabel yang dominan mempengaruhi adalah kenyamanan, sehingga dapat dikatakan semakin tinggi kemudahan proses transaksi online maka dapat memotivasi pembeli untuk melaksanakan transaksi di toko Indah Bordir. Kata kunci: Kenyamanan, keamanan, kemudahan, keputusan pembelian, transaksi online

Abstract

The need for vehicles, especially cars in Indonesia, has increased from year to year. This is because Indonesia is a developing country and is actively building. The types of vehicles that are in great demand by the public are commercial vehicles which can also be used for personal purposes. The progress of the car body industry in Indonesia has been able to change the types of commercial vehicles into personal vehicles. With the increasing demand for commercial vehicles to become private vehicles. With the increasing demand for these vehicles resulted in the development of the car body industry in Indonesia. This situation resulted in the emergence of competition between the car body industry, the company must carry out calculations or analyzes of the opinions to be obtained and the costs used to obtain these revenues. In this case the placement of the cost of production plays a very important role . In the process of compiling the cost of production , it should be noted that each component must be calculated correctly and properly charged , so that the reliability of the accuracy of the cost of production as cost information is not misleading and can be accounted for . Abstract

The Study on the Potential of Restaurant Taxes for Increasing Local Revenue in Sumenep Regency 2019-2022, aims to find out the potential for Restaurant Tax and make an estimate of the potential growth of Restaurant Tax to increase Local Revenue in SUMENEP Regency from 2019 to 2022. The Specific targets to be achieved in this research are: 1. It is necessary to analyze the potential of local taxes to increase local revenue for the next 4 years in Sumenep Regency. 2. The need to optimize the potential Restaurant Tax to Increase Local Revenue for the next 4 years in Sumenep Regency. The method is carried out on the basis of documentary research and direct observation carried out on the research object, with several stages, as follows: The first stage is to analyze the growth rates of each type of local tax and developments during the 2015-2018 period. The second stage is to analyze the growth rate of restaurant tax types and developments during the 2015-2018 period. The third stage of this research activity is to analyze the contribution of each type of local tax that will have an effect on the total local tax revenue. The Fourth stage is to analyze the restaurant tax contribution. The fifth stage is to makae projections. potential of Sumenep Regency Restaurant Tax during the 2019-2022 period. The analysis of the results of the Study on the Potential of Restaurant Taxes to increase Local Revenue of Sumenep Regency generally, as follows: Hotel tax growth rate is the biggest one (86.07%), the second biggest is restaurant tax (45.33%) and the smallest is Land and Building Tax. The second analysis is the growth rate of restaurant tax from 2014 to 2018 has fluctuated where the highest growth occurred in 2015, which was 78.91%, then the lowest growth in restaurant tax was 21.39% which occurred in 2016. The contribution of restaurant taxes to regional taxes and local revenue of Sumenep Regency from 2014 to 2018 has fluctuated where the largest contribution occurred in 2017, 19.22%. Analysis of the condition of the average types of taxes based on overlay analysis (growth and contribution to PAD), during the past 5 years are: There are 3 types of taxes in the prime classification, namely Hotel Tax, Restaurant Tax, Street Lighting Tax. There are 3 types of tax with the Developing classification, namely BPHTB tax, mineral tax and advertisement tax.

Abstract

Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif , dengan populasi penelitian adalah masyarakat peternak ayam potong di Desa Karangrejo Kecamatan Gempol Kabupaten Pasuruan . Berdasarkan data penjualan dalam kurun waktu 3 (tiga) bulan terakhir . Dengan panduan perhitungan penelitian serta analisa diperoleh kesimpulan : 1 ) Peserta pengelola peternakan ayam potong di Desa Karangrejo Kecamatan Gempol Kabupaten Pasuruan memiliki kemampuan pengertian pemasaran yang baik , sesuain dengan materi yang diberikan dengan adanya respon dari peserta . 2) Hasil kegiatan pelatihan sangatlah bermanfaat bagii para peserta di Desa Karangrejo Kecamatan Gempol Kabupaten Pasuruan , dan memiliki kemampuan serta mengerti cara beternak ayam potong yang baik . 3 ) Hasil kegiatan pelatihan sangatlah bermanfaat bagi para peserta di Desa Karangrejo Kecamatan Gempol Kabupaten Pasuruan , dengan memiliki ketrampilan beternak ayam potong dengan maju dan benar . Mengingat pelatihan cara beternak ayam potong dan cara pemasaran pemasaran yang baik dan benar ini sangat penting dan dapat dan dapat berkelanjutan serta membuahkan hasil dari minat yang dimiliki oleh peserta dan masyarakat guna mendukung program pemerintah desa mandiri dan maju demi kesejahteraan masyarakat .

