Abstract

Komunikasi pemerintahan berperan penting dalam penanganan pandemi Covid-19. Covid-19 merupakan ancaman serius bagi kehidupan masyarakat baik itu kesehatan, sosial, ekonomi dan lainnya. Komunikasi pemerintahan tidak hanya tentang mengelola opini publik melainkan lebih dari itu, bagaimana mengelola keseluruhan proses komunikasi yang berlangsung di pemerintahan guna mendukung tercapai tujuan dalam penanganan Covid-19.  Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui bagaimana pola komunikasi FORKOPIMDA Majene dalam penanggulangan Covid 19  dan apa jadi faktor penghambat dan pendukung pelaksanaan pada  pola komunikasi FORKOPIMDA  dalam penanggulangan Covid 19. Hasil penelitian ini berdasarkan teori tentang jenis komunikasi diperoleh 3 pola komunikasi yang terdapat di Kabupaten Majene yaitu : pola roda, pola lingkaran dan pola segala arah. Adapun jadi faktor pendukung dan faktor penghambat yaitu, faktor pendukung meliputi media komunikasi, waktu, fasilitas dan hubungan yang personal. Sedangkan yang menjadi faktor penghambat yaitu fasilitas pendukung yang tidak optimal dan hubungan yang tidak personal.Kata Kunci : Pola Komunikasi, Pemerintah, FORKOPIMDA, Covid-19

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apa yang menjadi penyebab terjadinya konflik antara masyarakat dan PT.Galena SumberEnergi dalam eksplorasi tambang di Desa Bontokatute Kecamatan Sinjai Borong Kabupaten Sinjai dan untuk mengetahui pola penyelesaian konflikyang dilakukan sebagai resolusi konflik Di Desa Bontokatute Kecamatan Sinjai Borong Kabupaten Sinjai. Tipe Penelitian yang digunakan dalampenelitian ini adalah dengan menggunakan tipe penelitian Deskriptif Kualitatif dimana dasar penelitian ini adalah wawancara, yaitu melakukan dialog(wawancara) kepada informan dengan pertanyaan-pertanyaan yang berhubungan dengan penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa polapenyelesaian konflik yang terjadi antara masyarakat dan PT.Galena Sumber Energi yang terjadi di desa bontokatute dengan menjabarkan indikator :Negosiasi,sebuah komunikasi dua arah yang dirancang untuk mencapai kesepakatan sebagai upaya pertama untuk penyelesaian konflik di desabontokatute,Mediasi dimana pihak yang terlibat konflik kemudian menunjuk pihak ketiga sebagai mediator yang dalam hal ini adalahkepolisian,kemudian konsolidasi yakni adanya sebuah lembaga tertentu yang memungkinkan adanya diskusi dan pengambilan keputusan dimana saatitu masyarakat menginginkan dialog terbuka oleh DPRD namun gagal serta arbitrasi dimana adanya pihak ketiga akan memberikan keputusan danharus diterima oleh pihak yang berkonflik seperti dengan dibentuknya Pansus oleh DPRD sebagai bentuk dari arbitrase ad hoc

Abstract

This study aimed to assess the impact of COVID-19 on public participation in the mayoral election, focusing on the Barombong sub-district of Makassar City. Employing a quantitative approach and field research methodology, data was collected by distributing 98 questionnaires to residents of Barombong sub-district, Tamalate sub-district, who participated in the 2020 Makassar City Mayoral Election. The data analysis methods included descriptive analysis, classical assumption tests, simple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing using SPSS 21. The findings revealed that COVID-19 (X) had a positive influence on Community Participation (Y) in the Makassar Mayoral Election. Consequently, the primary hypothesis of this study was confirmed, indicating that COVID-19 did influence community participation in the election. While the general perception of COVID-19 is concerning, this research suggests that its impact on voter turnout was minimal, with only a 0.3 percent increase in community participation in the mayoral election.

Abstract

This study aims to reflect on the pattern of vaccination policies implemented by the Indonesian government and to analyze public sentiment (pro/con) towards vaccination policies and the government's strategy in formulating democratic policies, prioritizing the aspirations of those affected by the policies adopted. This paper uses qualitative research methods with NVivo 12 Plus as a data processing tool. This study's results indicate that vaccination policies tend to be mandatory in Indonesia with an indirect compulsory application polarization. Hence, the government still uses a coercive and restrictive approach to vaccination programs. In Indonesia, vaccination policy intersects with ethical aspects, especially religious values, resulting in diverse public sentiments.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of employee work discipline, and reward giving on employee performance at PT Inhutani I Banjarbaru, South Kalimantan. Sampling used a saturated sample, namely taking the entire population as a sample, a total of 30 employees working at PT.Inhutani I Banjarbaru, South Kalimantan. Data collection techniques through observation, questionnaires or questionnaires, and documentation. The analysis tool used was SPSS Version 125. The results showed that work discipline (X1) and reward (X2) both partially and simultaneously had a significant effect on employee performance (Y) at PT Inhutani I Banjarbaru South Kalimantan, as evidenced by the test results t (partial) work discipline variable which has a significant 0.002 <0.05 (α = 5%) and reward variable which has a significant 0.009 <0.05 (α = 5%). As well as work discipline and giving rewards together (Simultaneously) have a significant effect on employee performance at PT Inhutani I Banjarbaru, as evidenced by the results of the significance value of the F test output of 0.000 <0.05 (α = 5%).

