Abstract

Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh efikasi diri dan dukungan sosial terhadap motivasi berprestasi siswa di SMKS Kristen Kawangkoan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan bersifat kuantitatif dengan analisis regresi, melibatkan 37 responden dengan total populasi 215 siswa. Hasil penelitian mennjukkan bahwa (1) efikasi diri memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi berprestasi, seperti yang dibuktikan oleh hasil uji t dengan thitung (6,531) > ttabel(2,032), selain itu, analisis korelasi mengungkapkan bawha terdapat hubungan yang kuat antara variabel efikasi diri (X1) pada variabel motivasi berprestasi (Y) dengan koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,747. (2) dalam kontek dukungan sosial, hasil penelitian juga menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh antara dukungan sosial teradap motivasi berprestasi dimana hasil dari perhitungan uji T yang menyatakan bahwa thitung(2,181) > ttabel(2,032), meskipun demikian, hubungan anatara dukungan sosial (X2) dan motivasi berprestasi (Y) cenderung lemah, dengan koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,352 yang menyatakan terdapat hubungan korelasi yang lemah antara variabel X2 terhadap varabel Y. (3) dari hasil perhitungan secara simultan menyatakan bahwa terdapat pengaruh antara variabel X1 dan X2 terhadap variabel Y dngan dibuktikannya hasil uji F menyatakan bahwa Fhitung (26,971) > Ftabel (3,28) dan dari hasil uji R square menyatakan pengaruh antara variabel efikasi diri dan dukungan sosial terhadap motivasi berprestasi sebesar 61,3% dan 38,7% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain. Variabel efikasi diri memiliki pengaruh lebih besar terhadap motivasi berprestasi dibandingkan dengan dukungan sosial. Dalam bentuk persamaan regresi berganda, model statistik dapat dirumuskan sebagai berikut: Y̌= 20,168 + 0,640X1 + 0,229X2. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa efikasi diri memiliki dampak yang lebih dominan dalam meningkatkan motivasi berprestasi siswa.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah (i) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi intrinsik terhadap hasil belajar ekonomi peserta didik kelas XI di SMKN 2 Tondano. (ii) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi ekstrinsik terhadap hasil belajar ekonomi peserta didik kelas XI di SMKN 2 Tondano. (iii) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi intrinsik dan motivasi ekstrinsik terhadap hasil belajar ekonomi peserta didik kelas XI di SMKN 2 Tondano. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan korelasional dengan teknik pengumpulan melalui observasi, penyebaran angket dan teknik dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji instrument penelitian meliputi: uji validasi dan uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik meliputi; uji normalitas, uji multikorelasi dan uji heteroskedastisitas, uji regresi, uji sumultan (F) dan uji parsial (t). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (i) terdapat pengaruh motivasi intrinsik terhadap hasil belajar ekonomi peserta didik kelas XI di SMKN 2 Tondano yakni rendah (iii) terdapat pengaruh motivasi ekstrinsik terhadap hasil belajar ekonomi peserta didik kelas XI di SMKN 2 Tondano yakni rendah ; (iii) terdapat pengaruh motivasi intrinsik dan motivasi ekstrinsik terhadap hasil belajar ekonomi peserta didik kelas XI di SMKN 2 Tondano yakni rendah.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian ini Mengidentifikasi permasalahan permasalahan yang di hadapi Usaha Mikro, Kecil, Dan Menengah (UMKM) di Kotamobagu Selatan Kota Kotamobagu. Menyusun Materi Pelatihan Kewiirausahaan bagi pelaku Usaha Kecil Menengah dan Koperasi Di Kecamatan Kotamobagu Selatan Kota Kotamobagu. Spesifikasi produk yang di harapkan Konten Materi Pelatihan Kewirausahaan UMKM Di Kotamobagu Selatan Kota Kotamobagu. Panduan Materi Pelatihan Kewirausahaan UMKM Di Kecamatan Kotamobagu Selatan Kota Kotamobagu. Produk materi pelatihan kewirausahaan UMKM berhasil disusun dengan proses pengembangan Four D, dengan tahapan identifikasi masalah dan analisis kebutuhan pengembangan, desain prototipe dan materi pelatihan kewirausahaan UMKM, uji coba produk serta revisi produk materi pelatihan kewirausahaan UMKM. Materi yang di kembangkan yaitu materi pelatihan kewirausahaan UMKM dengan garis besar materi Ciri-Ciri, Karakteristik Dan Prinsip-Prinsip Kewirausahaan; Kreativitas Dan Inovasi Berwirausaha; Bagaimana Mendapatkan Modal Usaha; Pengelolaan Keuangan Keluarga dan Pemasaran online. Uji coba materi pelatihan kewirausahaan UMKM ini di katakan sangat efektif karena bisa dapat dengan mudah di pahami oleh subjek Uji coba yaitu Pelaku UMKM di Kotamobagu Selatan Kota Kotamobagu dengan di lihat dari pelaksanaan siklus Uji Coba Produk Pengembangan Materi Kewirausahaan UMKM yang hanya di laksanakan 1 kali siklus Action Reseaarch sudah menghasilkan pemahaman dan literasi materi pelatihan kewirausahaan bagi pelaku UMKM. Produk materi pelatihan kewirausahaan UMKM di Kecamatan Kotamobagu Selatan Kota Kotamobagu ini belum sempurna, sangat di perlukan perbaikan-perbaikan yang di sesuaikan dengan kondisi objek dan subjek yang lainnya. MSME entrepreneurship training material products were successfully prepared using the Four D development process, with stages of problem identification and development needs analysis, prototype design and MSME entrepreneurship training materials, product trials and product revisions of MSME entrepreneurship training materials. The material developed is MSME entrepreneurship training material with material outlining the Characteristics, Characteristics and Principles of Entrepreneurship; Entrepreneurial Creativity and Innovation; How to Get Business Capital; Family Financial Management and Online Marketing. This trial of MSME entrepreneurship training material is said to be very effective because it can be easily understood by the trial subjects, namely MSME actors in South Kotamobagu, Kotamobagu City, seen from the implementation of the MSME Entrepreneurship Material Development Product Trial cycle which is only carried out once in the Action cycle. Research has produced understanding and literacy of entrepreneurship training materials for MSMEs. The MSME entrepreneurship training material product in South Kotamobagu District, Kotamobagu City is not yet perfect, it really needs improvements that are adapted to the conditions of other objects and subjects. Abstract

