Abstract

This study aimed to develop Video Blog as Teaching Media for Students of Multimedia Programme. This study was conducted by using Research and Development (R & D). Instruments for collecting data were syllabus, questionnaire and interview. The data was gathered by administering interview to the teacher and distributing questionnaires to the students. The result of this study was developed Video Blog which contained explanation, students’ activities and the example of report text in spoken.The average scores of media’s assesment were 4.04 from English teacher and 4.56 from English lecturer. It means the developed Video Blog as Teaching Media were categorized as very good or very appropriate for students of Multimedia Programme.

Abstract

The objective of this study is to find out the type of code-mixing used by the teacher and students and the factors causing the teacher and students mix the language in classroom interaction. Code-mixing is a bilingualism phenomenon which has become very popular in society. It is used to prevent misunderstanding such the teacher and students in classroom interaction. This study was conducted by using descriptive qualitative design. The subjects of this study were the teacher and students from tenth grade of hotel accommodation in SMKN 7 Medan. The data were collected by recording the teacher and students’ utterances in classroom interaction, the interview result of teacher and questionnaire of students. From the research, it was found the type of code-mixing used by the teacher and students were word insertion, phrase insertion, and clause insertion. All of data belongs to outer code-mixing and the factors causing teacher did the code-mixing were speaker partner, bilingual or multilingual, and absence of vocabulary. And for the students, according to the percentages of their questionnaire result the data shows that out of 24 students 45,8% of them chose speaker partner as their reason did the code mixing, 8,3% chose bilingual or multilingual, and 45,9% chose absence of vocabulary.

Abstract

This study to analyze the utilization of Belajar.id accounts in enhancing the quality of Social Studies learning at SMP Negeri 03 Bengkulu Tengah. A descriptive qualitative approach was employed, with data collected through interviews, observations, and documentation. The results indicate that the optimal use of Belajar.id accounts significantly improves Social Studies teachers' access to various digital learning resources, strengthens digital learning interactions, and enhances teachers' creativity in designing interactive teaching materials. The novelty of this research lies in the development of practical strategies for utilizing Belajar.id accounts to support Social Studies learning processes at the junior high school level. This study provides practical recommendations for school administrators and Social Studies teachers to optimize the use of Belajar.id accounts in order to improve learning quality in the digital era.

Abstract

Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan meganalisis kualitas pelayanan dan kepercayaan secara bersama-sama berpegaruh terhadap kepuasan konsumen pengguna jasa transportasi online Maxim di Kabupaten Majene. Metode yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan asosiatif. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada 55 responden. Hasil analisis regresi menunjukkan bahwa baik kualitas pelayanan maupun kepercayaan berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen, baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Nilai R Square sebesar 0,545 menunjukkan bahwa 54,5% variabel kepuasan konsumen dapat dijelaskan oleh dua variabel tersebut. Dengan demikian, kualitas pelayanan yang baik dan kepercayaan yang tinggi menjadi faktor penting dalam meningkatkan kepuasan konsumen pengguna jasa transportasi onlin Maxim di Kabupaten Majene.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sejauh mana strategi Affiliate Marketing yang diukur melalui indikator akurasi, kegunaan, daya tarik, dan kemudahan untuk diarahkan berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan volume penjualan pada aplikasi TikTok Shop. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode analisis deskriptif dan regresi linier berganda. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 384 responden yang merupakan pengguna TikTok Shop di Kabupaten Polewali Mandar dan Kabupaten Majene, yang dipilih dengan teknik Purposive Sampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui penyebaran kuesioner daring dan dianalisis menggunakan uji instrumen, uji asumsi klasik, serta uji regresi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi Affiliate Marketing berpengaruh signifikan terhadap peningkatan volume penjualan baik secara simultan maupun parsial, namun ada satu indikator yang tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan yaitu indikator kegunaan (X2). Nilai koefisien determinasi (R²) sebesar ,350 atau 35% menunjukkan bahwa peningkatan volume penjualan dapat dijelaskan oleh strategi affiliate marketing, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 65% dipengaruhi oleh faktor luar yang tidak dijelaskan dalam penelitian ini.