Abstract

Pemberian pelayanan tidaklah lepas daripada etika pelayanan yang tentunya berdampak pada kepuasan masyarakat terhadap pelayanan yang diberikan di Kantor Kecamatan Enrekang. Dalam penelitian ini tentunya membahas mengenai bagaimana etika pelayanan publik yang dirangkum dalam empat indikator yakni Equality, Quity, Loyality, dan Responsibility. Hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa empat indikator tersebut masih jauh daripada apa yang diharapkan, dimana empat indikator tersebut tidak terbungkus dalam suatu Standar Operasional Prosedur. Tidak adanya Standar Operasional Prosedur menjadi tolak ukur daripada pelayanan yang diberikan oleh Kantor Kecamatan Enrekang. Sehingga dalam hal ini,  dengan menghadirkan Standar Operasional Prosedur ditujukan sebagai pedoman dalam pemberian pelayanan publik yang tentunya tidak lepas daripada empat indikator etika pelayanan publik yang dibahas. Maka daripada itu rekomendasi daripada peneliti tentunya ialah pembentukan Standar Operasional Prosedur harus diperadakan di Kantor Kecamatan Enrekang sebagai upaya dalam perwujudan pelayanan publik yang prima.

Abstract

Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pola komunikasi interpersonal terhadap pegawai serta apa saja faktor penghambat dalam pola komunikasi interpersonal terhadap kinerja pegawai Dinas Kebudayaan dan Pariwisata Provinsi Sulawesi Selalatan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan adalah observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pola komunikasi interpersonal terhadap kinerja pegawai Dinas Kebudayaan dan Pariwisata Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan ada 2 pola komunikasi, yaitu: Pertama Pola Kesetaraan (equality pattern) memiliki hak dan kesempatan dalam mengutarakan pendapat, ide, dan gagasan. Kedua pola pemisah-seimbang (balanced split pattern) pimpinan dan pegawai memiliki peran yang berbeda. Hambatan komunikasi interpersonal terhadap kinerja pegawai Dinas Kebudayaan dan Pariwisata Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan ada 2 hambatan komunikasi, yaitu: Pertama hambatan fisik (physical noise) hambatan seperti tulisan tangan yang tidak jelas dibaca. Kedua hambatan fisiologis (physiological noise) hambatan yang efektif antar sesama staf kerja dan kesulitan saat mendengar yang disebabkan gangguan pada saraf.

Abstract

The aim of the research is to determine the performance of State Civil Service Employees (ASN) in Administrative Services at the Mangarabombang District Office, Takalar Regency. "This type of research uses qualitative methods with descriptive research type, data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the research show that Quality work, there is a clear improvement in the quality of work at the Mangarabombang District Office, which can be seen from the positive evaluations given by employees. The quantity, volume and efficiency of administrative services at the Mangarabombang District Office vary depending on the type of service and office capacity. On time punctuality, ASN employees in Mangarabombang District are generally disciplined in terms of the stipulated time for entering and leaving the office. Effectiveness, it can be seen that resources at the Mangarabombang District Office have increased with technological advances and larger budget allocations. Independence, ASN employees at the Mangarabombang District Office have demonstrated good service quality by acting independently, taking initiative.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the role of BPD supervision in development in Batu Ke'de Village. The village government in this research collected data through interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis through data reduction, data presentation and inference, the results of the research show that the BPD of Batu Ke'de Village in carrying out its BPD supervisory role has 4 dimensions, namely standards, determination of measurements, which can be seen in the implementation of the supervisory duties of the village treasury BPD in Batu Ke'de Village. determining activity performance measurements, measuring activities and comparing activities with standards, as well as deviation analysis are basically carried out correctly and in accordance with the SOP provided. Barriers to BPD in carrying out supervisory duties are the low level of education of BPD members, conflicts of interest, and inadequate allocation of BPD operational resources.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out the strategy carried out by the Tourism Office in developing Makassar city smart branding. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that in an effort to develop Makassar city smart branding. This process shows that every strategy undertaken, starting from publications, events, news, community involvement, informing of image, lobbying and negotiation, and social responsibility, has been carried out jointly by the city government and the community. In each strategy, show participatory or planning that involves the community because in this strategy the community is given understanding and knowledge related to tourism in order to create a more qualified young generation by seeing the potential, opportunities and problems that will be faced by the community.
