Abstract

Penelitian ini mengevaluasi implementasi aplikasi “Ayo Balapan” berbasis QRIS sebagai inovasi digital dalam sistem pembayaran pajak daerah di daerah regional. Menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan data primer dan sekunder, hasil menunjukkan peningkatan kepatuhan wajib pajak sebesar 20%, pengurangan waktu pembayaran hingga 66,67%, dan peningkatan Pendapatan Asli Daerah (PAD) sebesar 50%. Aplikasi ini membuka peluang pengembangan untuk jenis pajak lain serta penambahan fitur cicilan. Temuan ini berkontribusi pada penguatan sistem informasi pemerintah, khususnya dalam efisiensi administrasi perpajakan berbasis teknologi.

Abstract

SLRT Bersahaja merupakan inovasi sistem layanan terpadu di Kabupaten Pringsewu yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan akses masyarakat miskin terhadap program perlindungan sosial dan pengentasan kemiskinan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi efektivitas SLRT Bersahaja dalam mendukung upaya pengentasan kemiskinan, mengidentifikasi peran Tim Reaksi Cepat (TRC), serta menganalisis validasi data penerima manfaat. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan campuran dengan pengumpulan data primer melalui wawancara, survei, dan observasi, serta data sekunder berupa dokumen resmi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 87% penerima manfaat merasa layanan mudah diakses, 82% menyatakan bantuan sesuai kebutuhan, dan 75% puas dengan kecepatan respons TRC. Selama observasi, TRC menangani 25 kasus mendesak dengan waktu respons rata-rata 2-3 jam. Validasi data penerima manfaat mencapai 92% akurasi, menunjukkan efektivitas sistem dalam menyalurkan bantuan tepat sasaran. Namun, kendala berupa keterbatasan sumber daya manusia dan akses teknologi di daerah terpencil masih menjadi tantangan. Kesimpulannya, SLRT Bersahaja berhasil meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat miskin di Kabupaten Pringsewu dan relevan dengan tujuan pembangunan berkelanjutan. Rekomendasi penelitian selanjutnya mencakup penguatan kapasitas sumber daya manusia dan pengembangan infrastruktur digital untuk meningkatkan cakupan layanan.

Abstract

Kabupaten Pringsewu berkomitmen meningkatkan kualitas penyusunan produk hukum daerah dengan memanfaatkan teknologi informasi untuk efisiensi dan transparansi. Pengabdian masyarakat pada 19 Desember 2023 bertujuan memperkenalkan aplikasi Sistem Informasi Legal Drafting (SIELDa) untuk membantu penyusunan produk hukum daerah. Kegiatan sosialisasi ini diikuti oleh 80 peserta dari berbagai perangkat daerah dan kecamatan, dengan tujuan meningkatkan pemahaman tentang prosedur penyusunan yang sistematis. Metode yang digunakan termasuk sosialisasi, simulasi langsung, dan diskusi interaktif. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman peserta, dari skor pre-test 63% menjadi 85% setelah sosialisasi. Meskipun sebagian besar peserta menguasai fitur dasar aplikasi, tantangan terkait infrastruktur di beberapa kecamatan menghambat akses aplikasi. Oleh karena itu, disarankan untuk mengadakan bimbingan teknis lanjutan dan meningkatkan infrastruktur teknologi. Pengabdian ini berhasil meningkatkan keterampilan teknis peserta, mendukung efisiensi, transparansi, dan partisipasi publik dalam penyusunan produk hukum daerah.

Abstract

Background of study: The development of the food and beverage industry demands innovation in efficient and reliable packaging processes. Conventional cup sealing machines often face limitations in speed and precision, necessitating technology-based solutions. Aims and scope of paper: This objective of the study is to design and implement an automated cup sealer system based on the Internet of Things (IoT), using the NodeMCU ESP32, capable of performing sealing and real-time monitoring. The system integrates a flowmeter sensor to detect the presence of cups, a stepper motor for the sealing process, and an LCD display along with WiFi connectivity for monitoring production data. Methods: The methodology involves hardware design, control system programming, and performance testing of the device under various temperature and motor speed parameters. Result: The results show that the system can increase production efficiency by up to six times compared to the manual method, with a capacity of 300 cups per hour and a sealing success rate of 95% at an optimal temperature of 100°C and a motor speed of 10 RPM. Synchronization among components was enhanced through sensor calibration and algorithm development. Conclusion: In conclusion, this automated system not only improves efficiency and accuracy but also offers flexibility and IoT-based control, making it highly relevant for small and medium-sized industries.

Abstract

Kompetisi Karya Inovasi Ilmu Pengetahuan dan Teknologi (IPTEK) di Kabupaten Pringsewu bertujuan untuk mendokumentasikan, menganalisis, dan meningkatkan peran dosen dalam pengembangan IPTEK berbasis potensi lokal. Melalui metode workshop, pelatihan, dan sosialisasi, kegiatan ini melibatkan kolaborasi antara dosen, pemerintah daerah, industri, dan masyarakat. Hasil pengabdian menunjukkan peningkatan kesadaran masyarakat terhadap inovasi, pengembangan solusi konkret di sektor pertanian, perikanan, dan teknologi informasi, serta terbentuknya ekosistem kolaborasi berkelanjutan. Kesimpulan menunjukkan bahwa sinergi antara perguruan tinggi, pemerintah daerah, dan sektor industri mampu mendukung pembangunan berbasis IPTEK. Rekomendasi mencakup replikasi program di daerah lain, penguatan kemitraan, digitalisasi hasil kompetisi, serta pemberian insentif implementasi inovasi untuk memperluas dampak program.

