Abstract

Community service through collaboration to find solutions for the utilization of household waste that is useful through the Creativity Industry Seminar activity, which produces soap as a cleaning agent that is usually made from fat or oil processed with alkali, such as sodium hydroxide, and functions to bind dirt and oil so that it can be cleaned with water and has economic value and benefits as a cleaning agent soap that can be used in everyday life.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menemukan strategi dan cara meningkatkan produktivitas kerja guru dengan mengkaji kekuatan hubungan antara produktivitas kerja dengan kepemimpinan visioner. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain eksplanatori sekuensial, dengan menggunakan metode statistik korelasional. Dengan sampel penelitian sebanyak 252 guru PNS di SMP Negeri Kota Depok. Hasil identifikasi terhadap kekuatan-kekuatan hubungan antar variabel penelitian dengan kesimpulan bahwa terdapat hubungan positif yang sangat signifikan antara Kepemimpinan Visioner dengan Produktivitas Kerja dengan koefisien korelasi ry1= 0,697 maka berkorelasi kuat. Hasil penelitian ini mengkonfirmasi bahwa terdapat hubungan positif yang signifikan antara Kepemimpinan Visioner terhadap produktivitas kerja. Dengan hasil koefisien determinasi (ry1)2 = 0,485. Kontribusi Kepemimpinan Visioner terhadap Produktivitas Kerja yang dapat dimaknai bahwa 48,5 % sehingga Produktivitas Kerja dapat ditingkatkan oleh Kepemimpinan Visioner. Peningkatan produktivitas kerja dapat dilakukan dengan penguatan kepemimpinan visioner melalui perbaikan dari indikator yang masih lemah yaitu mengkomunikasikan visi dan misi (14%)(3,96), memotivasi orang lain (15%) (3,92), mengembangkan kemampuan bawahan (13%) (3,84), dan kemampuan komunikasi (15%)(3,25) serta mempertahankan atau mengembangkan indikator yang sudah baik yaitu kewenangan (13%) (4,25), merumuskan visi dan misi (16%) (4,18), dan keterampilan manajerial (14%) (4,10).Kata Kunci: Produktivitas Kerja, Kepemimpinan, Visioner

Abstract

Image is one of the important assets for an organization that should be continuously built and maintained. A good image is one of the important tools, not only to attract consumers in choosing products or services, but also to improve customer satisfaction attitudes towards the organization. Image also shows the existence of an organization in the public eye, namely showing the public's view of the organization that is formed over a long period of time. A well-formed image will also have a good impact on achieving the goals set by individuals or organizations.Based on preliminary research, it is known that the Image of PGRI Schools in Bogor Regency is relatively suboptimal. Therefore, research is needed to obtain information on variables related to improving Service Quality. The purpose of this study is to carry out strategies and ways to improve organizational image by conducting research on the influence between personality variables, servant leadership, organizational culture and service quality. This study uses the path analysis method to determine the influence between the variables studied and the SITOREM method for indicator analysis in order to obtain optimal solutions in efforts to improve organizational image.
