Abstract

Mutu pendidikan hanya dapat ditingkatkan melalui peningkatan kinerja guru. Termasuk kinerja guru Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini (PAUD) akan mampu meningkat manakala mampu mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mampu meningkatkannya, antara lain kepempimpinan visioner, dan Manajemen Berbasis Sekolah (MBS). Penelitian ini menggundakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan structural equation modelling (SEM). Jumlah populasi yaitu 1.098 orang, dengan ukuran sampel 110 orang. Teknik sampling menggunakan proporsional random sampling. Data dianalisis dengan SmartPLS 3.3. hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, kepemimpinan visioner berpengaruh terhadap kinerja guru, 2) MBS berpengaruh pada kinerja guru, 3) kepemimpinan visioner mempunyai efek terhadap kualitas PAUD, 4) MBS berpengaruh pada kualitas PAUD, 5) kinerja guru mempunyai efek pada kualitas PAUD, 6) Kinerja guru efektif dalam memediasi pengaruh tidak langsung kepemimpinan visioner terhadap kualitas PAUD, 7) kinerja guru berperan efektif dalam memediasi pengaruh tidak langsung MBS terhadap kualitas PAUD.

Abstract

Pentingnya legal entity dan legal product bagi kegiatan usaha yang kompetitif, tapi masih rendahnya pemahaman pelaku UMKM tentang legal entity dan legal produk yang mereka hasilkan. Penelitian ini membahas bagaimana legal entity dan legal product yang dipahami oleh para pelaku Usaha Menengah Kecil Menengah (UMKM), dan motivasi para pelaku UMKM untuk mendapatkan kedua aspek tersebut. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian empiris dengan pendekatan participatoris, pendekatan statute, pendekatan legal-sosiologis, dan sumber data meliputi data primer yang diperoleh langsung dari subjek penelitian. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa literasi atau tingkat pemahaman dan motivasi pelaku UMKM Jawa Tengah terhadap pentingnya legal entity and legal product tinggi dan  model yang tepat untuk memotivasi para pelaku UMKM mendapatkan  legal entity and legal product, adalah pemberdayaan yang terus menerus dengan melibatkan peran stakeholders antara lain, Dinas Koperasi dan UKM serta dinas terkait, perbankan, notaris, perguruan tinggi, perkumpulan UMKM, dan DUDI. Kesimpulannya, legal entity dan legal product telah dipahami dengan baik oleh pelaku UMKM, dan untuk mendapatkan legal entity dan legal produk perlu dukungan dari semua pihak dan pendampingan dari kampus.

Abstract

Handicraft MSMEs in the form of woven bamboo have begun to disappear, many of these handicraft MSMEs are no longer productive due to the very cheap price of handicrafts. Even though this is a national heritage that can be developed, the relatively cheap price makes craftsmen feel less enthusiastic in producing woven bamboo. In addition, the scarcity of raw materials is also an obstacle in itself. For this reason, it is necessary to increase creativity in creating woven shapes so that they can have high economic value, then they can also use other existing materials into useful crafts. The purpose of this community service is to advance MSMEs in Tegal Maja Village so that they can develop more in terms of marketing to advance the economy in Tegal Maja Village. This method of community service is carried out using handicraft training methods. Data collection through pre-test and post-test. The results of community service show that there are significant changes in the creativity of processing woven into better work and high economic value

Abstract

Health is the main thing that needs to be considered in the child's growth and development process. At the age of infants and toddlers, many supplements or vitamins need to be given so that children's growth and development can work optimally. One of them is the provision of vitamin A capsules. Vitamin A is one of the important nutrients for infants and toddlers because vitamin A will protect infants and toddlers from several risks of disease, especially impaired eye function. But this seems to be still common for rural communities, they even still have not gained knowledge about the importance of Vitamin A, for that it is necessary to do socialization.  This community service aims to analyze the effect of socialization activities on the importance of Vitamin A on optimizing growth, development of infants and toddlers. the method used in this PKM is the extension method. Data collection techniques through pre-test and post-test. The results of this Community Service show that there is a significant change in the community regarding knowledge about the importance of vit A, as evidenced by the number of people who want to come to socialization events with village posyandu

Abstract

The religious culture of the housing community is enthusiastic about the existence of religious learning, especially among gentlemen where in today's scope with the dominance of the multicultural culture of the housing community from various ethnic, customary, cultural and educational backgrounds in the Talaga Bestari housing complex rw 05 rt 08 Wanakarta Village Sindang Jaya District, Tangerang Regency has great potential as an effort to increase religious knowledge in the area. However, due to limited knowledge about environmental religion, there is still a lack of religious knowledge in this area. The purpose of community service research is to provide an understanding of the community regarding the development of religious potential and provide weekly recitation forms as a form of community understanding of the potential for religion in the Talaga Bestari Housing Complex. Sindang Jaya District, Tangerang Regency. The teaching method used is weekly recitation and practice for community groups which will later provide education to families and other communities about the religion of fiqh science. Abstract