Abstract

Internal audit processes in regional government institutions often face challenges such as time inefficiency, low transparency, and poorly digitized documentation. This study aims to develop an E-Audit system to enhance the effectiveness of internal supervision in a regional inspectorate environment. Employing a user-centered design approach and a structured system development methodology, this research involved key roles—auditors, technical controllers, and follow-up teams—throughout the design and testing stages. The developed system integrates three core phases of the audit process—planning, reporting, and follow-up—into a single, modular, and interactive digital platform. Implementation results indicate a significant improvement in audit efficiency, with a reduction of more than 50% in process duration compared to manual methods. The system also enhances documentation consistency through digital audit trails, role-based dashboards, and automatic reporting features. User acceptance testing revealed a high level of satisfaction, with users highlighting the system’s ease of use, increased accuracy, and alignment with daily audit tasks. Additionally, user feedback emphasized the need for integrated notification features and inter-unit communication tools, indicating readiness for more advanced digital transformation. Overall, this study provides practical value as a model for digital audit implementation at the regional government level while contributing to the advancement of Computer Science through the application of software engineering principles and information systems to support digital government oversight. The developed E-Audit model can serve as a reference for designing real-time collaborative public auditing systems relevant to the development of information systems engineering and computational governance.

Abstract

Digital transformation in Indonesia reveals significant disparities in internet access, digital behavior, and cybersecurity vulnerabilities. This study analyzes the digital landscape using national survey data from 8,720 respondents across 38 provinces. This research employs a quantitative approach, utilizing chi-square tests, logistic regression for risk analysis, and K-Means clustering for user segmentation, supported by Principal Component Analysis (PCA) for dimensionality reduction. The results show a national internet penetration rate of 79.5%, with significant disparities across regions and socio-economic segments. Logistic regression analysis reveals that higher education, greater income, and the use of fixed broadband are negatively correlated with cybersecurity risks. Furthermore, K-Means clustering identifies three distinct user profiles: 'Digital Savvy', 'Pragmatic Users', and the 'Vulnerable Segment', each with unique characteristics regarding digital access and literacy. This research provides a critical empirical basis for understanding digital transformation in a developing nation. The findings underscore the necessity of data-driven, segmented policies to foster digital inclusion and enhance national cybersecurity, offering actionable insights for policymakers and service providers.

Abstract

Informasi merupakan suatu komoditi yang  berharga di era globalisasi untuk dikuasai dalam rangka meningkatkan daya saing suatu organisasi. Hal ini terlihat dari berbagai inisiatif penerapan Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi (TIK) yang muncul dibeberapa Pemda. Tetapi kenyataannya pemanfaatan TIK ini masih belum memberikan dampak yang signifikan bagi produktifitas Pemda. Salah satu penyebabnya yang dominan adalah tidak sinkronnya tujuan kegiatan-kegiatan Pemda dengan tujuan Kegiatan yang di lakukan oleh pemerintah dengan menggunakan Teknologi Informasi untuk memberikan layanan kepada masyarakat (e-Government) itu sendiri. Tulisan ini membahas langkah-langkah taktis pengembangan e-Government berdasarkan teori dari berbagai instansi yang telah menerapkan e-Government dan akan menghasilkan hasil yang optimal.

Abstract

In the era of rapidly developing technology, innovation is important to facilitate human life. Water is the main need for all living things, especially humans, so it needs to be managed efficiently. Water filling in reservoirs is usually still done manually, which can cause a waste of clean water. Manual water filling requires humans to control the pump as needed. However, it often happens to forget to turn off the pump after the reservoir is full, which can cause a waste of water and electrical energy. To solve this problem, the idea is to make an automatic system with Arduino ESP 8266 called "Design of Automatic Water Filling System on Arduino ESP 8266 Based Water Reservoir". This system uses ultrasonic sensors to measure the water level in the reservoir. When the water reaches a certain level, the system will activate the water filling, and the user can monitor the water level in real time through a mobile device. This research aims to design and test this automatic water replenishment system to avoid water waste. The result is expected to be an efficient solution better than the manual system and beneficial in clean water management. This research will answer important questions about this system's design, workings, and test results. The main conclusion of this research is the need for improvements in the design and implementation of automatic water filling systems. Further analysis, adjustments, and retesting are needed to overcome the obstacles encountered.

Abstract

This research aims to design and develop a prototype of an automatic warm water shower using sound sensors and ultrasonic sensors based on Arduino Uno. The research method uses steps from the Research and Development (R & D) Approach. The automatic warm water shower prototype developed allows users to carry out bathing activities more efficiently and comfortably, avoids wasting water due to negligence in closing the tap, and provides an automatic warm water feature. How the automatic warm water shower prototype works using a sound sensor and an ultrasonic sensor based on Arduino Uno. If the ultrasonic sensor detects the presence of an object within a distance of 30 cm, the ultrasonic sensor will activate the solenoid valve which acts as an automatic tap in turning on the tap, but when the ultrasonic sensor does not detect any the presence of an object, the ultrasonic sensor will deactivate the solenoid valve so that the tap will close automatically. If the user wants to take a shower using warm water, the user simply claps his hands and then the sound of the clapping activates the sound sensor, then the sound sensor will activate the water heater which functions as a heater. This research produces prototypes of automatic faucets and automatic hot water showers which show the potential for integrating technology into everyday bathing devices to increase user efficiency and comfort and avoid wasting water.
