Abstract

Limbah rajungan selama ini menimbulkan berbagai permasalahan bagi masyarakat Desa Tukak. Permasalahan ini dapat diatasi dengan cara pengelolaan limbah rajungan menjadi pakan ikan yang memiliki nilai ekonomis. Pakan ini kemudian bisa diaplikasikan ke budidaya ikan lele dengan kolam terpal. Tujuan pengabdian ini yaitu 1) Pemanfaatan limbah rajungan menjadi pakan ikan, 2) Budidaya ikan lele menggunakan kolam terpal, dan 3) Pemulihan tambak ikan yang selama ini tidak dimanfaatkan oleh warga Desa Tukak. Metode pelaksanaan dilakukan dengan cara pendampingan langsung, peragaan dan pelatihan ke siswa SMK Perikanan Tukak Sadai, Karang Taruna dan Masyarakat Desa Tukak. Hasil kegiatan produk pakan ikan dari limbah rajungan, kolam terpal dan rekomendasi untuk upaya pemulihan tambak di Desa Tukak. Kegiatan ini terlihat adanya respons positif dari Siswa SMK Perikanan Tukak Sadai, Karang Taruna dan Masyarakat Desa Tukak, karana akan merencanakan pembuatan kolam terpal yang lebih banyak sebagai usaha untuk meningkatkan perekonomian masyrakat.

Abstract

Mikroplastik merupakan bahan pencemar yang berasal dari plastik dengan berbagai macam bentuk serta memiliki ukuran kecil dari 5 milimeter. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui Jenis, kelimpahan, dan ukuran dari mikroplastik dan jenis polimer dari mikroplastik. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan Maret 2023 di 4 titik stasiun pada Perairan Sungailiat Kabupaten Bangka. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif, dengan menjelaskan kejadian yang disebabkan limbah sampah plastik. Identifikasi mikroplastik menggunakan mikroskop sedangkan uji polimer menggunakan FTIR. Hasil penelitian yang didapatkan sebanyak 4 jenis mikroplastik dari sedimen yaitu jenis film, fragmen, fiber dan foam. Kelimpahan mikroplastik tertinggi terdapat pada jenis foam dengan kelimpahan rata-rata 127,5 partikel/kg, fiber 125 partikel, fragmen 80 partkel dan film 22,5 partkel. Ukuran mikroplastik yang di temukan memiliki ukuran rata-rata 25 μm - 83,7 μm. Jenis polimer yang terdapat pada mikroplastik sedimen yaitu jenis Polystyrene (PS), Polyethylene (PE), polypropylene (PP), PVC, Low-dencity polyethylene dan Nylon.

Abstract

Plankton adalah organisme hidup kecil yang mengapung di kolom air dan merupakan komponen ekosistem perairan yang sangat penting. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui parameter fisika-kimia perairan, komposisi plankton dan korelasi antara keanekaragaman plankton dengan parameter fisika-kimia perairan dengan menggunakan analisis statistik. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan Juni 2022 di estuari Sungai Selan, Kabupaten Bangka Tengah. Penelitian dilakukan pada pagi hari. Pengambilan data plankton dilakukan dengan metode tarikan vertikal menggunakan jaring plankton. Sampel plankton yang dihasilkan diidentifikasi di bawah mikroskop dengan tiga ulangan untuk setiap sampel di setiap titik pengamatan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat 24 jenis plankton yang ditemukan di estuary Sungai Selan. Kelimpahan plankton tertinggi terdapat pada titik 4 dengan 701,38 ind/L dan terendah pada titik 1 dengan 197,91 ind/L. Indeks keanekaragaman plankton tertinggi pada titik 5 sebesar 2.202 dan terendah pada titik 3 sebesar 1.549. Indeks keseragaman tertinggi pada titik 5 sebesar 0,858 dan terendah pada titik 4 sebesar 0,687. Dominasi tertinggi pada poin 3 sebesar 0,269 dan terendah pada titik 5 sebesar 0,169. Hubungan antara parameter fisika-kimia dan keanekaragaman plankton menunjukkan bahwa kecepatan aliran arus  berpengaruh paling signifikan terhadap keanekaragaman plankton di estuari Sungai Selan.   Plankton are tiny living organisms that float in the water column and are an important component of aquatic ecosystems. This study aims to determine the physico-chemical parameters of the waters, plankton composition, and the correlation between the diversity of plankton and the physico-chemical parameters of the waters using statistical analysis. This research was conducted in June 2022 at the Selan River estuary in Central Bangka Regency. The research was conducted in the morning. Plankton data collection was carried out using the vertical pull method using a plankton net. The resulting plankton samples were identified under a microscope with three replicates for each sample at each observation point. The results showed that 24 types of plankton were found in the Selan River estuary. The highest plankton abundance was at point 4 with 701.38 ind/L, and the lowest was at point 1 with 197.91 ind/L. The highest plankton diversity index was at point 5 of 2,202, and the lowest was at point 3 of 1,549. The highest uniformity index is at point 5 of 0.858, and the lowest is at point 4 of 0.687. The highest dominance is at point 3 of 0.269, and the lowest is at point 5 of 0.169. The relationship between physico-chemical parameters and plankton diversity shows that current velocity significantly affects plankton diversity in the Selan River estuary.