This writing has the main objective of knowing the leadership role of the principal in improving the quality of education. The quality of education is our hope in facing the exchange of life that in several sectors, especially in the field of education sector for a better future. In order to realize quality education, this needs to be done leadership role in educational institutions. One of them is the principal because of that is a pioneer who drives all changes towards quality education. The research method used is the qualitative method. The data collection techniques used were observation, interviews, documentation and data triangulation, while the informants in this study were the principal, deputy principal and two teachers. The results showed that the principal of SMP 5 Tondano had carried out his role well in terms of quality planning, quality control and quality improvement of education at SMP 5 Tondano.

Abstract

Universities are required to be able to adjust to existing education with the current state of the Indonesian industry. Merdeka Learning Merdeka Campus (MBKM) is a policy of the Minister of Education and Culture which encourages students to master various knowledge as subjects before entering the world of business and industry. The purpose of this study was to analyze the obstacles faced by economics education majors in implementing the independent campus learning curriculum (MBKM). This type of research is quantitative. The data collection technique in this study was carried out by identifying discourse from MBKM documents, scientific articles in national and international journals, Ministerial Regulations and Legislation, as well as other online literature. The stages of the research included data collection, data analysis, and obtained the results and conclusions of the obstacles faced in the implementation of MBKM in the Department of Economic Education Reputable.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh praktik kerja lapangan dan keaktifan berorganisasi secara bersama-sama terhadap tingkat kesiapan kerja siswa kelas XII program keahlian Administrasi Perkantoran SMK Negeri 1 Bitung. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian berjumlah 72 orang sedangkan sampel berjumlah sebanyak 61. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu angket, observasi dan dokumentasi. Uji instrumen penelitian yang digunakan yaitu uji validitas dan reliabilitas. Dari uji instrumen yang digunakan variabel X1 ( 13 item) variabel X2 (16 item) dan variabel Y (18 item) dinyatakan valid. Hasil uji hipotesis diperoleh: 1) Praktik kerja lapangan (PKL) dapat mempengaruhi kesiapan kerja siswa di SMKN 1 Bitung sebanyak 52%; 2) Keaktifan siswa dapat mempengaruhi kesiapan kerja siswa di SMKN 1 Bitung sebanyak 41%; Praktik kerja lapangan dan keaktifan siwa mempengaruhi kesiapan kerja siswa di SMKN 1 Bitung sebanyak 61%. Kata Kunci: Praktik Kerja Lapangan, Keaktifan Siswa, Kesiapan Kerja ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of field work practices and organizational activity together on the level of work readiness of class XII students of the Office Administration expertise program at SMK Negeri 1 Bitung. This study uses a quantitative research type. The population in the study was 72 people while the sample was 61. The data collection techniques used were questionnaires, observation and documentation. The research instrument test used was the validity and reliability test. From the instrument test used, variable X1 (13 items) variable X2 (16 items) and variable Y (18 items) were declared valid. The results of the hypothesis test obtained: 1) Field work practices (PKL) can affect student work readiness at SMKN 1 Bitung by 52%; 2) Student activity can affect student work readiness at SMKN 1 Bitung by 41%; Field work practices and student activity affect student work readiness at SMKN 1 Bitung by 61%. Abstract