Covid-19 has had an impact on various fields, especially rural MSMEs or middle to lower MSMEs. Many merchants and craftsmen failed to continue their business due to the pandemic. Various efforts have been made to improve community efforts but have not yielded satisfactory results. There needs to be an increase in the ability of the community both in the field of marketing and product innovation in order to compete with other products. The purpose of this community service is to find out the extent of the influence of socialization of MSME product development on improving public opinion. The methods used in community service are socialization and practice. Data collection techniques through pre-test and post-test. The result of this community service is a significant increase in public knowledge about product innovation to increase people's income

Abstract

The hospital is a health service facility that is needed by all levels of society in an effort to improve the health status of both individuals and society. To meet these needs, hospitals are required to provide the best and quality services. Occupational safety and health is an important factor for creating labor productivity, especially in this globalization era. One of the important services of the hospital is the medical record installation service which serves the filing of documents regarding identity, examination, treatment, actions and services for patients and coding of disease diagnoses. This study aims to find out the working description of coding officers at Banten Hospital, analysis of work risks that occur in coding officers and their risk management. The research method used a qualitative descriptive which was conducted from March 2022-April 2022 on coding officers at the medical record installation at the Banten Regional General Hospital. The research was conducted using in-depth interview techniques with 2 coding officers regarding everything needed in the research. The results of the study showed that there were 6 risks at work for coding officers at Banten Hospital which were divided into 3, namely mild, moderate, and severe risks. The solution that can be done is to make SOPs regarding work safety for coding officers at Banten Hospital so that a fit body is created so that they can work optimally

Abstract

Lembaga organisasi outsourcing jasa melalui mediasi pembelajaran organisasi, pengetahuan, keterampilan komunikasi, kedisiplinan merupakan faktor penting untuk mencapai kinerja karyawan pemasaran jasa. Tujuan: Penelitian yaitu, 1) Menganalisis pengaruh mediasi pembelajaran organisasi terhadap kedisiplinan kerja. 2) Bagaimanakah pengaruh pembelajaran organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan. 2) Bagaimanakah pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan. Metode: Menggunakan literatur dengan mengkaji berbagai bahan literatur terbaru mulai dari jurnal, buku, proseding, dan berbagai sumber baik online maupun offline. Untuk meningkatkan kualitas hasil kajian dilakukan juga focus group discussion untuk mendapatkan berbagai masukan, koreksi, dan berbagai saran dari karyawan. Hasil: Analisis berdasarkan kajian teori dapat disimpulkan bahwa, peran kedisiplinan dalam mediasi pembelajaran organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan meliputi pembelajaran organisasi, kepemimpinan, budaya organisasi, keterampilan, dalam manajemen pemasaran jasa. Novelty: Penelitian ini mampu menunjukkan secara teoritik bahwa, kedisiplinan dan kinerja karyawan dapat dipengaruhi secara langsung oleh pembelajaran organisasi baik secara langsung maupun kualitas kinerja karyawan pemasaran jasa.

Abstract

The purpose of this community service is to increase the understanding of the target audience of the Baduy indigenous people in terms of product packaging, product branding, product marketing, and financial management. The method used is by conducting structured training using training methods, question and answer, and direct practice. The number of training participants was 109 people. The implementation time is August 21, 2022 at 10 s.d. 14.00. the place of implementation is at the Kanekes Village Hall Office, Leuidamar District, Lebak Regency. Based on the results of the training, it can be concluded: there was a very significant change in understanding between before and after the training. The trainees became very aware of the importance of packaging, product branding, marketing to tourists, and financial management. The increase occurred by 35% from the average value of 42% to an average of 77%. Through this service activity, follow-up can be carried out, so that the four aspects that are trained can be carried out properly. In other words, the majority of the training participants became more aware of how to improve packaging quality, create product brands, conduct marketing to tourists, and implement financial management

Abstract

Women in rural areas do not fully realize that in a woman there is great potential to produce a work. Many women have skills that are not developed or even forgotten. For this reason, there needs to be support so that women in rural areas are able to develop themselves and play an active role in family resilience, so as to create creative, innovative, and intelligent women. This PKM aims to analyze the benefits of skills training on improving the quality of women. The methods used in this PKM are counseling and practice methods. Data collection techniques through pre-test and post-test. The results of PKM show that there is a significant change in the benefits of skills training to improve women's quality
