Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh motivasi dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai Pada Kantor Dinas Kependudukan Dan Pencatatan Sipil Kabupaten Majene Sulawesi Barat. Dengan menggunakan metode SPSS, terdapat 71 responden yang dijadikan sebagai sampel pada penelitian ini yaitu seluruh pegawai Kantor Dinas Kependudukan Dan Pencatatan Sipil Kabupaten Majene Sulawesi Barat. Jenis data yang di gunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer dan sekunder. Tekhnik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan penyebaran kuisoner kepada sampel peneliti . Analisis uji digunakan untuk menguji dalam penelitian, hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) Motivasi kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja pegawai Kantor Dinas Kependudukan Dan Pencatatan Sipil Kabupaten Majene Sulawesi Barat. (2) Kepuasan Kerja Perpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Kinerja pegawai Kantor Dinas Kependudukan Dan Pencatatan Sipil Kabupaten Majene Sulawesi Barat. Dan Analisis Uji F di gunakan untuk menguji Motivasi dan Kepuasan Kerja. Hasil Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Motivasi dan kepuasan kerja secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja pegawai Kantor Dinas Kependudukan Dan Pencatatan Sipil Kabupaten Majene Sulawesi Barat

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan evaluasi program pembelajaran BPI di SDIT Insan KamilKaur dengan model CIPP (Evaluasi conteks, input, proses dan produk). Penelitian ini merupakan studi evaluatifdengan pendekatan kualitatif. Subjek penelitian adalah Waka Kurikulum dan Guru BPI SDIT Insan Kamil Kaur.Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkanbahwa evaluasi contek dimulai dari analisa kebutuhan, landasan dan program kurikulum yang sudah memenuhistandar JSIT. Evaluasi input guru, siswa dan sarana prasarana yang sudah memadai, evaluasi proses pelaksanaanberjalan sesuai dengan program pembelajaran yang dibuat dan sesuai dengan yang telah direncanakan dan evaluasiproduc yang sudah mencapai capaian ketuntasan minimum sekolah dari aspek pengetahuan nam dari aspek sikapbelum tercapai. Terdapat beberapa faktor yang menjadi penghambat program pembelajaran BPI di SDIT InsanKamil diantaranya adalah pembiayaan selama proses pemenuhan mutu dan sarana dalam proses meningkatkan mutuSDM yang belum memenuhi kriteria, belum sepenuhnya bersinergi dengan orang tua dan system pembagiankelompok pembelajaran yang belum merata.

The purpose of this research is to describe the fulfillment of minimum standards for educational facilities and infrastructure in public junior high schools. The method in this research is descriptive quantitative. Population in Muara Beliti sub-district, North Musi Rawas Regency. Data collection techniques are observation and documentation. Data analysis techniques use average formulas and percentages. The results of the study showed the fulfillment of elementary school facilities in the Muara Beliti sub-district, Musi Rawas Regency, was in the sufficient category, with details of the fulfillment of infrastructure standards in the good category and the fulfillment of facility standards in the sufficient category. Furthermore, it is suggested that the school principal make collaborative efforts with stakeholders and related National Education Offices in fulfilling school facilities.

The purpose of the study was to describe: 1) The effect of the principal's academic supervision on teacher performance in learning 2) The effect of teacher commitment on teacher performance in learning; 3) The influence of the principal's supervision and teacher commitment on teacher performance in learning. Quantitative research method with associative approach. Saturated sampling (census) is that all teachers are taken as a sample of 50 people. Data was obtained through research instruments in the form of questionnaires, and data processing using SPSS Vers.22. The results showed that: (1) there was a positive and significant influence of the principal's supervision on teacher performance in learning, this was proven by the t test. (2) there was a positive and significant influence of teacher commitment on teacher performance in learning, this was proven by the t test. (3) there is a positive and significant influence of the principal's supervision and teacher commitment to teacher performance in learning, this is evidenced by test F. From the results of the study, it is concluded that there is an influence of the principal's academic supervision and teacher commitment to teacher performance in learning at SDN cluster one Rawas Ulu District.