The Influence of the School Environment and Interest in Learning on Student Learning Outcomes. The aims of this research are; 1) To determine the influence of the school environment on student learning outcomes; 2) To determine the influence of learning interest on student learning outcomes; 3) To determine the influence of the school environment and interest in learning on student learning outcomes. This research is quantitative research. The population in this study was 160 people and the sample was 40 people. The data collection techniques used in this research were questionnaires, interviews and documentation. The instrument test in this research used validity and reliability tests. Of the 15 statements for variable X1 and 15 statements for X2 given to respondents, all were declared valid and both variables were reliable. The hypothesis test used in this research is; 1) Hypotheses 1 and 2 use simple regression, simple correlation, t test and determinant coefficient; 2) Hypothesis 3 uses multiple regression, multiple correlation, F test and determinant coefficient. The results of data analysis state that; 1) There is an influence of the school environment on student learning outcomes by 74%; 2) There is an influence of the school environment and interest in learning on student learning outcomes by 66%; 3) There is an influence of the school environment and interest in learning on student learning outcomes by 78%.

Abstract

Learning outcomes are a student's abilities obtained after learning activities, including cognitive, affective and psychomotor abilities. Learning outcomes are influenced by many factors including higher order thinking abilities (HOTS) and classroom management. The aims of this research are: 1) To determine the effect of HOTS on student learning outcomes at SMA 2 Tondano; 2) To determine the effect of classroom management on student learning outcomes at SMA 2 Tondano; 3) To determine the effect of HOTS and classroom management on student learning outcomes at SMA 2 Tondano. This research is quantitative research with a total research sample of 115 people. The data analysis techniques used are regression and correlation. The research results show that; 1) There is an influence of HOTS on student learning outcomes at SMA 2 Tondano of 69%; 2) There is an influence of class management on student learning outcomes at SMA 2 Tondano by 16%; 3) There is an influence of HOTS and class management on student learning outcomes at SMA 2 Tondano by 69%.

Abstract

The main problem in this study is the low social studies learning outcomes which are thought to be influenced by the lack of learning discipline and a less supportive learning environment. This study aims to determine the effect of learning discipline and learning environment on the learning outcomes of Social Studies (IPS) of class VIII students of SMP Negeri 1 Dimembe. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method. The sample in this study amounted to 54 students selected through purposive sampling techniques. The instruments used were questionnaires to measure the level of learning discipline and learning environment, as well as documentation values ​​to determine students' social studies learning outcomes. Data analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression. The results of the study showed that learning discipline had a positive and significant effect on students' social studies learning outcomes. Likewise, the learning environment had a positive and significant effect on social studies learning outcomes. Simultaneously, learning discipline and learning environment had a significant effect on social studies learning outcomes with a fairly strong contribution. These findings indicate that improving student learning outcomes does not only depend on academic ability, but also on non-cognitive factors such as learning habits and a supportive environment. Therefore, efforts to improve social studies learning outcomes need to include strengthening student discipline and improving the learning environment, both at school and at home.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of family environment and learning independence on student learning outcomes through learning motivation at SMKN 1 Tombariri using path analysis. A quantitative approach was used in this study with a survey method to collect data from 66 students through a questionnaire consisting of family environment variables, learning independence, learning motivation, and learning outcomes. Data were analyzed using path analysis techniques to identify direct and indirect relationships between the variables studied. The results showed that the family environment had a significant effect on student learning outcomes through learning motivation. Parental support in the form of attention, the formation of good learning habits, and the provision of learning facilities at home increased student motivation which ultimately had an impact on achieving better learning outcomes. In addition, learning independence also had a significant effect on student learning outcomes through learning motivation. Students who have the ability to learn independently, manage time, and develop learning strategies, show higher motivation, which leads to more optimal learning outcomes. Overall, path analysis shows that the family environment, learning independence, and learning motivation are interrelated and have a direct and indirect effect on student learning outcomes. This finding confirms the importance of synergy between these factors in improving student learning outcomes at SMKN 1 Tombariri.
