Abstract

This study aims to determine the impact of financial literacy and interest in saving on the consumer behavior of students at SMKN Kotamobagu. Consumer behavior among adolescents is increasing with easy access to technology and information, so adequate financial understanding and motivation to save from an early age are needed. The research method used is quantitative with a survey approach. Data collection techniques were carried out by distributing questionnaires to 63 students selected as samples using purposive sampling techniques. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression to determine the effect of financial literacy variables and interest in saving on consumer behavior. The results of the analysis show that both financial literacy and interest in saving simultaneously have a significant effect on student consumer behavior. Partially, financial literacy has a significant negative effect on consumer behavior, which means that the higher the level of financial literacy, the lower the level of student consumption. Interest in saving also has a significant negative effect, indicating that students with high interest in saving tend to control consumer urges better. These findings emphasize the importance of strengthening financial literacy education and habituation of saving among students as a preventive measure against unhealthy consumption patterns.

Abstract

  Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penerapan model pembelajaran Problem Based Learning (PBL) terhadap kemampuan berpikir kreatif siswa. PBL adalah pendekatan pembelajaran yang mengutamakan penyelesaian masalah sebagai metode utama dalam memperoleh pengetahuan, yang diyakini dapat meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kreatif siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan desain pretest-posttest kelompok kontrol. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas VII SMP Kristen Tomohon yang dibagi menjadi dua kelompok, yaitu kelompok eksperimen yang menerapkan model PBL dan kelompok kontrol yang menggunakan pembelajaran konvensional. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah tes berpikir kreatif yang mengukur aspek-aspek fluensi, fleksibilitas, orisinalitas, dan elaborasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat peningkatan yang signifikan pada kemampuan berpikir kreatif siswa yang mengikuti pembelajaran menggunakan model PBL dibandingkan dengan kelompok yang mengikuti pembelajaran konvensional ini mengindikasikan bahwa penerapan model PBL dapat menjadi strategi yang efektif dalam mengembangkan kemampuan berpikir kreatif siswa, terutama dalam konteks pembelajaran di sekolah menengah. Penelitian ini memberikan implikasi bagi pengembangan praktik pembelajaran yang lebih inovatif dan kreatif di tingkat pendidikan. Kata Kunci: Problem Based Learning, berpikir kreatif,   ABSTRACT This study aims to analyze the application of the Problem Based Learning (PBL) learning model to students’ creative thinking skills. PBL is a learning approach that prioritizes problem solving as the main method in gaining knowledge, which is believed to improve students’ creative thinking skills. This study used an experimental method with a pretest-posttest control group design. The subjects of the study were grade VII student of tomohon christian middle school who were divided into two groups, namely the experimental group that applied the PBL model and the control group that used conventional learning. The instrument used in this study was a creative thingking test that measured aspects of fluency,flexibility,originality,and elaboration. The results showed that there was a significant increase in the creative thingking skills of the students who participated in learning using the PBL model compared to the grup that participated in conventional learning. These findings indicate that the application of the PBL model can be an effective strategy in developing students’ creative thinking skills, especially in the context of learning in secondary schools. This study provides implications for the development of more innovative and creative learning practices at the educational level. Keywords: Problem Based Learning, creative thingking.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of teamwork, organizational culture, self-efficacy, achievement motivation, and transformational leadership on teachers' innovative behavior through job satisfaction as a mediating variable in State Vocational High Schools (SMKN) of Minahasa Regency. This study uses the Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) method to test the direct and indirect relationships between research variables. This study uses a quantitative approach with a purposive sampling technique, involving SMKN teachers in Minahasa Regency as respondents. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using PLS-SEM, which allows the evaluation of the measurement model and the causal relationship between the research variables. The results of the analysis show that teamwork, organizational culture, self-efficacy, achievement motivation, and transformational leadership have a significant influence on teachers' innovative behavior. In addition, job satisfaction acts as a mediator in the relationship between independent variables and teachers' innovative behavior. Among the variables studied, transformational leadership and self-efficacy have the most dominant impact on teachers' job satisfaction and innovative behavior. These findings indicate that increasing innovative teacher behavior can be achieved by strengthening transformational leadership, building a conducive organizational culture, increasing teacher self-efficacy and achievement motivation, and creating high job satisfaction. Therefore, educational policies and school management strategies need to focus on these factors in order to improve the quality of teaching and innovation at SMKN Minahasa Regency.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pemahaman dan implementasi kebijakan Merdeka Belajar di Sekolah Dasar Kabupaten Bolaang Mongondow Timur. Merdeka Belajar merupakan salah satu kebijakan strategis Kementerian Pendidikan, Kebudayaan, Riset, dan Teknologi yang bertujuan mendorong transformasi pendidikan di Indonesia melalui pendekatan yang lebih fleksibel, kontekstual, dan berpusat pada siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan dokumentasi terhadap kepala sekolah dan guru di beberapa sekolah dasar di daerah tersebut. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemahaman terhadap kebijakan Merdeka Belajar cukup bervariasi. Sebagian guru dan kepala sekolah memahami esensi kebijakan ini sebagai upaya memberikan kebebasan dalam merancang pembelajaran yang lebih sesuai dengan kebutuhan siswa dan konteks lokal. Namun, sebagian lainnya masih memiliki pemahaman yang terbatas, terutama dalam penerapan prinsip pembelajaran berdiferensiasi dan integrasi Profil Pelajar Pancasila. Dalam hal implementasi, sekolah-sekolah telah berupaya merancang perencanaan pembelajaran yang adaptif, melakukan inovasi dalam metode mengajar, serta menerapkan evaluasi pembelajaran berbasis asesmen formatif dan refleksi. Kendala yang dihadapi antara lain keterbatasan fasilitas, kesiapan guru, serta kurangnya pelatihan berkelanjutan. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa meskipun pelaksanaan Merdeka Belajar di Kabupaten Bolaang Mongondow Timur masih menghadapi berbagai tantangan, terdapat antusiasme dan potensi yang besar untuk pengembangan lebih lanjut. Diperlukan dukungan kebijakan, pelatihan berkelanjutan, serta peningkatan sarana dan prasarana guna mengoptimalkan implementasi kebijakan ini di tingkat sekolah dasar.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan model usaha mikro, kecil, dan menengah (UMKM) yang dikembangkan oleh mahasiswa berbasis digital dan kearifan lokal di era Ekonomi 5.0. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara mendalam terhadap delapan mahasiswa pelaku UMKM yang aktif di bidang usaha kreatif dan digital. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mahasiswa memanfaatkan media sosial dan e-commerce secara efektif dalam menjalankan usahanya, dengan pendekatan pemasaran berbasis budaya lokal. Model bisnis yang dikembangkan bersifat adaptif, inovatif, dan kolaboratif, yang didukung oleh literasi digital dan jaringan kampus. Kearifan lokal menjadi elemen penting dalam diferensiasi produk, memperkuat identitas, serta menciptakan keterikatan emosional dengan konsumen. Kolaborasi dengan pelaku industri kreatif dan dukungan institusi kampus turut memperkuat keberlanjutan usaha. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan pentingnya penguatan ekosistem kewirausahaan mahasiswa berbasis digital yang berakar pada budaya lokal. Luaran Penelitian akan di publikasikan pada jurnal bereputasi nasional terindeks sinta 3 dan HKI.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the implementation of Higher Order Thinking Skills (HOTS)-based learning at SMP 8 Satu Atap (SATAP) Tondano, particularly in core subjects such as Mathematics, Science, and Indonesian Language. HOTS-based learning is essential to equip students with critical thinking, creativity, and the ability to solve complex problems in line with the demands of the Merdeka Curriculum and the Industrial Revolution 4.0. This study employed a qualitative approach using a case study method. The subjects used in this study were 5 teachers. Data collection techniques included in-depth interviews with teachers. The results of the study indicated that teachers had made efforts to integrate HOTS elements into the learning process through the use of trigger questions, group discussions, and project-based assignments. However, the implementation still faced various obstacles, such as limited infrastructure, low student learning motivation, and a lack of teacher training in HOTS lesson planning. To overcome these challenges, teachers applied strategies such as scaffolding, the use of contextual learning media, and collaboration among teachers. This study concluded that the implementation of HOTS-based learning at SMP 8 SATAP Tondano was underway but not yet optimal, and still required strengthened institutional support and teacher capacity building.

