Abstract

This study aims to evaluate disciplinary standards and obstacles experienced through the implementation of school rules in SMP Negeri 23 South Bengkulu. This study used a descriptive evaluation study approach. This research data was obtained through observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis techniques used are reducing data, presenting data, and inferring data. The results showed that the evaluation of student discipline through the implementation of discipline is the habituation of school rules to students related to school entrance matters, student obligations, student prohibitions, clothing matters and sanctions, teachers become models so that students imitate what teachers do, and condition students to obey school rules and provide reprimands and sanctions for students who violate school rules. The obstacles encountered are teachers who cannot bear to give punishment to students, lack of awareness of students to obey the rules schooling, lack of parental attention and concern for children, and low family economy.

Abstract

The general purpose of this research is to describe the performance of supervisors at the Hidayatullah Putri Hijau Integral Elementary School, in North Bengkulu Regency. The specific aim of this research is the performance of supervisors in teacher academic supervision. managerial supervision of the school principal, evaluation of the results of the implementation of the supervision program and follow-up to the results of the evaluation of the implementation of the supervision program. The method in this research is descriptive qualitative. The research subject was the supervisor of Elementary School. Data collection techniques use observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques go through the stages of data reduction, data presentation, verification and drawing conclusions. The results of the research show that the performance of school supervisors needs to be substantially improved in the areas of supervision, evaluation and follow-up of supervisory programs to further support the development of teacher and school principal competency. The general conclusion in this research is that the performance of school supervisors still needs to be improved in various aspects to support the development of teacher and school principal competencies more effectively. Suggestions for supervisors to improve their abilities in planning, organizing, budgeting and evaluating supervisory programs.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan pelaksanaan pembelajaran dengan menggunakan e-learning di TK Negeri 8 Bengkulu Selatan yang dilihat dari  tiga langkah yaitu perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Subjek penelitian ini adalah Kepala Sekolah dan 9 orang Guru. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi, dan dokumetasi. Analisis data dilakukan dengan langkah sebagai berikut : reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran e-learning di TK Negeri 8 Bengkulu Selatan secara kesiapan sarana dan prasarana belum tersedia. Proses pelaksanaan pembelajaran dengan e-learning dilakukan dengan menggunakan media whatsapp group. Materi bahan ajar yang digunakan berupa gambar, video, maupun link materi. Metode pembelajaran di TK Negeri 8 Bengkulu Selatan menggunakan web course. Terdapat hamabatan pelaksanaan pembelajaran dengan e-learning seperti kurang efektifnya waktu pembelajaran, kurang maksimalnya siswa menerima materi pembelajaran, dan guru tidak dapat secara langsung mendampingi siswa dalam penerimaan pembelajaran e-learning tersebut. Evaluasi di lakukan dengan cara mengambil penilaian dari tugas dan latihan siswa. Raport belajar siswa dalam pembelajaran e-learning tidak berbeda dengan raport pembelajaran langsung. Saran kepada pihak sekolah hendaknya memberikan dukungan berupa pengadaan sarana prasarana pembelajaran e-learning, kepada guru meskipun kondisi pandemi seperti ini, guru diharapkan tetap dapat maksimal dalam memberikan pembelajaran kepada peserta didik dan dapat terus mengembangkan kemampuan dan keterampilan pembelajaran e-learning.

Abstract

This study investigates the code-switching practices of bilingual teachers at MAN 1 Labuhanbatu Utara and explores the pedagogical functions and implications of language alternation in an English as a Foreign Language (EFL) classroom. Through classroom observations, teacher interviews, and student feedback, the research reveals that code-switching is used strategically to support instruction, enhance student comprehension, manage classroom behavior, and build social rapport. The types of code-switching identified include intra-sentential, inter-sentential, and tag-switching, with intra-sentential being the most frequently used. Findings suggest that while most students benefit from code-switching, a careful balance is needed to ensure sufficient exposure to the target language. This study concludes that code-switching, when used intentionally and judiciously, can be a valuable pedagogical tool in bilingual education. It recommends ongoing professional development to help teachers use code-switching effectively and support learners’ language acquisition.