Abstract

The distribution and enrichment of heavy metals in sediments will affect the life of the organisms that lives in it. The purpose of this study is to explain the enrichment and contamination levels of heavy metals Cu and Pb in bulk sediments in the northern and southern parts of Bangka Island. This research was conducted in August - September 2019, using a purposive sampling method. Heavy metal analysis using the Inductively Coupled Plasma - Optical Emission Spectroscopy (ICP-OES) instrument. The results showed that the concentration of the heavy metal Pb in the sediment bulk of northern Bangka Island (Kelabat Bay) was higher than that of South Bangka Island. The concentration of heavy metal Cu at 8 (eight) sites is still below the quality standard (18.7 mg.kg-1) even if the heavy metal Pb at stations 3, 4, and 5 in the waters of the northern half of Bangka Island (Kelabat Bay) is reported to have exceeded the quality standard limit (30.2 mg.kg-1). The highest level of enrichment of heavy metal Pb occurs at station 4 with a value of EF_62.88, and is categorized as very high enrichment and a contamination factor (CF) value of 2.24 (medium category). This condition is due to station 4 being located in Kelabat Bay (semi-enclosed area) with unstable water conditions due to the influence of many activities. The results of this study can be used as input for local governments for the management of water areas on Bangka Island.

Abstract

In the current era of globalization, students are faced with demands to consider the factors that influence the achievement of their learning outcomes. This research aims to reveal the role of an effective school environment and parental attention in improving the quality of student education. Quantitative methods were used in this research. In this research, this approach was chosen to provide a more measurable understanding of the role of the school environment and parental attention on student learning outcomes. The research population includes all students of SMA Negeri 1 Ketapang Sampang so that the research results can be more generally applied to this group. The use of multiple linear regression as a data analysis tool allows researchers to understand the extent to which certain variables, such as school environment and parental attention, contribute to variability in student learning outcomes. The findings show that the school environment has a fairly large role in determining student learning outcomes. Apart from that, emotional involvement and parental support also play a role in developing student academic achievement. With a school environment that supports learning and positive contributions from parents, it is hoped that student learning outcomes will improve.

Abstract

Evaluasi kinerja dosen merupakan cara untuk mengetahui pengajaran dosen terhadap mahasiswa yang meliputi penilaian dari persiapan mengajar, materi pembelajaran, penyampaian materi, pengelolaan kelas dan evaluasi pembelajaran. Penilaian dosen dianggap sangat penting untuk mengukur kinerja dosen. Dalam proses penilaian kinerja pada Politeknik Negeri Fakfak khususnya Jurusan Manajemen Informatika masih bersifat manual yaitu menggunakan kertas, dimana kertas yang memuat kuisioner tersebut diedarkan kepada mahasiswa disetiap akhir semester dan setelah itu menjadi tertumpuk dan seringkali tidak maksimal dalam penilaian kinerja dosen. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membangun Sistem Informasi Evaluasi Dosen Oleh Mahasiswa (EDOM) Berbasis Web agar penilaian kinerja dosen dan pengelolaan nilai lebih efektif dan efisien. Sistem dibangun menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan sebagai database menggunakan MySQL. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode waterfall dengan tahapan analisis kebutuhan, desain sistem, implementasi sistem dan pengujian sistem. Perancangan sistem ini menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data yaitu observasi, wawancara, dan telaah dokumen. Adapun metode pengujian yang digunakan yaitu Black-box testing. Sistem Informasi Evaluasi Dosen Oleh Mahasiswa (EDOM) ini, berhasil dibangun dan dapat diterapan pada Jurusan Manajemen Informatika Politeknik Negeri Fakfak sehingga dapat mempermudah mahasasiwa dalam mengisi kusioner.