Abstract

Program kegiatan pengabdian pada masyarakat (PkM) yang dilaksanakan oleh Tim Pengabdian Masyarakat Universitas Teknologi Surabaya bekerjasama dengan Yayasan Panti Asuhan Sejahtera dan masyarakat sekitar kampus sebagai salah satu bentuk pelaksanaan Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi selain kegiatan pendidikan dan penelitian. Kegiatan PkM bakti sosial penjualan baju bekas ini dilaksanakan sebagai bentuk kepedulian terhadap masyarakat sekitar disamping untuk melatih mahasiswa dalam hal menumbuhkan jiwa entrepreneurship dan kepedulian sosial juga untuk mengaplikasikan ilmu yang didapat dibangku kuliah sesuai dengan capaian pembelajaran lulusan program studi manajemen Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis. Adanya pandemi covid-19 yang mengakibatkan menurunnya tingkat kemampuan daya beli masyarakat terhadap kebutuhan akan pakaian dan kebutuhan lainnya telah mendorong mahasiswa dan tim PkM Universitas Teknologi Surabaya untuk melaksanakan kegiatan bakti sosial penjualan baju bekas yang masih layak dipakai dengan harga murah. Metode dalam melaksanakan kegiatan PkM ini dibagi dalam 3 tahapan yaitu tahap persiapan, tahap pelaksanaan dan tahap penutupan. Kegiatan PkM ini telah memberikan dampak yang positif terhadap semua pihak yang terlibat. Terbukti dengan respon dari masyarakat yang sangat baik saat mereka datang dan memilih baju yang diakhiri dengan proses pembelian. Kesimpulan dari kegiatan PkM ini diharapkan kedepannya nanti dapat menjadi agenda rutin tahunan dengan peningkatan kualitas dan jumlah item barang yang dijual agar masyarakat bisa terbantu untuk membeli kebutuhannya dengan harga yang lebih murah.

Abstract

This research was conducted at companies engaged in the textile sector. The purpose of this research is to find out how the accounting information system and internal control system are applied to the finished goods inventory at PT Iskandar Indah Printing Textile and to find out how the accounting information system and internal control system for finished goods inventory at PT Iskandar Indah Printing Textile are by the theory stated. There is. The method used in this research is qualitative. Data collection techniques used are interviews, observation and documentation. The data analysis technique used in this study is by (1) Collecting data to get the desired information. (2) Reducing data or summarizing the main things. (3) Presenting data to conclude. (4) Summarize the research results.The results showed that the finished goods inventory accounting information system implemented at PT Iskandar Indah Printing Textile indicated that the tasks or functions carried out and the recording and reporting system regarding dead goods inventory management activities had been practical. Meanwhile, the internal control system for finished goods inventory still has a dual function/task of the warehouse department. Based on the practice that occurred at PT Iskandar Indah Printing Textile, by looking at the existing theory, the situation is still not by the idea. Still, the company can adequately run the accounting information and internal control systems on finished goods inventory.

Abstract

As a result of the Covid-19 pandemic that hit Indonesia in 2020, it has resulted in a decline in the economy and activities in various sectors and regions of Indonesia. In 2023, the economic condition, which was in shock due to the Covid-19 pandemic, is gradually improving in line with the stability of the domestic financial market and the stretching of several economic sectors. The Government of Indonesia has declared that this year our economy must recover more quickly by making policy steps to strengthen the economy accompanied by transparent prioritization and proper policy coordination and synchronization. The community service team at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Surabaya University of Technology feels compelled to participate in the success of government programs by creating HR assistance programs and business planning by utilizing marketplace applications in the post-Covid-19 pandemic for business development and increasing sales turnover. The accompanying partner this time is the "Winda Jaya" Surabaya staple food shop, which sells various basic household needs such as rice, sugar, coffee and others. The community service team at the Faculty of Economics and Business tries to identify problems based on the collected data. After further analysis, the community service team formulated the problem as follows: (1) Lack of partner's understanding of management functions and how to manage HR, (2) Lack of partner's understanding of making good business plans, (3) Partner's lack of understanding about tips and tricks for successfully utilizing marketplace applications. The method used is divided into 3 (three) stages, namely the preparation stage, the activity implementation stage and the closing stage. The results of this community service activity are an increase in understanding by companion partners of management science material, procedures for managing human resources, making a good business plan and how to use marketplace applications for business development. This community service activity (PkM) is in the framework of implementing the Tridharma of Higher Education and also supports the Surabaya City Development Synergy Program