Abstract

Introduction: The postpartum period is the time experienced by every woman after giving birth. The impact of postpartum blues (baby blues) on infants can hinder their growth and development, leading to issues such as language delays and low IQ. Several risk factors for postpartum blues include age, parity, pregnancy status, and support from husbands and families. The global prevalence of postpartum blues ranges from 3% to 8%, while in Lampung, 14.6% of mothers experience postpartum blues. Based on the results of a pre-survey conducted in Airan Raya during June 2024, it was recorded that 63 mothers experienced postpartum blues. Objectives: The aim of this study is to identify the factors associated with the occurrence of postpartum Baby Blues Syndrome among postpartum mothers at Airan Raya Hospital. Method: This study employs a quantitative method with a cross-sectional approach using interviews and observations through questionnaires. The population in this study were postpartum mothers. The subjects are postpartum mothers from May to June 2024 at Airan Raya Hospital, with a total of 63 postpartum mothers and a total sampling technique, resulting in 63 respondents. Data analysis was conducted using the Chi-Square test. Result: The results of the study showed a relationship between age and the incidence of postpartum blues syndrome with a p value of 0.001, a relationship between parity and the incidence of postpartum baby blues syndrome with a p value of 0.001, a relationship between pregnancy status and the incidence of postpartum baby blues syndrome with a p value of 0.007, and a relationship between husband's support and the incidence of postpartum baby blues syndrome with a p value of 0.063. Conclusion: There is a relationship between age, parity, pregnancy status and husband's support with the incidence of postpartum blues syndrome.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to describe the implementation of the principal's transformational leadership in increasing teacher learning creativity at Yunior high school Muara Lakitan, Musi Rawas Regency. Researchers used a qualitative descriptive approach. Data collection methods use observation, interviews, documentation. Data were analyzed using an interactive model method with stages of data reduction, data presentation, verification and drawing conclusions. The results of the research show that the principal has confidence in creating school programs to realize the school's vision and mission and can be confident that he and teachers can innovate in implementing the independent curriculum. The individual consideration carried out by the school principal accepts ideas and facilitates teachers to be creative in learning by providing media and learning materials, computers, lcd, WiFi, adding to the library collection. The principal motivates teachers to practice creativity in learning by forming a teacher learning community, sharing good practices with colleagues and providing examples of cultivating the value of discipline in work, and the principal gives teachers the opportunity to design creative learning media and compete in them, conducting teacher creativity assessments. and giving awards to creative teachers.

Abstract

The purpose of the research is to find out the school planning based on the education report card, the implementation of school planning based on the education report card in the sc hool mover program, as well as the supporting and inhibiting factors for the implementation of school planning based on the education report card in the school program at the Sumber Harta State Junior High School, Musi Rawas Regency. This study uses a qualitative approach and a descriptive type of research. The data source of this research is the principal, vice president of curriculum, operator and teachers. Data collection techniques are in the form of interviews, observations, and documentation. Research results: 1). School planning based on education report cards is one of the best programs in SMP Negeri Sumber Harta to improve the quality of education. 2). The implementation of education report card-based planning in the implementation of school mover program at SMPN Sumber Harta has been well implemented by including aspects of problem identification, reflection, improvement, and activities. 3). Supporting factors in the implementation of education report card-based planning in the school mover program at SMP Negeri Sumber Harta include full support from the principal and school human resource management, data and information quality, and education policies. Meanwhile, the inhibiting factors include lack of training and skills, limited resources, inaccurate data, resistance to change, teaching and training tools

Abstract

This research aims to describe the role of school principals in the management of the Independent curriculum at SD Negeri 64 Lubuklinggau. The research uses a descriptive qualitative method. The research subjects were principals and teachers at SD Negeri 64 Lubuklinggau. Data collection by interview, observation and documentation techniques. The data analysis technique begins with data collection and drawing conclusions. The results of the study show that the role of school principals in the management of the independent curriculum runs in accordance with the stages, namely curriculum planning, curriculum implementation, curriculum evaluation, and follow-up of the independent curriculum at SD Negeri 64 Lubuklinggau, and has a significant impact on improving the quality of learning, especially in terms of improving student competence, both in the academic and character fields. The successful management of the independent curriculum also shows an increase in student involvement in the learning process, an increase in critical thinking skills, and the strengthening of the values of the Pancasila Student Profile in the school environment. However, there is still a need for improvement and improvement in certain parts to be able to maximize the management of the independent curriculum at SD Negeri 64 Lubuklinggau.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh digital marketing dan online customer review terhadap loyalitas konsumen di Marketplace Shopee dengan fokus pada mahasiswa Manajemen Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Sulawesi Barat angkatan 2020. Dalam penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan 65 responden . Penelitian ini menguji hubungan antara Digital Marketing dan Online Customer Review terhadap loyalitas konsumen. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa digital marketing berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas konsumen. Online customer review juga secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas konsumen. Secara simultan, digital marketing dan online customer review berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas konsumen. Strategi pemasaran digital yang tepat dipadukan dengan ulasan dari konsumen lain memperkuat ikatan pengguna terhadap Shopee. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa dengan optimalisasi Digital Marketing dan penguatan kehadiran Online Customer Review, maka Shopee akan lebih efektif dalam membangun loyalitas pelanggannya. Kata Kunci : Loyalitas Konsumen; Markeplace Shopee; Pemasaran Digital; dan Review Pelanggan Online
