Abstract

This study applied an experimental approach with 8 applications of mosaic media treatment. The study results indicated that the use of mosaic media had a positive effect in improving children's fine arts skills at TK Kembang Dahlia II Kindergarten. The study focused on a single group, administering the treatment over several days using mosaic media. The study involved 15 subjects, aged 5-6 years, comprising 7 boys and 8 girls. Based on the calculation results of respondents in the pre-test, there was an increase of 90%, and in the post-test, there was an increase of 203%. In conclusion, there is an improvement in the 3M (Menggambar, Merobek, Menempel) on children's fine arts ability. This is demonstrated by the increase between the pre-test and post-test. The pre-test data showed, after analysis, an average score of 14.53 for the children's fine arts ability. Meanwhile, after analysis, the post-test data showed an average score of 29.40 for the children's fine arts ability. This indicates that the respondents sampled in the study obtained results from the initial test to the final test.

Abstract

Early Childhood Education Teacher Education, Faculty of Education. Supervisor I: Sri Wahyuningsi Laiya S.Pd, M.Pd, Supervisor II: Dra. Neat Kami Djuko M.Pd. The problem in this research is whether there is an influence of the "Color Board" media on the color recognition ability of children aged 5-6 years in Aisyiyah Bustanul Atfhal VII Kindergarten, North City District, Gorontalo City. The results of research with a sample size of 18 children show that there is a difference in the average pretest results. and Posttest. The experimental data results that have been detailed, the examination results or pre-test results before being given treatment have an average value of 18.88, while the post-test after being given treatment, the average value is 31.33. Thus, this research states that there is an influence of the "Colour Board" media on the ability to recognize colors in children aged 5-6 years at Aisyiyah Bustanul Atfhal VII Kindergarten, Kota Utara District, Gorontalo City. There is a need to develop skills in the ability to recognize colors, classify, differentiate and group. are several logical cognitive skills in early development and develop ways of thinking so that children can manage their learning gains, children also need to be taught to recognize colors from an early age so that children can develop knowledge about the importance of the concept of color which is closely related to the surrounding environment.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of multi-function board media on early counting skills in children aged 5-6 years at TK Cut Meutia, Bakida Village, Helumo Sub-district, South Bolaang Mongondow Regency. This study employs a quantitative approach with an experimental method, specifically a pre- experimental design utilizing a one-group pre-test and post-test design. The results, based on a sample of 22 children, show a significant difference in the mean scores of the pre-test (11.37) and post-test (19.45). The hypothesis testing results indicate that the alternative hypothesis (Hi) is confirmed, with a significant linear regression value of 0.000, less than 0.05. This confirms that the use of multi-function board media significantly affects early counting skills in children aged 5-6 years at TK Cut Meutia, Bakida Village, Helumo Sub-district, South Bolaang Mongondow Regency.

Abstract

This research aimed to determine the influence of rhythmic movement on the kinesthetic intelligence of children aged 5-6 years. The research was an experimental study (one group pretest-posttest). The population consisted of 74 children, with a sample of 24 children from group B3, aged 5-6 years, at TK Negeri Pembina Ki Hajar Dewantoro. The data analysis technique was supported by statistical data processing. The research results showed an increase in the average pre-test score, with a mean of 12.95 and a standard deviation of 2.45. Meanwhile, the average post-test score was 25.87, with a standard deviation of 4.01. These results indicate a significant effect before and after the treatment. Based on the t-test, the calculated tcount= 13.44, while the table t-table at (a) = 0.05 was 2.064. Since tcount > ttable; 13.44>2.064, Ho is rejected, and Hi is confirmed. If tcount > ttable, it means there is an influence of rhythmic movement on the kinesthetic intelligence of children aged 5-6 years at TK Negeri Pembina Ki Hajar Dewantoro, Kota Selatan District, Gorontalo City.

Abstract

The Influence of Busybook Media on Letter Recognition Ability in Group B Children at Aster Kindergarten, Molosipat W Village, Kota Barat District, Gorontalo City. Early Childhood Education Teacher Education. Principal Supervisor I: Drs. Yakob Napu, M.Pd; Co-Supervisor II: Sri Wahyuningsi Laiya, S.Pd, M.Pd. This study aims to determine the effect of Busybook media on the letter recognition ability of Group B children at Aster Kindergarten, Molosipat W Village, West City District, Gorontalo City. This research used a quantitative approach with an experimental one-group pretest-posttest design. The sampling technique applied was purposive sampling, and data collection methods include tests and observation, where children’s letter recognition abilities were measured before and after the treatment using Busybook media. The instrument used in this study to assess letter recognition ability based on three indicators. The subjects of this study were children aged 5-6 years, with a sample size of 15 children. Data analysis results indicated a significant increase in children's letter recognition ability after the implementation of Busybook media. The t-test yielded a significance value of 0.000 with α = 0.05; since the significance value from the t-test is smaller than α (0.000 < 0.05), the null hypothesis (H0) was rejected, and the alternative hypothesis (H1) was accepted. It can be concluded that Busybook media has an effect on children's letter recognition ability and can be considered an effective teaching method in early childhood education. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the receptive language ability of children aged (5-6) years in the Pembina State Kindergarten, Kota Tengah District, Gorontalo City. The researcher conducted a qualitative research method discussing the receptive language ability of children aged (5-6) years. The subjects of this study were three children and one teacher of the Pembina State Kindergarten. Data were collected through interviews and documentation. Data analysis was carried out by data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of the study conducted at the Pembina State Kindergarten, Kota Tengah District, Gorontalo City aimed to see a child's ability to understand and process language received from others. The research activities were carried out for approximately 1 month. In writing this thesis, the author aims to describe the receptive language ability of children aged 5-6 years. The importance of optimizing aspects of child development including aspects of language development from an early age considering that at that time the child's brain is at an unlimited potential to be developed, children must be given the opportunity to develop their abilities with various fun learning activities.