The aim of the research is to describe academic supervision in increasing teacher professionalism in Rembas 1 Public Junior High School, Musirawas Regency. The research method uses a qualitative approach. The research subjects were school principals, vice principals and teachers. Collecting data with observation techniques, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques include data reduction, data presentation and data verification. The results of the study: 1) the implementation of programmed supervision can improve the professional abilities of teachers in planning and implementing learning, 2) school principals use more group supervision techniques with meetings, workshops, 3) the supporting factors are the teacher's positive attitude and response, while the obstacles are: Busyness school principals, limitations of learning media.

The purpose of this study was to describe the principal's coaching strategy in improving teacher professionalism in terms of planning, implementation and evaluation aspects of coaching. The research method uses descriptive qualitative. The research subjects were principals and teachers. Collecting data using observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis using the Huberman model interactive technique went through three stages, data presentation, reduction, verification and conclusion. The results of the study indicate that the development planning is based on an analysis of teacher needs. self-evaluation of school potential. The implementation strategy is carried out through in-house training activities, teacher training, MGMP meetings, supervision of class visits. Evaluation of coaching is done by monitoring the success of teachers in compiling learning tools and supervising class visits to determine the success of teachers in improving their professionalism. Suggestions for principals to monitor on an ongoing basis by implementing programmatic teaching supervision involving senior teachers.

The purpose of this research is to analyze the contribution of the principal's leadership and work environment to the job satisfaction of state junior high school teachers in Sindang Beliti Ilir District, Rejang Lebong Regency. This research method uses a quantitative approach with the type of correlation. The research population was 44 teachers using a total sample. Collecting data using questionnaires and data analysis using hypothesis testing with multiple regression formulas. The results showed that there was a positive contribution of the principal's leadership, and the work environment together on teacher job satisfaction of 0.21%. That is, the principal's leadership and a good work environment together increase the job satisfaction of junior high school teachers, Padang Ulak Tanding District, Rejang Lebong Regency

The aim of the research is to describe the management of the religious character program at MTs Negeri 2 North Bengkulu. This study used descriptive qualitative method. Data collection techniques use observation, documentation and interviews. Data analysis techniques consist of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the research show that planning was carried out to form a special work team known as the religious character program activity work team, implementation was carried out in a scheduled and programmed manner, evaluation results were carried out every six months by all teachers to measure the success of the program created, and inhibiting factors in the process. management, namely the lack of facilities and infrastructure, budgets and the lack of awareness among each student in cultivating religious character. The strategy used in managing the religious character program can be overcome by making a joint commitment with the school, students and parents and providing understanding. knowledge, good role models and good habits.

, the purpose of this study is to describe; the process of the teacher professional development program which includes; program planning, program implementation, follow-up and obstacles to the professional development program for teachers at State Senior High School 3 Bengkulu Selatan. This analysis technique basically consists of three components, namely data reduction, data presentation, and description and sentence verification. The results of this study are; (1) The planning of the teacher professional development program exists but has not been fully implemented, (2) The implementation of the teacher professional development program has not yet been implemented in accordance with the existing program. (3) There is a follow-up to the teacher professional development program at South Bengkulu State Senior High School 3, but it does not have a positive impact on the implementation of the teacher professional development program. (4) The factors inhibiting the teacher professional development program are; (a) external factors, and (b) internal factors. The purpose of the study was to describe the implementation of school-based management in managing the independent curriculum at SMP Negeri 8 Lubuklinggau. The design used in this research is qualitative research. The resource persons in this study amounted to 3 people, consisting of 1 principal, 2 teachers. The data collection technique is interview technique. Data analysis used is data reduction, data display and conslusion drawing verification. Research results 1) The curriculum planning process can be adjusted to the needs and characteristics of students and the school environment. The implementation of MBS in independent curriculum planning cannot be separated from various challenges, such as limited resources, lack of teacher capacity, and changes in school culture. 2) The process of implementing the Independent Curriculum can be more effective and in accordance with the characteristics of students and the school environment. The Independent Curriculum provides high flexibility for schools in designing learning. 3) The evaluation carried out in the MBS context focuses more on real student learning outcomes, both in cognitive, affective, and psychomotor aspects. This is in line with the objectives of the Merdeka Curriculum to develop a holistic Pancasila learner profile. 4) The inhibiting factor in the implementation of School-Based Management (SBM) implementation is the lack of knowledge of education personnel about School-Based Management (SBM).