Abstract

Kayu Arang Village has high potential biological resources, such as Satang shrimp and Tirus Fish in the Kayu Arang river area. The wealth of biological resources in the Kayu Arang River is also supported by the existence of mangrove ecosystems that have high density and nature. The mangrove ecosystem really needs to be developed to improve the condition of Arang wood village. The development of mangrove ecosystems in Kayu Arang must first be calculated Tourism Suitability Index, so that the potential of mangroves for ecotourism can be known. This is because mangrove ecosystems have enormous potential and benefits, and contribute to increasing community income. Some stages of this research study include: sausagealization of mangrove ecotourism and providing understanding of mangrove potential, collecting mangrove data (density, mangrove species, growth), endemic biota both in sediments (macrobenthos), rivers (fish, shrimp, crabs) and aboreal (monkeys, birds). The next stage is to see the level of suitability of the mangrove area of Kayu Arang Village to become ecotourism. Therefore, this research study aims to determine the potential of mangrove ecosystems to be used as mangrove ecotourism areas in Kayu Arang Village, West Bangka. The results of the mangrove ecosystem suitability analysis show that the mangrove area in Kayu Arang Village can be used as an ecotourism area. Abstract

The industrial revolution 4.0 has begun to develop in aquaculture activities by utilizing the internet of things (IoT) in the last decade. The increase in intensive shrimp farming on Bangka Island in recent years is still conventional witfar from the use of digital and internet-based technology, especially vaname shrimp farming, including the Bio Ebi Micro Pokdakan in Air Mawar Village. This activity aims to design a water quality monitoring system that can be used in vaname shrimp aquaculture ponds. The main components in designing a remote-based pond water quality monitoring system consist of sensors, processing, data transmission, data storage and display. The activity has started with the design of a water quality monitoring tool in October - November 2022 in the Instrumentation and Acoustics Section of the Marine Science Laboratory at Bangka Belitung University which is then used by partners to monitor water quality conditions in shrimp ponds at Pokdakan Mikro Bio Ebi partners

Abstract

SMKN 1 Tukak is the vocational school in the field of fisheries in South Bangka Regency. Some training is really needed to increase the competency of SMK students, so that training is carried out that can improve students' abilities. One of the trainings is mapping using drones, because spatial data is needed in the fields of fisheries, agriculture, mining. The objectives of the activity: 1) provide students with an understanding of Drone Mapping knowledge, 2) increase the competency of SMK students related to mapping. Stages of activity: 1) training on spatial data collection using drones, 2) training on spatial data processing from drones, 3) training on introductory mapping, and 4) socialization of drone map results. The training participants were made into 3 groups according to class XI majors, namely: Brackish Water and Marine Agribusiness (APAPL), Fishing Vessel Nautics (NKPI), and Fishery Products Processing Agribusiness (APHPL). Each group was accompanied by a trainer from Bangka Belitung University. The process of learning to take aerial photos using drones is taught directly, starting from installation, drone flight and downloading aerial photos. Installed apps include DJI Go, Control DJI and Pix4D. The application is used for taking aerial photos using drones. Each group from the PBAPL, APHP, NKPI majors carried out drone flights and took aerial photos according to the trainer's instructions. The results of the aerial photos taken by each group were used to make aerial photo maps and contour maps. The enthusiasm of the students of SMKN 1 Tukak in PMTJ 2023 activities was very high. This is indicated by the active participation of the participants in making flight missions and flying drones as well as processing spatial data.

Abstract

Cultivating fattening mud crabs (Scylla serrata) usually requires a large area of land, innovation is carried out by making crab apartments. The research was conducted in September – November 2023, crab fattening locations in Pagarawan Village and Takari Beach, Bangka Regency. Location of mud crab morphometric measurements at the Aquatic Resources Management Laboratory, Bangka Belitung University. Test protein content at the DKI Jakarta Regional Health Laboratory. This research aims to examine the morphometrics, protein content and survival of mud crabs in crab apartments in Pagarawan Village and Takari Beach. Experimental research methods and community involvement to measure morphometrics, protein content and crab survival. The results of the research show that the ratio between weight, width and length of mangrove crabs in Pagarawan is 1.6:1.4:1. This shows that mud crabs are fatter. When the crab weighs around 160 grams, it is likely that the carapace width is ±14 cm and the carapace length is ±10 cm, while the crabs in Takari are smaller and thinner. The protein content of mangrove crabs in Pagarawan has an average value of 17.5 gr/100gr and in Takari 15.1 gr/100gr. The survival rate (SR) of mangrove crabs in Pagarawan is 87%. This condition means that crabs are suitable for cultivation in crab apartment boxes with a water source from a recirculation system pond. It is assumed that water pollution due to ammonia will not have much of an impact. The survival rate for mud crabs in Takari shows a zero percentage. The narrow space, food waste, and circulating water with an ammonia content of up to 0.05 mg/l are thought to have contributed to the crab's death. Water quality in both crab rearing areas shows that temperature, pH, salinity, DO, ammonia, nitrate and phosphate are still within the normal range for rearing mud crabs.