Abstract

Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana gambaran pelaksanaan kegiatan motorik halus pada anak kelompok B di TK Mutiara Bunda Desa Kokudang Kecamatan Bokan Kepulauan Kabupaten Banggai Laut. Adapun yang menjadi tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan kegiatan motorik halus dan mengetahui faktor yang mempengaruhi kemampuan motorik halus anak pada anak kelompok B di TK Mutiara Bunda Desa Kokudang Kecamatan Bokan Kepulauan Kabupeten Banggai Laut. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan Deskriptif dengan jenis penelitian Kualitatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pembahasan mengenai kegiatan yang menstimulasi perkembangan kemampuan motorik halus anak usia 5-6 tahun TK Mutiara Bunda Desa Kokudang Kecamatan Bokan Kepulauan Kabupaten Banggai Laut yang dilakukan melalui beberapa kegiatan seperti menebalkan garis, menjiplak jari tangan, meniru bentuk segiempat, meniru bentuk segitiga, meniru bentuk lingkaran, menggunting dan menempel, mozaik, menggambar, mewarnai dan menganyam. Dari 13 jumlah anak terdapat 69% berada pada kategori berkembang sesuai harapan, 31% berada pada kategori mulai berkembang. Kemudian pada indikator keterampilan menggunakan jari jemari tangan dari jumlah 13 anak terdapat 46,2% berada pada kategori berkembang sesuai harapan, 46,2% berada pada kategori mulai berkembang dan terdapat 7,6% berada pada kategori belum berkembang. Selanjutnya pada indikator gerakan pergelangan tangan yang tepat dari 13 anak terdapat 15% berada pada kategori berkembang sangat baik, 54% berada pada kategori berkembang sesuai harapan, dan 31% berada pada kategori mulai berkembang.

Abstract

A healthy lifestyle is an important foundation in achieving a good quality of life. Physical education in schools plays a significant role in introducing and instilling healthy living habits in children from an early age. In addition, the role of parents as primary educators at home is crucial in supporting and strengthening healthy habits taught in schools. Collaboration between physical education and education from parents can create a conducive environment for children to adopt a healthy lifestyle sustainably. This activity was carried out in Timbuolo Village, Botupingge District, Bone Bolango Regency, and attended by the village head, teachers, principals, and parents. Through this Community Service socialization activity, it is hoped that parents can increase their insight into Health and a healthy lifestyle so that children can develop according to their developmental stages

Abstract

This community service activity aims to socialize the importance of early childhood education in developing children's potential. In carrying out this community service activity, the lecture method is used, namely through the technique of presenting socialization material, which was followed by a question and answer discussion between the presenters/resources and the participants. The low level of public awareness in participating in early childhood education services is due to a lack of information and heavy economic conditions/burden which means that early education is not a top priority for the community compared to food and clothing needs. This socialization activity needs to be carried out on an ongoing basis by involving various related parties (stakeholders), including the village government, mothers and PKK cadres, parents of children, the private sector and campuses so that they receive financial support, personnel and human resources to support carrying out similar activities. in the future. The implementation of socialization activities began with the presentation of the first speaker, then continued with the presentation of the second speaker and ended with a question and answer session for participants and presenters. This activity produces additional information for participants in the form of knowledge and understanding about the importance of early childhood education in developing children's potential. With this additional information, it is hoped that public awareness will increase in involving their children in early childhood education services.

Abstract

Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana Implementasi media realia di kelompok A TK Aster Kota Barat Kota Gorontalo. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan implementasi media realia di kelompok A TK Aster Kota Barat Kota Gorontalo. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskripsi kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Implementasi Media realia di Kelompok A TK Aster Kota Barat Kota Gorontalo dalam pembelajaran dengan menggunakan media realia yang dilaksanakan didalam kelas anak mendapatkan informasi langsung dari benda-benda yang sudah disediakan guru dalam kegiatan belajar mengajar. hal ini didukung dengan hasil pengamatan yang dilakukan peneliti melalui indikator ketepatan media yang dipilih guru, keterampilan guru dalam menggunakan media, dan keterampilan pesan pembelajaran melalui media yang digunakan.