Abstract

Academic achievement is widely recognized as one of the most crucial indicators of educational success, reflecting the extent to which students are able to attain learning objectives. It is strongly influenced by both internal and external factors that shape students’ attitudes, behaviors, and performance in the learning process. Among these factors, learning discipline and learning motivation play a particularly important role in determining students’ achievement outcomes. This study aims to examine the influence of learning discipline and learning motivation on the academic achievement of vocational high school students. The research employed a quantitative approach with a survey method. The population of the study consisted of tenth-grade students in the Office Management and Business Services program at SMKS Kristen 2 Tomohon. A total of 30 students were selected as research participants. Data were collected using structured questionnaires that measured students’ learning discipline and learning motivation, while their academic achievement was assessed through official school records. The collected data were analyzed using multiple linear regression with the assistance of SPSS version 27 to determine the simultaneous and partial effects of the independent variables on the dependent variable. The findings reveal that both learning discipline and learning motivation have a significant and positive effect on academic achievement. The coefficient of determination (R Square) was found to be 0.949, indicating that 94.9% of the variation in academic achievement can be explained by learning discipline and learning motivation. The remaining 5.1% is attributed to other factors not included in this study, such as family background, peer influence, teaching quality, and learning environment. These results emphasize the importance of fostering consistent learning discipline and strengthening intrinsic as well as extrinsic motivation in order to improve students’ academic performance. In conclusion, the study highlights that educational institutions, teachers, and parents must work collaboratively to encourage disciplined learning habits and sustain students’ motivation, as both are proven to be strategic factors in enhancing academic achievement at the vocational school level.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh praktik kerja lapangan dan keaktifan berorganisasi secara bersama-sama terhadap tingkat kesiapan kerja siswa kelas XII program keahlian Administrasi Perkantoran SMK Negeri 1 Bitung. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian berjumlah 72 orang sedangkan sampel berjumlah sebanyak 61. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu angket, observasi dan dokumentasi. Uji instrumen penelitian yang digunakan yaitu uji validitas dan reliabilitas. Dari uji instrumen yang digunakan variabel X1 ( 13 item) variabel X2 (16 item) dan variabel Y (18 item) dinyatakan valid. Hasil uji hipotesis diperoleh: 1) Praktik kerja lapangan (PKL) dapat mempengaruhi kesiapan kerja siswa di SMKN 1 Bitung sebanyak 52%; 2) Keaktifan siswa dapat mempengaruhi kesiapan kerja siswa di SMKN 1 Bitung sebanyak 41%; Praktik kerja lapangan dan keaktifan siwa mempengaruhi kesiapan kerja siswa di SMKN 1 Bitung sebanyak 61%. Kata Kunci: Praktik Kerja Lapangan, Keaktifan Siswa, Kesiapan Kerja ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of field work practices and organizational activity together on the level of work readiness of class XII students of the Office Administration expertise program at SMK Negeri 1 Bitung. This study uses a quantitative research type. The population in the study was 72 people while the sample was 61. The data collection techniques used were questionnaires, observation and documentation. The research instrument test used was the validity and reliability test. From the instrument test used, variable X1 (13 items) variable X2 (16 items) and variable Y (18 items) were declared valid. The results of the hypothesis test obtained: 1) Field work practices (PKL) can affect student work readiness at SMKN 1 Bitung by 52%; 2) Student activity can affect student work readiness at SMKN 1 Bitung by 41%; Field work practices and student activity affect student work readiness at SMKN 1 Bitung by 61%. Abstract

ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian ini Mengidentifikasi permasalahan permasalahan yang di hadapi Usaha Mikro, Kecil, Dan Menengah (UMKM) di Kotamobagu Selatan Kota Kotamobagu. Menyusun Materi Pelatihan Kewiirausahaan bagi pelaku Usaha Kecil Menengah dan Koperasi Di Kecamatan Kotamobagu Selatan Kota Kotamobagu. Spesifikasi produk yang di harapkan Konten Materi Pelatihan Kewirausahaan UMKM Di Kotamobagu Selatan Kota Kotamobagu. Panduan Materi Pelatihan Kewirausahaan UMKM Di Kecamatan Kotamobagu Selatan Kota Kotamobagu. Produk materi pelatihan kewirausahaan UMKM berhasil disusun dengan proses pengembangan Four D, dengan tahapan identifikasi masalah dan analisis kebutuhan pengembangan, desain prototipe dan materi pelatihan kewirausahaan UMKM, uji coba produk serta revisi produk materi pelatihan kewirausahaan UMKM. Materi yang di kembangkan yaitu materi pelatihan kewirausahaan UMKM dengan garis besar materi Ciri-Ciri, Karakteristik Dan Prinsip-Prinsip Kewirausahaan; Kreativitas Dan Inovasi Berwirausaha; Bagaimana Mendapatkan Modal Usaha; Pengelolaan Keuangan Keluarga dan Pemasaran online. Uji coba materi pelatihan kewirausahaan UMKM ini di katakan sangat efektif karena bisa dapat dengan mudah di pahami oleh subjek Uji coba yaitu Pelaku UMKM di Kotamobagu Selatan Kota Kotamobagu dengan di lihat dari pelaksanaan siklus Uji Coba Produk Pengembangan Materi Kewirausahaan UMKM yang hanya di laksanakan 1 kali siklus Action Reseaarch sudah menghasilkan pemahaman dan literasi materi pelatihan kewirausahaan bagi pelaku UMKM. Produk materi pelatihan kewirausahaan UMKM di Kecamatan Kotamobagu Selatan Kota Kotamobagu ini belum sempurna, sangat di perlukan perbaikan-perbaikan yang di sesuaikan dengan kondisi objek dan subjek yang lainnya. MSME entrepreneurship training material products were successfully prepared using the Four D development process, with stages of problem identification and development needs analysis, prototype design and MSME entrepreneurship training materials, product trials and product revisions of MSME entrepreneurship training materials. The material developed is MSME entrepreneurship training material with material outlining the Characteristics, Characteristics and Principles of Entrepreneurship; Entrepreneurial Creativity and Innovation; How to Get Business Capital; Family Financial Management and Online Marketing. This trial of MSME entrepreneurship training material is said to be very effective because it can be easily understood by the trial subjects, namely MSME actors in South Kotamobagu, Kotamobagu City, seen from the implementation of the MSME Entrepreneurship Material Development Product Trial cycle which is only carried out once in the Action cycle. Research has produced understanding and literacy of entrepreneurship training materials for MSMEs. The MSME entrepreneurship training material product in South Kotamobagu District, Kotamobagu City is not yet perfect, it really needs improvements that are adapted to the conditions of other objects and subjects. Abstract

Pengaruh Keterampilan Mengajar Guru dan Keterampilan Mengajar Guru Terhadap Efektivitas Pembelajaran Pada Mata Pelajaran Kewirausahaan di SMKN 1 Motoling Timur. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 40 orang dan semua populasi dijadikan sampel dalam penelitian. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu angket, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Uji instrument penelitian yang digunakan yaitu uji validitas dan uji realibilitas, sedangkan uji prasyarat yaitu uji normalitas dan uji linearitas. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji regresi sederhana, uji regresi berganda, uji korelasi sederhana, uji korelasi berganda, uji t dan uji F. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu (1) terdapat pengaruh keterampilan mengajar guru terhadap efektifitas pembelajaran pada mata pelajaran kewirausahaan di SMKN 1 Motoling Timur, (2) terdapat pengaruh fasilitas belajar terhadap efektifitas pembelajaran pada mata pelajaran kewirausahaan di SMKN 1 Motoling Timur, (3) terdapat pengaruh keterampilan mengajar guru dan fasilitas belajar terhadap efektifitas pembelajaran pada mata pelajaran kewirausahaan di SMKN 1 Motoling Timur.
